Abstract

The government has set a new policy related to the increasing growth rate of covid 19, especially on the islands of Java and Bali, because the rate of transmission of the Covid-19 virus is expected to be higher due to the high mobility of citizens during the Eid holidays and the new variant of SARS-CoV-2 (Delta). Wednesday, July 5, 2021, recorded a daily addition of 29,745 new cases. The highest Covid-19 (daily) transmission on July 6, 2021, was recorded at 31,189 cases. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method that aims to explain, reveal and get a proper description of the PPKM level 4 policy on the economy of the Kanigaran Village community, Probolinggo City. The location determination is based on group considerations, to find out how a level 4 PPKM policy will affect the field economy. However, many people are also not happy with the policy because it causes a decline in the economy or income. One of them is Kanigaran Village around Glaser Plaza and Roundabout. There was a road closure that was closely guarded by the Police and Satpot PP so that people who wanted to enter the area had to know the system when the road was opened and closed. The impact of the PPKM level 4 policy which has been implemented since July 6, 2021, has indeed affected the economy of the community, including those who risk their income from trading results.

Abstract

One of the problems that exist in society today is stunting, which is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by inadequate nutritional intake for a long time due to feeding that is not in accordance with nutritional needs. Almost all regions of Indonesia have stunting problems, including Tongas Subdistrict, Probolinggo Regency, therefore it is necessary to empower the community to deal with the stunting problem. Therefore, the Tongas Health Center launched a stunting care welijo program which aims to empower the community to overcome the stunting problem in Tongas District, one of which is Sumendi Village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using the theory of policy implementation according to Van Meter and Van Horn (Anggara 2014, public policy) that there are six variables that influence the success of implementation, namely clear goals and standards, resources, quality of interorganizational relationships, characteristics of institutions/organizations. implementer, political, social, and economic environment, disposition. It was found that the implementation of the welijo care for stunting program in Sumendi Village has been going quite well, but the delivery of the welijo care stunting program is still hampered by the conditions of the political, social, and economic environment in Sumendi Village. Therefore, it is necessary for implementing agents to have the attitude and commitment to support the Welijo program for stunting so that it runs smoothly

Abstract

Food and agricultural security is the availability of food and a person's ability to access it. The Probolinggo Regency Food Security and Agriculture Service also supports national food security, by making the agricultural sector one of the regional potentials that continues to be developed. However, there are problems such as the government and community's food reserves not increasing in the Probolinggo Regency area, agricultural human resources (HR) which are still lacking and the agricultural infrastructure program is still not evenly distributed. So it is necessary to focus on increasing the competitiveness of the agricultural sector. How this competitiveness can be achieved is by orienting agricultural activities towards the market (market oriented). It can be seen that the competitiveness of the agricultural sector itself can be realized through increasing productivity and added value. Where this competitiveness can be obtained through 3 components, namely: capital, superior human resources, and superior technology. Even though the majority of farmers in Probolinggo Regency still use traditional technology to medium technology

Creative villages are currently in the spotlight of the local government as an effort to increase village resources that can develop superior innovations from the creative economy subsector. Creative villages have a close relationship with the quintuple helix concept, which in its implementation involves government, academics, economic actors, society and the environment to build creative village synergy. The aim of this service is to provide understanding and provide solutions as an effort to create a developing and creative village. Abstract

The Indonesian Law Number 35 of 2014 regulates the rights and protection of children, recognizing their entitlement to legal protection. Various forms of legal protection are established for almost all legal relationships. Specific provisions in this law address the protection of children against sexual violence offenses. Such protections include prohibiting sexual intercourse with a child using violence or threats, as well as enticing or deceiving a child for sexual activities. Additionally, the law forbids human trafficking and exploitation of children for personal gain. To safeguard the interests of the child victims, the law encompasses measures such as rehabilitation, identity protection through media, safety assurance for witnesses, and access to information regarding case developments.Efforts to protect children from sexual violence require continuous endeavors to ensure their well-being, as children play a significant role in the nation's progress. The level of protection for children should be on par with that of adults since everyone is equal before the law. This calls for a collective responsibility of the state, local governments, communities, and parents in providing safeguarding measures against various forms of abuse perpetrated by irresponsible individuals who exploit children for criminal activities.Child protection efforts can be categorized as direct or indirect, as well as juridical or non-juridical. Direct protection includes supervising, nurturing, and establishing legal regulations to protect children directly. Indirect protection entails prevention and raising awareness about children's rights and responsibilities. These protection efforts may be targeted at children directly or at those surrounding them, such as parents or family members. The Law Number 35 of 2014 explicitly covers protection against violent activities, including sexual violence, political involvement, armed disputes, social riots, and other harmful events. It obliges the government, local authorities, society, and parents to provide protection and ensure the fulfillment of children's rights and best interests. The law aligns with the principles of human rights stated in the 1945 Indonesian Constitution, recognizing children as individuals entitled to grow and develop with adequate protection.

Abstract

Corruption is a despicable act that occurs every year. Corruption is classified as a heinous act and has a major impact on state finances, causing harm to many parties. Investigation, prosecution and court hearings in corruption cases must take priority over other cases in order to resolve them as quickly as possible. The aim of this research is to understand and analyze law enforcement for criminal acts of corruption in Indonesia and to understand and analyze the mechanism for returning state assets resulting from criminal acts of corruption. The method used in this research is a normative research method. It is a legal research which places the law as a building system of norms. Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Corruption Crimes regulates mechanisms or procedures that can be used to return assets through criminal and civil channels. The mechanism for returning state assets resulting from criminal acts of corruption can be carried out using two mechanisms, which is criminal route as regulated in UNCAC and the civil route (civil forfeiture). The criminal route is intended to provide a deterrent effect to corruptors so that they do not repeat criminal acts of corruption. Civil forfeiture is intended to return state assets resulting from criminal acts of corruption with evidence obtained from the criminal process, namely tracing and freezing assets. The key to success lies with each country, so it cannot be determined which mechanism is the best. Elements of success in efforts to return assets resulting from criminal acts of corruption must take into account several factors, one of which is the perspective that the law enforcement approach in Indonesia still focuses on punishing perpetrators (in personam), not confiscating assets resulting from crime.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia requires teachers to innovate in designing effective learning by utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This study examines the motivation of two driving teachers in utilizing Information and Communication Technology in designing learning devices at SD Negeri 001/IV, Jambi City. With a qualitative approach, data were collected through staged interviews for time triangulation and document analysis of teaching modules that had been designed by the driving teachers. Motivational factors are categorized into intrinsic and extrinsic aspects, which are adapted from Maslow and McClelland's theories. The results of the study revealed differences in motivational factors between the two driving teachers. The first driving teacher was first motivated by intrinsic factors before being influenced by extrinsic factors, while the second driving teacher was first driven by extrinsic factors before then having intrinsic motivation that developed over time. This study confirms that the use of ICT in designing learning devices is influenced by various motivational factors that encourage teachers to innovate in teaching so that it is more student-centered.
