Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Global (MSDM Global) merujuk pada metode terencana dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia untuk perusahaan yang beroperasi di berbagai negara, masing-masing dengan konteks budaya, sosial, dan hukum yang berbeda. Seiring dengan percepatan globalisasi, organisasi harus mengelola personel mereka secara efisien dan efektif agar tetap kompetitif di pasar global. Artikel ini dirancang untuk mengeksplorasi secara menyeluruh tujuan, ruang lingkup, dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia global. Tujuan utama dari Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia adalah untuk menyinkronkan kebijakan sumber daya manusia dengan strategi global perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Ini mencakup proses rekrutmen, pelatihan, pengembangan, dan penilaian kinerja karyawan pada skala internasional. Selain itu, MSDM berusaha untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif, mengelola perbedaan budaya, dan mengoptimalkan potensi setiap karyawan, terlepas dari kewarganegaraan atau konteks budaya mereka. Ruang lingkup MSDM sangat luas, mencakup berbagai elemen seperti pengelolaan talenta global, pengembangan kemampuan kepemimpinan, memastikan kompensasi dan tunjangan sesuai dengan norma internasional, serta mengelola hubungan industrial sesuai dengan hukum lokal di setiap negara. Manajer sumber daya manusia juga harus menghadapi kompleksitas keragaman budaya, perbedaan regulasi ketenagakerjaan, dan dinamika sosial yang unik di setiap wilayah. Tantangan utama dalam MSDM meliputi pengelolaan perbedaan budaya secara efektif dan penyesuaian terhadap hukum dan praktik ketenagakerjaan yang berbeda di setiap lokasi. Selain itu, dampak teknologi dalam memfasilitasi komunikasi dan koordinasi tim internasional juga menjadi tantangan yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, suatu organisasi perlu menciptakan strategi sumber daya manusia yang adaptif, yang mencerminkan pemahaman tentang budaya lokal dan dapat menanggapi dinamika pasar global yang cepat berubah. Artikel ini ditujukan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang berguna bagi para profesional dan peneliti dalam mengatasi kompleksitas serta mencari solusi untuk manajemen sumber daya manusia di tingkat global.

Abstract

This study aims to develop, assess feasibility, analyze responses, and evaluate the effectiveness of Flipbook-based Interactive Islamic Religious Education E-Modules to improve learning in Junior High School. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, as well as pre-test and post-test, and the data were analyzed using t-test to measure the effectiveness of the developed media. The results showed that the development of Flipbook-based interactive Islamic religious education e-modules to improve learning in junior high schools using the ADDIE model was effective in improving student learning outcomes. Validation by material experts gave a score of 81.25%, and by media experts 87.5%. The average student response was 86.33%. The t-test results (the calculated t value of 44.737 compared to the t table value of 2.069) showed the effectiveness of the module. Based on these results, the e-module developed is considered feasible and effective for improving Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes.

Abstract

The paradigm shift in Islamic Religious Education refers to the learning approach that still applies conventional education. This research aims to find out the challenges of the 21st century for schools in Indonesia. In this article, the author will try to focus the discussion on the problems of Islamic education in Indonesia in the 21st century, challenges, and solutions in responding to the problems of Islamic education. The method used in the preparation of this article is a qualitative method. Then the approach in this research is to use literature studies and references in the form of books, journals, articles, and scientific works. Reflectively, this study wants to review existing ideas, treatments, and/or situations, especially about schools in the 21st century and their challenges. Based on the results of the review, it can be concluded that the challenges faced by schools in Indonesia in the 21st century are such as the mental revolution of teachers, equipping students who are born as digital natives with 21st-century skills, integrating the use of technology in learning, and curriculum reform according to 21st-century tastes.

Abstract

Fatwa of the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) Number 54/DSN-MUI/X/2006 concerning sharia cards explains the legal provisions regarding sharia financial products, especially Hasanah card products issued by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This research aims to analyze the application of this fatwa in the context of the BSI Hasanah Card which has been designed to meet people's needs in financial transactions without violating sharia principles. By analyzing the mechanism for using the contract, restrictions (dhawabith hudud) on card use such as (1) prohibition of usury, (2) prohibition of carrying out transactions that are not in accordance with sharia, (3) prohibition of excessive use (ishraf) by setting a maximum spending ceiling, (4) card holders must have the financial capacity to be able to pay when billing time arrives, (5) prohibition on providing facilities that are contrary to sharia, compensation costs (ta'widh) and late fines, as well as obstacles faced in implementing BSI Hasanah Card. This type of research is juridical-empirical using primary and secondary data collection techniques through observation, interviews and document study. The results of this research show that the BSI Hasanah Card product has aligned its use to be free from usury and the implementation of contracts in accordance with existing fatwas. However, there are discrepancies with the fatwa in certain matters, such as the application of compensation fees (ta'widh) and the lack of clear mapping regarding the blocking of product purchases which are only limited to the merchant, not the item or product.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has hit Indonesia since March 2020 has had a significant impact on various sectors of life, including education. Since the pandemic emergency, the government has launched online learning to reduce virus transmission. However, the implementation of online learning has encountered various obstacles such as uneven internet access, varying parental abilities in supporting learning, and student boredom. In the 2022/2023 academic year, the government will begin to return to face-to-face learning (PTM) while still implementing strict health protocols. However, there are concerns regarding the phenomenon of learning loss, namely the decline in students' knowledge and skills due to prolonged online learning. This phenomenon is very important to study, especially in higher education, considering its impact on students' readiness to face the world of work and the next level of education. This research aims to examine the phenomenon of learning loss among students at several universities in Lampung Province.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, education is the main pillar in community development, including in Indonesia. The development of human resources (HR) in educational institutions is very important to improve the quality of education and overcome the challenges of the times. This research aims to analyze the development of educational resources at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Bustanul Ulum Jayasakti, Central Lampung. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with case studies, involving in-depth interviews, direct observation and document analysis. The research results show that MA Bustan Ulum implements strategic development planning through three curricula government curriculum, Gontor Islamic boarding school, and Salaf Islamic boarding school which provides comprehensive understanding to educators. In addition, school initiatives to increase productivity and career opportunities for educators through training programs, although still limited, demonstrate commitment to human resource development. The results of this research enrich understanding of best practices in human resource development and can be used as a model for other educational institutions in their efforts to improve the quality of education in a sustainable manner. ABSTRAKDalam era globalisasi, pendidikan menjadi pilar utama dalam pembangunan masyarakat, termasuk di Indonesia. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di lembaga pendidikan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mengatasi tantangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan sumber daya pendidik di Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Bustanul Ulum Jayasakti, Lampung Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MA Bustan Ulum menerapkan perencanaan pengembangan yang strategis melalui tiga kurikulum kurikulum pemerintah, pesantren Gontor, dan pesantren salaf yang memberikan pemahaman komprehensif kepada pendidik. Selain itu, inisiatif sekolah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan peluang karir pendidik melalui program pelatihan, meskipun masih terbatas, menunjukkan komitmen terhadap pengembangan SDM. Hasil penelitian ini memperkaya pemahaman tentang praktik terbaik dalam pengembangan SDM dan dapat dijadikan model bagi lembaga pendidikan lainnya dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the nature, principles and foundation of curriculum development that plays a role in shaping the goals and direction of education in schools in Indonesia. This type of research is library research, which is a series of activities related to literature. The writing method used is descriptive qualitative. Primary reference sources are reading and recording and processing research materials in libraries such as books, news, and others. In accordance with the title of the researcher lift, then this study uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that the development of an effective curriculum must take into account a variety of interrelated factors, including the philosophy of education, the philosophy of the state, the development of society and culture, psychological aspects, science and technology, as well as religious values.

Abstract

Perubahan cepat dalam kebijakan pendidikan seringkali menimbulkan kecemasan di kalangan guru, yang berdampak pada berkurangnya rasa keyakinan mereka dalam mengajar. Ketidakpastian ini memerlukan upaya untuk mendukung dan memperkuat kompetensi guru, sehingga mereka dapat lebih percaya diri dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran program guru penggerak dalam meningkatkan self-efficacy guru. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program guru penggerak dapat meningkatkan self-efficacy, dilihat dari peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan berpusat pada siswa dan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan pedagogis.

Abstract

Educator resource management has a direct impact on teacher performance, which in turn affects the quality of education in the madrasah environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze how human resource management, especially through the stages of recruitment and selection, training and development, performance assessment, and awarding, contributes to improving teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) in Bandar Lampung City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type of research. Data from primary and secondary data. The data collection technique was through in-depth interviews with the head of the madrasah, Administrative Staff, Teachers, as well as observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. As well as in checking the validity of the data using source triangulation.  Based on the results of the study, it is shown that: (1) The recruitment and selection process of educators is carried out by optimizing bezetting data, relational approaches, and strict administrative filing, demonstrating the effective implementation of recruitment principles; (2) Teacher development and training involves various programs, including the PINTAR program from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, with a sustainable approach and strategic partnerships; (3) Teacher assessment and appreciation emphasizes on achieving performance targets and contributing to improving student achievement. ABSTRAKManajemen sumber daya pendidik (SDM) memiliki dampak langsung pada kinerja guru, yang pada gilirannya memengaruhi kualitas pendidikan di lingkungan madrasah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana manajemen SDM, khususnya melalui tahapan rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kinerja, serta pemberian penghargaan, berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) di Kota Bandar Lampung.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian  deskriptif kualitatif. Sember data dari data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam kepada kepala madrasah, Staff Administrasi, Guru, juga observasi serta dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data,  dan verifikasi data. Serta dalam memeriksa keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Proses rekrutmen dan seleksi tenaga pendidik dilakukan dengan optimalisasi data bezetting, pendekatan relasional, dan pemberkasan administrasi yang ketat, menunjukkan implementasi prinsip-prinsip rekrutmen yang efektif; (2) Pengembangan dan pelatihan guru melibatkan berbagai program, termasuk program PINTAR dari Kementerian Agama, dengan pendekatan berkelanjutan dan kemitraan strategis; (3) Penilaian dan penghargaan guru menekankan pada pencapaian target kinerja dan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan prestasi siswa.

Abstract

Visionary leadership is the ability to create and articulate a realistic, believable, and attractive vision for the future challenges of an organization that continues to grow and improve compared to today. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bandar Lampung shows a superior and quality madrasah. Of course superior and quality madrasas cannot be separated from the visionary leadership of the madrasa head. This type of research is descriptive qualitative in nature. Sources of research data include the head of the madrasa, deputy head of curriculum, teachers and students. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity test of the data used is technical triangulation. The findings of this study include the role of visionary leadership as a determinant of direction, agent of change, spokesperson, and trainer or supporter in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung.
