Abstract

Banyaknya persaingan dalam dunia bisnis khususnya pada usaha minimarket, menuntut para pengembang untuk menemukan suatu strategi yang dapat meningkatkan pemesanan produk pada perusahaannya. Setiap perusahaan harus mampu bersaing dan memikirkan bagaimana mereka dapat terus tumbuh dan mengembangkan usaha tersebut. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan data transaksi penjualan yang dimiliki perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada minimarket Alfamart Campalagian Polewali Mandar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil implementasi algoritma apriori untuk analisis data penjualan, peneliti akan melakukan analisis pada data penjualan Alfamart Campalagian Polewali Mandar menggunakan metode pengolahan data yaitu Algoritma Apriori. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu secara manual dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan dengan bahasa pemrograman Python menggunakan Tools Jupyter Notebook. Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan yaitu 200 data transaksi dengan 15 jenis item barang yang meliputi makanan dan minuman. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan nilai minimum support 10% dan minimum confidence 50% ditemukan pola transaksi pembelian sebanyak 3 aturan asosiasi yaitu Jika membeli Cimory maka membeli Aqua Air dengan nilai support 13%, nilai confidence 53,06% dengan lift ratio 1,07, Jika membeli Kanzler maka membeli Aqua Air dengan nilai support 12%, nilai confidence 57,14% dengan lift ratio 1,15 dan Jika membeli You C1000 maka membeli Aqua Air dengan nilai support 15%, nilai confidence 60% dengan lift ratio 1,21.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the poetry writing ability of grade VIII MTs students of Sorong City. The low ability to write poetry is caused by learning to write poetry that has not been carried out properly so that grade VIII students have difficulty when asked to write poetry.Therefore, the necessary learning strategies and instructional media fun and appropriate. To overcome these problems ARCS Metode and media images of events contained in the newspaper in teaching poetry writing class VIII MTs Sorong Affairs. The research was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of this study indicate the existence of a process of learning, improvement, and change behavior in a positive direction.

Abstract

Smoking behavior in public places is often found in various places, but rarely discussed in terms of inhibitory control and empathy. This study aims to determine the relationship of inhibitory control with empathy for smokers in public places in students in Makassar. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. The sample in the study was smoker students who were in Makassar. This research was conducted on 301 student smokers in Makassar. The results of the hypothesis test analysis found r (12) = -.732, p = .00. which shows the relationship between inhibitory control and empathy for smokers in public places in students in Makassar with a negative direction. This study expects the students to be more considerate of cigarette consumption in public places and understand the principle of empathy for themselves and others.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas II SD Al –Irsyad Kota Sorong, Papua Barat Daya melalui Model PBL (Problem Based Learning) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan prosedur penelitian melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 kali siklus dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas II yang berjumlah 28. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, dalam siklus I rata-rata hasil belajar siswa 67,75 dengan presentase ketuntasan klasikal 71,72%. Sementara dalam siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mencapai nilai 82,61 dengan presentase ketuntasan klasikal 79%. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar IPS siswa berbasis kearifan lokal dengan menggunakan model PBL (Problem Based Learning) pada siswa kelas II SD Al –Irsyad Kota Sorong, Papua Barat Daya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the cooperative learning method supported by the Think Pair Share (TPS) strategy in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts, particularly at SDN Karangtanjung 2, with a population of all students at the school and a sample of 26 students from class V. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and non-random sampling technique. The instruments used are subjective tests that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis prerequisite tests include descriptive statistics to provide an overview of the mathematics learning outcomes at each school, with mean and standard deviation values. The results of the study show a significant increase in the average score of students from 53.23 (pretest) to 74.27 (posttest), with a decrease in standard deviation, indicating improved homogeneity of results. The normality test shows that the data are normally distributed, while the paired sample t-test results (Sig. = 0.000) confirm a significant difference in students' abilities before and after the lesson. The TPS method allows students with varying levels of ability to support each other in understanding the material, thus improving learning outcomes uniformly. Therefore, this method can be recommended as an effective learning strategy to enhance students' understanding of mathematical concepts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in students' mathematics learning outcomes across three schools: SD Yayasan Beribu, SDN 074 Ayudia in Bandung City, and SD Santa Maria Dolok Sanggul. The study involved the entire student population from these three schools, with samples of 20 students from SD Yayasan Beribu, 27 students from SDN 074 Ayudia, and 37 students from SD Santa Maria, totaling 84 students. The research focused on sixth-grade students at each of the schools. The study used a quantitative approach with a comparative method. The sampling technique employed stratified random sampling, and the data collection instrument was a test. The results show that the highest average learning outcome was obtained by SDN 074 Ayudia at 89.81, followed by SD Yayasan Beribu at 83.50, and SD Santa Maria at 82.43. The normality test indicated that the data were normally distributed, but the homogeneity test showed that the variance was not homogeneous (Sig. = 0.008). The ANOVA test revealed significant differences in mathematics learning outcomes between the three schools (Sig. = 0.000). Post Hoc analysis revealed significant differences between SD Yayasan Beribu and SDN 074 Ayudia, as well as between SDN 074 Ayudia and SD Santa Maria, but no significant difference between SD Yayasan Beribu and SD Santa Maria. This study emphasizes the importance of evaluating teaching practices to create more equitable learning outcomes across schools.

Abstract

This study discusses the school's efforts in inculcating multicultural attitudes by implementing multicultural education in elementary schools. This is done because seeing the situation and conditions in schools at this time has not fully instilled an attitude of tolerance. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation and efforts of planting multicultural education in Smart Cibinong elementary school. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that SD Smart Cibinong has implemented multicultural education quite well, such as teachers' understanding of multicultural education and inculcating the values ​​of tolerance by respecting differences that exist both in the school environment and in the classroom during learning. The existence of school programs also supports the implementation of multicultural education, such as holding activities every Monday to Friday. These activities include carrying out flag ceremonies, dhuha prayers, literacy activities, cheerful gymnastics and clean Friday activities. In addition, the teacher also instills the values ​​of tolerance and mutual respect during the learning process. As well as holding programs and activities that support multicultural education such as cultural introductions by dancing some regional dances.

Melalui observasi dan wawancara, kami mengidentifikasi peran penting permainan tradisional dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai budaya baduy, mempromosikan interaksi sosial, dan melestarikan warisan luhur. Permainan tradisional ini juga bagian dari representasi budaya pada suku baduy, Banten. Metode penelitian yang di pakai dalam pengabdiqn kepda Masyarakat adalah (1) Survei Lapangan, (2) Koordinasi dengan Masyarakat, (3) Sosialisasi Program, (4) Pelaksanaan Program, dan (5) Evaluasi Program. Dari Pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Baduy peneliti mendapatkan hasil yaitu masyarakat di Baduy masih mempertahankan warisan budaya permainan tradisional yang mana hingga saat ini eksistensinya masih tetap di jaga dan di lestarikan oleh semua anak anak yang ada di suku Baduy melalui perminan tradisional sejumlah aspek dirangsang untuk berkembang. Hal ini juga memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana permainan tradisional menjadi inti kehidupan masyarakat baduy, dapat memperkaya identitas mereka, serta menjadi wahana pembelajaran dan tranmisi pengetahuan antar generasi. Dan dengan melakukan permainan tradisional ini juga banyak sekali manfaat yang dapat di peroleh anatara lain dapat mengembangkan potensi diri melalui kegiatan olah piker ,olah rasa, dan olah raga. Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the learning approaches used in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at the elementary school level and their role in shaping students’ religious character. The research was motivated by the ongoing gap between students’ mastery of religious knowledge and the internalization of Islamic values in daily life, as many students achieve high academic scores in PAI but still display behaviors that are inconsistent with Islamic teachings. Using a mixed-methods approach with an explanatory sequential design, the study involved 120 students from three elementary schools MI Madani, MIS Al-Bashirah, and SD Inpres Mannurukki. Quantitative data were obtained from PAI learning outcomes, while qualitative data were collected through in-depth interviews and classroom observations to provide contextual insights into the quantitative findings. The quantitative analysis showed no statistically significant correlation (p > 0.05) between PAI learning outcomes and students’ achievements in cognitive subjects such as mathematics and science. However, qualitative findings revealed that PAI teachers applied various strategies emphasizing value internalization, including storytelling, group discussions, reflective learning, and the “One Day One Verse” program, which successfully enhanced students’ enthusiasm, engagement, and moral awareness. These results indicate that PAI learning functions not only cognitively but also affectively and spiritually. In conclusion, reflective, contextual, and interactive learning approaches in PAI contribute substantially to developing students’ understanding and practice of Islamic values. The novelty of this study lies in integrating mixed-method evidence to demonstrate that the formation of religious character depends more on pedagogical approach and teacher commitment than on academic achievement alone. Therefore, strengthening teacher capacity and institutional support is essential to advancing holistic and value-based Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the da'wah strategies implemented by the Modern Mosque of Kurir Langit in campaigning the Food Donation Movement in Parepare City, as well as to identify internal and external strategic factors that influence the sustainability of the program. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach within a field research framework, involving interviews and observations with administrators, Kurir Langit volunteers, donors, and beneficiaries. Secondary data were also obtained from books, journal articles, and online sources relevant to the topic. The data analysis process followed the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the mosque utilizes several strategic approaches, including the use of social media flyers and short videos as campaign tools and accountability media for donors and partners. The rational approach (al-manhaj al-‘aqli) is reflected in conveying theological, social, and humanitarian benefits of donating food, while the sensory approach (al-manhaj al-hissy) appears in volunteer engagement and millennial involvement through direct humanitarian activities. The study also identifies several weaknesses, such as limited human resources, inadequate donor participation, and the mosque’s geographically distant location from the urban center. Meanwhile, opportunities arise from technological developments, improved mosque infrastructure, and strong community trust. The threats include limited time for direct socialization, challenges in food distribution, and the dominance of rice as the primary donated item. Based on these findings, the study recommends strengthening digital communication strategies, expanding partnerships with local institutions, diversifying donated food items, and increasing volunteer training to enhance program effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
