Abstract

Kediri is one of the regencies in East Java Province with a variety of potential natural resources. In Kediri Regency, there are various potentials and natural resources that can support the welfare of the community spread across several sub-districts. The potential and natural resources that exist can be used as an agropolitan area in order to empower the community. Through the implementation method based on regional area design, sector implementation, and impact on the community which are the three main phases in an effort to increase the spirit of skilled and creative work for the community in the agropolitan area of ​​Kediri Regency. The potential and natural resources that can be maximized for export, processing, and creation into productivity in the agropolitan area include: 1) pineapple, papaya, sorgum, and turmeric which can be maximized in the sub-districts of Ngancar, Wates, Plosoklaten, and Kandat, 2) oyster mushrooms, corn, dragon fruit, and sugar cane which can be maximized in the sub-districts of Ngadiluwih, Ringinrejo, and Kras, 3) chili and vegetables which can be maximized in the sub-districts of Pare, Kandangan, Puncu, and Kepung, 4) rice and secondary crops which can be maximized in the sub-districts of Pagu, Plemahan, Papar, and Purwoasri, and 5) podang mango, coffee, orange, and cassava which can be maximized in the sub-districts of Semen, Grogol, Banyakan, Tarokan, and Mojo. Through the distribution map that has been designed by the Kediri Regency Government, it at least provides an illustration to be maximized massively and sustainably in order to increase income and the economy for the people of Kediri Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan Pendidikan karakter berbasis Pemikiran Ki Hadjar Dewantara kepada remaja desa Guyangan Kecamatan Bagor Kabupaten Nganjuk. Kegiatan ini perlu ditanamkan kepada generasi penerus bangsa. Pendidikan karakter merupakan usaha sistematis terkait pembangunan kebudayaan dengan memberikan pendidikan dalam tumbuh kembangnya jiwa raga sesorang sehingga lingkungan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan jiwa menuju ke arah adab kemanusiaan dalam keharmonisan hidup. Metode kegiatan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode sosialisasi, tanya jawab, diskusi mandiri, dan simulasi pengajaran dalam menerapkan pendidikan karakter di Balai Desa Guyangan. Indikator ketercapaian tujuan pengabdian masyarakat adalah bahwa 75% stake holder masyarakat setempat merasakan senang dengan diadakannya penyuluhan tentang pendidikan karakter di balai desa Guyangan sebagai bentuk wawasan orang tua dan remaja dalam memberikan pengetahuan untuk membangun moral dan akhlak melalui internalisasi pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in preserving local traditions at MTsN 17 Jombang, East Java. As part of the Merdeka Curriculum, P5 seeks to integrate Pancasila values, including respect for local culture, into the educational process. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The subjects of the study include the school principal, teachers, students, and community leaders involved in the P5 implementation. The findings indicate that the implementation of P5 at MTsN 17 Jombang successfully integrates local traditions into the curriculum through various activities such as traditional dance training, traditional music, handicrafts, and ceremonial events. This project not only enhances students' awareness of local culture but also involves the community in the preservation of traditions. Challenges encountered include limited resources and time for extracurricular activities, as well as the need for teacher training in managing cultural preservation activities. The study concludes that P5 can be an effective model for preserving local traditions through formal education. With the right approach, P5 at MTsN 17 Jombang can serve as a best practice example for integrating local culture into school curricula. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of culturally-based curricula in other schools across Indonesia.

Abstract

Pembelajaran PLH yang terjadi di kelas didominasi dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran langsung sehingga berakibat pada menurunya hasil belajar siswa, menurunnya hasil belajar siswa dari segi kogntif dan afektif . Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan pembelajaran, bagaimana mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru dan siswa selama pembelajaran serta mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model kontekstual berbasis proyek. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan ialah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), tekhnik analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif guna menjelaskan hasil dari penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini bisa dilihat pada tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan 2 siklus. Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan, pada siklus I siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan nilai persentase 75,45% sedangkan pada siklus II siswa mengalami peningkatan dengan persentase 91,2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan belajar terhadap diterapkannya model kontekstual berbasis proyek yang dilaksanakan di SD. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the musical drama project on strengthening the Pancasila student profile of students at SDN Jombatan 3 Jombang. The research method used in this research is an ex post facto method with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this research were students at SDN Jombatan 3 Jombang. The sample in this study consisted of 32 students who were the population sample. The data calculation technique uses SPSS version 21. The results of this research can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the musical drama project on strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. Where the significant value of tcount (5% = 170.592) is greater than ttable (0.361) and at the 0.000 significance level it is less than 0.05 so it can be concluded that in the research the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a very big influence from the musical drama project on strengthening the Pancasila student profile for students at SDN Jombatan 3 Jombang, seen from the calculation of the coefficient of determination value of 85% of this influence. Implementing the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project certainly requires cooperation between students. In this case, it is clear that the character of mutual cooperation and creativity are two important characters in working on a Project for Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students. The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is expected to inspire students to contribute to the surrounding environment. It is also hoped that the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project can be an optimal means of encouraging students to become lifelong learners who are competent, have character and behave in accordance with Pancasila values.

Abstract

This study interprets the role of web-based school digital libraries in supporting elementary school students' reading interests. This study was conducted at SD Plus Darul Ulum Jombang as one of the leading schools that has implemented web-based digital libraries as an effective reading medium for students. The research approach used was a qualitative study with a narrative study design. The results of the study indicate that the operation of web-based school digital libraries has been carried out well in supporting students' reading and literacy interests. The level of student reading interest is influenced by aspects of enthusiasm, content preferences, and variations of reading books read. The challenges and limitations of web-based digital libraries lie only in technology access and students' digital skills in understanding the features on the library web. The implications of the study are expected to be a strategy for elementary school institutions in implementing web-based digital libraries as a form of supporting student reading and literacy services by integrating with technological developments.

Abstract

The persisting issue of lacking empathy and environmental awareness among students at SDN Jombatan 6 Jombang—evident in neglected surroundings and substantial waste accumulation—remains a recurring concern. This study aims to implement the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (English: Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila [P5]) activities to cultivate students’ character and outline execution strategies. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, this research examined subjects in light of existing phenomena. Participants include the school principal, fourth-grade teachers, all fourth-grade students, and the school’s gardeners. Data collection includes observation, interviews, and documentation, followed by analysis stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, validated through peer examination. The findings illuminate several key points: (1) Teachers orchestrate the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SDN Jombatan 6 Jombang, crafting tailored learning modules that align with the local environment. These modules are accompanied by practical actions derived from educational activities. (2) Strategies for implementing P5 activities in fourth-grade students are diverse, including material selection and engaging teaching methods to enhance knowledge acquisition. These efforts are supported by advocacy materials like banners or pamphlets. (3) The impact of P5 activities on students’ character at SDN Jombatan 6 Jombang is evident in their daily conduct, such as caring for plants, proper waste disposal, reducing plastic waste, bringing homemade lunches, participating in community service, and adhering to school regulations.

Abstract

jbbb Currently there are still many teachers who use the lecture method, to use the two stray two stay learning model is still minimally used during learning. In this study, researchers wanted to find out whether the two stay two stray learning model had an effect on the learning outcomes of these students, this was the purpose of the study. This study used quantitative methods with a type of one-group pretest-postest design. The sample of this study was 16 students. Data collection methods are tests, questionnaires and documentation. The results of this study showed that before being given the action obtained an average value of 66.88 and after getting the action increased to 86.25. This study has a significant effect of 0.000. A significant value indicating 0.000 < 0.05 so that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. This means that there is a positive influence and response from the use of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) learning model on student learning outcomes in Class III PKN material at SDN Kesamben 2 Ngoro Jombang.

Abstract

Since the new teachings of 2022–2023, the Al Anwar Pacul Gowang Islamic Boarding School Plus Elementary School has used the Independent Curriculum. establishing the Pancasila Student Profile as the cornerstone for cultivating pancasila-compatible character values. Its implementation is done through extracurricular and curricular (project-based) activities. The following are the 6 dimensions of Pancasila student profiles:: 1) Faith, Fear of God Almighty and noble character, 2) Global Diversity, 3) Mutual Cooperation, 4) Independent, 5) Critical Reasoning, 6) creative. The results of the study show that (1) The study's findings indicate that (1) Implementation of a project to enhance Pancasila students' profiles on the topic of class III local wisdom, in which the teacher creates materials and programs to be implemented over the course of one semester in order to ensure that the composition is well-designed, and that there are program benefits when students complete projects that are provided. (2) The ability to foster a sense of healing toward cultural variety, create innovative works and acts, and conduct projects to raise the profile of Pancasila class III students are demonstrated through efforts to increase student creativity. Not only that, but personality, emotional character, intellectual, language, cognitive character, and moral development all proceed at a rapid rate alongside physical and motor development. (3) Implementing the project to develop Pancasila student profiles on the topic of local knowledge has run into a number of challenges, including the teacher council's lack of cooperation, a lack of resources and infrastructure, and parental opposition. Increased collaboration with teacher boards and full facilities are the answers to these problems.
