Abstract

Kadilangu is one of the famous religious tourism destinations in Demak, Central Java. This high number of visitors leads to the need for adequate supporting facilities, including adequate parking areas. With the increase in the number of visitors, the problem of limited parking space began to become a major concern. This condition often causes traffic congestion, visitor inconvenience, and a decrease in the quality of the tourist experience. The design methodology is a series or frame of mind in the parking lot design process, the data analysis method is used to plan by utilizing knowledge and analyzing the behavior of the subjects involved. Generally, the data obtained through this method is in the form of interviews or questionnaires, so the results produced are more often in the form of numbers. Based on the data analysis carried out, it can be known the available static capacity and the need for parking space. If the need for parking space is greater than the available capacity, it means that the number of available parking spaces is not enough. On the other hand, if the need for parking space is smaller than the available capacity, it means that the number of available parking spaces is still able to accommodate vehicles that will be parked. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the parking space of Kadilangu Demak was able to meet the demand for the required parking space, with the note that the maximum number of parked vehicles was still below the value of the available static capacity.

Abstract

The Demak – Kudus highway, precisely at KM 03 – 05, is one of the roads connecting two important cities, namely Demak and Kudus, which are included in the Collector road classification type. Bina Marga and PCI will be used as references in this study. Based on the results of the analysis when reviewed using the Bina Marga Method, the average Priority Sequence value was obtained of 5.96 which is included in the Priority B class category, while from the results of the analysis Based on the results of the analysis when reviewed using the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) Method, the PCI value was obtained of 54 which is included in the moderate (fair) category. The highest percentage of damage occurred in Patch damage, namely with a result of (56.279%), then the second percentage occurred in Crocodile Crack damage of (26.455%), Grain Release obtained results of (14.462%), Hole damage obtained results of (0.848%), Elongated Damage obtained results of (0.795%), Block Cracks obtained results of (0.661%), Sungkur obtained results of (0.485%) and the lowest percentage occurred in the Jembul type of damage with a result of (0.015%). The results of the analysis of both methods from Bina Marga and PCI (Pavement Condition Index) concluded that the Demak - Kudus highway has a moderate level of damage (fair) and for the type of road maintenance or road maintenance actions, a routine/periodic maintenance program can be carried out.

Abstract

HARRIS Hotel Batam Center is a 4 star hotel located right in Batam City Center which can be accessed just by walking to Mega Mall and International Ferry Terminal Batam Center, precisely located at Jl. Engku Putri, Tlk. Tering, District. Batam City, Batam City. This research aims to determine the procedure technique for cleaning the public toilet area at HARRIS Hotel Batam Center and to find out the obstacles in implementing the procedure technique for cleaning the public toilet area at HARRIS Hotel Batam Center. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation studies, interviews, documentation and literature studies. The results of this research are that providing bathrooms that are clean, healthy and free from disease and annoying insects is one of the main tasks of the housekeeping floor section, so that guests feel at home staying at the hotel. The implementation of procedures for cleaning and preparing bathrooms at Harris Hotel Batam is very good, this is proven by its implementation which is carried out consistently by area public officer, supervisors and housekeeping HOD. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap adab menggunakan media sosial melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, dengan setiap siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah 10 siswa di SMK Negeri Tegalwaru Purwakarta. Pada pra siklus, hanya 30% siswa yang memiliki pemahaman yang memadai terkait materi. Setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek, hasil observasi menunjukkan peningkatan keaktifan siswa dari kategori cukup dan kurang pada siklus I menjadi kategori baik dan sangat baik pada siklus II. Hasil tes juga menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, di mana pada siklus I hanya 60% siswa yang mencapai nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal ≥75, sedangkan pada siklus II seluruh siswa (100%) berhasil mencapai nilai tersebut. Penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek terbukti mampu meningkatkan partisipasi siswa, kepercayaan diri, dan pemahaman mereka terhadap adab bermedia sosial. Oleh karena itu, model pembelajaran ini direkomendasikan untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam guna meningkatkan literasi digital siswa secara lebih kontekstual. This study aims to improve students' understanding of social media etiquette through the implementation of the project-based learning (PjBL) model. The research method used was classroom action research, consisting of two cycles, each including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects were 10 students at SMK Negeri Tegalwaru Purwakarta. In the pre-cycle stage, only 30% of students had an adequate understanding of the material. After implementing the PjBL model, observations showed an improvement in student engagement, shifting from the "fair" and "poor" categories in Cycle I to the "good" and "very good" categories in Cycle II. The test results also showed a significant increase, with only 60% of students meeting the minimum competency standard (KKM ≥ 75) in Cycle I, while in Cycle II, all students (100%) achieved this score. The implementation of PjBL effectively enhanced student participation, confidence, and understanding of social media etiquette. Therefore, this learning model is recommended for Islamic education to improve students' digital literacy in a more contextual manner.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on member satisfaction for the Multiguna Berkah Loan product at KSPPS BMT NU East Java, Camplong Branch. The research employed a quantitative method through multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of 98 respondents drawn from the population of members using the loan product. The results indicate that both product quality and service quality have a positive and significant impact on member satisfaction. These findings demonstrate that improvements in product and service quality can increase member satisfaction, which in turn can strengthen their loyalty to the Multiguna Berkah Loan product at KSPPS BMT NU East Java, Camplong Branch. This research provides important implications for the management of KSPPS BMT NU East Java, Camplong Branch to continuously enhance product and service quality and collect feedback from members for sustainable improvement.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kritik terhadap pembelajaran PAI pada domain kognitif di SMP Negeri 2 Mande dengan menggunakan kurikulum merdeka. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dan literlatur yang menunjang terhadap analisis penelitian tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data nya menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan literatur-literatur yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Subjek penelitian nya di SMP Negeri 2 Mande berkaitan dengan analisis kritik terhadap pembelajaran PAI dengan menggunakan kurikulum merdeka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pelaksanaan, perencanaan dan evaluasi dalam pembelajaran belum memadai secara sistematis dan konseptual. Hal ini ditambah dengan kualitas pendidik PAI kurang memiliki kepribadian yang sesuai dengan kreteria kepribadian guru. Sejalan dengan itu kurikulum merdeka yang memproyeksi pada kemampuan keterampilan peserta didik belum mampu menjawab dari degrasi moral peserta didik pada zaman sekarang. Hal ini masih jauh dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional salah satu dari tujuan pendidikan nasional menjadikan peserta didik bertaqwa dan berbudi pekerti yang luhur.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the efforts of MTs. Nurul Huda Ranuyoso Lumajang in developing madrasas to be highly competitive, namely by branding the image of the Madrasah with Maqamad (Quran and Ma'had Madrasah) and Sasusi (One Child One Achievement). This research offers an alternative solution to develop madrasas that were previously uninterested and become popular. The research approach used is qualitative with a case study type. The results of this research are: First, the programs developed are the Habituation program, Tahfidz and Tahsin al-Quran (TTQ), Learning the Yellow Book, and One child, one achievement through class meeting activities. Planning the program begins with analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the madrasah, formulating goals, creating programs, forming management, and utilizing social media. Second, the habituation program is carried out every day at 06.45-07.00. Especially on Fridays, the habitual activities are replaced with istighotsah activities and praying for the qubur expert. The TTQ program is held every Monday-Thursday at 07.00-08.00. Class meeting activities are held after semester exams. Third, the above programs are evaluated every month in conjunction with the madrasah's monthly evaluation meeting activities. The technical aspects include presenting the results and explaining the obstacles.

Abstract

Acne is a chronic inflammation of the human skin. One of them is caused by the activity of the oil glands that produce excess sebum to cover the pores and is exacerbated by the presence of bacterial infections, namely Staphylococcus epidermidis and Propionibacterium acnes. Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) are one of the most widely synthesized uses of nanotechnology because they are toxic to bacterial cells so that they can be used as antibacterial agents. This study aimed for the biosynthesis effectivity against acnes bacteria. The method was using experimental research with analyze the data through ANOVA. The results showed that zeolite-impregnated AgNPs had the potential as antibacterial agents against acne-causing bacteria that had strong inhibition as evidenced by the diameter of the inhibition zone formed on Staphylococcus epidermidis and Propionibacterium acnes in the range of 11-20 mm at any given concentration used. Based on the average diameter of the inhibition zone formed, it can be seen that the largest inhibitory zone occurred at 15 mm and 20 mm AgNO3, with 18 mm in Staphylococcus epidermidis and 14.6 mm in Propionibacterium acnes bacteria respectively. This study was the first initially test the AgNPs effect to the acne’s bacteria and its further potential for anti-acnes.

Abstract

Academic news classification on university websites remains a challenge due to the growing volume of content and lack of efficient categorization systems. At UIN Walisongo Semarang, this problem hinders students, faculty, and the public from easily accessing relevant information. This study aims to develop an automated academic news classification system to address this issue. We applied a Naïve Bayes Classifier model, enhanced with Term Frequency weighting, the Enhanced Confix Stripping Stemmer for Indonesian language preprocessing, and Chi-Squared feature selection to identify the most informative terms. The dataset consisted of 880 academic news articles from UIN Walisongo’s website, split into 704 training and 176 testing documents. The system achieved 95% accuracy on the test set. To evaluate generalizability, we used a separate evaluation set of 12 new articles, obtaining 83.3% accuracy. The preprocessing stage played a vital role in reducing morphological complexity, while Chi-Squared scoring improved the relevance of selected features. This research highlights the importance of robust text classification techniques in academic information systems, particularly in Indonesian language contexts where language morphology poses unique challenges. The proposed model demonstrates strong performance, scalability, and potential for integration into academic portals to improve information retrieval. This study contributes significantly to the field of Natural Language Processing and applied machine learning in academic settings, especially for Indonesian-language content. It provides an effective solution for automated academic content management in institutional information systems.

Abstract

Introduction: Quality of life is a person's perception of the physical, psychological, social, and environmental conditions in life. Quality of life is impacted by excessive anxiety about health conditions one of them hypertension. The creasing of age and hypertension experienced elderly trigger other diseases. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety and quality of life in elderly people with hypertension. Methods: The research design uses quantitative with a cross-sectional study. The inclusion criteria were elderly people with high blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, totaling 160 samples. The instruments used were the GAI and OPQOL-BRIEF questionnaires. Statistical test with Spearman Rank (Rho). Results: For more than half of the total sample, elderly anxiety was in the moderate category (63.1%) and most of the elderly's quality of life was in the poor category (80.8%). The statistical test results showed a significance of 0,000 because ρ < 0.05, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between anxiety and quality of life in elderly people with hypertension at Puskesmas Babadan Ponorogo. The closeness is relationship 0.699 considered strong. Conclusions: There is a relationship between anxiety and quality of life in elderly people with hypertension at Puskesmas Babadan Ponorogo.
