Abstract

This study aims to develop a QR Code-based Smartbox media and determine the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of QR Code-based smartbox media in improving the learning outcomes of the Alpha generation in Pancasila Education learning. This study uses a research and development method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The subjects of the study were second-grade elementary school students in three schools, namely SDN Badas 2 Kediri, SDN Plandi 1 Jombang, and SDN Sengon Jombang. The research instruments included expert validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests in the form of pretests and posttests. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and quantitative analysis, including paired samples t-tests and N-Gain analysis. The results showed that the QR Code-based Smartbox media was declared valid and practical, and effective in improving student learning outcomes. This was indicated by the significance value of the t-test results which was smaller than 0.05. Thus, QR Code-based Smartbox media is suitable for use as an alternative innovative learning media that is in accordance with the characteristics of the Alpha generation and supports the implementation of student-centered learning.

Abstract

This study stemmed from the issue of inadequate student performance in compound sentence content within Indonesian language education. The primary challenges encountered by students were comprehending sentence structure and using conjunctions accurately. This situation underscores the need for innovation in educational media, since the limited use of interactive media has adversely affected student engagement and comprehension. Consequently, a medium is required that may capture attention while proficiently augmenting pupils' comprehension. Wordwall, an interactive digital platform, provides a range of customizable educational games tailored to certain teaching materials.This research seeks to investigate the impact of Wordwall media on student learning outcomes for compound sentence content at the elementary school level. A quantitative methodology was used, using a pre-experimental design including a one-group pretest-posttest design. This research had a total of 30 students as participants. Data were gathered via an objective assessment tool delivered before to and during the intervention to evaluate learning results. Subsequently, the data were examined using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the Wilcoxon test.The study results indicated that the mean posttest score (89.87) was substantially greater than the mean pretest score. The Wilcoxon test findings corroborated this conclusion with a significance value of 0.000, which is below the 0.05 significance threshold. Consequently, it can be stated that the use of Wordwall media positively and significantly enhances student learning results. This medium has shown efficacy and is deserving of consideration as an innovative alternative learning resource in primary education.

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in Pancasila Education at SDN Sidokerto 2 Mojowanro Jombang indicate the need for innovation in the instructional process learning activities that are predominantly lecture-basedtend to limit student participation, resulting in suboptimal understanding of the topic of sosial norms. One alternative strategy to echance students’ engagement and comprehension is the use of interactive visual learning media, such as a pop-up book. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of pop-up book media in improving elementary students’ learning outcomes. A pre-experimental research design with a one-group pretest-posttest approach was employed the participants consisted of 14 students selected using a saturated sampling technique, data were collected through a pretest administered before the implementation of the learning media and a posttest conducted after the intervention. Priorto hypothesis testing a normality test was perfomed to determine the appropriate statistical analysis. If the data were not normally distributed, the non parametric Wilcoxon tets was applied signification difference between pretestand posttest scores (sig.(2- tailed) = 0,001, α = 0,05) indicatinf that the use of pop-up book media had positive and significant effect on student’ learning outcomes. These findings suggest that interactive visual learning media can serve as aneffective instructional strategy to improve the quality oc civic education leaning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low understanding of the concept of flat building and mathematical communication skills of elementary school students which are still abstract and have not been supported by innovative and technology-based learning tools. The integration of the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework with the use of Canva's digital media is a solution to create more visual, interactive, and meaningful learning. This research aims to develop a Canva-based teaching module that is integrated with TPACK and test its validity, practicality, and effectiveness in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts and communication skills. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D model which includes the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The product developed is a Canva-based digital teaching module designed by systematically integrating content, pedagogy, and technology aspects. The research subjects were elementary school grade V students involving validators who were experts in material, media, and language. The research instruments include validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, concept comprehension tests, and mathematical communication skills tests. The results of the study show that the teaching modules developed are in the category of being very valid, practical, and effective in improving student learning outcomes. This is shown by a significant improvement in students' understanding of concepts and mathematical communication skills based on N- Gain analysis with medium to high categories. These findings indicate that Canva-based teaching modules within the TPACK framework are able to transform flat-wake learning to be more engaging, contextual, and student-centered.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimotivasi oleh pentingnya penerapan supervisi di lembaga pendidikan sekolah dasar. Supervisi merupakan langkah strategis kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja lembaga. Tanpa supervisi, sekolah akan tertinggal dari lembaga sejenis dari perspektif kualitas dan mutu. Indikator yang mempengaruhi efektivitas supervisi meliputi peningkatan motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi yang positif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meninjau tingkat motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi yang positif sebagai parameter dalam membangun efektivitas supervisi di SD Negeri Kapanjen 2 Kabupaten Jombang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei penjelasan dengan prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data menunjukkan hasil bahwa motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi memiliki koefisien kontribusi atau penentu sebesar 83,17% dan F-hitung sebesar 9,875 > F-tabel sebesar 2,045, dan dalam hal nilai probabilitas (sig.) sebesar 0,03 < 0,05 (5%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas supervisi di SD Negeri Kapanjen 2 Kabupaten Jombang.
