Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) program in schools, by highlighting the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from various related parties, such as principals, teachers, and students. The results of the study indicate that in terms of context, program planning in several schools was carried out collaboratively with the local community, although there were obstacles in the understanding of school staff regarding the essence of P5. In terms of input, teacher readiness varies, with some teachers still requiring additional training in implementing P5. Facilities and budget allocation are also challenges in supporting optimal program implementation. In terms of process, the implementation of P5 involves various activities based on Pancasila values, although variations in methods and limited facilities in several schools affect its effectiveness. Monitoring and evaluation of the program still require a more structured system to measure the achievement of program objectives on an ongoing basis. In terms of product, P5 has been shown to improve students' understanding of Pancasila values, 4C skills (Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Creativity), and produce various project-based learning products. However, challenges in the consistency of the application of Pancasila values and limited resources are still obstacles in the implementation of this program. Therefore, more equitable teacher training, increased community support, and innovation in teaching methods are needed to ensure the success of the P5 program in various schools. Abstract

This study examines the application of the servant leadership model in educational settings and its impact on school quality, teacher performance, and organizational culture. A systematic literature review was conducted, analyzing 15 articles selected from an initial pool of 201 studies using the PRISMA approach to ensure validity and relevance. The analysis reveals that servant leadership has a significant role in creating a supportive educational environment, enhancing teacher motivation, and strengthening organizational commitment. However, challenges in implementation persist, primarily due to limited understanding and insufficient training among educational leaders. To address these challenges, the study recommends the development of targeted training programs and mentorship initiatives for school principals to promote effective servant leadership practices. This review emphasizes the importance of incorporating servant leadership principles into leadership development programs to enhance their impact on educational outcomes. The paper cites 15 references but does not include tables, graphs, or supplementary appendices. Future research is recommended to explore practical models of servant leadership training in various educational contexts, aiming to support sustainable school improvement.

Abstract

The leadership of school principals has a strategic role in improving teacher effectiveness, learning quality, and job satisfaction of educators. This study aims to systematically analyze the role of school principals in improving teacher effectiveness, learning quality, and job satisfaction of educators by conducting a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2021 and 2025. The methods used include identification, selection, analysis, and synthesis of relevant articles from various indexed journals. A total of 15 articles were selected from databases including Scopus, ERIC, and Google Scholar, using inclusion criteria such as publication year (2021–2025), focus on elementary education, and discussions on leadership models. Exclusion criteria included studies not focused on teacher performance or non-elementary levels. A total of 15 articles that discuss the leadership of school principals, both in instructional, transformational, and distributional contexts, were studied in depth. The results of the analysis showed that instructional and transformational leadership styles consistently demonstrated a positive impact on teacher motivation, job satisfaction, and instructional effectiveness, while transactional leadership often correlated with decreased teacher engagement and performance. In addition, supporting factors such as the work environment, teacher training, and strategic management of school principals contribute to improving the quality of education. However, challenges such as high workloads and stress in school leadership require more systematic solutions. Quantitatively, over 70% of the reviewed studies emphasized the importance of adaptive leadership approaches in overcoming teacher-related challenges. Thus, it is necessary to develop policies and leadership strategies that are more innovative, adaptive, and oriented towards the welfare of teachers to create a more quality and sustainable education system.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education has become a strategic agenda to improve the quality and accessibility of learning in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the policy of Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel Regulation No. 7607/B.B1/HK.03/2023, which focuses on technology-based performance management for teachers and school principals, and its implications for learning quality. The research employs the Literature Review method with data retrieved from Lens.org. The findings reveal that the policy provides a transparent and accountable framework; however, its implementation faces several challenges, such as gaps in technological infrastructure and digital literacy in remote areas. The policy's impact is more pronounced in urban areas with better access to technology compared to rural regions. This study recommends enhancing infrastructure, digital literacy training, and sustainable technical support to ensure the success of digital transformation in education. With inclusive and sustainable implementation, this policy has significant potential to improve educators' professionalism and learning quality.

Abstract

Objective: The primary goal of this review is to investigate the connection between organizational health and transformational leadership in the context of school leadership practices. The qualities of transformational leadership and how it is developed from different foundational leadership theories are also intended to be examined in this review. Method: The type of research used is Research and Development (RnD). Results: Following the filtering process, 34 papers were selected for examination using a variety of pre-established criteria as part of the systematic review approach. According to this systematic review, a relationship exists between the organizational health components proposed by Hoy and Miskel and the transformational leadership features presented by Bass. This is crucial since it serves as the foundation for this study. Novelty: The components of organizational health—namely integrity within institutions, collegial leadership, teacher relationships, and academic emphasis—play a pivotal role in shaping effective school environments. These elements are closely aligned with the four dimensions of transformational leadership: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. Understanding the interplay between organizational health and transformational leadership provides valuable insight into how school leaders can foster positive, sustainable change.
