Abstract

This study aims to create a model for developing expertise evaluation programs at the IAIN Surakarta PIAUD Department. The research method used is development research (Research and Development). The results showed that the EPPK model produced had two-dimensional constructs, namely processes and products. The dimensions of the process of publishing in-strument planning, implementation and output. The product dimensions are complete instru-ments of dance ability, musical ability, storytelling ability and artistic ability. This EPPPK model has approved the feasibility of criteria: a. has a good format (average 79.7%), b. has approved the substance of a good evaluation model (average 79.2%), c. has a good evalua-tion procedure (average 80%). The EPPK model has a very good success rate, it is proven that expertise program lecturers can use the EPPK model easily. The results of the evaluation using the EPPK model can provide a complete and comprehensive description of the pro-gram for conducting expertise in the Surakarta IAIN PIAUD Department. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan tentang penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis budaya lokal di TK ABA Al Hikmah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualititatif dengan fokus pada penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa topik budaya lokal yang dikenalkan meliputi dolanan jawa, tembang dolanan, dan tradisi berkaitan dengan pertanian (tandur, ngluku, wiwit, menumbuk padi dengan lesung). Penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis budaya lokal dilakukan dengan lima tahap meliputi:  (1) mengamati objek nyata dari tema budaya lokal yang dibahas; (2) menanya yaitu memberikan kesempatan anak untuk menanyakan hal-hal yang menarik rasa ingin tahu mereka mengenai topik budaya lokal; (3) mengumpulkan informasi mengenai topik budaya lokal yang dibahas dari berbagai sumber; (4) menalar yaitu membuat kesimpulan mengenai topik yang dibahas; (5) mengkomunikasikan yaitu mengkomunikasikan pengetahuan yang diperoleh baik melalui bahasa/cerita dan juga hasil karya.

Abstract

Controversy of Sharia Law Against LGBT in Brunei Darussalam . This paper aims to discuss the application of sharia law in Brunei Darussalam, especially in sharia law for LGBT people. What about the effect of the stricter application of sharia law if applied in Brunei Darussalam. The aim of implementing Sharia law in Brunei Darussalam. Darussalam is none other than the teachings of Islam in Brunei Darussalam that have become stronger than before as a country that has always been devoted to Allah. Even though in its application, Brunei Darussalam has received harsh criticism from the world for the application of sharia law that is enforced in its country, however, criminal law hard and sharia law continues to be implemented after being postponed and finally implemented on April 3, 2019. This article uses a case study approach and analysis with qualitative methods. russlam continues to be implemented even though it has generated a lot of controversy from outside, especially regarding the stoning of adultery and LGBT perpetrators, especially from the United Nations, enforcement of this law violates human rights. The background to the adoption of sharia law is nothing more than strengthening the quality of the involvement of Muslims in Brunei Darussalam which is only for Allah.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh keprihatinan dunia pendidikan terhadap berbagai kasus yang kerap terjadi di sekolah. Dari data KPAI sepanjang Januari hingga April 2019 menyebutkan, pelanggaran hak anak masih terjadi dan didominasi perundungan, yaitu berupa kekerasan fisik, kekerasan psikis, dan kekerasan seksual, dan anak menjadi korban kebijakan. Sekolah Ramah Anak merupakan salah satu kebijakan yang dilakukan sebagai upaya pencegahan dalam mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang melanggar hak anak terutama ketika berada di sekolah. SDN Lempuyangwangi adalah salah satu sekolah di Kota Yogyakarta yang menerapkan kebijakan Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SD Negeri Lempuyangwangi Kota Yogyakarta. Deskripsi tersebut terkait dengan implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam mengimplementasikan Program Sekolah SRA. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu tim Sekolah Ramah Anak Kota Yogyakarta, kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan orang tua siswa dengan objek penelitian meliputi implementasi Program Sekolah Ramah Anak di SD Negeri Lempuyangwangi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara mendalam (Indepth Interview), observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun validasi data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data.             Dari hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa: (1)Komitmen tertulis tentanf kebijakan tentang Sekolah Ramah Anak sudah ada; (2) metode pembelajaran berbasis PAIKEM (Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan) sudah sesuai dengan prinsip SRA; (3) partisipasi anak sudah baik terlihat pada peran siswa dalam keaktifannya berekspresi, bertanya, menjawab, berargumentasi, dan memberikan interupsi; dan (4) Partisipasi orang tua, lembaga masyarakat, dunia usaha, pemangku kepentingan sudah terjalin dengan baik. Faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi SRA di SD Negeri Lempuyangwangi meliputi: (1) Komunikasi, (2) Sumber daya manusia, sumber daya sarana prasarana dan metode yang digunakan untuk pencapaian Sekolah Ramah Anak; dan (3) Disposisi.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) di SDN Lempuyangwangi telah terimplikasikan dengan baik. Namun masih perlu perbaikan di bidang sarana dan prasarana serta belum terpenuhonya guru bimbingan konseling dan guru untuk ank berkebutuhan khusus (inklusi).

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to examine the effect of investor protection and ownership structure to the relationship between IFRS adoption and earnings quality in Asian companies. Asia is chosen because it has unique characteristics, one of them is ownership structure in Asia is more concentrated on family. The data from this study is obtained from the OSIRIS database for the periode 2009-2013 in ten Asian Countries (China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapura, Taiwan dan Thailand). The sample in this study consists of 16.232 firm year observations and Multiple Regression analysis is used to test hypotheses. The results show that the effect of IFRS adoption to earnings quality depend on the level of investor protection in a country. When the investor protection is high, the IFRS adoption results in higher quality of earnings, but when the investor protection is low, there is no effect of IFRS adoption to the earnings quality. The other results also sho, contrary to the predicition, that concentrated ownership structure increases the relationship between IFRS adoption and earnings quality.

Abstract

The assertive character in early childhood is the way of thinking and behaving honest and open to express their needs, honest feelings and thoughts, struggling for individual rights, and rejecting unreasonable requests including pressure from authority figures and also from standards that apply to the group as his feature. Attachment avoidance is various of insecure attachment, where children choose to avoid from the presence of his parents. This study aims to get the facts of the effect of avoidant attachment to the establishment of the assertive character of early childhood. The hypothesis of this study is avoidant attachment have an influence on the establishment of the assertive character of early childhood. The experiment was conducted in the District Bergas, Semarang regency using 42 early childhood as subjects. The method of collecting data using assertive character Scale and Scale Avoidant Attachment, as well as data analysis using Simple Linear Regression using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 16 for Windows. Abstract

Sebagai refleksi dari realitas, film sekedar memindahkan realitas ke layar tanpa mengubah realitas tersebut. Sementara, sebagai representasi dari realitas, film membentuk dan menghadirkan kembali realitas berdasarkan kode-kode, konvensi-konvensi, dan ideologi dari kebudayaan. Film “Berbagi Suami” merupakan sebuah judul film yang disutradarai oleh Nia Dinata. Film ini mengangkat fenomena poligami masyarakat di Indonesia. Kerelaan Salma dipoligami, taat dan berbakti kepada suami meski telah disakiti, menjaga rahasia keluarga di depan lingkungan, belajar bersabar menerima istri-istri suami, dan setia merawat suami ketika sakit merupakan bentuk perjuangan Salma sebagai istri dibawah kekuasaan suaminya.

Abstract

Improving livestock health is an important aspect of conserving and fulfillment the nutritional needs of animal sources. Healthy livestock are able to achieve maximum productivity. The purpose of this service was to provide education to farmer and animal health services in local villages. This activity was carried out on January 28-30, 2022 in Linamnutu Village, South Amanuban District, South Central Timor Regency. The method of implementing this service activity includes: (1) counseling on livestock maintenance management to farmers, (2) livestock health services such as physical examination, administered vitamins and medication, (3) distributed chicken eggs to students at SD Negeri Linamnutu. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in knowledge and awareness of farmers in implementing good management of livestock maintenance, so that livestock become healthy and productive, as well as fulfill of nutrition for the community, especially for children in their growing period.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran berbasis loose parts dalam meningkatkan kreativitas anak di KB Aisyiyah Al Hikmah Kretek Yogyakarta. Pembelajaran berbasis loose parts dipilih untuk meminimalisir penggunaan LKA (lembar kerja anak) dan lebih memberikan pembelajaran langsung atau dengan benda konkrit sesuai dengan prinsip pembelajaran untuk anak usia dini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah diskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran loose parts yang dilakukan pendidik dengan melakukan invitasi (penataan lingkungan main) dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan di sekitar anak. Selanjutnya pendidik memberikan kata “provokasi” untuk memancing ide atau kreativitas anak dalam menciptakan karya dari bahan-bahan loose parts yang dipersiapkan pendidik. Selanjutnya guru melakukan evaluasi atau penilaian pembelajaran yang dilakukan pada akhir pembelajaran dalam bentuk ceklist, hasil karya, dan catatan andekdot. Kreativitas anak terasah dalam membuat karya sesuai imajinasi mereka dengan peran pendidik hanya sebagai fasilitator.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pencapaian kemampuan fisik motorik anak usia dini kelompok A di TK Pertiwi Sidorejo Kecamatan Rimbo Ilir Kabupaten Tebo sebelum di adakannya kegiatan menjahit baju menggunakan kertas origami rendah yaitu 31,8% atau sebanyak 4 siswa. Setelah di lakukan perbaikan melalui PTK dengan kegiatan menjahit pola baju menggunakan kertas origami tingkat pencapaian motorik halus siswa meningkat secara signifikan. Pada akhir siklus I sebanyak 10 siswa atau 76,9% berhasil mencapai tahap BSB yang di tetapkan. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan sehingga jumlah siswa mencapai BSB menjadi 13 orang atau 100%. Hasil penelitian ini telah melampaui indikator kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada penelitian tindakan kelas ini, hipotesis yang menyatakan “di duga dengan kegiatan menjahit dapat meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus anak usia dini kelompok A di TK Pertiwi Sidorejo Kecamatan Rimbo Ilir Kabupaten Tebo” terbukti dan dapat di terima kebenarannya.
