Abstract

ABSTRACT This study analyzes the application of SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) in increasing sales at "Mie Ayam Toket" MSMEs in Jember. SWOT analysis is an important tool in developing business strategies, which allows MSME owners to identify internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats that can affect business operations and growth. In the context of "Toket Chicken Noodles", this study evaluates how internal factors such as product quality and customer service, as well as external factors such as market demand and competition, can be optimized to increase sales. The study also includes other approaches such as B/C Ratio to strengthen effective marketing strategies. It is hoped that the results of the SWOT analysis can provide insight to MSME owners about how to overcome existing challenges and take advantage of possible opportunities to increase sales and business success. The conclusions of this study can be the basis for developing a more effective and innovative marketing strategy for "Mie Ayam Toket" in Jember.

Abstract

The tobacco products industry in Indonesia is facing two big challenges: increasing excise rates and the circulation of illegal cigarettes. An increase in excise rates increases cigarette prices and can reduce demand. On the other hand, illegal cigarettes offer cheaper prices and are competitors to legal products. CV Gagak Hitam is a cigarette company that was founded in 2004 and is still running the tobacco products industry in the form of hand-rolled kretek cigarettes (SKT) and machine-made kretek cigarettes (SKM) amidst rising excise rates and the circulation of illegal cigarettes. This research focuses on determining marketing strategies for tobacco products at CV. Black Crow uses SWOT analysis. The analysis results show that CV. Black Crow has several strengths, such as a strong brand, wide distribution network, and consumer loyalty. However, CV Gagak Hitam also has several weaknesses, such as high prices and a negative image of tobacco products related to health. Opportunities that can be utilized by CV. Black Crow is increasing public awareness of health and the development of digital technology. The threats facing this industry are increasing excise rates, the circulation of illegal cigarettes, and increasingly stringent government regulations. Marketing strategies that can be implemented by CV. Gagak Hitam in the midst of this situation is developing innovative products at competitive prices, strengthening brand image and increasing consumer awareness, utilizing digital technology to reach consumers and increase marketing efficiency, as well as working with the government to overcome the circulation of illegal cigarettes. Abstract

The increasingly fierce competition in the culinary business means that every business actor must be able to differentiate between one business and another so that it has advantages that can attract the attention of consumers. Business actors must ensure consumer satisfaction and design appropriate marketing strategies to encourage repeat purchases. Effective marketing is the key to convincing consumers to choose a product. This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and product quality on Gudeg Lumintu Jember customer loyalty. The population of this research is all Gudeg Lumintu Jember customers with a sample of 75 respondents. Descriptive analysis, validity, reliability, classical assumptions and research hypothesis testing were used to analyze the data. The results of this research are expected to show a significant influence of service quality and product quality on Gudeg Lumintu Jember customer loyalty.

Abstract

Reputasi perusahaan merupakan aset penting yang dapat memberikan keunggulan kompetitif dan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Pada perusahaan industri pertambangan, reputasi perusahaan merupakan hal yang krusial karena reputasi perusahaan berkaitan dengan penilaian masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan terhadap operasional perusahaan. Reputasi perusahaan dapat dicapai dengan mencapai kinerja lingkungan, melaksanakan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja lingkungan, tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang berdampak terhadap kepuasan masyarakat dan meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan. Pendekatan penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggali persepsi masyarakat penerima manfaat dari kinerja lingkungan dan kegiatan CSR yang dilakukan PT. Kaltim Prima Batubara. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat penerima manfaat program tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan di sekitar PT Kaltim Prima Coal di Sangatta, Kutai Timur, Kalimantan Timur. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,52 dan nilai p 0,01. CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,32 dan p value 0,01. Kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reputasi perusahaan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,36 dan nilai p 0,01. CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reputasi perusahaan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,23 dan p value 0,01. Kepuasan masyarakat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reputasi perusahaan dengan koefisien sebesar 0,44 dan nilai p 0,01. Kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reputasi perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan masyarakat dengan koefisien sebesar 0,225. CSR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reputasi perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan masyarakat dengan koefisien sebesar 0,139.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dan penilaian Prestasi Kerja ini memberikan pengaruh penting bagi kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Dengan melaksanakan diklat Pegawai Negeri Sipil dapat mengembangkan kompetensi diri sehingga dapat menikmati promosi jabatan dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka dalam melayani masyarakat Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Adapun penilaian prestasi kerja adalah tolak ukur kecapaian kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang membuat Pegawai Negeri Sipil dapat berpacu dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menguji variable pendidikan dan pelatihan dan penilaian prestasi kerja  terhadap promosi jabatan dan kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil kabupaten Banyuwangi. Populasi penelitian ini ada Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi dengan sampel sebanyak 384 Orang, Penetapan sampel dengan metode solvin. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variable diklat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di kabupaten Banyuwangi, variable diklat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di kabupaten Banyuwangi, variable Penilaian prestasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil di kabupaten Banyuwangi, variable Penilaian prestasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di kabupaten Banyuwangi dan variable promosi jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di kabupaten Banyuwangi baik itu secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.

Abstract

Tahun 2020 awal ditandai dengan merebaknya Pandemi Covid 19 di seluruh dunia pada umumnya dan Indonesia khususnya. Semua pihak bersinergi agar dapat menanggulangi wabah Pandemi Covid 19 ini. Salah satu lembaga yang mempunyai peran penting dalam penanganan Pandemi Covid 19 ini adalah lembaga yang bergerak di sektor kesehatan, seperti tempat praktik mandiri tenaga kesehatan, pusat kesehatan masyarakat,  klinik, rumah sakit,  apotek,  unit transfusi darah,  laboratorium kesehatan, optikal, fasilitas pelayanan kedokteran untuk kepentingan hukum, dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan tradisional  (PP No. 47/2016 Pasal 4). Semua fasilitas kesehatan berupaya sekuat tenaga agar dapat memberikan bantuan untuk mengurangi meluasnya wabah Pandemi Covid 19. Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahuntukmenganalisis dan mengetahui dampak kepemimpinan, organizational citizenship behavioral dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Klinik Rawap Inap dr. M. Suherman Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Klinik Rawap Inap dr. M.Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember yang berjumlah 70 pegawai yang terdiri dari dokter, perawat dan tenaga administrasi serta office boy. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 34 responden yang telah mengisi kuisioner yang dikirim dengan google form. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah  analisi regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Abstract

Starting with the final-stage assessment system for basic and secondary schools, problems continue to arise during the final stage of assessment. In addition, as Indonesia is affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the problem requires learning activities to be implemented online. Starting in 2020, the Ministry of Education and Culture will transform the National Exam into a national computer-based assessment or Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK). This change shows a paradigm in the evaluation of primary and secondary education. The study was conducted at Indonesian School of Bangkok, Indonesian School Overseas located in Bangkok, Thailand. The aim of this study is to identify, describe, and formulate the evaluation of the implementation of ANBK at the primary school of Indonesian School of Bangkok. This study is expected to be used as a reference in the implementation of ANBK in the next year. This research method is qualitative descriptive in which data is obtained through active observation, open interviews, and documentation. The results of the research showed that the implementation of the ANBK at the Indonesian School of Bangkok went with the lancer despite several obstacles, including technical constraints and the level of concentration of students in working on the issue of the ANBK. The observation results also showed that there are students with a marriage background of citizens of Indonesia and foreign nationals  parents who reach the minimum limits of competence in literacy and numeration aspects, but character aspects have evolved.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine directly or indirectly the influence of service quality and trust on loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in KSP. Perkasa Djaya Mandiri Jember. The data analysis method in this research uses quantitative methods using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of data analysis show that service quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through satisfaction. Abstract

Providing service to customers is a strategy to win the competition. With increasing business competition, every service provider must be able to provide the best service so that customers get satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the impact of the services provided on community satisfaction in Sobo Banyuwangi Village. All people who have an interest in the Sobo Banyuwangi Subdistrict Office are used as the population in this research. The number of samples was determined as 40 (forty) people using a minimum sample determination method of 5 to 10 multiplied by the number of indicators. Descriptive analysis to find out about respondents related to gender, age and education. The measuring instrument used will be tested for its level of validity and reliability. To answer the hypothesis developed using multiple linear regression. To determine the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2) is used. The calculation results show that the quality of services provided by the Sobo Banyuwangi Subdistrict Office has an impact on community satisfaction. The contribution of the service quality variable is 63.9%. Keywords: Community Satisfaction, Service Quality, Sobo Village Office.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The cigarette industry is one industry that can contribute to PAD. Increasing competition in all lines of business means that the cigarette industry must also be able to determine marketing strategies in order to survive in business. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of product quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction among consumers who consume Golden Taste 88 cigarettes. The population in this research is consumers who use Golden Taste 88 cigarettes in Bondowoso, East Java. The number of samples was determined at 100 respondents. To answer the proposed hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis was used. After carrying out analysis using various analytical tools, the results of this research are: the quality of Taste 88 Cigarette products has succeeded in providing increased customer satisfaction. The prices set by Taste 88 Cigarettes can increase customer satisfaction. Promotions carried out by Taste 88 cigarettes can provide customer satisfaction.
