Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study examines influence of augmented reality (AR)-based learning media on junior high school students' digital literacy skills, exploring its potential to enhance technology integration in education. Methodology: Conducted in Jambi, the research involved 220 students and employed a mixed-method approach, collecting data through questionnaires that assessed students’ responses to AR use and their digital literacy levels. Data analysis using SPSS 21 included descriptive statistics and regression analysis to evaluate the relationship between AR media and digital literacy development. Main Findings: The findings revealed overwhelmingly positive student perceptions of AR-based learning media, with 58.6% rating it as “Good” and 24.2% as “Very Good.” Additionally, 62.3% of students demonstrated “Good” digital literacy skills, with an average score of 28. Regression analysis indicated a significant relationship between the use of AR learning media and improvements in students' digital literacy, with AR contributing 65.1% to the observed variance. The study further highlighted that AR media fostered interactive and immersive learning experiences, making abstract concepts more accessible and engaging for students. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this study lies in its focus on the dual impact of AR in promoting both academic learning and essential 21st-century skills like digital literacy. By illustrating the practical benefits of AR in junior high school education, this research offers valuable insights for educators and policymakers aiming to integrate innovative technologies into curricula. These findings underscore AR's potential to transform traditional classrooms, preparing students for a digitally-driven future while enhancing their learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to explore parenting patterns in the formation of early childhood morals. In the context of globalization that brings changes in values, parents are faced with the challenge of educating their children to have good character. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, which allows researchers to obtain in-depth data through interviews and direct observation. The findings demonstrate how parents' parenting styles vary greatly based on the traits of each child and the dynamics of the family. Children's moral development has been demonstrated to benefit from democratic and authoritarian parenting, as seen by improvements in self-esteem, politeness, and goal orientation. This study highlights the value of parents actively teaching their children morality from a young age and the necessity of understanding how technology affects parenting. It is believed that parents would be more equipped to mold their children's moral character in the future if they are aware of the types and advantages of good parenting. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini menawarkan solusi dengan mengajak siswa/siswi UPT SMK Negeri 2 Pinrang untuk belajar pemrograman. Melalui pembelajaran ini, siswa/siswi dilatih untuk berpikir kritis dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan metode terstruktur yang berfokus pada pengembangan robot sederhana. Hal ini sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa/siswi di sekolah mitra, baik yang telah memiliki dasar pemrograman maupun yang belum, serta sangat diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan ujian dan kehidupan setelah lulus sekolah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui metode pelatihan dan pendampingan langsung dirangkaian dengan test dan lomba. Pelaksanaan pre-test dan pemberian materi logika matematika serta pemrograman Arduino sebagai dasar untuk praktikum pembuatan robot sederhana, dilanjutkan dengan post-test dan lomba. Terjadi peningkatan dari nilai rata-rata 50,57% pada pre-test menjadi 63,4% pada post-test, dengan peningkatan sebesar 12,83%. Lomba tersebut menghasilkan tiga siswa dengan waktu tercepat dalam merangkai komponen robot. Diharapkan materi yang telah diberikan dapat memberdayakan siswa/siswi untuk menjadi pencipta teknologi yang berharga setelah mereka menyelesaikan pendidikan mereka

Abstract

Tumbuh kembang anak pada usia dini merupakan aspek penting dalam kehidupan yang membutuhkan perhatian khusus agar anak dapat berkembang optimal. Deteksi dini tumbuh kembang anak sangat penting untuk mengidentifikasi gangguan atau keterlambatan yang dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan fisik, kognitif, dan emosional anakMetode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan observasi langsung dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada orang tua serta pemeriksaan Kuesioner Pra Skirining Perkembangan (KPSP) pada anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KPSP efektif dalam mendeteksi gangguan tumbuh kembang anak, terutama dalam aspek motorik kasar dan halus, bahasa, serta sosial emosional. Sebagian besar balita di daerah ini memiliki status gizi yang baik, namun terdapat sebagian kecil yang mengalami gizi kurang atau gizi buruk. Jadi implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peningkatan pengetahuan orang tua dan petugas kesehatan dalam mengimplementasikan deteksi dini tumbuh kembang anak.

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasi. Fokus masalah pada penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh Metode Talaqqi terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Al-Qur’an Siswa Madrasah Aliyah Al-Usmaniyah di Bagan Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Metode Talaqqi terhadap Kemampuan Memb This research was motivated by the low ability of students to read the Koran. This type of research is quantitative correlation research. The focus of the problem in this research is whether the influence of the Talaqqi Method on the Al-Qur'an Reading Ability of Al-Usmaniyah Madrasah Aliyah Students in Bagan Batu, Rokan Hilir Regency. This research aims to determine the effect of the Talaqqi method on the ability to read the Al-Qur'an of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Usmaniyah students in Bagan Batu, Rokan Hilir Regency. The subjects used in this research were all class XII students of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Usmaniyah in Bagan Batu. The population of this research was 55 students in class XII of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Usmaniyah, 29 students in science class and 26 students in social studies class. This research consists of two variables, namely the Talaqqi Method (variable X) and the Ability to Read the Al-Qur'an (variable Y). The results of this research show that there is an influence of the talaqqi method on the ability to read the Al-Qur'an. This can be seen from the results of data processing using IBM SPSS statistics 22 for windows, that a simple regression analysis obtained a significant value smaller than 0.05, namely 0.024 < 0.05, so the hypothesis of this research is that there is an influence of the Talaqqi Method on the ability to read Al-Qur'an. Qur'an for Class XII Students of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Usmaniyah in Bagan Batu, Rokan Hilir Regency. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana toleransi mempengaruhi persepsi siswa tentang keberagaman, hubungan sosial, dan prestasi akademik mereka di SMPN 16 Pekanbaru. Toleransi sebagai konsep sosial  sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan harmonis. Data untuk penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 300 siswa di SMPN 16 di Pekanbaru. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat toleransi siswa dengan persepsi mereka terhadap keberagaman, kualitas hubungan sosial, dan prestasi akademik berkorelasi positif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan toleransi siswa dapat membantu mereka mencapai hasil akademik yang lebih baik dan memiliki interaksi sosial yang lebih positif.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the mathematical concept understanding ability of students who use and do not use the Cooperative Script learning model, find out the differences between the two, and measure the effectiveness of the model in class VIII SMPN 1 Salomekko. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental design of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research samples were class VIII A as the experimental class (33 students) and class VIII B as the control class (32 students), which were selected through simple random sampling technique. The instrument used was a description question, with data analysis using descriptive statistics and Independent Sample T Test hypothesis testing. The results showed that the Cooperative Script model effectively improved students' mathematical concept understanding ability. In the experimental class, the average score increased from 22.03 to 55.82, while in the control class it increased from 21.03 to 46.19. In addition, there is a significant difference between the average ability of the two classes, which shows the effectiveness of the Cooperative Script model in learning mathematics.

Abstract

Overweight is a common problem in both adults and children, and this problem is quite risky to health. Giving formula milk to children is one factor that can make children overweight. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the history of giving formula milk and the incidence of overweight in children under five years of age. This study used a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach, conducted in Grantung Village, Bayan District, Purworejo Regency, Central Java, carried out from September to November 2023. The study was conducted after obtaining approval from the Health Research Ethics Commission of Semarang State University with Number: 335 / KEPK / EC / 2023 and had obtained a research permit from the Purworejo Regency Government through the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office with Number: 562.42 / 209/2023. Research respondents have signed the consent form to become respondents before participating in the study. The results of the study showed that of the 19 respondents there were 7 respondents who had no history of being given formula milk, all of these respondents did not have problems with being overweight (0%), while of the 12 respondents who had a history of being given formula milk, 4 (33.33%) of them were overweight, although statistically there was no significant relationship (p-value: 0.0245). Suggestions for future researchers are that further research needs to be carried out using a cohort study method to obtain more complete information about giving formula milk and its relation to the risk of being overweight in children aged less than five years.      Abstrak Berat badan berlebih merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi baik pada orang dewasa maupun pada anak, dan masalah ini cukup berisiko terhadap kesehatan. Pemberian susu formula pada anak salah faktor yang dapat membuat berat badan pada anak berlebih. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan riwayat pemberian susu formula terhadap kejadian berat badan berlebih pada anak usia kurang dari lima tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan croos sectional, dilakukan di Desa Grantung, Kecamatan Bayan, Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah dilaksanakan pada September sampai November 2023. Penelitian dilakukan setelah mendapat persetujuan Komisi Etik Penelitian Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Semarang dengan Nomor: 335/KEPK/EC/2023 dan telah mendapatkan ijin penelitian dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Purworejo melalui Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu dengan Nomor: 562.42/209/2023. Responden penelitian sudah menandatangai lembar persetujuan menjadi responden sebelum mengikuti penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 19 responden ada 7 responden yang tidak mempunyai riwayat diberikan susu formula, kesemuanya responden tersebut tidak mempunyai masalah berat badan berlebih (0%), sedangkan 12 respoden yang mempunyai riwayat diberikan susu formula, 4 (33,33%) diantaranya mengalami berat badan berlebih, walaupun secara statistik tidak mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna (p-value: 0,0245). Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya, perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dengan metode lain seperti kohort study untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih lengkap tentang pemberian susu formula dan kaitannya dengan risiko berat badan berlebih pada anak usia kurang dari lima tahun.

Abstract

As part of professional healthcare workers, nurses play an essential role as caregivers, educators, client advocates, counselors, agents of change, leaders, managers, case managers, researchers, and developers of nursing practices. However, the number of nursing staff still needs to meet national targets, resulting in suboptimal nurse performance and increased workloads. The rising workload for nurses can cause work fatigue, which can affect the nurse's happiness. Unhappy nurses will affect their productivity at work, especially in providing quality care and services. to determine the level of joy among nurses at the Gowa District Health Center. The research design is descriptive, quantitative, and categorical. The sampling technique used is total sampling. This research was conducted from February to April 2024 in the Public Health Center in Gowa Regency, consisting of 71 respondents. The data collection method used was The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHQ). The research findings indicate that all 71 respondents (100%) have a very high level of happiness.Based on the research results, it is known that the happiness level of nurses in the Public Health Center in Gowa Regency is in the very high category

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa gejala permasalahan yang ditemui peneliti yaitu Pertama, dari sisi internal guru yang masih banyak belum menguasai model komunikasi efektif. Kedua, dari sisi eksternal yaitu keterbatasan waktu yang tersedia dalam pembelajaran dan perbedaan latar belakang peserta didik sehingga gaya belajar yang timbul juga berbeda-beda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan model komunikasi efektif guru dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak Kelas VII MTsN Al Khoirot Pelalawan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model komunikasi efektif dan hasil belajar. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan antara model komunikasi efektif guru dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Akidah Akhlak kelas VII MTsN Al Khoirot Pelalawan yang menunjukkan pada hasil yaitu berada pada nilai 0,508. Untuk nilai 0,508 terletak diantara 0,400–0,599 yang berarti memiliki korelasi yang sedang atau cukup.
