Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh Latihan Ankle Weight Terhadap Hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Sabit Pada Atlet Pencak Silat Remaja Perguruan Rajawali Bangka. Metode eksperimen ini mengunakan pre exspremental design dengan desain penelitian the one-group pretest-posttest design . populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet pencak silat remaja perguruan rajawali bangka. Penarikan sampel mengunakan teknik random sebanyak 18 atlet. Proses yang di laksanakan selama penelitian ini adalah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah yang di terapkan dalam latihan ankle weight. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan tes kecepatan tendangan sabit pencak silat. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji T. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t menunjukkan nilai thitung = 10,130 lebih dari ttabel (0,05)(dk=n-1) = 2.100 sehingg Ho di tolak. Begitu juga dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,025. Dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh latihan ankle weight terhadap hasil kecepatan tendangan sabit pada atlet pencak silat Remaja perguruan rajawali bangka.

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture and Leadership of Principal on Teachers’ Performance. This research aimed to determine and describe the influence of organizational culture and leadership of principal on teachers’ performance. This research was a quantitative method using a descriptive approach. The population was all teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Palembang, totaling 90 people and all of them were used as research samples. For collecting data was used instruments which was arranged in the form of a questionnaire and likers scale as answer choices from 66 statement items which were 20 questionnaires for organizational culture variable, 24 questionnaires for leadership of principal variable, and 22 questionnaires for teachers’ performance variable. The data obtained were analyzed using data description analysis, multiple linear regression, t test analysis, F test analysis, and coefficient of determination. Based on the result of data analysis, the research showed that: (1) organizational culture had a positive effect on teacher’s performance, (2) leadership of Principal had a positive effect on teachers’ performance, (3) Organizational culture and leadership of principal had a positive effect on teachers’ performance.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a key component of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology's Merdeka Belajar policy, aimed at enhancing the quality of education in Indonesia. This study investigates the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in educational institutions, specifically describing and analyzing its execution, impact on teacher performance, and the factors that either hinder or support its implementation. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Prabumulih, utilizing a qualitative research approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data were analyzed using the interactive model analysis technique from Miles and Huberman. The findings revealed that: (1) The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has been effectively carried out, transitioning from an independent choice model to a shared independent implementation model; (2) The successful implementation is supported by the roles of the principal, teachers, educational staff, and other stakeholders; (3) The Merdeka Curriculum is applied in grades X and XI, while grade XII continues to follow the 2013 Curriculum due to the transitional period; (4) The implementation process involves the planning of operational curriculum documents, organizing resources, mobilizing learning activities, and monitoring through direction, guidance, and assistance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the effect of principal leadership and teacher work motivation together on the work discipline of teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach (cause and effect). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research got the conclusion (1) There is an effect of the principal's leadership on the work discipline of teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. (2) There is an effect of teacher work motivation on teacher work discipline at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. (3) There is an influence of the leadership of the principal and the work motivation of teachers together on the work discipline of teachers at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih

Abstract

This study describes the influence of the principal's leadership behavior and community participation on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih. The method used is descriptive analytical survey method. Data collection techniques and procedures through, questionnaires, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Based on the data analysis, the conclusion are 1) There is an influence of the principal's leadership behavior on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. 2) There is an influence of community participation on the implementation of education in SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. 3) There is an influence between leadership behavior and community participation together on the implementation of education at SMP Negeri 11 Prabumulih City. Principal leadership behavior and community participation are able to influence the implementation of education with a contribution of 24.2%, while the remaining 75.8% is influenced by factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of compensation and working environment on organizational commitment and its implications on the performance of employees at PT. Sumber Wahana Musi. The research method is quantitative, i.e., descriptive and verification. The data gained from distributing questionnaires are considered primary data. The research variables are exogenous variables of compensation and working environment and endogenous variables of organizational commitment and employee performance. Data analysis techniques are descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation modeling analysis, based on AMOS. The findings of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on organizational commitment; there is a negative and insignificant effect of the working environment on organizational commitment; there is a positive and significant effect of compensation and the working environment simultaneously on organizational commitment; and there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on performance; there is a negative and insignificant effect of the working environment on performance; there is a positive and insignificant effect of organizational commitment on performance; and there is a positive and significant effect of compensation, working environment, and organizational commitment simultaneously on performance

Abstract

The vocational education system at Polnep, which implements a dropout system, either due to lack of attendance or low Semester Index Performance scores, demands the campus authorities to monitor early and continuously the academic achievement development of students. This research develops a communication and interaction medium for academic guidance, including the process of student consultations with Academic Advisor Lecturers (PA), storage of consultation records, to the recapitulation of academic guidance reports at the Department level. This mobile-based application can be used by all involved parties, namely PA Lecturers, students, and the Management in the Electrical Engineering Department of Politeknik Negeri Pontianak. The goal of this research is to provide a mobile-based application for academic guidance, facilitating communication between students and PA Lecturers in carrying out additional tasks in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education to support the improvement of students' academic performance, especially in the Electrical Engineering Department. The methodology used in this research is generally software development methodology, namely Agile Scrum. The expected outputs from the Agile Scrum methodology include system requirement documents such as Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog, along with the work results or Acceptance Deliverables from each Sprint conducted, which will ultimately form the Incremental Product to the Final Product of the developed application

Abstract

This research aims to determine passing skills in extracurricular volleyball games at SMA Negeri 1 Toboali. In this research, the method used is a quantitative method which tries to describe the passing skills of SMA Negeri 1 Toboali. The population in this study were students who took part in extracurricular volleyball at SMA Negeri 1 Toboali, totaling 23 students, and the sample in this study was 23 people, there were 13 men while there were 10 women. The data collection technique used in this research was a passing test over a volleyball game. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis. This analysis uses the Excel application and manual calculations. Based on the data analysis carried out in this research, it can be concluded that of the 23 volleyball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Toboali, the results of their volleyball passing skills were in the very high category, with a percentage of 87.3%. This can be seen from the percentage results of each sub-indicator (assessment). In the initial attitude indicator the percentage is 50%, in the core attitude indicator (implementation) the percentage is 82%, and in the final (advanced) attitude indicator the percentage is 56%.

Abstract

Some primary schools in Palembang got problems related to the implementation of the school’s accreditation. This research aimed at producing a module of guidance’s school accreditation for school’s stakeholders which valid, practical and effective. This research used Research and Development (R&D). The model development in this study used 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The objects of this research were the State Primary school 21, 22 and 29 in Palembang. The results concluded that the module was declared valid, practical and effective. This paper contribute to all educational stakeholders in primary, secondary and high education as an alternative module which can help to prepare accreditation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to ascertain the impact of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model on the ability to write narrative texts in the Indonesian language learning class IV SD Negeri 80 Palembang. The study employed an experimental research design, specifically a True Experimental Design with a Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The study's population consisted of 58 grade IV elementary school students, and the sample consisted of all of the class IV students, with Class IVA serving as the experimental class and Class IVB serving as the control class. Based on the criteria used to make decisions in the independent sample T-test, the calculation results showed that T-count 12,566 > T-table 1,672 on the sample T-test with a sig value (2-tailed) = 0.00 < 0.05. This indicates that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, indicating that the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model has an impact on the narrative text writing skills of Indonesian language learning class IV students at SD Negeri 80 Palembang. ABSTRAKPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) terhadap kemampuan menulis teks narasi pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas IV SD Negeri 80 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan ialah penelitian eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian yaitu True Experimental Design dengan bentuk desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah siswa kelas IV SD sebanyak 58 siswa. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan yakni seluruh populasi kelas IVA selaku kelas eksperimen serta IVB sebagai kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan di dapatkan nilai thitung 12,566 > ttabel 1,672 pada sampel T-test dengan nilai sig. (2-tailed) = 0,00 < 0,05, sesuai landasan pengambilan keputusan uji independent sample T-test bisa diambil kesimpulan yaitu Ha diterima serta Ho ditolak yang artinya model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan menulis teks narasi pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 80 Palembang.
