Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation and measure the effect of the role-playing learning model on the learning outcomes of applying Pancasila values in the family environment for fifth-grade students at MIS NU Palangka Raya. The study uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design. Data were obtained through observation, tests, and documentation, and then analyzed using the T-test. The research results show that role-playing learning was carried out according to the syntax, starting from aperception, group division, scenario provision, acting, discussion, to reflection. Students appeared active, cooperative, and showed an increase in courage and self-confidence. The paired sample t-test showed Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 0.05, which means the role-playing model has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes. Thus, the role-playing model is effective for use in Pancasila Education learning because it can improve learning outcomes as well as develop students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

The growth of social media has changed how halal products are promoted in the digital era. Marketing strategies are no longer focused only on advertising but also on storytelling that can create emotional connections with consumers. This study aims to explain the role of storytelling influencers in building trust and a positive image of halal products, using Fadil Jaidi as a case study of a Muslim influencer in Indonesia. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing Fadil Jaidi’s social media content related to halal product promotion and reviewing literature on marketing communication and ethical promotion. The results show that Fadil Jaidi’s storytelling style, which combines honesty, humor, and social awareness, helps increase consumer trust and strengthen the positive image of halal brands. This approach also reflects ethical values and social responsibility that align with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. Therefore, influencers play an important role in conveying moral values and building a positive image of halal products in the growing world of digital marketing.

Abstract

The development of technology and a complex business environment poses an increased risk of unethical behavior among individuals and organizations. The concept of moral disengagement, introduced by Bandura (1999), has become a framework for understanding the psychological mechanisms that enable individuals to relinquish their moral standards and engage in unethical actions without feeling guilty. Research: This study investigates the relationship between moral disengagement and decision-making without ethical review by systematically reviewing empirical and theoretical studies on planned behavior theory. Analysis results indicate that a high level of moral disengagement increases the likelihood of unethical behavior, which can lead to negative consequences for organizations, including damage to reputation and a decline in stakeholder trust. Therefore, understanding and preventing moral disengagement is very important. To create an ethical and responsible organization, answer. Research confirms the need for a development strategy that is culture-based, organization-based, and grounded in moral values and integrity, to support ethical behavior at all levels of the organization.

Abstract

Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia (ORI) oversees public services and prevents maladministration, yet its recommendations, despite a strong legal basis, are often treated as non-binding, resulting in persistent non-compliance. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Ombudsman’s authority in preventing maladministration and to propose normative and institutional measures to enhance bureaucratic compliance. The research employs a normative legal methodology, focusing on the analysis of key regulatory frameworks, particularly Law No. 25 of 2009 on Public Services and Law No. 37 of 2008 on the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia. Data were collected through a comprehensive literature review and analyzed using descriptive-analytical techniques. The findings reveal that weak compliance with Ombudsman recommendations is primarily driven by bureaucratic resistance, political interference, and institutional capacity constraints. The novelty of this study lies in its argument for strengthening the Ombudsman through legislative reform, including the introduction of limited executive authority, enhanced institutional autonomy, and proactive supervisory mechanisms. The study concludes that reinforcing the legal and institutional position of the Ombudsman is essential not only to improve administrative accountability but also to reflect the state’s genuine commitment to the rule of law, democratic governance, and effective public service delivery.

Abstract

This study explores the essential characteristics of healthcare waqf and proposes context-appropriate models for implementation in Indonesia. Employing the Delphi method alongside a Likert scale, expert consensus validated 23 out of 31 proposed characteristics, with significant agreement indicated by Kendall’s W. The identified healthcare waqf types include clinics, general hospitals, children’s hospitals, and specialist hospitals. These institutions can be financed through a blend of Islamic social and commercial finance and managed by a subsidiary, third party, or nāẓir (waqf manager). Based on these characteristics, four models are proposed: social, simple productive, innovative productive, and integrated social-productive healthcare waqf models. These models aim to provide accessible healthcare services for both underserved populations and the general public. While designed for Indonesia, the study’s methodological approach and conceptual framework can be adapted for application in other contexts. This research offers a novel foundation for developing effective, sustainable healthcare waqf initiatives.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the limited number of comprehensive investigations into how principals’ leadership through their roles as educators, instructional leaders, innovators, and motivators shapes teacher professionalism and educational quality within the madrasah context. The purpose of this research is to describe the leadership practices of madrasah principals that effectively enhance teacher professionalism and to identify the challenges and strategies involved in their implementation. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, the study involved 11 purposively selected informants (one principal, six teachers, and four students). Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observations (field notes dated June 19 and 21, 2023), and school documentation. Data analysis followed the steps of data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing as outlined by Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2014), with source and technique triangulation used to ensure credibility. The findings indicate that the principal enacted an integrated leadership approach serving simultaneously as educator, leader, innovator, and motivator that directly supported the development of teachers’ pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies. However, the effectiveness of these efforts was hindered by issues related to teacher wellbeing, teachers’ dual workloads, and limited financial resources.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in elementary schools often faces challenges related to the low level of learning dynamics, characterized by limited student participation, motivation, and engagement during the learning process. Moreover, there is still a lack of comprehensive studies integrating the Team Games Tournament (TGT) model with interactive media grounded in TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) to create a more engaging and meaningful learning environment. This study aims to analyze improvements in learning dynamics in mathematics through the implementation of the TGT model, assisted by TPACK–based interactive media, in Islamic elementary schools (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah). The research employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest Design, involving 24 fifth-grade students at MIS Al-Jihad. The research instruments included learning achievement tests, student activity observation sheets, and supporting documentation. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes, with posttest scores higher than pretest scores. The N-Gain test analysis indicated moderate improvement. At the same time, the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test yielded W = 0 and Wtable = 81 with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between students’ learning outcomes before and after the treatment. Therefore, the integration of the TGT model and TP-ACK–based interactive media is proven to be effective in enhancing the dynamics of mathematics learning, both in terms of student activity and learning achievement at the elementary school level.
