Abstract

Islamic education based on the Koran and Sunnah of the Prophet plays a role in shaping the character and faith of the younger generation. The Basic Concepts of Islamic Science (KDII) program at the Le Natural Sciences School aims to strengthen students' Islamic scientific foundation, foster a love of the Koran, and prepare them as future leaders. This research evaluates the KDII program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model to assess its effectiveness and impact. This research method is a case study with a qualitative approach at Le Scholar Boarding School. The evaluation results show that the KDII program has succeeded in increasing students' understanding of the basic teachings of Islam and helping them apply Islamic values in their daily lives. This shows the success of the program in forming students who have noble character and are ready to make a positive contribution to society.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam mencetak generasi yang unggul, dan kualitas guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran menjadi aspek yang sangat fundamental dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. SMPIT Darul Fikri Makassar menyadari pentingnya pengembangan profesional guru, sehingga merancang Program Sekolah Guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional mereka. Program ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat pemahaman kurikulum, menguasai metode pembelajaran inovatif, serta mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islami dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengevaluasi program dengan model Four Level yang terdiri dari empat tahapan: reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan dampak positif, seperti peningkatan komunikasi antara guru dan murid, kemampuan adaptasi terhadap perubahan kurikulum, serta kemudahan dalam penerapan modul ajar. Selain itu, peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan profesional guru turut mendukung pencapaian visi dan misi sekolah. Evaluasi hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Meskipun demikian, diperlukan penguatan materi tertentu agar program ini dapat lebih efektif di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program tilawatil Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Ihyaul ‘Ulum DDI Baruga dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Model ini dipilih karena dapat memberikan analisis secara komprehensif terhadap berbagai aspek dalam program, mulai dari konteks pelaksanaan, sumber daya yang digunakan, proses implementasi, hingga dampak dari program. Adapun pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi pada program ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap konteks, program tilawatil Qur’an telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan santri, dan misi pondok yaitu menyelenggarakan pendidikan berbasis potensi lokal sebagai bekal masa depan santri. Pada tahap input, ditemukan bahwa kualifikasi tenaga pengajar, fasilitas pembelajaran, serta strategi pelaksanaan program yang tersedia telah cukup dan mendukung pelaksanaan program, namun masih diperlukan pelatihan tambahan bagi beberapa pengajar yang tergolong baru. Pada tahap proses menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program ini berjalan sesuai rencana, meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala teknis seperti kurangnya waktu pelaksanaan yang telah ditentukan. Selanjutnya pada tahap product, program ini tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan kemampuan membaca al-Qur’an santri, akan tetapi sebagian santri telah berkontribusi pada ajang STQ dan MTQ tingkat Kabupaten, Provinsi hingga Nasional sehingga semakin memperkuat budaya belajar al-Qur’an di lingkungan Pondok dan masyarakat sekitar, meskipun terdapat beberapa santri yang masih pada tahap dasar dan perbaikan bacaan. Beberapa rekomendasi perbaikan peneliti untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut seperti: tambahan waktu pelaksanaan, pelatihan tambahan seperti penguasaan strategi pembelajaran, serta perancangan silabus yang lebih spesifik agar para tenaga pengajar dapat menetapkan target capaian santri yang mengikuti program ini.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect of life that plays a major role in producing a quality generation. One important part of Islamic education is teaching the Qur'an from an early age. The Tahfizh Weekend Program at SMP IT Wahdah Islamiyah Gowa is an effort to improve students' memorization of the Qur'an through an intensive approach involving memorization learning, daily worship, and social activities. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the program using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model, focusing on context analysis, input components, process implementation, and the results obtained. The research method used is a descriptive approach with in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The results of the study showed that this program succeeded in improving students' memorization of the Qur'an, with 78% of students experiencing an increase in the number of memorizations. This program also has a positive impact on the formation of students' religious character, increasing discipline in worship, and strengthening social relationships between students. However, several obstacles such as limited facilities and environmental disturbances need to be considered. Parental support is also an important factor in the success of this program. This study suggests improvements in terms of facilities and time management to increase the effectiveness of the program in the future. The output of this study is expected to provide strategic recommendations for the development of similar programs in other schools.

Abstract

Assessment of counseling guidance programs in schools is very important to ensure that the program can run well and have a positive impact on the development of students. One evaluation model that is often used in the assessment of counseling guidance programs is the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) model developed by Stufflebeam. This study aims to review and compare various studies that have applied the CIPP model in evaluating school counseling guidance programs. The research method used is a literature review by first analyzing its application then comparing several journals that discuss counseling guidance programs using the CIPP evaluation model, drawing conclusions and providing recommendations for future research or practice. Data collection is done by collecting supporting literature from books and also research journals from various sources. The results showed that the three studies that used the CIPP model on counseling programs showed that despite facing different challenges, this model was effective in program evaluation. In SMA Negeri Tegal Regency, the implementation of the CIPP model went well thanks to the supportive background of the teachers. At SMK Penerbangan PBD Medan, despite limited resources and facilities, the program still had a positive impact. Meanwhile, at SMKN 34 Jakarta, most aspects of the program were rated as good, but improvements were still needed in terms of teacher coordination and parental understanding. Overall, the CIPP model provides a comprehensive picture for the improvement of counseling guidance programs.
