Abstract

Supply Chain Risk Management is an industry collaboration that works with partners in the supply chain system to implement a risk management process in dealing with the emergence of risks and uncertainties caused by logistics activities or other resources in the supply chain. Every industry deals with risk. This study aims to identify, classify, and map supply chain activities and their risks. In the initial stage, supply chain events are identified through interviews and brainstorming. Then, these events are portrayed in the supply chain map. Then, the risk identification stage used a rating scale to determine the level of likelihood and consequence based on three SCOR elements. There are 40 risk events in this study which are 13 risk events in the source section, 19 risk events in the make section, and eight risk events in the delivery section. Finally, it is necessary to calculate the value of the Risk Priority Index. The Risk Priority Index is the basis of the risk mapping stage. The risk map shows the urgency to treat each risk event.

Abstract

Abstract

For Muslims, hadith is something very important because it contains various traditions and habits that developed during the time of the Prophet (PBUH). Indonesia is known for its various traditions and cultures in various regions where these traditions and cultures are integrated with the social life of the community. One of them is the oral tradition of Basiacuong found in the Malay community in Kampar Regency which has been applied for generations where previously it had been carried out by Kampar community leaders. This research is a field research, by tracing directly to the field of objects in the field to dig up information and obtain various data that appear in the field, by observing social phenomena that exist in the community when the tradition is carried out. The location of this research is Koto Perencaran Village, Kampar Regency, because the community in the village still maintains the oral tradition of Basiacuong and applies it in various traditional ceremonies such as marriage, circumcision, akikah, inauguration of traditional heads and so on. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study conclude that the Basiacuong tradition found in the Malay community in Koto Perambahan Village, Kampar Regency is the implementation and interaction of living hadith, because the tradition contains good messages and advice, even though the tradition is carried out in traditional ceremonies.

Abstract

With the emergence of receptie theory, there was a conflict between customary laws and Islamic law in the past, resulting in a protracted systemic conflict. However, the opposite occurs in the context of legal practices in Aceh, namely the accommodation of the two legal systems. This study aims to elucidate the incorporation of customary laws in Islamic law as it pertains to inheritance issues in Aceh. This study analyzes empirical legal research through the lens of legal pluralism. The data was gathered through in-depth interviews and literature reviews. This study found that various inheritance-related cases involving substitute successors, joint assets, heirs of different religions, and obligatory wills for adopted children are examples of how Islamic law accommodates customary laws. The two factors responsible for the accommodation of adat in Islamic law are the nature of the law, which is dynamic, elastic, and flexible, and the sociological condition and personality of the Acehnese, which support this integration. Moreover, this accommodation has a positive impact on the lives of people so that the maintenance and observance of adat or customs become firmer, the law functions as social control and Islamic law is cultivated in society. Theoretically, in the context of legal pluralism, accommodation between adat  in Islamic law creates a space for harmonization as the main goal of this theory, not the theory of receptie which gives birth to conflicts and  conflicts between legal systems.

Abstract

Stunting, characterized by impaired growth and development in children under five years old, represents a significant global nutritional issue, particularly in Indonesia. This study aims to explore stunting prevention and child protection from the perspective of Islamic education. Employing a qualitative methodology with a phenomenological approach, the research seeks to understand and interpret specific events and social situations related to stunting and child protection within the Indonesian context. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documentation, specifically involving lecturers at UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. The findings reveal that the incidence of stunting in Indonesia remains alarmingly high compared to other middle-income countries, leading to decreased cognitive abilities, heightened health risks, and diminished future productivity. The research concludes that stunting prevention and child protection are critical national programs that require synergistic implementation to secure a better future for children and ensure their right to quality education. From the perspective of Islamic education, these efforts are intrinsically linked, as Islamic teachings emphasize the importance of proper care, provision of halal and nutritious food, which positively influence both the physical and mental well-being of children. The study highlights the need for integrating Islamic educational principles in national stunting prevention strategies to foster holistic child development.

Abstract

This study examines the legal re-construction of the victory impact of an empty column over a single candidate as a new phenomenon of legal politics in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. This is a doctrinal normative legal research, which uses the analytical, explorative, explanatory, and qualitative analysis techniques. The result showed that legal reconstruction needs to be carried out on disputes, policies of single candidate pairs and empty columns, nomination requirements and political party support for candidates. The legal construction also needs to be conducted on the phrase "next election," the emptiness of definitive city government leaders, postponement and legal uncertainty, establishment of Provisional Acts (Pjs), as well as the loss of the constitutional rights of communities and regions.. Legal reconstruction also needs to be carried out through the political management of post-conflict local elections with changes in legal policies Law No.10 of 2016, PKPU No.13 of 2018, Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) No. 1 of 2018.
