Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana rasio pasar dan rasio profitabilitas mempengaruhi return saham di sektor perhotelan. Selain itu, prosedur penelitian menggunakan teknik penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian di sektor perhotelan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah dokumentasi. Statistik deskriptif, seperti regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan signifikansi, digunakan dalam teknik analisis data. Setelah di lakukan penelitian di peroleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 1,505 + 0,255X1 – 0,105X2 yang menunjukan bahwa variabel rasio pasar yaitu price earning ratio (PER) lebih dominan dari pada variabel rasio profitabilitas yaitu return on asset (ROA) dalam mempengaruhi return saham. Dari perhitungan koefisien determinasi didapat hasil 0,077, dari data menunjukan keadaan sumbangan dampak rasio pasar serta rasio profitabilitas terhadap return saham sebesar 7,7% dan sisanya 92,3% di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diuji. Price Earning Ratio (PER) dan Return On Asset keduanya memiliki nilai signifikan masing-masing sebesar 0,026 dan 0,260 untuk mendukung hipotesis penelitian. Menurut temuan penelitian, price earning ratio memiliki dampak yang cukup besar terhadap pengembalian saham sementara pengembalian aset memiliki dampak yang tidak signifikan. Hasil uji F hitung menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,038 yang menunjukkan bahwa rasio pasar dan rasio profitabilitas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh besar terhadap return saham.   Kata Kunci: Price Earning Ratio, Return On Asset, Return Saham.   ABSTRACT   This study looks at how market ratios and profitability ratios affect stock returns in the hotel sector. In addition, the research procedure uses quantitative research techniques with research subjects in the hotel sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the data collection method used is documentation. Descriptive statistics, such as multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and significance, are used in data analysis techniques. After doing the research, we get the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.505 + 0.255X1 – 0.105X2 which shows that the market ratio variable, namely price earning ratio (PER), is more dominant than the profitability ratio variable, namely return on assets (ROA) in influencing stock returns. . From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, the result is 0.077. From the data, it shows that the condition of the contribution to the impact of the market ratio and the ratio of profitability to stock returns is 7.7% and the remaining 92.3% is influenced by other variables not tested. Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return On Assets both have significant values of 0.026 and 0.260 respectively to support the research hypothesis. According to research findings, price earning ratio has a considerable impact on stock returns while asset returns have an insignificant impact. The results of the calculated F test show a significance value of 0.038 which indicates that market ratios and profitability ratios together have a large effect on stock returns.   Keywords : Price Earning Ratio, Return On Asset, Stock Return.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine or test whether there is an effect of Work Competence and Work Discipline on Employee Job Satisfaction at Paramount School Palembang . The research method used is descriptive quantitative . The population of this research is 35 employees at Fundamental School Palembang. While the sample used in this study is the entire population as a sample . Given that the population is less than 100 , the sample in this study is 35 people . The technique of collecting information in this study was through distributing questionnaires to 35 employees at the Palembang Fundamental School . Analysis of the information used in this study using the SPSS version 23 program . Instrument testing techniques in this study include validity and reliability tests. Classical assumption test includes normality test, multicollinearity test , and heteroscedasticity test . Information analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis ( R ) , and coefficient of determination analysis ( R2 ) . And the criteria for testing the hypothesis are partial test (t test) and simultaneous test ( f test ) . Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing, work competence has a significant effect on job satisfaction, with a significance value of 0 . 000 < 0 . 05 , which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and work discipline has no significant effect on work. satisfaction is a significant value of 0 . 087 > 0 . 05 which means Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected . Based on the F test simultaneously work competence and work discipline have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a value of 0 . 000 < 0 . 05 , meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. ABSTRAK Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memutuskan atau menguji apakah ada pengaruh Kompetensi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Pemenuhan Kerja Pegawai di Paramount School Palembang . Strategi eksplorasi yang digunakan sangat kuantitatif. Jumlah penduduk dalam tinjauan ini adalah 35 perwakilan di Sekolah Pusat Palembang. Sedangkan keteladanan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat sebagai panutan . Mengingat populasinya di bawah 100 , maka contoh dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 individu. Prosedur pemilihan informasi dalam tinjauan ini adalah melalui penyebaran polling kepada 35 pekerja di Sekolah Paramount Palembang . Pemeriksaan informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan program SPSS form 23 . Prosedur pengujian instrumen dalam tinjauan ini menggabungkan uji kualitas yang sah dan tidak tergoyahkan . Uji praduga gaya lama meliputi uji ordinaritas , uji multikolinearitas , dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Strategi investigasi informasi adalah berbagai pemeriksaan relaps, pemeriksaan koefisien koneksi (R) , dan pemeriksaan koefisien assurance (R2 ) . Selain itu , aturan untuk menguji spekulasi adalah uji setengah jalan ( uji t) dan uji serentak (uji f). Dilihat dari konsekuensi pengujian spekulasi uji-t fraksional , kemampuan kerja secara fundamental mempengaruhi pemenuhan pekerjaan dengan nilai besar 0 , 000 < 0 , 05 , dan itu berarti bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diakui dan disiplin kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi pemenuhan kerja dengan kritis . bernilai 0 , 087 > 0 , 05 maka diakui berarti Ho . terlebih lagi , Ha diberhentikan. Berdasarkan uji F sekaligus, keterampilan kerja dan disiplin kerja pada dasarnya mempengaruhi pemenuhan D pekerjaan representatif dengan nilai 0 , 000 < 0 , 05 , artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diakui. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kemampuan dan Pembagian Tugas Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, tempat dilakukan penelitian ini pada Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang beralamatkan jalan Kapten P. Tendean No 1056, Sungai Pangeran Ilir Timur I. Hasil pembahasan berdasarkan hasil regresi berganda, diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi untuk variabel kemampuan yaitu sebesar 0,268 dan nilai koefisien regresi untuk variabel pembagian tugas yaitu sebesar 0,576 serta koefisien konstanta sebesar 6,098. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda adalah Y’= 6,098 + 0,268X1 + 0,576X2. Nilai Hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) untuk variabel kemampuan sebesar thitung > ttabel yaitu 3,112 > 1,985, berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut ada pengaruh kemampuan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan ada nilai hipotesis variabel pembagian tugas sebesar thitung > ttabel yaitu 6,694 > 1,985 artinya bahwa ada pengaruh pembagian tugas terhadap kinerja pegawai, sehingga dapat dikatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan kemampuan dan pembagian tugas terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Hasil hipotesis secara simultan (uji F) diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 32,654 > 3,09, berdasarkan perhitungan tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh kemampuan dan pembagian tugas secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership, Motivation and Compensation on employee performance at PT. Kereta Api (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang. The results of the study showed that the multiple regression constant value was 0.408. From the results of the determination coefficient, the R Square value was 0.602 or 60.2% and the remaining 39.8% was influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. Because the significant value for variables , and is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that partially there is a significant influence of leadership, motivation and compensation on employee performance at PT. Kereta Api (PERSERO) Divre III Plaju Palembang. Keywords : Leadership, Motivation and Compensation, Employee Performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT The study, entitled "Analysis of Profitability Ratios and Liquidity Ratios to Measure Financial Performance at PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)” which aims to determine the profitability and liquidity ratios in improving financial performance with indicators of profitability ratios, namely net profit margin, profit margin on sales, return on assets, and return on equity. And the liquidity ratios are the current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, cash turnover ratio, and inventory to net working capital.In this study the population taken is the financial report at PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk and the sample used in the study is the 2015-2019 balance sheet and income statement, using qualitative research methods in the form of numbers or figures with secondary data sources in the form of financial statements for the 2015-2019 period at PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk. Data collection techniques used in this research are documentation and literature study.Based on the results of the study, it shows that the profitability ratio of the profit margin on sales is good and the net profit margin, return on assets, and return on equity are not good because they are still below industry standards. And the current ratio liquidity ratio, quick ratio, cash turnover ratio, and inventory to net working capital are declared good and the cash ratio is declared not good because it is still below the established industry standard. Keywords : Profitability Ratio, Liquidity Ratio, Financial Performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian yang berjudul “Analisis Rasio Profitabilitas dan Rasio Likuiditas Untuk Mengukur Kinerja Keuangan Pada PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesi (BEI)” yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui rasio profitabilidan dan rasio likuiditas dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan dengan indikator dari rasio profitabilitas yaitu net profit margin, profit margin on sales, return on assets, dan return on equity. Dan rasio likuiditasnya yaitu current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, rasio perputaran kas, dan inventory to net working capital. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang diambil yaitu lapotan keuangan pada PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu neraca dan laba rugi tahun 2015-2019, denagn menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang berupa bilangan atau angka-angka dengan sumber data sekunder yang berupa laporan keuangan priode 2015-2019 pada PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio profitabiltas profit margin on sales dinyatakan baik dan net profit margin, return on assets, dan return on equity dinyatakan kurang baik karena masih dibawah standar industri. Dan untuk rasio likuiditas current ratio, quick ratio, rasio perputaran kas, dan inventory to net working capital dinyatakan baik dan cash ratio dinyatakan kurang baik karena masih dibawah standar industri yang taleh ditetapkan. Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on the hypothesis test with the t-test for the job analysis variable (X1), the sig value of 0.002 <0.05 means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, thus partially there is a Significant Effect of Job Analysis on Employee Placement for the first hypothesis. Hypothesis testing with the t-test of the Ability variable (X2) obtained a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning Ho is rejected by Hadi Accept, thus partially there is a significant influence of Ability on Employee Placement for the second hypothesis. Based on the hypothesis test with the F test of Position Analysis (X1) and Ability (X2) variables on Employee Placement (Y) obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, thus simultaneously there is a significant influence of Position and Ability Analysis on Placement Employee. ABSTRAK Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan uji t untuk variabel analisis jabatan (X1) diperoleh nilai sig 0,002 < 0,05 artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, dengan demikian secara parsial terdapat Pengaruh Signifikan Analisis Jabatan Terhadap Penempatan Karyawan untuk hipotesis pertama. Uji hipotesis dengan uji t variabel Kemampuan (X2) diperoleh nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 artinya Ho ditolak Haditerima, dengan demikian secara parsial terdapat Pengaruh signifikan Kemampuan terhadap Penempatan Karyawan untuk hipotesis kedua. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan uji f variabel Analisis Jabatan (X1) dan Kemampuan (X2) terhadap Penempatan Karyawan (Y) diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 artinya Ho ditolak Ha diterima, dengan demikian secara simultan terdapat Pengaruh signifikan Analisis Jabatan dan Kemampuan terhadap Penempatan Karyawan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita materi pecahan kelas IV berdasarkan prosedur Newman Error Analysis (NEA) di SDN 1. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV.A yang berjumlah 18 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil tes tertulis dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan subjek penelitian mengalami kesalahan pada masing-masing butir dari 5 soal yang dibaerikan dengan berbagai jenis kesalahan diantaranya: kesalahan membaca 20% dengan jumlah kesalahan ada 18, Kesalahan memahami sebanyak 22,2% dengan jumlah kesalahan ada 20, Kesalahan Trnasformasi sebanyak 20% dengan jumlah kesalahan 18, Kesalahan ketrampilan proses 51,1% dengan jumlah kesalahan 46,dan Kesalahan penulisan jawaban sebanyak 53,3% dengan jumlah kesalahan ada 48

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation on teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods with correlational type of research. The population of this study was 44 people, namely teachers of Sungai Rotan 1 High School. The sampling technique in this study is the census (quota) so that the entire population is sampled. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Sungai Rotan 1 High School teachers; (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers at Sungai Rotan 1 High School; and (3) organizational commitment and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Sungai Rotan 1 High School teachers. The conclusion of this study is that to improve teacher performance, organizational commitment and work motivation are needed.

Abstract

This study aimed at determining the effect of school principal leadership and school committee participation on the performance of high school teachers in Muara Enim Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with correlational type of research. The study population of 768 people, namely high school teachers in Muara Enim Regency. The research sample of 263 people. The sampling technique in this study is cluster sampling (area sampling). Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that: (1) Principal leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Muara Enim Regency. (2) School committee participation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Muara Enim Regency; and (3) Principal leadership and school committee participation jointly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of high school teachers in Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

The implementation of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) in accordance with the standard of the learning process is considered to be very relevant to the current conditions, where a crisis of identity and enthusiasm for loving the motherland is a national problem today. This study aims to determine the standard process in implementing PPKn learning in elementary schools. The location of the study was conducted at Gelumbang Elementary School 2 in Muara Enim Regency. This study uses a qualitative case study method (case studies). Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis uses qualitative techniques which consist of three stages of data analysis namely data reduction, display or presentation of data as well as drawing conclusions and data verification. The results of this study state that the facts of the learning process that includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning outcomes cannot be carried out thoroughly in accordance with the process standards set by the government. However, with maximum effort the learning process of PPkn can run effectively in a number of notes, namely the teacher must be more optimally managing learning.
