Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan sistem pajak progresif dan pajak proporsional, khususnya implikasinya terhadap keadilan sosial, guna memberikan wawasan baru dalam diskusi kebijakan pajak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, mengandalkan data dari studi terdahulu yang relevan untuk diolah dan dianalisis. Metode ini memungkinkan penggalian mendalam mengenai perspektif dan dampak sistem pajak terhadap berbagai aspek sosial dan ekonomi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pajak progresif cenderung lebih efektif dalam mengurangi kesenjangan pendapatan dan mendukung redistribusi yang adil. Namun, sistem ini juga dapat menimbulkan tantangan terhadap motivasi kerja dan investasi. Sistem pajak proporsional, di sisi lain, menawarkan kesederhanaan dan dapat mendorong investasi namun kurang efektif dalam mengatasi kesenjangan sosial. Pemahaman mendalam tentang dinamika sistem pajak memungkinkan pemerintah untuk mengembangkan kebijakan yang lebih adil dan berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang holistik dan partisipatif dalam merancang kebijakan pajak, mempertimbangkan baik dampak jangka panjang terhadap ekonomi maupun keadilan sosial.

Guidance and Counseling (BK) Evaluation is a process conducted to assess the quality of Guidance and Counseling implementation and ensure that the program is in line with the established objectives. System support includes BK management, professional development for counselors, and collaboration with parents, teachers, and the broader community. This study aims to analyze the gaps in the implementation of system support at SMA IT Al-Multazam 2 Linggajati using the Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM). The research method employed is a mixed-methods approach. Quantitative data was collected using a system support evaluation instrument based on a Likert scale of 1-7, which includes 26 statement items, while qualitative data was gathered through in-depth interviews with two BK teachers. The results of the study showed that the implementation of system support at SMA IT Al-Multazam 2 Linggajati had an average score of 176, or 97%, placing it in the very good category. However, qualitative analysis revealed three main issues: (1) administrative workload reducing the intensity of student services, (2) lack of ongoing professional development mechanisms, and (3) collaboration with parents/community that remains reactive.

Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), pneumonia merenggut lebih dari 800.000 anak balita di seluruh dunia. Sedangkan pneumonia pada balita di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian pneumonia pada balita di Puskesmas Ambacang Padang dengan focus pada status gizi, status imunisasi, pemberian ASI eksklusif dan tingkat pengetahuan ibu. Jenis penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 23 Juni – 1 Juli 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu dengan balita pneumonia yang berjumlah 230 orang dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan puposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi Square dan Od ratio (OR) dengan CI 95%. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 40% balita mengalami pneumonia berat, 34,3% status gizi kurang, 44,3% imunisasi tidak lengkap, 60% tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif, 38,6% pengetahuan rendah, serta didapatkan balita yang tidak diberikan ASI eksklusif 5.6 kali lipat mengalami pneumonia (OR=5.6, CI 95%). Kesimpulan didapatkan adanya hubungan status gizi, status imunisasi, pengetahuan dengan kejadian pneumonia di Puskesmas Ambacang Padang. Diharapkan agar petugas kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pemberian informasi melalui penyuluhan, media informasi seperti leaflet, poster dan pamphlet tentang pencegahan pneumonia. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), pneumonia claims more than 800,000 toddlers worldwide. Meanwhile, pneumonia in toddlers in Indonesia has increased every year. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of pneumonia in toddlers at the Ambacang Padang Health Center with a focus on nutritional status, immunization status, exclusive breastfeeding and maternal knowledge levels. The type of analytical research with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was carried out on June 23 - July 1, 2022. The population in this study were all mothers with toddlers with pneumonia totaling 230 people with a sample size of 70 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square test and Odd ratio (OR) with 95% CI. The results of the study found that 40% of toddlers experienced severe pneumonia, 34.3% had poor nutritional status, 44.3% had incomplete immunization, 60% did not provide exclusive breastfeeding, 38.6% had low knowledge, and toddlers who were not given exclusive breastfeeding were 5.6 times more likely to experience pneumonia (OR = 5.6, CI 95%). The conclusion obtained is that there is a relationship between nutritional status, immunization status, knowledge with the incidence of pneumonia at the Ambacang Padang Health Center. It is hoped that health workers can improve the delivery of information through counseling, information media such as leaflets, posters and pamphlets about pneumonia prevention.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Durkheim's social solidarity theory in the development of Islamic religious education in the context of social integration of Muslim society. This study uses a library method to analyze the role of Émile Durkheim's social theory in the development of Islamic religious education, focusing on the theory of social solidarity and its application. The literature used includes Durkheim's works as well as recent articles and research related to the relationship between Islamic religious education and social solidarity. By reviewing various references, this study aims to deepen understanding of the application of Durkheim's theory in the context of Islamic religious education in society. Islamic religious education has an important role in forming social solidarity through values such as ukhuwah, ta'awun, and social justice. Durkheim's principle of social solidarity which emphasizes shared values is very relevant to be applied in Islamic religious education. By teaching these values, Islamic religious education can strengthen social integration and create a more harmonious and just society.

The crime of corruption is an extra ordinary crime that damages the joints of the economy in a country. Therefore, the crime must be given a sanction that creates a deterrent effect so that the act can be minimized. However, in reality the sanctions against corruption crimes that have been drafted at this time in Indonesia need to be reformulated through the reform of criminal law in Indonesia. This study examines the granting of criminal sanctions for perpetrators of corruption according to Islamic Criminal Law in relation to Criminal Law Reform. The research method used is normative legal research, with data sources in the form of secondary data and primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The analysis is in the form of descriptive qualitative. The criminal sanctions for perpetrators of corruption in Indonesia as stipulated in the corruption crime law are only in the form of imprisonment and fines. Thus, there is a need for reform of criminal law, specifically criminal law for corruption. These legal reform efforts sometimes originate from living laws besides Islamic law, including customary law as law that was applicable in Indonesian society before the entry of the Dutch criminal law. Therefore, the renewal of criminal sanctions for perpetrators of corruption crimes is currently a matter that needs to be reformulated considering the current sanctions have not provided a deterrent effect for perpetrators of corruption by reforming the law and incorporating Islamic values into the formulation of these sanctions, especially the values of justice in Islamic criminal law.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC terhadap keterampilan memahami teks cerpen siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Dengan rancangan penelitian one group pretest posttest design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MAN 2 Pasaman tahun ajaran 2023/2024 sebanyak 52 orang dari kelas XI.F1 dan XI.F2. Menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, diperoleh sampel berjumlah 29 orang dari kelas XI. F2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan memahami teks cerpen siswa kelas XI MAN 2 Pasaman sebelum menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC berada pada kualifikasi Lebih dari Cukup (Ldc) dengan nilai rata-rata 65,82. Setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC berada pada kualifikasi Baik Sekali (BS) dengan nilai rata-rata 84,75. Berdasarkan uji-t, hipotesis alternatif ( ) diterima pada taraf signifikan 95% dan derajat (dk)=n-1 karena > yaitu (11,83>1,69). Jadi, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran keterampilan memahami teks cerpen.

Aggressive behavior in parenting is a crucial factor for the temperament of children. This study evaluated the relationship between the mother's aggressive behaviors and her children's temperament. The research design applied a cross-sectional survey by using multistage sampling. Two hundred forty-five participants joined this study by responding to a questionnaire. Good aggressive behaviors from caregivers to protect children against physical and psychological harm and danger were observed in mothers aged 26-35 (89.9%) and well-educated mothers (96.8%). The data showed that 4.54 (Â± 0.912) mothers protect their children from unhealthy foods. The temperament of children was not related to age (p-value = 0.372), mothers' educational background (p = 0.824), and mothers' job status (p = 0.705). Family income had no relation with the child's temperament (p-value = 0.253). There was no relationship between mothers' aggressive behaviors and the temperament of children in avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) child cases. The number of children and the aggressive behavior from the mother affected the child's temperament. This study contributes insight into the interplay between a mother's aggressive behaviors and her children's temperament. Subsequent research could delve deeper into specific factors influencing children's temperament in the ARFID case.

The phenomena of rape against children are very alarming in today's society. The Penal Code and the Child Protection Act has posted punishment on the perpetrator, but there are some disadvantages that arise when legal sanctions are imposed on child rapist. Criminal sanctions against rapist are deemed not provide a deterrent effect. The government passed perpu on castration punishment for child rapist. The castration punishment was a punishment that shows revenge way of thought, so the approach has long been abandoned. In addition, from the objective of sentencing, castration punishment has not yet reflected the sense of justice. Since it has not provided a deterrent effect for offenders and unbalanced with the principles of the right to accommodate the rights of the sustainability of offspring for the offender.Keywords: castration, rape, human rights

The phenomenon of radicalism based on terrorism in Indonesia shows a frightening symptom. This can be seen from a number of events that took place in several cities in Indonesia which took action in the name of acts of terror or terrorism such as the 2nd Bali Bombing which killed 22 people and 102 injured. The JW Marriot and Ritz Calton Hotel bombings in 2009 killed nine people and 50 people were injured and the Sarinah Plaza Bomb Jl. MH Thamrin Jakarta on January 14, 2016. With the many actions in the name of terrorism, it is necessary to take steps to anticipate similar actions not being repeated back. This study wants to examine and analyze further about efforts to counter terrorism-based radicalism in Indonesia through criminal law policy. The research method used is normative legal research, namely legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary legal material while the problem approach is carried out using a legal approach and conceptual approach. The policy in counteracting terrorism in Indonesia is carried out through criminal law policies, namely criminal law policies through means of reasoning and non-reasoning. Penal means in the form of granting criminal sanctions for perpetrators of terrorism with the threat of imprisonment to the most severe threat in the form of capital punishment. But this effort has not provided a deterrent effect for the perpetrators. In criminal law, punishment is not an end in itself and is not the only way to achieve criminal objectives or objectives of the criminal justice system. Therefore another effort is needed which in criminal law is known as a non-reasoning effort.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Pelabuhan Bandar Sri Laksamana Bengkalis 2003-2017.Hal ini karena menjadi pelabuhan penting di Kabupaten Bengkalis dan Provinsi Kepulauan Riau,Pelabuhan Bandar Sri Laksamana Bengkalis melayani rute melalui pesisir pantai timur sumatera, Demikian juga dengan adanya Pelabuhan Bandar Sri Laksamana telah berkontribusi terhadap pendapatan bagi daerah bengkalis.Â Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian SDLC, badan perancangan pembangunan daerah (bappeda),badan pusat statistic,badan pendapatan daerah (bapenda),Â unit pelaksana teknis, syahbandar, dan untuk mempertajam penghasilan kajian ini telah dilakukan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan.Sedangkan sumber lisan diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan 10 orang informan dengan kategoriÂ pimpinan,staf dan masyarakat.
