Abstract

Port management organizations face performance optimization challenges that require strategic human resource interventions. This quantitative research examines the influences of job rotation and teamwork on employee performance within the Indonesian port industry context. Employing census sampling of 123 employees at PT PCM—a regional government-owned port enterprise in Cilegon—data were collected through validated questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Findings reveal that job rotation demonstrates significant positive effects on performance (, ), indicating that systematic position changes enhance employee competencies and adaptability. Teamwork exhibits a positive but non-significant relationship with performance (, ), suggesting that collaborative processes require additional mediating factors to translate into performance gains. The combined variables explain 62.6% of performance variance (), confirming the substantial contribution of human resource development strategies. This research contributes empirical evidence supporting job rotation as an effective performance enhancement mechanism in port management contexts, while revealing the complexity of teamwork that requires deeper investigation. Practical implications emphasize the implementation of strategic rotation programs and the examination of team effectiveness factors for optimizing port industry workforce performance. Study limitations include the single-organization focus and cross-sectional design, suggesting the need for longitudinal and multi-site investigations to enable broader generalization.

Abstract

The growth of social commerce has encouraged the adoption of the Online-to-Offline (O2O) transaction model, particularly through TikTok, which is widely used by Generation Z in Indonesia. O2O vouchers enable consumers to purchase vouchers online and redeem them directly at offline merchant outlets. Despite their high market potential, the actual purchase intention toward O2O vouchers on TikTok remains relatively limited. This study aims to examine the effects of price sensitivity, ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk on purchase intention toward O2O vouchers among Generation Z TikTok users in Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with 180 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected via an online questionnaire using a seven-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, with perceived usefulness identified as the most dominant variable. In contrast, price sensitivity and perceived risk do not have a significant effect on purchase intention. These findings suggest that Generation Z’s purchase intention toward O2O vouchers is primarily driven by system convenience and perceived functional benefits rather than by price considerations or perceived risk. Therefore, O2O voucher strategies on TikTok should prioritize transaction simplicity and clear value propositions to enhance sustainable purchase intention.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with diversity which includes ethnicity, language, culture, social status and religion. This is one of the reasons why Indonesia is known as a multicultural country. With multiculturalism in Indonesia, it is necessary for people in Indonesia to have a moderate understanding of religion, this is usually called religious moderation. The aim of this research is to discuss religious moderation in uniting multicultural Indonesian society. The method used in this research is a qualitative method in the form of library research using a descriptive analysis approach. The results of this research show that a country that is nicknamed a multicultural society needs to have an understanding and awareness of the need for an attitude of respect for differences, diversity and ways of interacting with other people as best as possible without having to look at their background and origin. This is the reason why religious moderation education is needed by having an attitude of tolerance, respecting differences of opinion and recognizing the existence of other people, so that it can create a peaceful and harmonious Indonesian society.

Abstract

In the digital era, technological developments affect almost all aspects of life, including education. Technology brings easy access to information but also has the potential to give rise to value deviations in the younger generation. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers have a big responsibility in shaping students' religious character so that it remains in line with Islamic values even though they are faced with changing times. Purpose this study focuses on exploring and analyzing data related to the Role of PAI Teachers in Forming Students' Religious Character in the Digital Era at SMPIT Daarul Ilmi.The research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that PAI teachers at SMPIT Daarul Ilmi use various creative, technology-based approaches to integrate religious values into students' lives, while managing the challenges that arise. Through the use of technology and learning based on religious values that are relevant to digital life, PAI teachers at SMPIT Daarul Ilmi can help students develop characters who are not only intellectually intelligent but also morally and religiously. Namely honesty, responsibility, discipline, empathy and social concern, respect and tolerance.

Abstract

Performance management systems in public sector organizations confront distinctive challenges balancing accountability imperatives with operational complexities, particularly within technically demanding domains like energy and mineral resources governance. This qualitative case study examines performance management system dynamics at Banten Province Energy and Mineral Resources Agency, investigating planning, monitoring, and evaluation processes alongside civil servant interpretations of system implementation. Through semi-structured interviews with purposively-selected officials and operational staff, direct administrative process observations, and systematic document analysis encompassing strategic plans, performance indicators, and institutional reports, research reveals four critical findings: hierarchical performance planning demonstrates regulatory adaptability despite resource constraints; monitoring combines formal mechanisms with digital systems though communication challenges persist; evaluation processes maintain systematic procedures yet retain subjectivity potential in behavioral assessments; and system implementation fosters disciplined, professional, accountable organizational culture despite administrative burden concerns and limited digital integration. Findings enrich understanding of public sector performance management's dynamic character while providing theoretical and practical implications for strengthening performance systems in strategic Indonesian government sectors. Research contributes empirically-grounded insights from underexplored energy-mineral governance contexts, offering evidence-based recommendations for reconciling performance measurement rigor with sectoral operational realities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of ecoprint-based P5 to develop the creativity of 5th grade students in economic activity material at SDN Banjarsari 02. This study is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental method using a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study was all 5B classes of SDN Banjasari 02, totaling 41 with a sample of only 30 students, data collection techniques used were questionnaires, tests and documentation, sampling techniques used were purposive sampling techniques. Based on the results of statistical analysis of students' creativity skills, the pretest average was 50.17 and the posttest result was 71.83 and an increase after treatment was carried out was as large as 21%, while the results of the normality test for the pretest value of 0.006 were said to be abnormal because they were at a value <0.05, while the posttest value was 0.090 which means the posttest value was said to be normal. The results of the hypothesis test show that the value obtained is significant 0.000 <0.05 which indicates that there is a significant difference between the initial and final variables, based on the results of the N gain test, showing the development of student creativity in the pre-experiment of 0.4393 including the moderate category, this category shows that the P5 ecoprint-based learning shows an increase and development of students' creativity skills which is quite effective.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the relationship between digital literacy and critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students at SDN Banjarsari 2, Serang City. Digital literacy is a very important skill in the digital era, especially in supporting technology-based learning processes. Critical thinking skills are 21st-century competencies that need to be developed early so that students are able to analyze, reason, and draw critical or logistical conclusions. In this study, the method used is a quantitative method with a correlational approach, the sample in this study were fifth-grade students of SDN Banjarsari 2, Serang City. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire to measure digital literacy and to measure critical thinking skills, a test instrument in the form of 10 essay questions was used. The results of the analysis of this study indicate a significant relationship between digital literacy and students' critical thinking skills. The higher the students' digital literacy, the higher their critical thinking skills. This study shows the importance of digital-based learning in developing critical thinking skills in elementary schools.

Abstract

Globalisasi merupakan fenomena yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya keterkaitan antarnegara melalui perdagangan internasional, arus investasi, perkembangan teknologi informasi, dan mobilitas tenaga kerja. Indonesia sebagai negara berkembang tidak terlepas dari dampak globalisasi yang memengaruhi berbagai aspek perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh globalisasi terhadap perekonomian Indonesia dengan meninjau peluang dan tantangan yang ditimbulkannya pada tahun 2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis terhadap berbagai sumber akademik, laporan lembaga internasional, dan data sekunder nasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa globalisasi membuka peluang bagi Indonesia dalam bentuk peningkatan perdagangan, investasi asing, transfer teknologi, dan perluasan pasar. Namun, globalisasi juga menghadirkan tantangan berupa ketimpangan ekonomi, ketergantungan terhadap pasar global, serta tekanan terhadap industri domestik dan tenaga kerja lokal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan ekonomi yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan agar Indonesia dapat memaksimalkan manfaat globalisasi sekaligus meminimalkan dampak negatifnya.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pelaku usaha di bidang kuliner untuk menyediakan layanan yang cepat, akurat, dan mudah diakses oleh pelanggan. Legal Caffe House masih menerapkan proses pemesanan dan pembayaran secara manual, sehingga alur pelayanan menjadi kurang efektif, berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan, serta meningkatkan risiko kesalahan dalam pencatatan pesanan dan transaksi. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya penerapan sistem digital yang mampu mendukung proses operasional secara lebih terstruktur dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pemesanan makanan dan minuman berbasis web yang dapat diakses melalui QR Code serta menyediakan metode pembayaran digital melalui integrasi payment gateway sebagai solusi transaksi yang lebih praktis. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Prototype melalui tahapan perancangan awal, pembuatan model, pengujian sistem, evaluasi, serta penyempurnaan berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam melakukan pemesanan dan pembayaran tanpa harus menuju kasir. Selain itu, sistem juga membantu pengelolaan data pesanan dan transaksi secara lebih terorganisasi dan sistematis. Dengan demikian, penerapan sistem ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan mendukung proses digitalisasi pada usaha kuliner. Sistem yang dihasilkan juga diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi inovatif yang dapat diimplementasikan pada berbagai usaha kuliner serupa guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan secara berkelanjutan.
