Abstract

Households are one of the contributors to organic and inorganic waste. Generally, the family needs to manage waste independently. The concept of waste recycling can be applied at the household level. The aim of waste management in the Dosen Mengabdi Reguler 2022 was to provide alternative solutions for processing organic and inorganic waste in the household based on the recycling concept. The activities were carried out from July‒November 2022 in one of the villages around the IPB campus locations, namely the Taman Darmaga Permai 2, Cihideung Ilir, Ciampea, Bogor. The core activities consist of discussions and demonstrations about compost, coenzymes, re-growing vegetable plants, and the culture of mung bean sprouts from Vima 1 and Vimil 1 varieties. About 42.9% of the 14 participants sorted household waste, and 28.6% managed waste. Compost from organic waste was harvested within one month after the process, while coenzymes were harvested after three months. Ecoenzymes were attractive to all participants as a solution for processing waste. About 50% of participants favor growing vegetables and 21.4% re-grow vegetable waste. Katuk and Welsh onion plants have 100% growth and 90% survival rates. All participants had never sprouted mung bean seeds. The sprouts can be harvested 1 to 3 days after sowing as needed. The Vima 1 mung bean variety has a sweet sprout taste and produces 657.9 g of sprouts from 100 g of seeds, while the Vimil 1 taste is slightly astringent with a lower sprout production of 543.8 g.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the financial management performance of one company in the tourism sector, namely PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia from the 2020-2022 period, which was carried out using various analyses, namely using Profitability Ratios, Solvency Ratios and Liquidity Ratios. The tourism sector is one of the sectors that is of concern to the government because it is able to make a large contribution to the country's foreign exchange. However, since the Covid-19 pandemic, the tourism sector has plummeted due to restrictions and even closure of tourist travel. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out whether there was an influence of these problems on the financial management performance of PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative approach with case study methods and descriptive data analysis. The results of research using profitability ratios show that the company's ability to generate profits has increased, using solvency ratios shows that the company's ability to fulfill all its liabilities has increased, apart from that, calculations using liquidity ratios show that the company's ability to pay off short-term obligations has increased. Overall, the company's financial performance in 2022 has increased, although not yet significantly. Recommendations for further research are that research needs to be carried out with a wider scope so that it can describe the condition of financial management in the tourism sector as a whole. Abstract

The government has set a new policy related to the increasing growth rate of covid 19, especially on the islands of Java and Bali, because the rate of transmission of the Covid-19 virus is expected to be higher due to the high mobility of citizens during the Eid holidays and the new variant of SARS-CoV-2 (Delta). Wednesday, July 5, 2021, recorded a daily addition of 29,745 new cases. The highest Covid-19 (daily) transmission on July 6, 2021, was recorded at 31,189 cases. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method that aims to explain, reveal and get a proper description of the PPKM level 4 policy on the economy of the Kanigaran Village community, Probolinggo City. The location determination is based on group considerations, to find out how a level 4 PPKM policy will affect the field economy. However, many people are also not happy with the policy because it causes a decline in the economy or income. One of them is Kanigaran Village around Glaser Plaza and Roundabout. There was a road closure that was closely guarded by the Police and Satpot PP so that people who wanted to enter the area had to know the system when the road was opened and closed. The impact of the PPKM level 4 policy which has been implemented since July 6, 2021, has indeed affected the economy of the community, including those who risk their income from trading results.

Abstract

One of the problems that exist in society today is stunting, which is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by inadequate nutritional intake for a long time due to feeding that is not in accordance with nutritional needs. Almost all regions of Indonesia have stunting problems, including Tongas Subdistrict, Probolinggo Regency, therefore it is necessary to empower the community to deal with the stunting problem. Therefore, the Tongas Health Center launched a stunting care welijo program which aims to empower the community to overcome the stunting problem in Tongas District, one of which is Sumendi Village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using the theory of policy implementation according to Van Meter and Van Horn (Anggara 2014, public policy) that there are six variables that influence the success of implementation, namely clear goals and standards, resources, quality of interorganizational relationships, characteristics of institutions/organizations. implementer, political, social, and economic environment, disposition. It was found that the implementation of the welijo care for stunting program in Sumendi Village has been going quite well, but the delivery of the welijo care stunting program is still hampered by the conditions of the political, social, and economic environment in Sumendi Village. Therefore, it is necessary for implementing agents to have the attitude and commitment to support the Welijo program for stunting so that it runs smoothly

Abstract

Food and agricultural security is the availability of food and a person's ability to access it. The Probolinggo Regency Food Security and Agriculture Service also supports national food security, by making the agricultural sector one of the regional potentials that continues to be developed. However, there are problems such as the government and community's food reserves not increasing in the Probolinggo Regency area, agricultural human resources (HR) which are still lacking and the agricultural infrastructure program is still not evenly distributed. So it is necessary to focus on increasing the competitiveness of the agricultural sector. How this competitiveness can be achieved is by orienting agricultural activities towards the market (market oriented). It can be seen that the competitiveness of the agricultural sector itself can be realized through increasing productivity and added value. Where this competitiveness can be obtained through 3 components, namely: capital, superior human resources, and superior technology. Even though the majority of farmers in Probolinggo Regency still use traditional technology to medium technology

Abstract

Creative villages are currently in the spotlight of the local government as an effort to increase village resources that can develop superior innovations from the creative economy subsector. Creative villages have a close relationship with the quintuple helix concept, which in its implementation involves government, academics, economic actors, society and the environment to build creative village synergy. The aim of this service is to provide understanding and provide solutions as an effort to create a developing and creative village. As in Kedungdalem Village, Probolinggo Regency, creating a creative village requires the involvement of various parties and key actors for empowerment. The initial implementation of this service was outreach to the Kedungdalem village community. This community service is carried out using the method of socialization and education to the community by providing counseling. With the existence of a service program regarding the quintuple helix concept, it is hoped that it can create a creative village in Kedungdalem village, especially in implementing the implementation of government policies in creating village innovation. This requires the cooperation of various partners in creating a strong and innovative creative village. Keywords: Creative village, quintuple helix, socialization
