Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah pesantren dapat membantu mengembangkan ekonomi masyarakat dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan para pelanggar. Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif. Peneliti telah menyiapkan topik dan daftar pertanyaan panduan, tetapi untuk menyelidiki tanggapan informan, lebih banyak pertanyaan harus diajukan setelah panduan wawancara yang disediakan. Hasil penelitian yaitu Secara konseptual, pendekatan yang komprehensif dapat digunakan untuk memberikan pendidikan kewirausahaan integratif, yaitu: Pertama, lembaga kewirausahaan secara tepat menciptakan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan. Transformasi nilai, transaksi nilai, dan pelembagaan nilai merupakan salah satu strateginya. Pengembangan kompetensi adalah yang kedua. Kompetensi kewirausahaan mengandung unsur-unsur penting yang dapat membantu pemenuhan kewirausahaan, khususnya dalam pengembangan kompetensi reguler lengkap dalam keterampilan. Mengetahui dasar-dasar manajemen bisnis, memiliki pola pikir yang benar, memiliki cukup uang, mengelola dana, waktu, dan orang dengan sukses Kepuasan pelanggan dicapai melalui penawaran barang berkualitas tinggi, kompetitif, dan mematuhi aturan dan prosedur. Agar lebih efektif, berbagai kompetensi yang dijelaskan di atas dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara tergantung pada kondisi anggota. Teknik yang tersedia meliputi teknik outbound, eksplisit, dan implisit. Mencapai kesejahteraan yang diinginkan sesuai dengan definisi hukum Islam tentang kesejahteraan akan dimungkinkan dengan bekal pengetahuan dan kemampuan agama yang cukup.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between emotional and spiritual intelligence from an Islamic perspective, with creativity and proactive attitude as mediating variables. The research utilized a survey among students at several private Islamic universities in Medan City. These universities were selected due to their Islamic vision and the presence of central business incubators or entrepreneurship centers. Students who carried out entrepreneurial activities from semester 3 to semester 7, totaling 120 people, were selected as sample size sufficiently representative of the population using a simple random sampling method. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) from the statistical software package LISREL 8.80. The results showed that all the hypotheses tested in this study were supported, meaning that the Islamic perspective on emotional and spiritual intelligence was proven to encourage entrepreneurial intentions at Islamic universities in Medan City with creativity and proactive attitude as a serial mediator. Creativity and proactive attitudes mediate the relationship between emotional and spiritual intelligence towards entrepreneurial intention. Creativity and proactive attitudes reinforce the relationship between emotional and spiritual intelligence toward entrepreneurial intention. The better the creativity and proactive attitudes of the respondents, the stronger the relationship between emotional and spiritual intelligence towards entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the transformation of the mindset of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at MTs Al-Barokah Robotika with a focus on developing professionalism. The research background is based on the need for in-depth understanding of PAI teacher mindset problems and the urgency of presenting innovative solutions amidst the dynamics of modern education. Qualitative research methods were carried out through case studies at MTs Al-Barokah Robotika by collecting data through in-depth interviews and observations of PAI teachers and school principals. A comprehensive literature review supports the choice of this method, while the research instrument is designed to capture aspects of teaching experience, professionalism, mindset transformation, and application of technology in the context of Islamic religious education. The research results reveal the positive impact of the transformation of PAI teachers' mindsets, manifested in changes to dynamic teaching approaches, inclusive teacher-student interactions, and increased student academic achievement. Teacher and student satisfaction, together with the madrasah's positive reputation, contributes to creating an educational environment that is competitive and relevant in the modern era. The research conclusions confirm that efforts to improve teacher mindsets play a significant role in achieving the goals of quality education at MTs Al-Barokah Robotika. Recommendations involve adopting an open attitude to change, developing openness to lifelong learning, collaboration, and a reflective mindset.

Abstract

This article examines the innovation of an ecology-based Islamic religious education curriculum as a response to global environmental challenges. The background includes the role of humans as khalīfah, responsible for preserving nature, and the need for education that integrates religious values with ecological principles to foster sustainable behavior. This research also highlights the role of pesantren, traditional Islamic educational institutions, in implementing the ecological curriculum, given their long history of teaching moral and ethical values. The research methodology employs a quasiqualitative approach with literature analysis and case studies of several pesantren that have implemented the ecological curriculum. The findings indicate that integrating Islamic values with ecological principles can enhance environmental awareness, sustainability ethics, and social responsibility within Muslim communities. Pesantren play a crucial role in instilling these values through activities such as organic farming, waste management, and reforestation programs. This curriculum innovation involves a holistic approach that considers the complex interactions between humans, nature, and God. The implications of this research underscore the need for support from various stakeholders, including educational institutions, communities, and governments, in the implementation and development of the ecology-based Islamic religious education curriculum. This curriculum development is expected to serve as a model for Islamic educational institutions worldwide in integrating ecological values into religious education.

Abstract

Purpose – The advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed the field of education, including Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. In Indonesia, the increasing number of internet users and the adoption of technological devices reflect a broad digital transformation. The Merdeka Belajar program demonstrates the government's commitment to digitizing education, including PAI. However, in rural areas such as Gunungkidul Regency, integrating technology into PAI learning still faces challenges, such as limited infrastructure readiness and teachers’ digital competence. Therefore, this study aims to identify the level of digital technology utilization in PAI learning, evaluate teachers’ digital competence, analyze the impact of technology integration on learning effectiveness, and develop a digital technology integration model relevant to the local context. Design/methods/approach – This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and surveys involving 30 PAI teachers from 19 senior high schools (SMA) in Gunungkidul Regency, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) frameworks to understand technology acceptance and teachers’ digital competence. Findings – The findings indicate that the utilization of digital technology in PAI learning is relatively widespread, with platforms such as Google Classroom, Moodle, and Edmodo being used. However, there are still gaps in infrastructure and teachers’ digital competence, particularly in creating interactive digital content. Most teachers still rely on simple presentation media and have not fully optimized technology for innovative learning. The integration of technology has been proven to enhance accessibility and interactivity in learning; however, it also poses challenges such as students’ dependency on technology and the limited training opportunities for teachers. To address these challenges, this study proposes a technology integration model that focuses on improving teachers’ digital competence, ensuring equitable infrastructure distribution, developing digital content, and implementing a hybrid learning model. Research implications – The findings provide recommendations for teachers, policymakers, and educational institutions to enhance the effectiveness of digital-based PAI learning. Several strategic steps are proposed, including intensive training for teachers in digital content creation, equalizing access to technology in remote areas, and implementing a hybrid learning model that combines conventional methods with digital technology. Furthermore, improving students’ digital literacy is also a crucial step to ensure that the integration of technology in PAI learning goes beyond mere accessibility and fosters a deeper understanding of Islamic values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh komponen prestasi kerja karyawan terhadap promosi jabatan di PT. Semen Tonasa Kabupaten Pangkep. Populasi yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Semen Tonasa Kabupaten Pangkep, dengan total jumlah 1.175 orang. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang, yang dipilih menggunakan metode sampel probabilitas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil dari analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan persamaan Y= 12,819 + 0,226X. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel prestasi kerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan. Hasil analisis korelasi determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,670, yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel prestasi kerja karyawan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 67%, sementara 33% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Uji t dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas (prestasi kerja karyawan) terhadap variabel terikat (promosi jabatan) di PT. Semen Tonasa Kabupaten Pangkep. Dari hasil uji t, diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 36,334, sedangkan nilai t tabel adalah 1,66055 (t hitung > t tabel). Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel bebas terhadap promosi jabatan. Kata Kunci: Prestasi Kerja, Promosi Jabatan

Abstract

The tendency of conventional textbooks with prosocial behavior themes, which mostly contain text or unattractive visual designs, makes reading activities less appealing to children. Illustrated storybooks with creative and locally relevant settings tend to attract students, especially 5-6-year-olds. This study aims to develop a storybook that fosters prosocial behavior in children. Conducted at Fitrah Semesta Kindergarten using the R&D method with the ADDIE model (up to the development stage), the study produced a 10-page storybook. Data analysis employed qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results show that the illustrated storybook received "highly feasible" ratings from material, language, and media experts. Material aspects scored 85.5%, language 89.2%, and media 84.2%, with an average expert rating of 86.3%. Observational responses scored 86.36% (highly feasible), and the pre-test to post-test improvement was 40.36%. This indicates the storybook significantly enhances prosocial behavior and is highly suitable for 5-6-year-olds.

Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik harus dimiliki oleh setiap guru, termasuk para guru RA Rumah Kreatif Wadas Kelir Purwokerto. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis implementasi sistem penilaian portofolio berdasarkan kompetensi pedagogik guru di RA Rumah Kreatif Wadas Kelir serta dampak positif dan negatifnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis dilakukan secara induktif; reduksi, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Sistem penilaian portofolio diimplementasikan berdasarkan kompetensi pedagogik oleh para guru di RA Rumah Kreatif Wadas Kelir Purwokerto. Kompetensi pedagogik meliputi penguasaan ilmu pendidikan, pemahaman dan pengembangan potensi peserta didik, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, serta sistem evaluasi pembelajaran. (2) Dampak positif atas implementasi penilaian portofolio berdasarkan kompetensi pedagogik disediakan berbagai media yang mendukung terlaksana kegiatan penilaian. (3) Dampak negatifnya, sebagian besar SDM tidak memiliki kualifikasi akademik guru PAUD

Abstract

This article examines the innovations implemented in the Independent Curriculum to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Against the background of the limitations of the previous curriculum in preparing students to face the challenges of the 21st century, this article formulates two main problems: (1) what innovations are contained in the Independent Curriculum and (2) how do they impact the quality of education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study to analyze various sources related to curriculum development and learning tools. The purpose of this study is to explain the innovations contained in the Independent Curriculum and examine the opportunities, challenges, and impacts on the learning process in schools. The results of the study show that the Independent Curriculum offers flexible and inclusive learning methods, such as project-based learning, blended learning, and flipped classrooms. In addition, this curriculum focuses on developing students' critical, creative, and collaborative skills. Although there are challenges in its implementation, such as teacher understanding and limited resources, the Independent Curriculum has the potential to increase student motivation and form a more positive school culture, so that it can produce graduates who are ready to face social and economic changes.

Abstract

With the fast-growing digital era, artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a principal catalyst for enhancing corporate performance, particularly for Indonesian start-ups. This study examines the effects of AI-driven decision-making, market intelligence, and chatbot implementation on Indonesian start-up business performance. Quantitative methods were employed to gather data from 250 participants, including founders, managers, and decision-makers of different start-up organizations. Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to quantify the extent of association of independent variables with firm performance. Results indicate that all three dimensions positively and significantly influence business success, with market intelligence affecting most. Artificial intelligence supports enhanced accuracy and efficiency in decision-making, market intelligence allows organizations to comprehend consumer expectations and trends, and chatbots support increased efficiency in client communication and interaction. These results have significant implications for start-ups and governments to strategically employ AI technologies in order to boost competitiveness and economic growth in Indonesia.
