Performance is an indicator of good or bad management decisions in decision making. Good or high performance can help the company make a profit, on the other hand if the performance goes down it can be detrimental to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, employee competence, and organizational culture on employee performance at Bank Jatim, Jember Branch. The research population is 54 bank employees. Questionnaires were submitted to all employees with a return rate of 41 questionnaires. This type of research is quantitative with multiple regression analysis method. The results showed that partially leadership and employee competence had a significant effect on employee performance at Bank Jatim, Jember Branch, while organizational culture had no significant effect on employee performance.

The corporate value paradigm is conventionally measured by the company's ability to generate maximum profits and prosperity for the owners of the company. This research was conducted on companies included in the LQ 45 Index. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of environmental performance and corporate governance on financial performance and firm value in companies with an LQ 45 Index. The research population was companies with an LQ 45 Index totaling 45 companies with an analysis period of 2020 to 2022. The data analysis method used is smart PLS analysis. The results showed that environmental performance had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, corporate governance had a significant effect on financial performance, environmental performance had a positive and significant effect on firm value, corporate governance had a positive but not significant effect on firm value, financial performance had a positive effect and significant to value

Vocational High School is a high school that prepares its graduates to be ready to enter the world of work. Currently the government is trying to improve the quality of graduates from this vocational school. This study has 3 (three) objectives, namely the first to determine the effect of Islamic work culture on teacher performance, the second objective to determine the effect of leadership on teacher performance and the third objective to determine the effect of OCB on teacher performance at SMK Muhammadiyah Banyuwangi. The population is all teachers who teach at SMK Muhammadiyah Banyuwangi, totaling 345 teachers. By using the Slovin formula, it is known that the number of samples is 185 teachers who are the respondents. Statistical analysis of the description is used to determine the description of the respondents and the research variables used. The data analysis used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using WarpPLS 7.0. The calculation results show that Islamic work culture variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y), leadership variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (Y) and organizational citizenship behavior (X3) has an effect on teacher performance at Muhammadiyah Vocational Schools Banyuwangi.

Saat ini cafe merupakan salah satu tempat yang menyenangkan dan santai bagi generasi muda untuk membahasberbagai masalah hidup. Pertumbuhan café saat ini semakin pesat seiring dengan perubahan perilaku hidup generasi muda. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh hedonic value, store atmosphere, dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen di Cafe Pojok Bangka, Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Café Pojok Bangka Jember. Sampel penelitian ditentukan sebanyak 100 responden dengan metode purposive sampling. Uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas untuk menguji alat ukur yang dalam hal ini berupa kuisioner. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Setelah dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda diketahui bahwa hedonic value dengan koefisien sebesar 0,230, store atmosphere dengan koefisien sebesar 0,296, dan kepuasan konsumen dengan koefisien sebesar 0,033 berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada Café Pojok Bangka Jember.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hedonic value berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Store atmosphere berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Café Pojok Bangka Jember.

This paper aims to analyze the impact of motivation and organizational culture on work discipline and employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises, Jember Regency. This study used a population of all employees of the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Jember Regency with a total of 55 employees. The total population of 55 employees is all used as a sample in the study using the saturated sample technique. Descriptive analysis to analyze the description of the respondents related to gender, age, and years of service. Test the validity and reliability test to test the questionnaire in this study. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with WarpPLS 5.0 to test the research hypothesis. The results in this study indicate that motivation and organizational culture have an impact on work discipline. In addition, work motivation, organizational culture and work discipline have an impact on employee performance. The conclusion from this research is that the Department of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Kab. Jember is obliged to increase motivation, culture and work discipline in order to improve the performance of its employees. Providing additional incentives outside of salary usually makes employees enthusiastic at work. A comfortable work environment is also the dream of every worker or employee in every organization. This study aims to determine the impact of additional employee income and a comfortable work environment on the performance of an employee at the Employment, Education and Training Agency in Banyuwangi Regency. This research is a quantitative study with all Civil Servants in the Personnel, Education and Training Agency as a sample of 36 civil servants. The analysis technique is by conducting multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing, using SPSS Statistic V. 29.0.0.0 Software. The results of the research based on the results of the calculations show that the provision of additional income in the form of incentives has an impact on employee performance. Meanwhile, a comfortable work environment has no effect on the performance of the Banyuwangi Regency Personnel, Education and Training Agency employees.

This study aims to analyze the existence of state-owned Perum Perhutani land, PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII and the role of MSMEs and their relation to welfare and development disparities. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis using the Williamson index. While presenting the data in the form of maps using ArcGIS, quadrant analysis, and explanatory using Pearson correlation and path analysis. The results showed that high disparities occurred in Jember Regency with an IW of (0.73). Low disparities occur in Lumajang (0.20), Bondowoso (0.24) and Banyuwangi (0.25). The results of the covariance-based Structural Equation Model (SEM) in the form of path analysis with AMOS software obtained a model where MSMEs are in the trade, hotel, restaurant sector; MSMEs in the Financial Services sector have a direct positive and significant effect on per capita income with a path coefficient of 0.3 each. The existence and area of land have a negative and significant effect with a path coefficient of -0.77. MSME service sector has a significant indirect effect on income per capita. Based on the findings, the local government needs to invite PTPN XII to participate in development that has a direct impact on the welfare of the community around the land, through the development of natural potential and land for tourism purposes which is supported by the development of MSME products for the local community.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on purchasing decisions for tofu products at Tamanan Bondowoso). The population is all people who buy tofu products at Tamanan Bondowoso. The number of samples was determined as many as 90 respondents with non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method. To test the measuring tool in the form of a research questionnaire, the validity test tool and data reliability test tool are used. Multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test were used to test the research hypothesis. The test results show that there is a significant influence between brand image and purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.013 (<0.05). The second result shows that there is a significant influence between product quality and purchasing decisions with a significance level of 0.002 (p <0.05). The third result shows that there is a significant effect between price and purchase decision with a significance level of 0.002 (p <0.05). Thus it can be concluded that the independent variables consisting of brand image, product quality and price together have an effect on the dependent variable (Y) purchasing decisions.

Human resources are a very important component in an organization. The success or failure of an organization depends on the human resources in an organization. This study aims to examine and analyze the quality of human resources and work discipline on the motivation and performance of employees at the Lamongan High Court. This research was conducted at the Lamongan District Court with a total of 35 employees, all of whom were used as samples (total sampling). Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the quality of human resources and work discipline had a significant effect on both work motivation and employee performance at the Lamongan District Court employees. Work motivation has no significant impact on employee performance. The results of the study as a whole provide implications that if the quality of human resources and work discipline possessed by the state civil apparatus is even better, it will have an influence on improving employee performance.

The insurance company is one of the non-bank companies that also contribute to increasing economic activity in Indonesia. The increasing number of insurance companies in Indonesia has also increased competition in the insurance sector. This study aims to examine the effect of employee competence, work motivation and training on employee commitment at PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk Jember. The independent variable consists of competency variable (X1), motivational variable (X2) and job training variable (X3) while the dependent variable is employee commitment (Y). A total of 125 employees of PT. Ramayana Insurance Tbk. Jember (which includes 3 working areas namely Jember Regency, Banyuwangi Regency and Probolinggo Regency) which is the population as well as the sample or respondent. Test the reliability and validity of the data as a test measuring tool in this study. Hypothesis test to test the hypothesis in this study. The results of the study show that employee competence has an impact on employee commitment. The variable of work motivation has an impact on employee commitment and training has a significant effect on employee commitment.
