ABSTRAKPenyakit Fahr’s adalah penyakit dengan gangguan neuropsikiatri yang ditandai dengan kalsifikasi di ganglia basalis bilateral dari hasil pemeriksaan pencitraan otak dan biasanya berhubungan dengan gangguan metabolisme fosfor dan kalsium. Artikel ini menyajikan kasus penyakit Fahr’s pada seorang wanita usia 56 tahun dengan karsinoma tiroid dan kejang. Selanjutnya, CT scan kepala menunjukkan adanya kalsifikasi yang simetris bilateral pada ganglia basalis, dan otak kecil. Manifestasi klinis penyakit Fahr’s bervariasi tergantung usia, letak bagian otak yang mengalami kalsifikasi, dalam hal ini gejala yang dominan adalah jenis kejang berulang berupa bangkitan general tonic clonic. Kejang yang terjadi dalam hal ini bisa jadi akibat perubahan hormon tiroid atau akibat kalsifikasi di otak. Belum ada pengobatan khusus pada penyakit ini,.Gejala kejang yang terjadi mendapatkan terapi dengan sodium valproate dan terapi untuk gangguan perubahan hormon tiroidnya.Kata kunci: Penyakit Fahr’s, Karsinoma Tiroid, Kejang ABSTRAKFahr’s disease is a disease with neuropsychiatric disorder, characterized by bilateral basal ganglia calcification and usually associated with a phosphorus and calcium metabolism disorder. This paper presents a case of Fahr’s disease in a 56-year-old woman with carcinoma thyroid and seizures. Furthermore, CT showed bilateral symmetric basal ganglia and cerebellum calcifications. Clinical manifestations of Fahr’s disease vary depending on age, location of the part of the brain that is calcified, in this case the dominant symptom is recurrent seizures type of the general tonic clonic. Seizures that occur in this case can be resulted of thyroid hormone changes or brain calcification. There is no specific treatment for this disease. The seizures that occur got therapy with sodium valproate and therapy for disorders of thyroid hormone changes.Key words: Fahr’s Disease, Thyroid Carcinoma, WSeizure

Egg characteristics such as egg size and egg quality affect the hatchability rate of chicken eggs. The study objective was to determine egg characteristics of Pelung chickens that are endangered chickens of Indonesia. A total of 116 eggs from Garut, Bandung, Cianjur and Sukabumi Regencies, West Java Province, Indonesia was selected using a purposive technique. The observed parameters were egg weight, egg specific gravity, and thickness of an eggshell. Data were analyzed using the nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis test followed by the post hoc Mann-Whitney U test. The former was used to determine data differences among research areas, while the latter was applied to compare data differences between the two research areas. The rank Spearman analysis was used to determine the correlation between observed parameters. The study showed that there were significant differences (p > 0.05) among research areas for all observed parameters. Egg weight and thickness of eggshell in the Sukabumi Regency were higher than other regencies, while egg specific gravity in this regency was the highest (p > 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation (p > 0.05) between observed parameters. The findings indicated variation in the rearing management system and the genetic of Pelung chickens in research areas.

In this study, researchers wanted to delve into the strategy of political communication which is run through social media in this regard youtube for the career development and the political influence of a politician in pursuit of political office in this country. Youtube chosen than others, due to social media is social media youtube video so there are similarities with the television media, but the cost to use the youtube media is much cheaper than when a politician uses television. And although it costs much cheaper, but the effects of a viral youtube as a part of social media is very significant. This is because youtube easily distributed to the public in very large numbers and across borders. Youtube effectiveness in reaching audiences seemed destined to politicians who quite phenomenal figure in this country with the program of work and controversy that makes the figure Ahok the center of attention for many people across the country. Youth interest in becoming young agribusiness actors tends to below, however, it needs further study especially for students in the Unpad agro complex faculty. Interest is a feeling in someone to follow activity as a basis for a job. Four factors affect student interest, namely: (1) encouragement in individuals; (2) social motives; (3) emotional factors; and (4) economic motives. This study aims to explain the interest in the brain gain of agro complex migration students and to analyze the factors that influence the brain gain interest. This research is quantitative research with a survey method. The analysis used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that interest in brain gain in overseas students was classified as high at the interest stage. Based on the t-test, the factors that influence the interest of active students from Sumatra in Unpad agro complex faculties are encouragement factors in individuals.

Collaboration is a process of thinking in which the parties involved look at the different aspects of a problem and find solutions to these differences and their limited views on what can be done. Collaboration is defined as togetherness, cooperation, sharing of tasks, equality, and responsibility where the collaborating parties have the same goal, common perception, willingness to process, and provide mutual benefits. This research is motivated by the fact that the process, mechanism and benefits of collaboration between CV. Promindo Utama and its partners do not always go as desired. This condition can certainly hinder the development of the company and or correct the company to make improvements in collaboration patterns in partnerships. In general, this study aims to determine how the business collaboration patterns built by CV. Promindo Utama with its partners and know the factors that support and tend to hinder the collaboration. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data collection used was observation and interviews which were conducted for about 1 month. The results showed that in general the collaboration between CV. Promindo Utama and its partners have been running optimally even though there are still some obstacles. Besides the obstacles that exist, the collaboration pattern that occurs is able to run smoothly.

Entrepreneurship is an important issue in Indonesia because it is considered to be able to overcome various development problems, such as creating new jobs and supporting the realization of economic growth. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that encourage farmers to start new business activities, both farming and non-agricultural businesses that can be a source of income for them. The study uses several approaches/perspectives to explore the factors that trigger young farmers to start new business activities, namely 1) rural sociology perspective in agricultural entrepreneurship, 2) opportunity perspective in agricultural entrepreneurship and 3) resource perspective in agricultural entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurial farmers who are always looking for new business ideas, see and capture new opportunities and are able to utilize the resources they have are indispensable for agricultural development in rural areas. Farmers who have entrepreneurial characteristics are actors who can be expected to develop the economy of rural communities. In essence, all types of farmers described in this study can contribute to the development of the agricultural sector, create new jobs, new economic activities, discover unique resources and maintain the existence of agriculture in Indonesia as an agricultural country.

The number of coffee shops has increased over the past five years. It is driven by the change of the lifestyle of today’s society who chose coffee shops as a place to do activities such as meeting, discussions, working on assigments, etc. The presence of the covid-19 pandemic since the beginning of 2020 also making an impact on various types of businesses including coffee shop. Work coffee indonesia is one of the coffee shops that exposed the impact of the covid-19 pandemic. Although being exposed by the impact of the pandemic, work coffee indonesia still able to survive by doing various promotional activities. Marketing communication becomes one of the tools to maintain the market of business. Therefore this research aims to find out about coffee shop marketing communication in facing the covid-19 pandemic with the work coffee indonesia case study. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive-qualitative design with a research technique used is a case study. It is known in this research that the importance of marketing communication role in maintaining a business and expanding consumer market particularly while experiencing unforseen circumstances such as covid-19 pandemic.

Technological developments in today's increasingly sophisticated era can also provide ideas for finding alternatives in accessing the internet without having to go through a computer. From this idea finally emerged various kinds of electronic products that can be used to access the internet. The progress of science and technology plays a very important role in every activity, be it companies, industries, government agencies and educational institutions. So from the explanation above here the author wants to make an information media tool that analyzes and develops new student admissions information systems at STMIK Prabumulih, with using the waterfall method, with stages, software requirements analysis, design, programming coding, testing, supporting UML design models supporting design tools, namely use cases, activity diagrams, class diagrams, the programming language used is PHP and MySQL database, of course with the existence of This system will make it easier to convey various information as well as job information or other forms of information and to add an accreditation value at a high school.

Optimization of Copper Dissolution from Electronic Waste Printed Circuit Board Using Leaching Method Faradisa Athalla; Erni Sulistiawati; Iwan Setiawan

Electronic waste contains hazardous materials which have an adverse impact on the environment. Therefore, a solution is needed to recycle electronic waste. One solution is recovering copper metal from the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) in electronic waste. The dissolution of copper is carried out by the leaching method, which means dissolving copper using a selective solvent. Analysis of copper was performed using Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES). This experiment aims to determine the factors that influence the optimization of copper dissolution from PCB electronic waste by leaching method and analysis the copper content using ICP-OES. The primary data obtained is the per cent recovery of each factor that affects copper dissolution, which is the concentration of sulfuric acid as a solvent, the percentage of solid / liquid, the speed of stirring, the temperature, and the length of stirring. The optimum conditions were achieved in the form of the highest recovery in each variation, which is 9.8% sulfuric acid, 5% solid/liquid percentage, 200 rpm stirring speed, and at temperature 60 Â°C with a stirring time of 120 minutes, the per cent recovery was obtained respectively 79.83%; 74.86%; 76.52%; and 54.84%.Keywords:Â electronic,Â waste,Â Â PCB,Â dissolution,Â copperÂ Optimalisasi Pelarutan Tembaga dari Limbah ElektronikÂ Printed Circuit Board dengan Metode LeachingABSTRAKLimbah elektronik mengandung bahan-bahan berbahaya yang berdampak buruk bagi lingkungan. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan solusi untuk mendaur ulang limbah elektronik salah satunya adalah pengambilan kembali atau recovery logam tembaga dari Printed Circuit Board (PCB) pada limbah elektronik. Pelarutan tembaga dilakukan dengan metode leaching, yaitu dengan melarutkan tembaga menggunakan pelarut yang selektif. Analisis terhadap kadar tembaga dilakukan menggunakan Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES). Percobaan ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh pada optimalisasi pelarutan tembaga dari limbah elektronik PCB dengan metode leaching dengan analisis terhadap kadar tembaga menggunakan ICP-OES. Data primer yang diperoleh adalah persen recovery dari setiap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelarutan tembaga, yaitu konsentrasi asam sulfat sebagai pelarut, persentase solid/liquid, kecepatan pengadukan, suhu, dan lama pengadukan. Kondisi optimum yang dicapai berupa recovery tertinggi pada setiap variasi, yaitu pada 9,8% asam sulfat, persentase 5% solid/liquid, kecepatan pengadukan 200 rpm, dan suhu pada 60 Â°C dengan lama pengadukan 120 menit diperoleh persen recovery secara berturut-turut 79,83%; 74,86%; 76,52%; dan 54,84%.Kata kunci : elektronik, limbah,Â PCB, pelarut, tembaga

Kebanyakan orang di Indonesia memahami persekusi sebagai pemburuan sewenang-wenang terhadap seorang atau sejumlah warga dan disakiti, dipersusah atau ditumpas, hal ini didasarkan kepada pengertian yang diberikan oleh Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia. Akan tetapi bila melihat asal muasal munculnya persekusi di dunia internasional, persekusi dipahami sebagai perampasan secara sengaja dan kejam terhadap hak-hak dasar yang bertentangan dengan hukum internasional dengan alasan identitas kelompok.
