Abstract

Aik Bukaq Village, located in Batukliang Utara District, Central Lombok Regency, has abundant natural potential, especially in the agricultural sector, with superior products in the form of avocado and coffee. However, this potential has not been optimally managed to attract the attention of the outside community. Therefore, this study aims to develop avocado coffee as a superior local product of Aik Bukaq Village which can become a characteristic of the village. Through observation, training, and promotion methods, this activity aims to improve community skills in processing avocado coffee and introduce this product through online and offline marketing (Fitriani & Mulyadi, 2021). The results of the activity show that the development of avocado coffee can improve the local economy and attract tourists (Dewi & Saputra, 2023). This product is also in line with global sustainability trends, reduces waste, and has the potential to become a culinary symbol that supports village tourism (Gunawan & Wibowo, 2020). Thus, the development of avocado coffee in Aik Bukaq Village has the potential to have a positive impact on improving the welfare of the local community and introducing the village as a tourist destination rich in natural and cultural potential.

Abstract

Program Beras Miskin (Raskin) merupakan kebijakan pemerintah untuk mengurangi beban pengeluaran pangan rumah tangga miskin di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program Raskin serta dampaknya terhadap ketahanan pangan rumah tangga sasaran-penerima manfaat (RTS-PM) di Kecamatan Simpang Kiri, Kota Subulussalam. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dengan teknik simple random sampling terhadap 95 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Raskin belum sepenuhnya memenuhi indikator 6T (tepat sasaran, jumlah, harga, waktu, kualitas, dan administrasi). Ketidaktepatan terutama ditemukan pada indikator sasaran, jumlah, dan harga tebus. Hal ini berdampak pada tingkat ketahanan pangan rumah tangga yang masih tergolong rendah di beberapa desa.

Abstract

In the market, people exchange goods and services with one another to satisfy their wants, including those related to fashion. The global fashion industry has changed due to the advances in information and communication technologies, especially in consumer purchasing patterns. Especially in consumer purchasing patterns, the convenience offered by e-commerce platforms is the main reason why many people now prefer to buy all their needs, including fashion products. This study aims to identify “the effectiveness of alternative marketing strategies and trust in improving purchase decisions of fashion products on e-commerce platforms”. This research used the quantitative method with a linear regression technique, using 277 respondents from the TikTok shop users as the object of the research. The findings indicate that the parameters examined in this study positively influence a person's decision to purchase a product on an online marketplace. In this study, alternative promotion strategies, namely online customer reviews, content marketing, and flash sales, were also found to be some promotional ideas that can be used to increase sales. Additionally, trust is a factor that influences a person's decision to buy a product favorably by giving them a stimulus that increases their confidence in their choice.

Abstract

This study focuses on determining how much influence User Generated Content (UGC), Brand Equity, and Digital Marketing have on Purchase Decisions. This research is motivated by using the Tiktok platform as a Digital Marketing medium that influences Purchase Decisions, especially on skincare products. The phenomenon of user generated content (UGC) on Tiktok has created a new paradigm in digital marketing strategies and the formation of brand equity. This research methodology is quantitative, with a survey approach to 235 respondents aged 18-36 years who have purchased skincare products based on content on Tiktok. Data was collected through online questionnaires with purposive sampling techniques and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS); each association between variables has a p-value less than 0.05. This finding shows that user generated content (UGC), brand equity, and digital marketing significantly affect the purchase decision of skincare products. These findings also provide important implications for skincare companies in optimizing digital marketing strategies through the Tiktok platform.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Tahfiz Qur'an program in creating a Qur'ani-based school culture at public junior high schools in North Aceh Regency. The Tahfiz Qur'an program is a strategic effort to foster religious character, noble morals, and Islamic insight among students amid the current moral challenges faced by young generations. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results indicate that the program is implemented through curriculum integration, daily and weekly scheduling, guidance by religious teachers and hafiz, as well as regular evaluations. Its impact is reflected in the formation of an Islamic school culture, shown by habits of reading the Qur'an, increased discipline, and Islamic values in social interactions. The challenges encountered include a shortage of qualified Tahfiz instructors, students’ varying memorization abilities, and time management issues. Solutions applied include teacher training, personal motivation approaches, and collaboration with Islamic boarding schools and parents. This program has proven effective in establishing a Qur'ani culture that is not merely symbolic but practically embedded in everyday school life.

Abstract

The financial management training at TK Bustanul Athfal Lhong Raya aims to enhance the capacity of the school administrators in managing finances transparently and accountably. The issues faced by the administrators include a lack of skills in structuring financial documents and limited use of technology. This training involved the school principal, treasurer, teachers, and representatives from the school committee as participants, covering topics such as budgeting, cash flow recording, and the preparation of simple financial reports. The methods combined theory and practice to ensure participants could implement what they learned in their daily activities. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding and skills in managing financial documents in a more structured and transparent manner, as evidenced by their ability to create daily cash books, annual budgets, and more systematic financial reports. Post-training monitoring confirmed that most participants had applied the taught materials in managing school finances, although further assistance is required, especially in the use of financial technology. This activity successfully established a better financial management system, increased transparency, and built trust among the community in the financial management of TK Bustanul Athfal. This training provides a strong foundation for accountable and sustainable financial management in TK Bustanul Athfal Lhong Raya Banda Aceh.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the performance of weaned Cross Boer goats by feeding supplementation of Hibiscus leaves. The performance of weaned Cross Boer goats at different body weights was evaluated based on feed intake, daily weight gain, and feed conversion ratio. The research was conducted at JK Community as a goat breeding commodity for cross-boer goats. This study used an experimental method using a Randomized Group Design (RGD) with 3 treatments and 4 replicates with 12 sample units of weaned Cross Boer goats. The treatment feed consisted of P0 = Basal feed without Hibiscus leaf supplementation, P1 = Basal feed + 2% Hibiscus leaf supplementation, and P2 = Basal feed + 4% Hibiscus leaf supplementation. Weaned Cross Boer goats as test material have an average age of 3 months of male and female sex with an average body weight at the beginning of maintenance of 8.2 - 9.7 kg. The study was conducted with a maintenance time of 30 days. The results showed that feed intake and conversion of weaned male Cross Boer goats significantly affected the treatment but did not show any effect on body weight gain.

Abstract

This article examines the construction of women's power within the context of Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren), using the film Hati Suhita as a case study. Employing content analysis and Mansour Fakih's theory of gender, this study explores the historical, social, and cultural influences on the perception of women's power. The film reveals that the construction of women’s authority in pesantren is shaped by both internal and external forces that have traditionally relegated women to subordinate roles. However, Hati Suhita illustrates that gender constructions are not fixed. The character Alina Suhita challenges traditional norms, presenting a compelling narrative in which women can occupy roles equal to men. The acknowledgment of women’s power in the film reflects a positive influence, particularly in education and leadership. The findings highlight the importance of transforming discriminatory gender constructs, a goal achievable through education, advocacy, and policy reform. This study provides significant insight into how gender dynamics in Islamic educational settings can evolve to support greater inclusion and empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on revisit intention mediated by visitor satisfaction. A quantitative approach is used with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method. The population of this study was visitors to the cultural tourism object of Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon. Sampling used accidental sampling with a sample size of 120 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study showed that service quality had a significant effect on visitor satisfaction and revisit intention. In addition, visitor satisfaction was also proven to have a significant effect on revisit intention. Other findings revealed that visitor satisfaction mediated the effect of service quality on revisit intention. These results emphasize the importance of optimal service quality management to create a satisfying visiting experience and encourage tourist loyalty.

Abstract

Bilamana dalam pelayanan dirumah sakit ingin ditingkatkan maka perlu dibenahi pengelolaan rekam medis dengan cara meningkatkan kinerja petugas rekam medis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dalam pengelolaan rekam medis dirumah sakit Bhayangkara Makassar. Desain dari Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dengan analisa data univariate dan bivariate. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua petugas rekam medis pada rumah sakit bhayangkara makassar yang berjumlah 25 dengan menggunakan total sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh yakni pada umumnya kinerja sesuai dan meningkat karena pengaruh faktor motivasi 15 orang (60,0%) yang sesuai dengan kinerja, 8 orang (28%) tidak sesuai kinerja, namun terdapat 2 orang (8%) memiliki motivasi rendah namun kinerja sesuai. Lingkungan kerja baik yang jumlah 13 orang ( 52,0%) sesuai dengan kinerja, terdapat 12 orang (48%), lingkungan kerja kurang baik sehingga tidak sesuai kinerja. Memiliki Sikap baik jumlah 15 (60,0%) yang sesuai dengan kinerja, terdapat 13 orang (52,0%), dan yang memiliki sikap kurang baik sejumlah 10 (40,0%), terdapat 6 orang (24%) kinerja yang tidak sesuai. kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang bermakna dengan kinerja petugas rekam medis dengan nilai p = 0,017 < α (0,05). 2) Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang bermakna dengan kinerja petugas rekam medis nilai p = 0,011 < α (0,05), 3) sikap juga memiliki pengaruh kinerja petugas rekam medis dengan nilai p= 0,28 < α (0,05). pada taraf signifikan nilai P=value < α (0,05) Ho ditolak sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi, lingkungan kerja, sikap terhadap kinerja petugas rekam medis di rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar.
