Abstract

Highlighting the importance of management source Power inner digital human reach success and sustainability organization, emphasized the necessity of HR leader to align technology with the objective organization in an effective way. The purpose of the study Is To explore integration technology in the development source Power Man through a literature review, emphasizing the evolution management source Power Human on the side progress technology. Study This underlines the importance increase professional skills for utilizing progress technology in a way efficient and digital role in simplifying processes, improving productivity, and enabling more decisions​ automatically in HR development. Research results show that digital technology can reduce and create opportunities Work with culture organizations identified as a barrier to adoption of digital technology in HR management. Implications of digital transformation of HR management strategies are explored to show support in the organization and impact positive technology on internal operations and practices of HR management.

Abstract

Multi-bahasa media dikatakan sebagai bentuk-bentuk multi-media interaksi antar-manusia sebagai penyampai pesa/amanat. Multi-media manusia ini merupakan prasarana multi-komunikasi yang menunjukkan banyak ciri khas masyarakat penggunanya, begitu juga bangsa Indonesia. Pendekatan yang akan digunakan dalam menganalisis artikel review adalah pendekatan analitis dan didaktis. Riset berbasis kepustakaan bermakna tindakan riset terfokus pada kajian-kajian formula teks-teks lampau atau terbaharukan. Objek riset terfokus 10 artikel terakreditasi terpilih sesuai topik kajian yakni multi-fungsi media wayang. Hasil riset menunjukkan peran media wayang dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menyimak siswa-siswa SD berlaku efektif, kreatif, inovatif, dan penggunaan media wayang dalam pembelajaran menciptakan suasana belajar menyenangkan.

Abstract

Sebagai bagian wahana mendidik AUD adalah menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang bertumpu kepada penempatan validitas menuju arah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Perkembangan AUD dipengaruhi oleh pemerolehan keterampilan berbahasa yakni simak, wicara, keterbacaan, dan tulis. Metode bercerita dikatakan cara termudah, kesederhanaan strategi sebagai langkah penetapan proses-proses pengajaran keterampilan bahasa, khususnya menyimak. Menyimak adalah salah satu bagian memperoleh bahasa dan kemampuan menyimak untuk AUD sangat minim perhatian. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa terdapat solusi bahwa noneta (boneka tangan) mampu memotivasi AUD dalam upaya peningkatan dirinya dalam perilaku simak. Taktis dengan menggunakan metode bercerita media boneta yang menarik, anak termotivasi memperhatikan isi cerita, daya simak meningkat.

Abstract

Having a strategic role in aspects of economic growth does not guarantee that MSMEs are able to manage their businesses well. Financial management in a business is an important factor that must be studied and improved in order to improve the quality of business management. In order to obtain optimal profits, business actors need to carry out profit planning related to components that can affect profits, such as costs, sales volume and production. One of the analytical tools used is using cost, volume and profit analysis or commonly referred to as Cost Volume Profit (CVP) analysis. The purpose of this study is to analyse financial management related to cost volume profit at Lay Cang MSMEs. In general, MSMEs do not understand the level of sales that must be maintained so as not to experience losses by taking into account the costs incurred for production. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method with a literature review approach complemented by direct interviews with the managers of Lay Cang MSMEs. Based on the results of research using Cost Volume Profit analysis, information was obtained that the revenue obtained by Lay Cang MSMEs was able to cover variable costs and fixed costs. The application of cost volume profit (CVP) analysis helps Lay Cang MSMEs in estimating the maximum profit and knowing how many units of total sales and revenue must be obtained in order to reach the Break Event Point.

Abstract

This study seeks to examine trends, developments, and prospects for future research on digitalization accounting for MSMEs in Indonesia. This study used a systematic literature review, finding 20 articles from 2018-2023. Two sections comprise the findings of this investigation; the first section discusses research trends divided into four categories (theme, theories, methods of study, and fundamental data analysis techniques) and the current state of research. Second, evaluate future study opportunities. The following are five categories of study suggestions: cloud computing, digital accounting, accounting system information implementation, and point of sale.

Abstract

This investigation seeks to ascertain the impact of financial literacy and digital innovation on business performance and SME business sustainability in Malang City using quantitative methods, primary data sources, and data collection with the questionnaire method. Path Analysis analyzed data. The results show that financial literacy and Digital innovation positively affect business sustainability and SMEs Performance. The SME business performance does not mediate the effect of digital innovation on SME business sustainability. In contrast, the SME performance variable can mediate the effect of financial literacy on SME business continuity.

Abstract

The global industry has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly small and medium-sized businesses, which has a negative effect on organizational performance, planning, control, and systems. This causes small and medium-sized businesses to take certain actions relating to the use of accounting information systems for their own benefit, which can impact the performance of SMEs that are influenced by environmental and organizational factors. This study seeks empirical evidence of the effect of accounting knowledge, business experience, and business strategy on the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as mediated by accounting information systems. Utilizing primary data sources, survey data collection techniques, and research samples comprised of SME owners and managers, an explanatory causality approach is utilized. Using a simple random sampling technique, individual units of analysis, a one-shot study time horizon, and path analysis, the data were evaluated. In addition, the results demonstrated that accounting expertise and business experience positively affect accounting information systems. This study also revealed a positive relationship between accounting knowledge and SME performance. SME performance is negatively affected by business experience. In addition, the accounting information system as mediator demonstrates that SME performance increases as a result of business experience.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the influence of students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy and perceived attractiveness on their entrepreneurial intentions and investigates the moderating role of students’ learning orientation. It considers how learning orientation may moderate the instrumentality of their perceived attractiveness to become a successful entrepreneur. The data used to test the hypotheses were obtained through an online survey issued to undergraduate students in business currently studying at a public college in Indonesia. Data received from 325 respondents is used to investigate the hypothesized correlations using the partial least squares structural equation modeling technique (PLS-SEM). The results show that students’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy and perceived attractiveness affect entrepreneurial intentions. A supplementary examination reveals the moderating effects of learning orientation on the connection between perceived attractiveness and entrepreneurial inclination. Moreover, the impact of learning orientation on the perceived attractiveness and intention relationship suggests that policymakers should give priority to the consideration of learning orientation when developing their strategies.

Abstract

The rise of technological innovation in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has caused a breakthrough in various lines of life, including the economy. One of the technological innovations is the blockchain that can also be exploited by SMEs. This study is a literature review study that aims to provide an overview of the benefits of blockchain adoption on SMEs, the factors driving its use, and the challenges of blockchain. The use of blockchain in SMEs can facilitate in terms of more transparent, effective, efficient supply chain management. Easier in terms of delivering goods more on time so that it can ultimately deliver customer satisfaction and make a competitive advantage. The use of blockchain can also make SMEs more internationalized by collaborating with foreign e-commerce. Factors that can drive SMEs to adopt the blockchain are perceived ease of use, perceved of usefullness, performance expectancy, effort expectance, social influence, facilitating condition, trust, and relative advantage. But the obstacles to adoption are risk perceptions, security perception, low awareness, and minimal digital infrastructure. This paper is expected to give SMEs an insight into the importance of blockchain adoption to increase their performance.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically examine the influence of lecturer competencies, students' digital experience, and self-regulated learning moderated by digital learning facilities on students' subjective perceptions of blended learning. The study employs an explanatory quantitative method involving a population of 328 students, with 273 respondents participating in lectures using the blended learning model at universities in Lampung Province. An analysis is conducted using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) model, preceded by tests for normality and reliability. Simultaneous testing of students' subjective perceptions of blended learning indicates a significant value. Another finding in this research reveals that students' experiences, such as knowledge, usage, awareness, information-seeking skills, and information sharing, predominantly influence students' subjective views on blended learning, with a coefficient value approaching one, namely 0.975. Recommendations for future research could focus on evaluating the success of the blended learning model through a combination of face-to-face learning within the classroom and the utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS), considering the social, cognitive, and affective environment that supports students.
