Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of research management standards which include planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with the case study method. The research subjects were Vice Rector 1, the Chair and Secretary of LPPM, the Head of the Research Center, and the Head of Planning and Finance of IAIN Palangka Raya. The determination of research subjects was carried out by purposive sampling with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that research management planning activities begin with the preparation of development master plans, strategic plans, and operational plans, preparation of research roadmaps, annual work programs, preparation of Terms of Reference and research budget plans, and the preparation of Research Guidelines. In implementing research management standards, there are 12 stages carried out, including dissemination of technical instructions, research registration, administrative selection, substance selection, determination of nominees, proposal seminars, determination of beneficiaries, preparation of work orders, disbursement of funds, conducting research, monitoring evaluation, review of research outputs, results seminars, and final reports. Efforts to control research activities are carried out with several strategies: making regulations and technical guidelines for research, managing registration and selection of proposals as well as meetings for determining nominees, preparing work orders, managing intermediate seminars, managing presentations of research results, making research logbooks, registering IPR research results, publishing articles research, seeking SPI involvement in research management activities, uploading research reports to Litapdimas, imposing sanctions, preparing research management reports, monitoring and evaluating research management.

Abstract

This research examines research trends in applying argumentation-driven inquiry (ADI) in science learning and its potential for future research. A literature review is used in this research method through bibliometric analysis. The data source was obtained from the Scopus database, which obtained 72 articles from 549 articles in 2009-2023 with the keyword "Argumentative Driven Inquiry." The results show that publications fluctuate every year, with some years seeing a significant increase in publications, while others show a decline. Articles on this topic mostly come from international journals indexed by Scopus with quartile 1. This is in line with sources that publish many articles on this topic. Similarly, the top authors based on publications also come from international journals indexed by Scopus with quartile 1. The US and Indonesia are the most productive countries on this topic. The visualization results are divided into 6 clusters. It can find specific keywords that have the potential to be further researched in the future.

Abstract

Blended learning combines online and face-to-face, creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment. This article aims to provide a comprehensive bibliometric literature review on "blended learning in science learning". Articles found with the Scopus database. There are 100 out of 449 articles found in the Scopus database from 2020 to 2024 analyzed in this study. The selected references were then managed using reference management software, namely Mendeley. After managing the database, these studies classified and visualized them using VOSviewer software. The results of this study are that the distribution of authors who research topics related to blended learning in science learning is still dominated by the United States and Indonesia. The gap in this study shows the future agenda's direction: blended learning in science learning is very important to study. Overall, teaching and learning activities using blended learning in science learning tend to increase yearly. This is also needed for more inter-regional research collaborations involving researchers from Asia and other developing countries in certain areas. Overall, this review provides a good reference point for further research on "blended learning in science learning".

Abstract

Background: Athletes with disabilities still have limited access to digital anti-doping education, reflecting low digital readiness and unequal access to critical information. This gap increases the risk of unintentional doping, highlighting the urgency of improving digital anti-doping education for this population. Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the usability of the Haloatlet 1.0 monitoring media, which has been developed as part of an effort to prevent doping use among athletes with disabilities, utilizing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with an iterative model. The research focuses on the usability testing phase of the developed media product. Materials and methods: Data collection involved a sample of 30 athletes selected from 7 different sports. A Likert-scale System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire was used as the data collection instrument. The Curved Grading Scale (CGS) was used as a reference to represent the level of usability of Haloatlet 1.0. Results: The usability evaluation of the Haloatlet 1.0 doping prevention monitoring website yielded a SUS score of 81.17 ± 10.74, corresponding to Grade A and falling within the Excellent usability category (top 90–95 percentile). Conclusions: These findings demonstrate that the Haloatlet 1.0 website successfully provides a high level of usability in supporting athletes with physical disabilities in accessing anti-doping information and prevention resources. Effective anti-doping initiatives require continuous collaboration among key stakeholders to ensure clean and fair sports environments. Therefore, the results of this study offer valuable insights for enhancing inclusive and accessible digital anti-doping education policies, particularly for athletes with disabilities who often experience limited access to conventional learning platforms.

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad ke-21 menuntut pengembangan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi, metakognisi, serta sikap belajar mandiri dan reflektif. Salah satu pendekatan yang relevan untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran bermakna adalah melalui penguatan budaya berpikir (culture of thinking) di kelas. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis peran budaya berpikir dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kepustakaan, dengan sumber data berupa buku teks, artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional, serta prosiding ilmiah yang relevan dan terbit dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi untuk mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama yang berkaitan dengan budaya berpikir, pembelajaran bermakna, serta implikasinya dalam praktik pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa budaya berpikir berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman secara psikologis dan intelektual, meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS), memperdalam pemahaman konseptual, menumbuhkan motivasi serta kemandirian belajar siswa, dan menguatkan peran guru sebagai fasilitator berpikir. Budaya berpikir mendorong siswa untuk aktif bertanya, berdiskusi, merefleksikan pemahaman, serta mengaitkan konsep dengan pengalaman nyata. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran tidak lagi bersifat hafalan, melainkan bermakna dan berorientasi pada pemahaman yang mendalam dan berkelanjutan. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pendidik dan peneliti dalam mengembangkan praktik pembelajaran yang berpusat pada proses berpikir siswa.

Abstract

Road surface damage has a direct impact on service quality and user safety. This study aims to assess the type and extent of flexible pavement damage and to develop maintenance recommendations using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method. The case study was conducted on a 2 km section of Soekarno-Hatta Road in Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province (STA 0+000–2+000), which serves a vital role as a connector between urban areas, tourist sites, and inter-provincial networks. Data collection involved a visual inspection through a walkthrough survey of 40 observation segments. The survey identified 14 types of damage, with longitudinal cracks, potholes, alligator cracks, and local subsidence being the most prevalent. The PCI values revealed the following distribution of road conditions: Excellent (55%), Very Good (17.5%), Good (12.5%), Poor (12.5%), and Very Poor (2.5%). These findings indicate that while most segments are in very good condition, there are critical points that require immediate attention. Maintenance recommendations include routine maintenance for roads in Excellent and Very Good condition, preventive maintenance for those in Good condition, rehabilitation for Poor conditions, and complete reconstruction for Very Poor conditions. Implementing these appropriate maintenance strategies is expected to enhance the functional performance of the pavements and extend the service life of the road sections. Keywords: road damage, flexible pavement, PCI, road maintenance, Sungai Penuh

Abstract

Abstract: Mechanicss is a part of learning in the basic physics course. Mechanics covers kinematics particle and dynamics particle. The materials in mechanics are the topics/ discussion which are related to human being life. Considering the characteristics of the materials in the mechanics, the problem solving ability is urgently needed to coprehend the materials. Based on this consideration, students’ problem solving ability needs to be analyzed to see the extend of the ability posses by the students to ease the learning. The subjects of the research were the natural science students of Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, Banjarmasin. The instrument used were a test which was analyzed using the problem solving ability scoring rubric. The results showed that the students’ ability in solving mechanics material in general is good. However, the students commonly missed to check and evaluate the solution so that this step is categorized as less good. Abstrak: Mekanika merupakan bagian dari pembelajaran dalam mata kuliah fisika dasar. Mekanika mencakup kinematika partikel dan dinamika partikel. Pokok bahasan dalam mekanika merupakan suatu bahasan yang sering bersinggungan dengan kehidupan mahasiswa. Melihat karakteristik materi pada mekanika ini maka kemampuan pemecahan masalah sangat diperlukan untuk memahami materi tersebut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa perlu untuk dianalisis sejauh mana kemampuan yang sudah dimiliki untuk lebih memudahkan suatu pembelajran. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan IPA FKIP Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rubrik penilaian kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Hasil data kemampuan pemecahan masalah berdasarkan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa termasuk kategori baik. Namun mahasiswa sering melewatkan tahapan uji konsistensi dan koherensi serta mengevaluasi solusi sehingga pada tahap tersebut masih tergolong cukup baik. Adanya beberapa tahap yang masih tergolong cukup baik ini dapat terus ditingkatkan dengan membiasakan suatu proses pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada masalah terutama masalah nyata.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of static fluid module based on local wisdom in the wetlands environment. This study is a research and development study and uses the 4D model modified. The effectiveness of the module is measured using a learning outcome test. The subjects of this study were sixty grade XI students from two public high schools in Banjarmasin city. The result of the analysis showed that the effectiveness of teaching materials have a medium category. The result indicates that the static fluid module based on local wisdom in the wetland environment is effective so that they can be used in the learning process in the classroom, at the high school level.

Abstract

Scientific creativity is one of the higher-order thinking skills which are highly functional for each individual. Scientific creativity encourages the individual to not only generate creative ideas, but also promotes the notion of the appropriate technology. This article provides an in-depth explanation of the bibliometric analysis of scientific literature in education. The articles search was performed by utilizing Publish or Perish (PoP) software on the Crossref database. The search and sort results discovered that 28 of 200 articles were found between the years of 2019-2020. The selected metadata was edited using Mendeley Desktop software. The edited results were then analyzed further and visualized using the VOSviewer software. Overall, articles with the keyword scientific creativity published in the 2019-2020 period have not been cited, and it is essential to be studied collaboratively not only between national institutions but also internationally.

Abstract

This study presents a Scopus-based bibliometric mapping of a decade of research on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) in physics education, spanning the period from 2016 to 2025. The dataset was retrieved from Scopus on August 2, 2025, and, following PRISMA-style screening and filtering, comprised 1,038 English-language journal articles at the final publication stage. Bibliometric analyses were conducted using Bibliometrix (Biblioshiny), VOSviewer, and Microsoft Excel to examine publication growth, leading sources and authors, geographic and institutional contributions, collaboration patterns, and conceptual structures through keyword co-occurrence, thematic mapping, and thematic evolution. The results indicate accelerated publication growth after 2019 and an interdisciplinary dissemination pattern across education- and technology-facing outlets. Conceptual mapping suggests that AI-related themes (e.g., adaptive and data-informed learning support) and AR-related themes (e.g., interactive visualization and representational learning) constitute the dominant pillars of the field, while physics-education-specific learning mechanisms (e.g., conceptual change, multi-representational reasoning, and inquiry/laboratory enactment) are unevenly foregrounded across clusters. Because this is a bibliometric study, the findings provide a structured overview of research patterns and thematic orientations rather than causal evidence of learning effectiveness, thereby informing future empirical and design-based studies that connect AI/AR developments to physics-education-specific learning mechanisms and implementation contexts.
