Abstract

This research will discuss the interpretation of da'wah verses, specifically the Al-Qur'an contained in Surah al-Hujuraat verse 13 and its relevance in the development of multicultural da'wah in Indonesia. What this research wants to illustrate is for all readers to understand that the context of Indonesia with various cultural, religious, ethnic and linguistic backgrounds is appropriate for campaigning for da'wah with a multicultural approach. This research uses qualitative methods with a library research approach. This method relies on the analysis of various written sources such as books, books, journals, articles and other documents that are relevant to the topic under study. Several opinions of scholars such as Ibnu Kathir became references in completing this research. The principle of multiculturalism in surah al-Hujuraat verse 13 has high relevance in the context of modern society. As part of universal revelation, the Qur'an offers a wise approach on diversity and social relations. The message contained in this verse directing humanity to build bridges of brotherhood and strengthen human ties, regardless of cultural background or ethnicity.

Abstract

Abstract. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a critical component of the workforce system to protect workers from workplace accidents and occupational diseases. PT XYZ faces high risks due to field activities, making the implementation of an OHS management system based on HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) an effective solution to prevent accidents. The plate tank fabrication process identifies 23 potential hazards from five activities, including crane lifting, welding, and grinding, which pose risks such as fires, injuries, and health issues. Risk analysis results reveal high to moderate risks. After mitigation, the risks were reduced to low to moderate categories. Mitigation efforts include worker training, regular inspections of work equipment, and improving ventilation in work areas. Risk control measures are systematically applied following the OHSAS 18001 hierarchy, including hazard elimination, substitution, engineering controls, administrative controls, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Abstract

Dalam mengembangkan ternak sapi potong tentunya tidak terlepas dari peranan Kelompok Tani Ternak (KTT) dalam mengupayakan ternaknya agar mendapat nilai tambah serta efisien dalam pengelolaannya. Upaya yang perlu dikembangkan dalam membina dan memantapkan kelompok peternak adalah memperkuat kelembagaan ekonomi petani peternak di pedesaan. Kelompok Tani Ternak Mulyo adalah salah satu kelompok Tani Ternak Sapi yang ada di Desa Dokoro Kecamatan Wirosari Kabupaten Grobogon. KTT Mulyo salah satu KTT yang berpotensi untuk dikembangkan. Dalam upaya pengembangan Kelompok Tani Ternak agar mendapat nilai tambah dan efisien dalam pengelolaan maka dikembangkanlah sistem informasi berbasis website. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang berupa rancang bangun sistem informasi berbasis website ini berjalan dengan lancar. Untuk rancang bangun sistem informasi dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Perancangan sistem menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD), sedangkan perancangan database menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Selain rancang bangun, pada kegiatan pengabdian ini juga dilakukan penyusunan buku panduan penggunaannya dan juga pelatihan kepada anggota dan pengurus KTT Mulyo.  Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Kelompok Tani Ternak, Website

Abstract

Several highway drainage channels in Kudus require re-analysis regarding their elevation and design due to various issues encountered. These problems include water flow that is not smooth or is blocked, sediment deposition within the drainage channels, overflowing water during the rainy season, and other potential issues. One of the drainage channels facing these problems is the Central Lentog Tanjung drainage in Kudus Regency. To address this situation, a re-analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the Central Lentog Tanjung drainage is necessary. The purpose of this analysis is to find the right solutions to resolve these issues. The research results indicate that the drainage capacity in Central Lentog Tanjung, Kudus Regency, has a discharge of 4.54 m³/sec or equivalent to 454 liters/sec. This suggests that the current drainage conditions are unable to accommodate the incoming water discharge, considering the maximum water discharge from the HecRas calculation is 17.86 m³/sec or 1786 liters/sec.ANALISIS JARINGAN DRAINASE TERHADAP BANJIR DI CENTRAL LENTOG TANJUNG, KABUPATEN KUDUSSejumlah saluran drainase jalan raya di Kudus memerlukan analisis ulang terkait elevasi dan desainnya karena berbagai permasalahan yang dihadapi. Masalah-masalah tersebut mencakup aliran air yang tidak lancar atau tersumbat, pengendapan sedimen dalam saluran drainase, peluapan air saat musim hujan, dan potensi masalah lainnya. Salah satu saluran drainase yang mengalami masalah tersebut adalah drainase Central Lentog Tanjung di Kabupaten Kudus. Untuk menangani situasi ini, diperlukan analisis ulang dan evaluasi menyeluruh terhadap drainase Central Lentog Tanjung. Tujuan dari analisis ini adalah untuk menemukan solusi yang tepat dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas drainase di Central Lentog Tanjung, Kabupaten Kudus, memiliki debit sebesar 4,54 m³/det atau setara dengan 454 liter/det. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa kondisi drainase saat ini tidak mampu menampung debit air yang masuk, mengingat debit air maksimum hasil perhitungan HecRas mencapai 17,86 m³/det atau 1786 liter/det.

Abstract

Breast cancer is a disease characterized by abnormal cell growth, which can invade adjacent tissues or metastasize to other organs. Secang (Caesalpinia sappan L.) is a plant that has been used as an alternative medicine for a variety of health conditions, including some types of cancer. This study aims to determine whether the brazilin compound found in secang wood can interact with the target receptors estrogen alpha, 17-β-HSD-1, and NUDT5, potentially serving as an anticancer candidate. Molecular docking simulations were employed to identify the molecular interactions of brazilin against estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) (PDB ID: 3ERT), 17β-HSD-1 (PDB ID: 3HB5), and NUDT5 (PDB ID: 5NQR) using AutoDockTools software. The results showed that the best free-binding energy (ΔG) value obtained for brazilin against the 17-β-HSD-1 receptor was -9.16 kcal/mol, with an inhibition constant of 192.45 nM. The ΔG value of brazilin with estrogen alpha was -6.68 kcal/mol, and the ΔG value for brazilin against NUDT5 was -4.8 kcal/mol. Brazilin has a higher potency compared to innate ligands based on the docking result of estrogen alpha receptor and NUDT5. Some structural similarities and interactions occurred between the amino acids GLY186 and TYR155 in brazilin with the binding of amino acids formed in the innate ligand against the 17-β-HSD-1 receptor, thus showing similar affinity to the 17-β-HSD1 receptor. In silico approaches provided valuable insights into the potential of brazilin as an anti-breast cancer agent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran literasi keuangan syariah dalam memberdayakan sektor pertanian dengan fokus pada implementasi pembiayaan dari bank syariah. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, data bersumber dari berbagai sumber literatur seperti buku, jurnal dan literatur lainnya yang relevan dengan penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang merupakan rangkuman secara normal terhadap data yang terkumpul yang diikuti dengan interpretasi dan justifikasi sehingga pembaca dapat memahami secara utuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan syariah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan sektor pertanian. Pelaku usaha pertanian yang memiliki pemahaman yang baik terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah lebih mampu memanfaatkan berbagai produk pembiayaan dari bank syariah. Peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah juga berkaitan erat dengan diversifikasi pembiayaan, peningkatan produktivitas, dan kemandirian keuangan pelaku usaha pertanian. Dalam konteks pemberdayaan masyarakat pertanian, literasi keuangan syariah muncul sebagai katalisator penting dalam membentuk perilaku dan keputusan keuangan yang berkelanjutan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang pentingnya literasi keuangan syariah dalam mencapai tujuan pemberdayaan sektor pertanian, dengan memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang bagaimana literasi keuangan syariah dapat meningkatkan akses dan manfaat dari pembiayaan bank syariah untuk bisnis pertanian.

Abstract

The value chain is an essential framework for understanding how industries create and sustain value for consumers or target markets. It encompasses various activities that contribute to delivering valuable products, such as supplier, channel, and buyer value chains. The primary activities in the value chain include inbound logistics, operations, outbound logistics, marketing and sales, and service. This study analyzes the value chain, focusing on halal fried chicken MSMEs, in the Malang Raya. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, involving 56 randomly selected respondents, starting from MSMEs' owners, managers, and operational staff. Data collection techniques included a survey method with questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and observations. The analysis utilized a Likert scale to measure key value chain elements such as inbound logistics, operations, outbound logistics, marketing, and service. The results indicate that the halal value chain ecosystem in Malang Raya is well-established. Respondents agreed that critical activities such as material storage, smooth distribution, product quality control, customer service, and satisfaction significantly impact the success of MSMEs in the region. This study highlights the importance of halal certification and optimal value chain management to enhance product competitiveness in local and international markets. These findings provide insights for policymakers to support the development of the social trustworthiness of the halal value chain ecosystem, ensuring that MSMEs remain competitive in the growing halal food sector.

Abstract

This research aims to find out which product, price, place and promotion factors are most important for consumers in making the decision of buyers of cigarette products.The population of this study is people who become consumers who consume cigarette products, while the samples taken are 100 respondents of adolescent age children aged 17 to 21 years. This type of research is quantitative research. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of the research data indicate that the factors of product, price, place and promotion have a significant effect on the decision of cigarette buyers by adolescents. The magnitude of the effect of product variables, price, promotion and place on the decision to purchase cigarette products by 30.5%. While the remaining 69.5% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: consumer behavior, promotion, purchase decision

Abstract

Pulau Jawa sebagai penyumbang terbesar perekonomian Indonesia seharusnya memiliki resiliensi yang baik dalam menghadapi shock pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh spesialisasi wilayah, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), kualitas pembangunan manusia (IPM), dan jumlah penduduk terhadap resiliensi wilayah dalam menghadapi shock. Cakupan penelitian sebanyak 119 kabupaten/kota di Pulau Jawa tahun 2020 dan 2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi robust MMestimation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kabupaten/kota yang memiliki resistansi yang baik cenderung memiliki pemulihan yang baik pasca-shock. Spesialisasi wilayah, PDRB, dan kualitas pembangunan manusia memiliki hubungan negatif terhadap resistansi dan pemulihan wilayah pasca-shock COVID-19. Jumlah penduduk memiliki hubungan positif dengan resistansi dan pemulihan wilayah pasca-shock COVID-19.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the development of Central Java's leading sports in preparation for PON XXI Aceh, North Sumatra. The research approach used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. This research uses primary data from research informants. Data sources were obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation from research informants. Credibility testing was carried out using the triangulation method of sources and data. The research results showed compliance in monitoring Central Java's leading sports branches towards PON XXI 2024 is good but still requires improved communication and integration. The monitoring system for Central Java's leading sports branches for PON XXI 2024 is running well with increasing performance and optimal readiness. Athletes from leading Central Java sports show positive progress, although their endurance and physical consistency still need improvement. Intensive training, health monitoring, and routine evaluations continue to be carried out to ensure optimal readiness of Central Java athletes towards PON XXI 2024. The research conclusion is that monitoring the development of Central Java's leading sports branches ahead of PON XXI Aceh-North Sumatra 2024 shows significant progress, with sound system implementation and routine evaluations that support athlete readiness.
