Abstract

BUMDes currently has a role in increasing economic activity in rural areas in the leasing business, microfinance services. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance at BUMDes Pontang Village, Ambulu District, and Jember. The population in this study were all employees of Pontang Ambulu Village Owned Enterprises, totaling 41 employees, all of whom were used as samples (saturated sampling). Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regressions. Validity test and reliability test were also used to test the research questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that a leadership style that can set an example to subordinates has an effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive impact on the performance of employees of Pontang Ambulu Village-Owned Enterprises, Jember.

Abstract

Pada saat ini Kecamatan Jenggawah mengalami peningkatan jumlah UMKM. Pada tahun 2021 tercatat jumlah UMKM mencapai kurang lebih sekitar 450 UMKM, hal ini dikarenakan semakin banyaknya masyarakat yang ingin membuka usaha sendiri akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang dimana banyak pegawai yang di PHK oleh perusahaan, susahnya mencari lapangan pekerjaan baru, dan permasalahan lainnya. Akan tetapi, masih banyaknya para pelaku UMKM di wilayah Kecamatan Jenggawah yang belum mengetahui dan memahami tentang pentingnya legalitas usaha dalam hal ini pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), dikarenakan dari beberapa masyarakat memiliki pemahaman bahwa mengurus izin dan legalitas usaha adalah hal yang rumit dan membutuhkan waktu yang panjang. Sedangkan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) sendiri, sangat berperan penting usaha para pelaku usaha. Banyak keuntungan yang didapatkan dengan memiliki Nomor Induk, Berusaha (NIB) salah satunya adalah kelegalitasan hukum usahanya. Penerbitan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dapat dilakukan melalui OSS (Online Single Submission). Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah agar pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Jenggawah dapat memahami dan mengetahui cara pembuatan perizinan usaha melalui OSS (Online Single Submission) serta memiliki legalitas usaha, dalam hal ini berupa Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melakukan sosialisasi tentang tatacara pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode door to door dimana kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan workshop UMKM yang berada di Desa Kemuningsari Kidul, Kecamatan Jenggawah.mengunjungi kediaman tiap UMKM  di  wilayah Dukuh Sutorejo. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa semua UMKM di Desa Kemuningsari Kidul sudah sadar akan pentingnya bagi UMKM untuk memiliki NIB atau Nomor Induk Berusaha.

Abstract

Public trust is important in order to achieve clean government and good governance. These goals are achieved through providing high-quality services that are enjoyed by the public and through innovation that leads to community satisfaction. We will to investigated the service quality and new service innovation affect public trust, with satisfaction as a possible intervention variable. We will to observe the people who work in the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Banyuwangi Regency during March-June 2022. This study is a quantitative study focusing on civil registration in Banyuwangi. This study includes 1.351.168 people living in Banyuwangi, Indonesia, and a sample was chosen using a purposive sampling technique to include as many respondents as possible who have used population service innovations. A questionnaire will used to make a primary data, with respondents rating their agreement on a Likert scale. Path analysis is a data analysis technique that can be used to explore relationships between different variables. The results show that service quality make a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, service innovation make a positive and significant impact on community satisfaction, community satisfaction make a positive and significant impact on trust, and repair quality contains a positive and significant impact on trust Significant impact, service innovation incorporates a positive and signnificant impact on trust, service quality features a positive and significant indirect impact on trust through community satisfaction Service innovation includes a positive and significant indirect impact on charitable trust through community satisfaction with service Significant indirect effects.

Abstract

Risk management is important for MSMEs because risk management is useful for gathering information about possible risks that will occur, as well as for developing strategies that need to be implemented for Djoeragan Ice Tea MSMEs. This research aims to find out the application of risk management and describe or describe the activities at the Djoeragan Jember Es Teh MSME. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using risk analysis in management. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of risk management at Es Djoeragan Jember MSMEs has been implemented well for financial risks, marketing risks, while for HRM risks it is still not good. It is proven that there are still errors in the calculations carried out by HR at Djoeragan Ice Tea MSMEs. Therefore, it is important for Djoeragan Ice Tea MSMEs to improve and implement good risk management so that they can minimize risks that occur in the future. Abstract

Every business that is undertaken must have competition to increase business. Small, medium enterprises or commonly called SMEs are businesses that are easy to run for everyone who wants to do business. Competition will always exist in every area of life, including MSME businesses. Every business that is run must have competition and challenges that must be faced. To face competition and challenges in the business world, every MSME must innovate products and services, as well as develop human and technological resources. Every business that is carried out must contain risks. Therefore, as MSMEs, it is also necessary to know what risk management is. Risk management is needed to anticipate or reduce the possibility of risk occurring in a business. This paper aims to describe the risks faced by UMKM Tahu Walek "PONKQ" Jember. The analytical method uses descriptive analysis obtained from interviews with UMKM Tahu Walek "PONKQ" Jember. The results of the analysis show that UMKM Tahu Walek PongQ Jember has risks, namely raw material risk, financial risk, marketing risk. the. Based on the SWOT analysis owned by PONKQ Jember Tahu Walek UMKM, the strength is that this tahu walek is a new type of culinary, so there are lots of devotees. The weakness of this walek tofu business is that the raw material spoils quickly if there are leftovers. The opportunity from this business is that it can be developed to a wider area. Meanwhile, the threat from the tofu walek culinary business is from the same business and the culinary originating from tofu as well. Keywords: Culinary business, Risk management, UMKM tofu walek.

Abstract

Employee performance is an indicator of organizational performance. If employee performance is good, indirectly the organization's performance will also be good. The aim of this research is to determine and test the impact of job analysis, job evaluation and work motivation on employee performance at the Bondowoso Regency Regional Secretariat. All 61 employees at the Bondowoso Regency Regional Secretariat were used as the population and also the research sample. To describe respondents, descriptive analysis is used. To test the research questionnaire, validity and reliability test analysis was used. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with WarpPLS 5.0. used as a tool to test research hypotheses. The findings from this study are that the employee position analysis variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Job evaluation variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Variable work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Community service is one of PT Muhammadiyah's Catur Dharma which must be carried out by the academic community, especially lecturers at PT. This community service aims to apply the knowledge gained at PT to the community so that it can benefit everyone. Bitter gourd or known by its Latin term, Momordica charantia, is a type of vegetable that tastes bitter. But behind its bitter taste, it turns out that bitter melon has many benefits for the health of the human body. The implementation of this community service is to socialize the benefits of bitter melon for the health of the human body by utilizing vegetables that are found around the community and are very easy to obtain. The socialization of the benefits of bitter melon vegetables was carried out among housewives in Krasak Hamlet, Pancakarya Village, Ajung Jember so that they have knowledge about the importance of consuming bitter melon vegetables for body health. The implementation method for this activity is a lecture method delivered directly by a resource person from MSME Syajarotun Nuqud Bondowoso, an MSME that produces products from bitter melon vegetables. The results of community service with the theme of socializing the benefits of bitter melon for health are 1) the knowledge of housewives about the benefits of bitter melon has increased, 2) the health of housewives and families has improved after knowing the health benefits of bitter melon.

Abstract

Philanthropy is social generosity that is programmed and aimed at alleviating social problems in society (such as poverty). LazisMU is one of the institutions that carry out philanthropic activities in overcoming social problems in society. This study aims to analyze and test the role of influencers on people's decisions to become donors with trust as an intervening variable in LazisMU charitable institutions in the Ex. Karesidenan Besuki region which includes Jember, Banyuwangi, Situbondo and Bondowoso. The research questionnaire was distributed to donors as many as 250 respondents. The sample size of 250 respondents was obtained from the Slovin formula with a population of 3635 donors. Hypothesis testing was conducted to answer the research hypothesis that had been compiled previously. The results of statistical analysis show that influencer variables have a positive and significant influence on the decisions of LazisMU donors. Trust from donors has a positive impact on the decisions of LazisMU donors. The trust variable becomes an intermediary variable for the influence of influencers on the decision to become a donor to LazisMU.

Abstract

Cooperatives are one of the privately owned enterprises that also participate in driving the nationaleconomy. This research was conducted at cooperatives throughout Jember Regency and had the aim ofbeing the first to test and find out the effect of the work environment (X) on work discipline. The secondgoal is to test and find out the effect of work discipline (Z) on employee performance, and the last goal isto test and find out the effect of the work environment (X) on employee performance (Y). The population ofthis research is all employees of cooperatives operating in Jember Regency, totaling 1488 employees. Thesample size was determined using the Slovin formula and the sample size was 315 respondents. Thesampling technique is to use probability sampling with the technique taken, namely proportional sampling for each active cooperative. Data analysis used included: descriptive analysis, analysis of validity and reliability tests, and analysis of hypotheses, all of which were processed using Partial Least Square (SEMPLS) with the Warp PLS 6.0 program. After being analyzed using Warp PLS, the findings of this study are that competence has an impact on employee performance. Meanwhile, work discipline has an impact on employee performance at cooperatives in Jember Regency. The work environment has an impact onemployee performance. Thus, the first hypothesis is accepted. The second hypothesis is accepted while the third hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

The increasingly fierce level of business competition currently means that business actors need to have a strategy in order to survive and develop. Companies and micro businesses need to implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales. This marketing strategy can also prepare yourself to face increasingly fierce competition from other competing businesses. By using a SWOT analysis, a business can determine what needs to be improved both internally and externally to ensure work operations run smoothly. This research aims to see the application of SWOT analysis to the factors that influence sales and to analyze the application of SWOT analysis in increasing the sales volume of "Siomay Pak Blangkon". The method used in this research is a literature review method using a qualitative descriptive writing system and an interview method by directly interviewing the owner of "Siomay Pak Blangkon". The results of the research show that with this SWOT analysis the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Jember's "Siomay Pak Blangkon" micro business actors can be described. The strengths include: there are 2 dumpling menus, wet and dry, guaranteed quality, offline and online sales. The weaknesses are: short selling time, still using sidewalks for selling. The opportunities are: increasing population of Jember city, being able to sell online, strategic location. Meanwhile, the threats are: the emergence of new business actors, less stable economic conditions. Keywords: SWOT analysis; marketing strategy; sale; micro business.
