Abstract

Perusahaan selalu menuntut karyawan memberikan kontribusi terbaik dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Namun, tuntutan ini harus didukung oleh stimulus seperti Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, kompensasi, dan komitmen. PT. KTC Makassar, perusahaan kayu lapis, dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini untuk memahami kontribusi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) terhadap produktivitas dan daya saing global. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan kompensasi pada Kinerja Karyawan, dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai penghubungnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi 500 karyawan produksi dan sampel 165 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersamaan, Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, kompensasi, dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja memediasi hubungan antara kompetensi dan kompensasi dengan kinerja. Namun, motivasi kerja tidak memediasi hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja. Dalam kesimpulannya, peningkatan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja akan meningkatkan komitmen dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Researchers and teachers extensively use statistics to deepen academic knowledge or analyze students' enhancement. Therefore, many universities require their students to take a statistics class leastwise as a graduation requirement. One of the objectives of statistics class is to intensify the statistical reasoning ability of students. This study aimed to analyze the statistical reasoning level of the student-teacher. The research was conducted using a qualitative case study divided into three stages to assess students’-teacher statistical reasoning. First, we adopted the statistical reasoning task from prior research. Next, we tested 32 participants from the fourth-semester student-teacher. Finally, the statistical reasoning level was classified based on the participants' answers. The results showed that students' statistical reasoning was at the idiosyncratic, transitional, quantitative, and analytical levels, with the highest percentage at the idiosyncratic level. The conclusion was that there needs to be an effort to improve the statistical reasoning of students-teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of images in improving students' vocabulary mastery and to investigate students' perceptions of the use of images. This study was conducted at MTs NW Karang Juli Kadindi. The subjects of this study were 29 students of MTs NW Karang Juli. This study was conducted using Classroom Action Research by Kemmis and Mc Taggart which consisted of 2 cycles. The data of this study are qualitative data. Qualitative data were obtained from students' main scores in the test; pre-test, post-test I and post-test II. While qualitative data were obtained from observation sheets, interviews and documentation that had been compiled by researchers during the teaching and learning process. The results of the data analysis showed that there was an increase in students' vocabulary mastery from each cycle. This is indicated by the average pre-test score of 54.31. Where, there were 7 students who obtained a successful criterion score or only 24.13% and 24 students were unsuccessful or 75.86%%. After conducting cycle I using images, there was an increase in students' average results of 67.27%. Where, 19 students obtained a successful criterion score or only 65.51% and 10 students obtained a failed criterion score or 34.48%. Then making improvements for the second cycle after reflection on the first cycle, there was an average increase in students of 76.03%. Where, 24 students obtained a successful criterion score or 86.20% and 4 students obtained a failed criterion score or 13.79%.

Abstract

HIV continues to be a significant global public health problem, claiming 36.3 million lives so far and an estimated 37.7 million people living with HIV by the end of 2020. 16% of all people living with HIV do not know they have HIV. People infected with HIV in 2020 reached 1.5 million lives, and people died reached 680,000 lives. (WHO, 2020). This study aims to evaluate the implementation of HIV/AIDS counseling and testing at the Cidempet Health Center and the Bongas Health Center, Indramayu Regency. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The research informants consisted of 3 primary informants: 1 HIV/AIDS Program Holder of the Health Office, 2 HIV/AIDS Program Holders of the Health Center, and 4 Triangulation Informants: 2 Heads of Health Centers and 2 Recipients of HIV/AIDS Counseling and Testing Services. The data was analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study shows that there is no difference in the implementation of guidance/direction and communication in HIV/AIDS counseling and testing programs before the COVID-19 pandemic was carried out directly and during the COVID-19 pandemic was transferred online. The implementation of work motivation within the health center is not explicitly given. While motivating service recipients at the Cidempet Health Center is good enough, the Bongas Health Center is not. The implementation of human resource performance is still an obstacle due to the shortage of human resources and the allocation of funds, and there are differences in the provision of funding sources for HIV/AIDS counseling and testing activities. The conclusion of this study is that before and after the COVID-19 pandemic, the implementation of counseling and tests experienced differences where counseling visits and tests only accepted patients who were indicated to have HIV, the implementation of Briefing, communication, motivation, human resource performance, and fund allocation had their obstacles. The suggestion in this study is to improve and optimize policies and procedures for HIV/AIDS counseling and testing in Puskesmas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan merumuskan strategi manajemen pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Galesong, Kabupaten Takalar. Pelayanan kesehatan di tingkat puskesmas memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga kesehatan masyarakat di tingkat lokal. Dalam penelitian ini, berbagai aspek manajemen strategis, seperti perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian pelayanan kesehatan, dianalisis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi Puskesmas Galesong. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi Puskesmas Galesong dalam mengelola pelayanan kesehatan, termasuk keterbatasan sumber daya dan perubahan kebutuhan masyarakat. Sebagai tanggapan terhadap temuan ini, penelitian ini merumuskan beberapa rekomendasi strategis, seperti meningkatkan kolaborasi dengan pihak terkait, mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya yang ada, dan memperbaiki sistem pelaporan dan pemantauan kesehatan. Dengan menerapkan strategi ini, diharapkan Puskesmas Galesong dapat memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini merupakan langkah penting dalam meningkatkan manajemen pelayanan kesehatan di tingkat puskesmas, yang pada gilirannya akan berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan majas hiperbola yang terkandung dalam materi Stand-Up Comedy Abdur Arsyad. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan pendekataan Stilistika. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa majas hiperbola yang terdapat dalam Materi Stand-Up Comedy Abdur Arsyad. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara meliputi identifikasi data, reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah terdapat penggunaan majas hiperbola  pada materi Stand-up comedy Abdur Arsyad. Penyusunan kalimat mengunakan majas hiperbola dengan tujuan untuk memperindah tulisan supaya menarik dan untuk menekankan pesan-pesan yang ingin disampaikan.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of YouTube social media in Arabic language lessons for 7th-grade female students at SMP IT Al Insyirah in Makassar City and to assess the application of YouTube social media in enhancing the listening skills of these students. The research method used in this study is Classroom Action Research using the Kurt Lewin model, which consists of two cycles, with each cycle comprising one or more meetings. The sample for this research consists of 10 female students from the 7th grade at SMP IT Al Insyirah in Makassar City. Data collection techniques include observation, tests, and documentation. The tests include both pre-tests and post-tests. The pre-test is conducted at the beginning of the session before students receive treatment or engage in the learning process involving the use of YouTube social media. The post-test is conducted at the end of each meeting in each cycle. Data analysis techniques involve using percentage calculation formulas and mean values for the analysis of the improvement in listening skills. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of YouTube social media in Arabic language lessons led to an improvement in the listening skills of 7th-grade female students at SMP IT Al Insyirah from the pre-cycle to cycle II. According to the test results conducted during the learning process in the classroom, the pre-cycle average score was 29%, the cycle I average score increased to 68%, and the cycle II average score was 90.5%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the application of YouTube social media in each cycle contributes to a significant enhancement in listening skills with a category of excellent.

Abstract

Antioxidants are compounds that are capable of neutralizing free radicals. One plant with potential antioxidant properties is Peperomia pellucida. Objective: This study aimed to determine the antioxidant activity, total phenolic content, and total flavonoid content of extracts of the leaves and stems of Peperomia pellucida. Methods: Antioxidant activity was tested using the DPPH method, while the total phenolic and flavonoid contents were measured using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Extraction was performed via reflux using three different solvents: n-hexane, ethyl acetate, and ethanol. Results: The highest antioxidant activity was found in the ethanol extract of the leaves, with an IC50 value of 36.85 µg/mL, and in the stems, with an IC50 value of 71.28 µg/mL. The highest total phenolic content in the ethanol extract of the leaves was 14.46 mg GAE/g and that in the stems was 12.82 mg GAE/g. The highest total flavonoid content in the ethanol extract of the leaves was 12.12 mg QE/g and that in the stems was 10.49 mg QE/g. Conclusion: The results indicated that the ethanol extract of Peperomia pellucida leaves exhibited very strong antioxidant activity. Keywords: antioxidants, DPPH, phenolic, flavonoids, suruhan Plants

Abstract

This study aims to determine the chain of sales of vegetables in Teluk Jambe, Karawang Regency. In addition, it can cut off the chain of sales from farmers to consumers. While the scope of this study only discusses the vegetables only. This research type is descriptive qualitative and done with the concept of qualitative descriptive. Descriptive qualitative is the concept of research with the process of obtaining data that is potluck. Analyze the supply chain of vegetables commercial with the methods of Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). The results of the study showed the presence of Sis-Log In Apps could be cut chain sales. So from the results of this study provide a positive impact for farmers. In conclusion, Sis-Log In Apps is designed to cut the chain of sale of commodity vegetables only. With the results as a liaison and direct intermediaries between farmers and consumers.
