This study examines leadership in educational institutions from the perspective of the Qur'an. As a guide to the life of Muslims, of course the Qur'an has a broad perspective, not only about worship but also about leadership. This type of research is library research. The approach used is an organizational approach. The theory used is the theory of leadership. The findings in this study are: first, leadership in educational institutions according to the Qur'an is contextual, complex, and flexible, between transactional, transformative, and serving leadership. Such leadership is worth fardhu kifayah in the rule of Islamic law. Second, the framework of leadership and organizational behavior in educational institutions according to the perspective of the Qur’an is more appropriate to be called Neo-Institutionalism. where leadership is influenced by the teachings and values of Islamic beliefs. The practice of leadership in educational institutions is more accurately called the realization of and manifestation of the verses of the Qur’an. While the teachings of the Qur’an, according to the scholars of interpretation, are very professional in assessing the work. The contribution of this research is an offer of discourse in the form of an opinion that the leadership practice shown by Islamic-based organizations is part of the worship of Muslims in carrying out religious teachings.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi metode STEAMMI di TK Al-Hamidiyah Depok Jawa Barat dan untuk menemukan pengembangan potensi peserta didik di TK Al-Hamidiyah Depok Jawa Barat. Hal ini didasari bahwa potensi setiap peserta didik dapat berkembang secara maksimal dalam proses pembelajaran, sangat penting bagi pendidik untuk memilih dan menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang sesuai. Metode yang efektif adalah yang tidak hanya berfokus pada pengembangan kompetensi akademik, tapi juga mampu mengakomodasi dan memfasilitasi pertumbuhan berbagai potensi lainnya yang dimiliki siswa, seperti minat, bakat, kemampuan kreatif, dan aspek kepribadian. Hal ini berarti pendekatan dalam pembelajaran harus dirancang untuk mengaktifkan partisipasi siswa secara penuh, serta memperhatikan dan menghargai keunikan potensi yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing individu. Penelitian ini telah berhasil mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis implementasi metode STEAMMI di TK Al-Hamidiyah Depok, Jawa Barat. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sekolah telah melaksanakan metode STEAMMI dengan baik, termasuk dalam mengintegrasikan Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, Montessori dan Islamic dalam kurikulum dan pembelajaran sehari-hari. Keberhasilan implementasi metode STEAMMI ini didukung oleh komitmen Kepala Sekolah, guru dan staf sekolah, dukungan dari orangtua peserta didik, serta pemilihan materi pembelajaran yang relevan dan menarik. Serta sarana dan fasilitas penunjang yang mendukung implementasi metode STEAMMI. Pendidik di TK Al Hamidiyah telah mengadaptasi metode STEAMMI dengan baik dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari

This research aims to determine the impact of internalizing the values of religious moderation on the attitudes, thought patterns and behavior of students at SMK Negeri 69 Jakarta. This is based on the achievements of years of tolerance that internalization efforts are very important for middle level teenagers, they are often unsure and easily influenced by wrong religious ideologies. This research uses a narrative qualitative approach, with the research object being students in grades X-XII for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research data comes from observation, direct interviews in the field, and through documentation study techniques. The findings of this research show 1. Internalization of moderation values through the role of the curriculum; 2. Hidden curriculum by integrating teaching and learning and extracurricular content; and 3. Instilling moderation values through the 5S program (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan, dan Santun). Students at SMK Negeri 69 Jakarta initially did not have an understanding of the values of religious moderation and low personality, such as attitudes, thought patterns and behavior that were indifferent, selfish and ignorant. However, they have excellent potential to be developed through various educational processes in achieving national education goals in realizing the golden generation of 2045 as role models for moderate students.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the tendency of people who have experienced apathy, individualism, and have lost their social sensitivity. Society is trapped in an attitude of prioritizing personal desires and disregarding the interests of others so that contemporary problems are born in today's society. Every individual should not only be concerned with the benefit of himself, while he mentions the problems that exist in his environment. This study will examine the terms of the Qur'an which are related to social intelligence. In this research, we will present a random interpretation of several verses of the Qur'an that are relevant to the theme of the discussion. The method used in this research is literature study with a thematic interpretation approach. The results of this study will reveal verses in the al-Qur'an that are relevant and related to social intelligence.

Ideological radicalization among adolescents poses significant challenges to societal stability and security, necessitating comprehensive strategies for prevention and intervention. This research conducts a multidimensional analysis to explore the complex interplay of social influences, individual vulnerabilities, and ideological exposure in shaping susceptibility to extremist ideologies among adolescents. Drawing upon empirical findings, theoretical frameworks, and insights from existing literature, the study elucidates key patterns, relationships, and implications for policy, practice, and future research in the field. The analysis reveals the influential role of peer networks in amplifying vulnerability to radicalization, while also highlighting the nuanced dynamics of family influences and individual vulnerabilities. Psychological factors, such as identity crises and trauma, are identified as critical determinants of susceptibility to extremist narratives. Moreover, the proliferation of online radicalization emerges as a significant driver of radicalization processes, underscoring the importance of targeted interventions to address online influences and promote media literacy among adolescents. Policy implications emphasize the need for integrated approaches to prevention, including investments in education, community engagement, and online regulation. Practitioners are encouraged to prioritize community-based interventions and early support services to address underlying drivers of radicalization among at-risk adolescents.

Abstract This research aims to explore and analyze the role of effective communication played by lecturers in the context of increasing the effectiveness of students' final assignment completion. Good communication between lecturers and students has a significant impact on understanding, motivation, and the final results of the final project. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with lecturers and students who are currently completing or have completed their final assignments. The results of this research indicate that effective lecturer communication can provide positive encouragement to students, increase understanding of final assignment requirements, and stimulate motivation to complete projects well. Factors such as the lecturer's time availability, listening ability, providing constructive feedback, and an adaptive pedagogical approach are key elements in achieving effective communication. The importance of supporting students through open and constructive communication and providing appropriate guidance at every stage of final assignment completion is also a key finding. This research contributes to further understanding of the relationship between lecturer communication and the effectiveness of students' final assignment completion, as well as providing valuable insights for higher education institutions to improve the quality of education and final assignment guidance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model penyembuhan gangguan mental emosional remaja berbasis integrasi psikologi humanistik dan nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an. Pendekatan ini mengintegrasikan teori psikologi humanistik Abraham Maslow, yang mencakup lima kebutuhan dasar manusia (fisiologis, rasa aman, cinta dan rasa memiliki, harga diri, dan aktualisasi diri), dengan konsep tazkiyatun nafs Ibnu Qayyim Al-Jauziyah melalui metode ilmu, tadzakkur, riyadhah, muhasabah, dan muraqabah. Penelitian ini relevan dalam konteks meningkatnya masalah kesehatan mental remaja modern. Metode tafsir tematik (maudhu’i) digunakan untuk menelusuri ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang relevan, seperti QS. Shad/38:71-72, QS. Al-Mukminun/23:12-16, dan QS. As-Syams/91:9-10, yang mendukung kebutuhan psikologis dan penyembuhan mental emosional. Pendekatan integratif-interkonektif teori spider web M. Amin Abdullah menjadi kerangka dalam menyelaraskan psikologi dan nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an, sehingga setiap disiplin ilmu tetap berdiri sendiri namun saling melengkapi untuk menciptakan solusi komprehensif. Penelitian ini memperluas pendekatan integrasi psikologi dan Al-Qur'an yang sebelumnya telah diterapkan oleh Fatma Laili Khairun Nida dalam konteks makna hidup dan religious healing untuk pasien psikosis. Namun, penelitian ini berbeda dengan karya Ossi Marga Ramadhan yang lebih menekankan pendidikan sufistik tanpa pendekatan integralistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka (library research) untuk mengeksplorasi konsep-konsep Al-Qur'an yang relevan dengan psikologi humanistik dan penyembuhan mental remaja.

This study examines the epistemological aspects of management innovation in the context of Islamic education. In an era of rapid technological development, Islamic educational institutions face challenges to remain relevant and effective. Innovation in educational management is key to facing this change. However, such innovation needs to be based on a strong epistemological understanding to ensure that the changes made are in line with the values and goals of Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The results show that the epistemological dimension plays an important role in shaping and directing Islamic educational management innovation. A deep understanding of the sources of knowledge, the process of acquiring knowledge, and the validity of knowledge in the context of Islam is the foundation for developing effective innovation strategies that are in accordance with Islamic principles. This study also offers recommendations for integrating Islamic epistemological perspectives into modern educational management practices.

This article discusses the study of makkiyah and madaniyah verses in the Qur'an through the perspective of orientalist and occidentalist thought. The makqiyah verse, which was revealed in Mecca before the hijrah, emphasizes more on the theme of faith and morality, while the madaniyah verse, which was revealed after the hijrah in Medina, focuses more on social and legal aspects. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study collected data from a variety of literature, including books, journal articles, and research reports. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the analysis show that the difference between the two lies not only in the themes raised, but also in the much more complex way of understanding the text, reflecting the social and political context in which the verses are revealed. This article concludes that a deeper understanding of the Qur'an needs to be established through dialogue between these two perspectives in order to achieve a more comprehensive and relevant understanding in the present day.
