Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) is a government initiative designed to improve students' nutritional intake while supporting human resource development. The effectiveness of this program largely depends on the quality of administrative governance implemented by the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) as the local executing agency. This study aims to examine the administrative governance practices of SPPG Probolinggo Maron Suko in enhancing the effectiveness of the MBG Program in Maron District, Probolinggo Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed in this research. Data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving SPPG administrators, distribution personnel, school representatives, and program beneficiaries. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The findings indicate that the administrative governance of SPPG has contributed positively to the effectiveness of the MBG Program through a clear division of responsibilities, effective stakeholder coordination, and well-structured operational procedures. The dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy were implemented effectively. However, the tangible dimension still faces challenges related to limited storage facilities and the suboptimal use of information technology. In addition, shortages of human resources, fluctuations in food prices, and changes in the number of beneficiaries remain significant challenges. Therefore, strengthening administrative digitalization and improving human resource capacity are essential to ensure the sustainability of the MBG Program.

Abstract

Global crises in recent years have transformed the paradigms of public governance and global food systems. The COVID-19 pandemic, the Russia–Ukraine geopolitical conflict, climate change, global inflation, and disruptions in international supply chains have become major factors affecting food stability in many countries, including Indonesia. These conditions require bureaucratic institutions not only to perform administrative functions but also to establish adaptive, innovative, and environmentally sustainable governance systems. This study aims to analyze the concepts of green bureaucracy and food policy innovation in responding to the era of global crises from the perspectives of public administration and sustainable governance. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach based on a literature review. Data were obtained from Scopus-indexed international journals, Google Scholar publications, scientific articles, reports from international organizations, and government policy documents. The findings indicate that green bureaucracy has emerged as a new paradigm in modern public administration reform, emphasizing the integration of sustainability principles, resource efficiency, governance digitalization, and multi-stakeholder collaboration in national food management. Food policy innovation is manifested through agricultural digitalization, the strengthening of local food systems, the protection of agricultural land, the enhancement of national food reserves, and the development of data-driven food governance. The study also reveals that the major challenges to implementing green bureaucracy in Indonesia include institutional fragmentation, weak cross-sectoral coordination, dependence on global markets, and limited bureaucratic capacity at the local government level. Therefore, bureaucracy reform based on green governance is a crucial strategy for creating a resilient, inclusive, and sustainable national food system amid the dynamics of global crises.

Abstract

Cervical cancer can be prevented through early detection, including Visual Inspection with Acetic Acid (VIA). Improving women's knowledge about VIA is important to support awareness of cervical cancer screening. To improve women's knowledge regarding VIA examination as an effort to promote early detection of cervical cancer. The community service activity was conducted on June 16, 2026, at PMB Melati, Yogyakarta, involving 30 women of reproductive age. Health education was delivered through lectures and discussions using leaflets. Participants' knowledge was assessed using a questionnaire before and after the education. Data were analyzed descriptively using frequencies and percentages. Before the education, 6 participants (20%) had good knowledge, 11 (37%) had moderate knowledge, and 13 (43%) had poor knowledge. After the education, good knowledge increased to 24 participants (80%), while moderate and poor knowledge decreased to 5 (17%) and 1 (3%), respectively. Education through lectures, discussions, and leaflets was accompanied by an increase in women's knowledge regarding VIA and cervical cancer early detection. Continuous education combined with access to screening services is recommended to support VIA screening practices.

Abstract

Reading ability is one of the basic language skills. By reading students will apply another ability that is speaking. And also students who are unable to read will find it difficult to fulfill their abilities. Learning to read is the most important part of life, because it is the beginning of our systematic knowledge of the learning process and one of the keys to success in following the process. When learning in class there is interaction in the learning process of teachers and students. Teachers and students are a very important part in determining the success of learning objectives. Reading is a skill that must be taught to children from an early age. If a child of primary school age cannot master early reading skills, he or she will experience many difficulties in learning various subjects in later grades.

Abstract

This study aims to determine internet-based services at the Sidomukti Village Office, Kraksaan District, Probolinggo Regency as measured using the Community Satisfaction Index. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method uses simple regression analysis using quantitative descriptive research methods with a phenomenological approach. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) for services at the Sidomukti Sub-District Office, Kraksaan District is 2.91 with a conversion rate of 72.75 which can be declared "Not Good". This is because the community is still not satisfied with the performance of the Probolinggo application service unit at the Sidomukti Village Office, Kraksaan District, Probolinggo Regency. For this reason, it is necessary to make improvements to several elements that are still considered lacking. The indicator that has the highest IKM value is Usability with an IKM value of 5.89 with an IKM conversion value of 73,625. While the indicator that has the lowest IKM value is the Graphic Style indicator, which gets an IKM value of 2.66 and an IKM conversion value of 33.25
