Abstract

Jalan Soekarno Hatta is a secondary collector road with 4 lanes 2 directions divided (4/2 D) as the main road to the trading center of the City of Bukittinggi. Based on the initial observations made, it can be seen that vehicles passing through this road are quite busy, and there are often traffic jams caused by the area being a market area and a shopping center which does not have sufficient parking space so that parking activities use a lot of the road body which causes narrowing. effective road width. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the performance of Jalan Soekarno Hatta in terms of traffic volume, capacity and level of service (LOS). While the method used is the 1997 MKJI method by collecting primary data, in the form of road geometric data, traffic volume and side barriers obtained directly at the research location, and secondary data, in the form of population data. Based on the research results, it was obtained that the maximum traffic volume occurred on the main survey, namely on Wednesday for both directions of 518.25 pcu/hour and 522.25 pcu/hour at 11.30 to 12.30 WIB and 11.00 to 12.00 WIB. As for the capacity, the same was obtained at 1148.82 pcu/hour for both directions. Then also the average top speed on the Soekarno Hatta Road section, namely motorbikes with a speed of 20.08 Km/hour in the direction of Janjang 40- Bypass and in the opposite direction from Bypass- Janjang 40 the highest speed is also motorbikes with a speed of 20.20 Km/hour. The side barriers on Jalan Soekarno Hatta are included in the very high side resistance (VH) class category. And in terms of the level of service, Jalan Soekarno Hatta is included in category C where for the classification of the road the flow is fairly smooth, the speed is still controlled, the V/C can still be tolerated. The recommended recommendation is to control the parking area for motorbike riders and provide a special place for city transport cars (angkot) to wait for passengers and install signs that prohibit stopping and signs prohibiting parking.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the personality of the main character in the film Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap by Bene Dion, analyze personality types based on literary psychology studies, and identify the role of the father in the film. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through film observation, listening techniques, and taking notes. The analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the main character in the film has various personalities, such as being easily angered, stubborn, patient, and careful in expressing opinions. Based on the analysis of literary psychology, the personality types found include gepasioner, phlegmatic, choleric, nerveuzen, and sentimental. In addition, this film depicts a father figure who plays a role as a decision maker, monitor, and protector for his family. These findings indicate that Ngeri-Ngeri Sedap not only presents family conflicts but also provides reflections on the psychological and social dynamics in parent-child relationships.

Abstract

Kurangnya minat siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran, Tujuan penelitian ini meghasilkan produk media pembelajaran pendidi-kan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan berbasis Artiqulate Storyline, metode penelitian dan pengembangan ini terdiri atas 5 tahap, yaitu analysis, design, development, implemation dan evaluatioan. (ADDIE), dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sertajaya 05 Kabupaten Bekasi Provinsi Jawa Barat Subjek penelitian 26 siswa, uji kelayakan produk oleh ahli me-dia, dan ahli meteri. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan non tes, pengumpulan data non tes berupa observasi, wawancara serta angket. Teknik analisis data teknik statisik deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggambarkan pengem-bangan produk. Pengumpulan data tes menggunakan uji N-gain untuk melihat minat belajar siswa. berdasarkan hasil validasi dari ahli media rata-rata penilaian 93% dengan kriteria sangat layak, ahli materi rata-rata penilaian 94,75% dengan kriteria sangat layak, dan uji sesungguhnya presentase 98% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan berdasarkan uji n-gani, dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dengan hasil akhir sangat tinggi. media pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi lebih dapat diterima oleh siswa, karena siswa terbiasa dengan penggunaan perangkat teknologi saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the feasibility of student worksheets on natural science with Kokami (Kotak Kartu misterius/ mysterious card box) media to increase the students’ learning outcome. The themes of the developed product are work and energy for junior high school level students. The specific objectives of this study were to describe the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of natural science students' worksheets with Kokami media. The type of this research is research and development with the ADDIE development model. The test subjects were 36 students from one of the public junior high school in Barito Kuala regency. The instruments of this research were validation sheets, questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The results showed that: 1) the validity of students’ worksheets of natural science with the Kokami media was included in the highly valid category, (2) the practicality of students’ worksheets of natural science with the Kokami media was in the very good category, and (3) the effectiveness of students’ worksheets of natural science with Kokami media was in the high category. It can be concluded that the natural science students' worksheets with Kokami media were feasible to be used at the junior high school level. Kokami media can be an effective and attractive alternative learning media in learning physics

Abstract

The research aims to produce direct current electricity teaching materials and their application through Google Classroom for students in vocational high schools. This research uses 4-D model development (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The resulting teaching materials were analyzed for their validity and practicality. This product was distributed to 50 physics teachers. The data were obtained through a validation sheet of teaching materials and a teacher's perception questionnaire on the practicality of teaching materials. The results showed that: (1) the teaching materials developed were valid because the validity of the lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching materials was in the valid category; and (2) practicality seen from the results of teachers' perceptions of lesson plans in the practical category, and the results of teachers' perceptions of worksheets, assessments, and teaching materials in the very practical category. So it can be concluded that the development of direct current electricity teaching materials using the Google Classroom application is valid and practical for use in learning physics

Abstract

Paving block is one of the construction productions commonly used for pavement, yards, sidewalks, and others. Paving block molds in rectangular shape with a size of 20 cm × 10 cm × 6 cm as many as 36 pieces of plan quality, which is 8.5 MPa. Paving block printing using hydraulic press. The percentage of corn husk pulp ash as a substitute for cement is 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8% with a mixture of 1 cement: 3 sand. Paving blocks are tested at 28 days of age and tested for compressive strength and water absorption. For compressive strength testing, paving blocks are cut into cube shapes measuring 5 cm × 5 cm × 5 cm, and tested using Unit Testing Machine (UTM) compressive testing equipment, while for water absorption testing on paving blocks using the initial mold size. In this study, a normal paving block compressive strength value of 2.19 MPa was obtained. The highest compressive strength value is obtained in 2% incremental variation with a compressive strength value of 2.03 MPa. As for normal paving block water absorption, an absorption value of 813.30% was obtained. The smallest water absorption value is obtained in a variation of 4% addition, which is 10.70%. Abstract

Mental health is a crucial aspect of modern life, with stress and anxiety being among the most common and impactful psychological disorders. This research proposes a stress and anxiety monitoring system based on the Internet of Things (IoT), integrating biometric sensors and Deep Neural Networks (DNN) for early detection and in-depth analysis. The system is designed using MAX30102 (heart rate and SpO₂), GSR (Galvanic Skin Response), and DS18B20 (body temperature) sensors, managed by an ESP32 microcontroller and communicating through the MQTT protocol. Physiological data is collected in real-time, formatted in JSON, and transmitted to both Android and web-based applications for visualization. The DNN model is developed using the TensorFlow framework with a layered architecture and ReLU activation functions to classify four mental states: relaxed, calm, anxious, and highly stressed. The training dataset comprises both primary and secondary data, including the WESAD dataset. Model performance is evaluated through k-fold cross-validation, showing high accuracy and strong generalization capabilities. The results indicate that the integration of sensor technology and deep learning significantly improves the effectiveness of stress and anxiety detection compared to traditional methods. This system demonstrates great potential for the development of AI-based wearable devices for autonomous, real-time, and adaptive mental health monitoring.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills (CTS) are among the 21st-century skills needed. Preservice physics teachers need CTS to solve problems critically, not only in academics but also in life. This research offers a comprehensive perspective and understanding of critical thinking skills as a framework for measuring the ability of preservice physics teachers. The approach is qualitative with methodology analysis, and the documentary content produces a theoretical competence framework. Findings are then applied to determine CTS indicators' relevant competencies, such as clarity assumption, interpretation, analysis, reason, and evaluation. Preservice physics teachers can understand and use these results to evaluate CTS. The research emphasizes optimizing CTS for preservice physics teachers because education is increasingly complex and dynamic.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the world of Quranic tafsir. This transformation has not only affected distribution and accessibility, but also influenced the authority, methods, and forms of tafsir itself. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of tafsir in the digital age by highlighting three main aspects: changes in the form and patterns of tafsir, the role of digital media in the dissemination of tafsir, and the positive opportunities arising from this phenomenon. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The results of the study show that digital media has played a major role in democratizing access to tafsir, expanding the scope of Islamic themes, and providing a new space for more open religious discourse. However, these dynamics also present serious challenges such as a crisis of scientific authority, the spread of tafsir without scientific validation, and the risk of polarization due to social media algorithms. These findings underscore the importance of Islamic digital literacy and the active role of religious institutions in guiding responsible tafsir practices in the digital age.
