Abstract

The importance of calculating production costs to determine selling prices, especially for MSMEs today. In the current era of MSME bussiness environment, there are increasingly more competitors In marketing. For this reason, there is a need for method the cost of product orders. Determining this price effectively requires a good understanding of the cost order. In this research, the research method uses qualitative. The aim of the research is to find out the calculation of brownies production costs using the cost price method ordered by MSMEs iffa cookies in order to determine the selling price. The entity is still using the simple method, not yet using The order method. The results show that there is a difference regarding the production costs of MSME Iffa Cookies are IDR 260,975 and the production costs resulting from the researcher’s analysis of IDR 300,975. This also shows that using the cost order method is correct in determining the price for selling products.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is the second leading cause of death in women. Many cancer treatments currently provide toxic effects on normal cells. Therefore, alternative treatment using chalcone derivatives has potent anticancer properties that can help reduce cancer side effects. Chalcone derivatives with halogen and methoxy groups in ring B can potentially inhibit cancer cells. This research aimed to synthesize halogen-substituted chalcone by a green chemistry approach and determine activity against cervical cancer (HeLa) cell lines. The Claisen-Schmidt reaction was used to synthesize 2'-hydroxy-2-bromo-4,5-dimethoxychalcone using a grinding technique. The purity of the synthesized compound was determined using thin-layer chromatography and melting range. The compounds' structures were characterized using FTIR, MS 1H, and 13C-NMR. The result showed that the synthesized compound was yielded in 53% as a yellow solid. In vitro cytotoxicity of the synthesized chalcone was evaluated by the MTT assay method. The IC50 of the compound was 67,23 μg/mL as a moderate activity inhibiting cervical cancer (HeLa) cell lines. Based on the IC50 value, this compound can be a candidate for anticancer against Cervical cancer (HeLa) cell lines.

Abstract

Jasa pengiriman saat ini sedang naik daun, seiring dengan peralihan pasar dunia ke e-commerce yang membuat para pengusaha membutuhkan jasa pengiriman untuk mendistribusikan barangnya. Oleh karena itu, Jasa pengiriman Lion Parcel Pos Sekardangan menjadi salah satu distributor e-commers. Agar reputasi Lion Parcel Pos Sekardangan tetap terjaga, peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk membuktikan dampak layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan terhadap lion parcel pos Sekardangan. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan alat kuisioner. Temuan penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan mutu pelayanan dan   kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada jasa pengiriman lion parcel pos Sekardangan. Delivery services are currently on the rise, along with the shift of the world market to e-commerce which makes entrepreneurs need delivery services to distribute their goods. Therefore, Lion Parcel Pos Sekardangan delivery services are one of the e-commerce distributors. To maintain the reputation of Lion Parcel Pos Sekardangan, researchers conducted a study to prove the impact of service and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty to Lion Parcel Pos Sekardangan. In this study, researchers used a quantitative method with a questionnaire tool. The research findings obtained showed that service quality and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty to the Lion Parcel Pos Sekardangan delivery service.

Abstract

Analisis keuangan berfungsi untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan organisasi, membangun struktur perusahaan, mengelola kondisi keuangan, menilai kinerja masa lalu dan masa depan, serta mempertimbangkan rasio keuangan dalam menghadapi kompleksitas dan persaingan bisnis guna mempertahankan kesehatan keuangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif antara tahun 2020 dan 2022. Analisis rasio keuangan memperhitungkan aktivitas, profitabilitas, solvensi, dan likuiditas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2022, likuiditas meningkat secara signifikan sementara solvabilitas menurun. Aktivitas menunjukkan peningkatan setelah penurunan pada tahun 2021, sementara profitabilitas menurun setiap tahunnya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa hasil rasio keuangan pada umumnya lebih kuat pada tahun 2020 dibandingkan dengan tahun-tahun berikutnya. Studi ini menawarkan wawasan baru tentang pentingnya menggunakan rasio keuangan untuk menilai kesehatan keuangan perusahaan, sehingga meningkatkan pemahaman tentang relevansi mereka dalam membuat keputusan bisnis. Financial analysis serves to evaluate the success of an organization, build a company structure, manage financial conditions, assess past and future performance, and consider financial ratios in facing business complexity and competition to maintain financial health. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the financial performance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk using qualitative analysis methods between 2020 and 2022. Financial ratio analysis considers activity, profitability, solvency, and liquidity. The results show that in 2022, liquidity increased significantly while solvency decreased. Activity showed an increase after a decline in 2021, while profitability decreased each year. The findings show that financial ratio results were generally stronger in 2020 compared to subsequent years. This study offers new insights into the importance of using financial ratios to assess a company's financial health, thereby increasing understanding of their relevance in making business decisions.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, keamanan informasi pemilihan umum (pemilu) menjadi sangat penting, terutama dalam Sistem Informasi Relawan Pemilu (SIRP) yang menyimpan data sensitif. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penggunaan Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) dengan menggabungkan algoritma One-Time Pad (OTP) dan HMAC untuk meningkatkan keamanan login pada SIRP. Sistem 2FA ini menghasilkan kode OTP berupa 6 digit angka yang berganti setiap 15 detik, sehingga meningkatkan keamanan akses dengan memastikan bahwa setiap kode hanya berlaku untuk satu kali penggunaan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kelemahan sistem password yang ada dan bagaimana 2FA dapat mengatasi masalah tersebut. Metode penelitian melibatkan implementasi OTP untuk menghasilkan kode autentikasi dinamis dan HMAC untuk memastikan integritas data. Pengujian dilakukan dalam lingkungan simulasi untuk menilai efektivitas dan keandalan sistem yang diusulkan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 2FA dengan OTP dan HMAC secara signifikan meningkatkan keamanan login dengan mengurangi kerentanan terhadap serangan siber seperti brute force dan pencurian password. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan metode keamanan autentikasi yang lebih kuat dan memberikan dasar bagi implementasi sistem keamanan yang lebih baik pada SIRP dan sistem informasi lainnya.

Abstract

This service aims to optimize e-commerce sales recording on the Shopee platform using Google Sheets. The problem faced by companies is the difficulty in managing transaction recording manually which is often time consuming and prone to errors. Service is carried out through field work practice at PT Aliyan Jaya Perkasa. The service results show that integrating Shopee sales data into Google Sheets can increase efficiency and accuracy in managing sales data in real-time. The contribution of this service lies in developing a more structured digital recording process for small and medium businesses.

Abstract

Community economic empowerment is one of the strategic steps in improving the quality of life and independence of residents, especially in rural areas. Resident participation in this process is very important, because the success of the empowerment program is highly dependent on the active involvement of the community itself. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative triangulation research. In this case, the subject studied was the participation of residents of RT 03 in Semambung Wonoayu village. The research was conducted directly in RT 03, Semambung Wonoayu village. The time of this research was conducted on July 15, 2024 to August 15, 2024. The results of the study showed that residents of RT 03 RW 02 knew the indicators of the winner of RT Mandiri Sejahtera. This can be validated by both residents and administrators who stated that the conclusion of the indicator of the winner of RT Mandiri Sejahtera is that the community is able to solve its problems independently.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of village officials in strengthening the independence and economic empowerment of residents of RT.03 RW.02 Semambung Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this study involved interviews with various village officials and direct observation. The results of the study indicate that village officials have played a significant role in supporting programs that encourage the independence and economic empowerment of residents, such as MSME training, innovation development, and BUMDes activities. The RT head plays an active role in providing insight, helping access to capital, and directing business management. The existence of the Night Market and BUMR which are independently managed by residents shows the integration between independence and economic empowerment in practice. Although still facing challenges in participation and coordination, the efforts made show a positive direction in building an independent and economically empowered community. This study concludes that the role of village officials has made an important contribution to strengthening the independence and economic empowerment of residents, but the long-term effectiveness of these efforts still needs to be evaluated and improved sustainably.

Abstract

Scabies is an infectious skin disease caused by the Sarcoptes scabiei. This mite infestations not only cause skin damage, but can develop into local, even systemic skin infections. Therefore, instruments are needed that help early detection of scabies, especially through diagnosis in communities such as Islamic boarding schools. This study aimed to analyze the reliability of the scabies detection form (DESKAB) between Madrasah Aliyah female student rater and dermatovenerologist rater. Based on the results of the examination and Cohen's kappa test, a coefficient of 0.84 was obtained, which means that the level of reliability of the DESKAB form is strong, and a p value of 0.019 means that there is agreement in the perception of the diagnosis of scabies by the two raters. Abstract

Program pengabdian di RT.03 RW.02 Desa Semambung Kecamatan Wonoayu Sidoarjo bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui penguatan kemandirian dan ekonomi desa. Fokus kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terletak pada pengembangan potensi lokal yang telah menjadikan RT ini juara kategori Mandiri Sejahtera. Metode deskriptif kualitatif diterapkan dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya meliputi pelatihan ecoenzyme, pengajaran di sekolah, pembuatan website, pemetaan lokasi, dan pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) untuk usaha kecil. Program ini menunjukkan temuan penting terkait peran aktif aparat desa dan warga dalam memperkuat ekonomi lokal. Dampak dari program ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi, mengelola lingkungan, dan mengembangkan usaha ekonomi mandiri.
