Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived expertise, perceived similarity, perceived familiarity, perceived likeability, flow, and guidance shopping on swift guanxi and purchase intention. The research was conducted in Indonesia, targeting users of three e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada) who have made purchases through shopping live streaming at least one to five times. Respondents were required to be at least 17 years old and have interacted during shopping live streaming sessions. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to a sample of 312 respondents. The study employed a quantitative method using PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modelling) for data analysis. The results indicate that perceived expertise, perceived familiarity, flow, and guidance shopping have a positive and significant impact on swift guanxi, and swift guanxi has a positive and significant impact on purchase intention. However, perceived similarity and perceived likeability do not have a significant influence on swift guanxi. Abstract

E-commerce or electronic commerce, involves the online buying and selling of goods and services, linking businesses with consumers. This study explores how various elements of fashion e-commerce service quality affect customer perceptions and satisfaction. Higher satisfaction levels in e-commerce often result in increased customer retention. Utilizing the SERVQUAL model, the research evaluated service quality by examining factors related to information and system quality. Surveys were conducted among Indonesian adults from September to October 2024, with data analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The results revealed significant correlations between reliability and responsiveness in fashion e-commerce service quality. Additionally, system qualities were strongly linked to overall service excellence. The findings emphasize that perceived service quality is vital for customer satisfaction and their revisit intention. Key factors influencing service quality included reliability, interactivity, and ease of use. To enhance quality perception and foster user trust, e-commerce managers should adopt advanced technologies. The study concludes with suggestions for future research.

Abstract

In the era of growing digitalization, the retail world is experiencing significant generational changes, the world of markets and logistics has a very close influence in influencing customer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of logistics service quality regarding factors that influence customer satisfaction, loyalty and future purchases on buying and selling platforms. Using the Smart PLS application 4. Factors tested include timeliness, order conditions, order accuracy, information quality, order availability, order procedures, and order guarantee quality. The research results show that timeliness, quality and ordering procedures have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, increasing purchase intentions and loyalty in the future period. Meanwhile, ordering conditions, ordering accuracy and service quality do not have a positive effect. This research suggests the market should focus more on on-time delivery, accurate information, and a smooth ordering process to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and future purchase intent.

Abstract

Dark tourism, involve visiting sites linked with tragedy or death, has gained significant academic and practical interest. This study investigates the factors influencing tourists’ intentions to visit Mount Merapi, a dark tourism destination in Indonesia, using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). It explores the impact of motivations such as dark experience, engaging entertainment, unique learning experience, and casual interest on attitudes and subjective norms. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected from 300 respondents through online surveys. Results reveal that unique learning experiences and casual interest significantly influence attitudes and perceptions, while dark experience and engaging entertainment show limited effects. Tourists’ attitudes and subjective norms significantly shape their intentions to visit. The findings suggest that promoting educational and experiential elements can enhance Mount Merapi’s attractiveness. Recommendations include designing programs that offer unique learning experiences and fostering positive perceptions to engage more visitors.

Abstract

Optimization of work methods is a key step to improving operational efficiency, particularly in the manufacturing industry which faces high cost pressures. This research was conducted at PT XYZ, a company specializing in processing cooking spices and sauces, located in the strategic industrial area of Jababeka, Cikarang. The study focused on the packing line of the filling machine ML6 with the aim of identifying, analyzing, and optimizing work methods using the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach. The results showed that implementing the DMAIC method successfully reduced idle time, balanced the workload among operators, and increased packing line productivity. These improvements led to annual cost savings of Rp244,674,216 and a workforce efficiency increase of 25%. Thus, the DMAIC approach has proven effective in addressing operational problems and significantly contributes to cost reduction as well as increased production process efficiency

Abstract

This study proposes an integrated spare part inventory control decision-making model using AHP-TOPSIS and MUSIC-3D. While previous studies applied these methods independently, this research combines them within a general trading context to address procurement prioritization and inventory segmentation. AHP was used to assign weights to three inventory criteria: annual consumption (ABC), turnover rate (FSN), and unit price (HML). These weights informed the TOPSIS ranking of 50 spare parts, identifying high-priority items such as MRCT 430 and WLOR XR96. MUSIC-3D further classified items into 16 multidimensional categories to support differentiated control strategies. A one-month implementation at PT. BATI demonstrated improvements in stock control and cost efficiency. Abstract

Kekuatan keluarga adalah kemampuan keluarga dalam menggunakan sumber daya yang dimilikinya untuk mencapai kemandirian dan kesejahteraan keluarga. Pola kekuatan keluarga yang baik dan optimal menjadikan mereka siap dan kuat untuk menyelesaikan masalah dan kesulitan yang dihadapi. Masalah yang dihadapi dalam keluarga bisa bermacam-macam, salah satunya yaitu ketika kelurga dikarunia anak berkebutuhan khusus. Hasil analisis Global Burden of Disease tahun 2004 dapat diketahui bahwa 15,3% populasi dunia (kurang lebih 978 juta orang dari 6,4 miliar ditaksir jumlah  penduduk tahun 2004)  mengalami disabilitas sedang dan 2,9% atau sekitar 185 juta mengalami disabilitas parah. Menurut data di Riskesdas tahun 2018, kejadian disabilitas ataupun berkebutuhan khusus di Indonesia sebesar 3,3 % atau sebanyak 265.469 orang pada anak yang berusia 5 sampai 17 tahun. Sebaliknya dalam rentang usia 18 sampai 59 tahun terjadi kepada 558.048 orang atau kejadiannya sebesar 22%. Menurut data yang dihimpun Save The Children  untuk daerah Jawa Barat saja jumlah anak berkebutuhan khusus diperkirakan mencapai 187.000 ribu anak. Orang tua dari anak berkebutuhan khusus seringkali mendapat stigma negatif dari masyarakat sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kekuatan keluarga anak berkebutuhan khusus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) Gambaran keluarga yang memiliki ABK (2) tipe kekuatan yang muncul pada keluarga ABK. Sehingga dapat terlihat seberapa kuat keluarga dengan ABK di LKP Pusppa Nadine Garut. Adapun jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif. Observasi dan wawancara digunakan sebagai proses untuk pengambilan data. Berdasarkan perolehan data yang sudah dilakukan didapat tipe kekuatan keluarga yang banyak muncul pada keluarga ABK adalah pada tipe kebersamaan sebanyak 8, penghargaan dan kasih sayang sebanyak 8,5 dan komitmen dalam keluarga sebanyak 8. Adapun tipe kekuatan keluarga yang kurang muncul adalah pada tipe kesejahteaan spiritual dan kemampuan mengelola stress dan krisis. Kata kunci: Anak berkebutuhan; kekuatan keluarga

Abstract

Children's speaking abilities can vary, both in speed and ability. Children are considered to have good language intelligence if they can produce sounds or sounds appropriate to their age level. However, disturbances in sound production, voice quality, or articulation may indicate problems in the child's speaking ability. The focus of this research is directed at implementing the picture story method for the language development of children with speech delay, how the early speech development of children with speech delay occurs, how the picture story method is applied, and how the speech development of children with speech delay occurs through the picture story method. In general, the aim of this research is to implement the picture story method to improve the language intelligence of children with speech delay. The method used in this research is a case study method with a qualitative approach to obtain comprehensive information. The subject of this research was a four year old child with speech delay. The results of this research can be seen that the implementation of the picture story method can improve the language intelligence of children with speech delays.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya penanaman nilai kepedulian sosial pada siswa sekolah dasar sebagai bagian dari pembentukan karakter. Nilai kepedulian sosial mencerminkan sikap saling membantu, menghargai, serta tanggap terhadap kondisi orang lain, yang menjadi pondasi penting dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah literatur review dengan menelaah berbagai jurnal ilmiah dan sumber relevan. Fokus kajian mencakup: (1) konsep dan urgensi nilai kepedulian sosial dalam pendidikan dasar, (2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tumbuhnya kepedulian sosial pada siswa, dan (3) strategi pembelajaran yang efektif untuk menanamkan nilai ini. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan sekolah, pendekatan pembelajaran kontekstual, serta peran guru sebagai teladan sangat berkontribusi dalam membentuk kepedulian sosial siswa. Penerapan metode seperti pembelajaran berbasis proyek sosial dan penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila terbukti efektif dalam membangun empati, kerjasama, dan tanggung jawab sosial pada siswa. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini mencakup rekomendasi bagi guru untuk mengintegrasikan proyek sosial dalam pembelajaran, memanfaatkan kearifan lokal, dan memperkuat kolaborasi dengan orang tua serta komunitas. Selain itu, sekolah disarankan untuk mengembangkan kebijakan yang mendukung kegiatan berbasis nilai sosial sebagai bagian dari Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Islamic education is an effort of physical and spiritual guidance at the level of individual and social life to develop human nature based on Islamic laws towards the formation of an ideal human being (insan kamil) who has a Muslim personality and commendable morals and is obedient to Islam so that he can achieve happiness in the world and the hereafter. The family is the first place where the education process takes place. Then continued with school and society. The difficulties in carrying out the task of educating are very pronounced, especially when faced with the reality that the influence of the environment is so strong, even surpassing the strength of other educational factors. At times like that, parents as the first educational force in the family environment must realize their role as educators completely towards their children. Departing from that background, the author then wants to discuss it in a thesis entitled "Islamic Education from the Perspective of Zakiah Daradjat". The purpose of this study is to determine the concept of Islamic education by Zakiah Daradjat which includes: the definition of Islamic education, the responsibility of Islamic education, the educational environment, and the concept of Islamic education according to Zakiah Daradjat. This research is a Library Research, meaning pure literature (looking for books and relevant books) with the title of the thesis. And using the Content Analysis technique means analyzing the contents of books that are relevant to the title and sourced from the results of library data collection. With the Descriptive Critical Analysis method, it means describing human ideas. In this case, tracing the theme raised which is related to this research, namely the concept of Islamic Education. The collected research data was analyzed using a deductive and inductive approach. The concept of Zakiah Daradjat, especially about Islamic education, shows that in the first stage of education there are dimensions in humans, namely; physical, intellectual, faith, morals, spiritual, beauty, social-community dimensions. And related to the responsibility of education in Islam which is held by parents, teachers and society, where all of that later their children will become the successors of their family, religion and country.
