Abstract

Nowadays, the role of digital marketing is crucial in a company's marketing strategy. One of the efficient digital marketing elements is email marketing. Email marketing is a marketing strategy in which the distribution and offering of product information is sent via consumer email addresses. This research aims to analyze email marketing strategies using the SWO analysis approach, as well as strategies in achieving marketing goals. Through a comprehensive literature review, this research will identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and strategies in utilizing email marketing. Email marketing has strengths including: a) Facilitate Communication; b) Introduce Company Profile; c) Become a Publication Tool; d) Easy to Provide Information; e) Create a Professional Impression; f) Find Partners; g) Can Reach Potential Customers From Anywhere; h) Impact Can Be Immediately Felt; i) The Process and Results Are Easy to Measure; and ii) Processes and Results are Easy to Measure; and j) Provide Multiple Effects. While among the weaknesses are: a) Messages/Emails Sent End up in the Customer's Spam Folder; b) Time-delays that result in delays in sending messages/Emails; c) Email is not owned by everyone/customers.

Abstract

Salah satu elemen penting dalam pembelajaran adalah metode, seperti halnya pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur'an. Tilawati adalah metode menaikkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) Menjelaskan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an siswa kelas IV di SDIT Al-Qonita; (2) Menjelaskan bagaimana metode tilawati berdampak pada kemampuan membaca Al-Qur'an siswa kelas IV di SDIT Al-Qonita; dan (3) Menjelaskan seberapa efektif metode tilawati. Semua 22 siswa di kelas IV SDIT Al-Qonita Palangkaraya terlibat dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini. Dalam penelitian ini, setiap individu yang termasuk dalam populasi dianggap sebagai sampel jenuh, atau sensus, jika jumlah populasi relatif kecil—< 30. Tes membaca Al-Quran, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi adalah semua metode mengumpulkan data penelitian ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dari 22 siswa di kelas IV SDIT Al-Qonita, 12 (54,5%) memiliki keterampilan membaca Al-Quran yang sangat baik dan 10 (45,5%) memiliki keterampilan membaca Al-Quran yang sangat baik. Dari nilai total siswa 1820, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan tilawati sangat efektif, dengan nilai efek ukuran sebesar 7,46 dan skor N-gain rata-rata sebesar. Ini memperlihatkan tilawati dapat membantu siswa belajar membaca Al-Quran dan meningkatkan kemampuan mereka.

Abstract

The methodology of Qur'anic learning in Indonesia has evolved from traditional approaches to innovations based on modern technology, in line with social changes and technological advancements. This study aims to analyze the historical development, recent innovations, and the strengths and challenges of Qur'anic learning methodologies in Indonesia. Using a library research method, data were qualitatively analyzed from various primary and secondary references, including previous studies and relevant books. The results show that traditional methods such as sorogan and bandongan are still practiced in Islamic boarding schools, while modern technology-based methods, such as digital applications, e-learning, and interactive multimedia, are trending in formal educational institutions. These innovations offer advantages such as broader access and more flexible learning processes but face challenges like the digital divide and the need for continuous teacher training. The implications of this study highlight the necessity of a hybrid approach that integrates traditional values with technological innovations to balance Qur'anic reading skills and spiritual character development. The study contributes both theoretically and practically by providing recommendations for adaptive curriculum development and technology-based teacher training. The originality of this research lies in its exploration of the integration of traditional and modern methods as a sustainable solution for Qur'anic learning in the digital era.

Abstract

Berbagai jenis program yang dilakukan Pemerintah sebagai upaya untuk penanggulangan kemiskinan, salah satunya yaitu Program Keluarga Harapan untuk masyarakat. Salah satu kendala program tersebut yakni dalam penentuan status keluarga miskin sebagai penerima bantuan. Pengembangan aplikasi untuk penerima bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product dirasa perlu untuk membantu mengoptimalkan sasaran program Pemerintah tersebut. Metode Weighted Product dipilih karena dapat menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses ranking yang akan menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif. Metode Weighted Product dapat digunakan untuk menentukan sejumlah data seperti data keluarga yang dikategorikan sebagai keluarga miskin berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Penilaian yang dilakukan pada status keluarga miskin antara lain sangat miskin, miskin, rentan miskin, dan tidak miskin. Dengan proses rangking tersebut, penilaian akan lebih tepat karena didasarkan pada nilai kriteria dan bobot yang sudah ditentukan, sehingga akan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat terhadap data yang dikategorikan sebagai warga miskin dan layak menerima bantuan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA materi gaya kelas IV SDIT Al Qonita melalui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas IV dengan jumlah 21 orang yang terdiri dari 9 siswa yang tuntas dan 12 siswa yang tidak tuntas pada hasil pretest. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan desain siklus yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, di mana pada setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam aktivitas guru dan siswa. Pada siklus I, aktivitas guru tercatat 86% dan aktivitas siswa mencapai 69,1%, dengan persentase ketuntasan klasikal pada tes pilihan ganda yang masih belum memenuhi kriteria. Pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan, di mana aktivitas guru dan siswa masing-masing mencapai 92%. Selain itu, ketuntasan klasikal pada siswa meningkat menjadi 85,7%, dengan 18 dari 21 siswa mencapai ketuntasan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA materi gaya, dan menyarankan agar model ini terus diterapkan dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa dalam pembelajaran berikutnya. Abstract

Abstrak Fokus peneitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan matematika siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Menjelaskan penerapan Pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) berbantuan media konkret dalam pembelajaran matematika di kelas IV SDIT Al Furqan Palangka Raya, (2) Mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar matematika dengan penerapan pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) berbantuan media konkret pada proses belajar matematika di kelas IV SD IT Al-Furqan Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis & Mc.Taggart terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 19 siswa kelas IV Al-Bukhari, dengan data diperoleh melalui tes, obsrvasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa (1) pembelajaran matematika dengan pendekatan RME berbantuan media konkret dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Pada siklus I, aktivitas guru dalam mengelola kelas mencapai perolehan 89% dengan kriteria sangat baik, dan bertambah pada siklus II mencapai perolehan 94% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Aktivitas siswa juga bertambah dari perolehan 85,5% dengan kriteria baik pada siklus I bertambah menjadi 93% dengan kriteria sangat baik pada siklus II. (2) Pada siklus I, 68,4% siswa mencapai ketuntasan individu sesuai KKTP. Persentase ini meningkat menjadi 89,4% pada siklus II, melampaui kriteria keberhasilan ≥ 70%. Abstract

Quality test questions are questions that can provide precise information about student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of the Science Subject School Exam questions at SMPN 2 Ngoro for the 2022/2023 academic year which consisted of 20 questions. The research sample consisted of 62 student responses in class IXA and IXF with purposive sampling method. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach with data analysis techniques using the SPSS version 25 application and Microsoft excel. The results showed that the items used were classified as difficult 15%, items classified as moderate 60% and items classified as easy 25%. The analysis of the discriminatory power of the questions showed that 70% of the items already had good discriminating power and the other 30% did not have good discriminating power and needed to be revised. The analysis of the distractor options from the items found that 96% of the total distracting options on these items were good and the rest were not good and needed to be revised.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of real problems in the learning process in the Pancasila Education subject, namely student learning outcomes that have not yet reached the KKM. This is due to the minimal use of digital-based learning media. Therefore, the solution that can be done to deal with this problem is to use digital snakes and ladders game media. Given the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, it is possible to use this media in schools. The purpose of this study was to determine the applicability of digital snakes and ladders game media, learning outcomes, and the effect of digital snakes and ladders game media on student learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education subject for grade V at SD IT Al-Furqan Palangka Raya. The method used in this study was to use a quantitative one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, testing, and documentation. Then, the population was grade V students of SD IT Al-Furqan Palangka Raya with a total of 31 students. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, so the sample in this study was grade V Abu Hanifah students of SD IT Al-Furqan Palangka Raya totaling 17 students. The results of the study showed that: (1) in the observation of the application of the learning process using digital snakes and ladders game media, it obtained a value of 95,2% with the category "Very Good"; (2) the learning outcomes of class V Abu Hanifah students in the Pancasila Education subject before being given treatment obtained an average value of 68.97 with the category "Enough". Then, the learning outcomes after being given treatment obtained an average value of 89.78 with the category "Very High"; (3) Based on the results of the Wilcoxon t-test, a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 was obtained so that Ha was accepted. This means that the digital snakes and ladders game media has an effect on the learning outcomes of students in the Pancasila Education subject of class V Abu Hanifah at SD IT Al-Furqan Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Abstract− Many science learning materials are contextual, because they are related to natural phenomena and everyday life. However, these concepts are often abstract and require deep understanding, and often involve complex processes and theories that result in boredom if only delivered using the lecture method, therefore an effective and efficient learning model is needed. This study aims to describe 1. the application of the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) cooperative learning model assisted by Quizizz media to improve student learning outcomes in science lessons for grade VI at MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya. 2. the effect of the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) cooperative learning model assisted by Quizizz media to improve student learning outcomes in science lessons for grade VI at MIS Hidayatul Muhajirin Palangka Raya. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. Data collection techniques include learning outcome tests (pretest and posttest), as well as student observation during the learning process. 1. The results of the study showed that the implementation of this learning model went very well, with a total observation value reaching 91. With the implementation that went very well, it also had an impact on the results of the study showing that there was a significant difference between the students' pretest and posttest scores. 2. The students' pretest scores were obtained on average at 56.81, while the average posttest score increased to 85.36. The results of the statistical analysis with the paired sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.000, which was smaller than the significance level (a) of 0.05, so H0 was rejected and there was a significant difference between learning outcomes before and after treatment. The t-count value was -8.853. This shows that there is a significant difference between learning outcomes before and after treatment with a moderate category. Thus, the applied learning model has proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes in animal reproduction material for grade VI.
