Abstract

This research is a class action research that aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN 106 Pekanbaru in IPAS subjects. This research uses the Kemmis and Mc Taggart design which consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The research technique was conducted through triangulation of techniques consisting of interviews, learning outcomes tests and field notes. The subjects of this study were 30 students consisting of 12 female students and 18 male students in class IV SDN 106 Pekanbaru in the 2024/2025 school year. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes marked by an increase in the value of students who completed KKTP by 56.67% in cycle I up to 83.88% in cycle II. Based on the results of class action research that has been carried out, it is concluded that the use of the PjBL learning model assisted by Happy Notes media can improve student learning outcomes in IPAS subjects in class IV students of SDN 106 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This research aimed to improve student writing skills in biology learning. The subjects of this research were 28 students in senior high school. This research was classroom action research carried out for 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation and observation, also reflection. Research instruments were assessment sheets containing the aspects of writing content and context-based on writing skills rubric assessment adapted from Mclean and Wyse (2012). The research procedure were carried out by taking action based on the results of the evaluation of each cycle which forms the basis for improvement in the next cycle. Writing skills data was validated using triangulation techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the scores for the quality of the content and the context of the students' writing in the pre-cycle were at scores of 2, 3, and 4 with an average of 42% for the quality of the content and 53% for the quality of the writing context, all at level 1. Improvement in scores and the average percentage occurs in cycles I, II, and III which occurs linearly according to the increase in the quality score of the problem formulation, the summary of the results of collecting and processing information, as well as the results of discussions and conclusions, thus the application of the Guided inquiry learning model improves students' writing skills in learning biology.

Abstract

The policy of the jambi regency provincial government regulates the ethnicity of children based on Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages; Permendagri No. 52 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for the Recognition and Protection of Indigenous and Tribal Peoples; and Ministry of Social Decree Number 187 / Huk / 2018 Concerning Determination of Social Empowerment Locations for Remote Indigenous Communities in 2019. Based on these regulations the regency government has issued a program specifically for the Suku Anak Dalam (SAD), namely the Remote Welfare Development Program (PKSMT) . Where there are 5 programs that have been targeted, but of the five PKSMT programs that are running there are only 4 programs, namely: (a) Settlements, (b) Smart Houses, (c) Empowerment, (d) Health.

Abstract

Implementasi pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga melalui program Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga Sejahtera (UPPKS) di Kecamatan Padang Laweh, Kabupaten Dharmasraya adalah upaya strategis untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga di wilayah tersebut. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan dukungan dan pelatihan kepada keluarga dalam mengembangkan usaha mikro dan kecil guna meningkatkan pendapatan khususnya pada kelompok-kelompok rentan dalam masyarakat, termasuk perempuan, pemuda, dan keluarga miskin. Prinsip inklusifitas, kesetaraan gender, dan pengentasan kemiskinan menjadi landasan dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga melalui program ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh aparatur Balai KB, kelompok UPPKS, dan masyarakat yang ada di kecamatan padang laweh dengan jumlah sampel 11 orang yang memenuhi kriteria dalam menjawab rumusan masalah. Lokasi penelitian berada di Balai KB Kecamatan Padang Laweh Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Melalui implementasi pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga melalui program UPPKS di Kecamatan Padang Laweh, diharapkan terjadi peningkatan pendapatan keluarga, peningkatan kesejahteraan, dan pengurangan tingkat kemiskinan di wilayah tersebut. Selain itu, program ini juga diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan ekonomi lokal, peningkatan kemandirian keluarga, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the formulation of the problem regarding how to implement child-friendly policies (KLA) in the Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency, and the importance of this policy in West Pasaman. To answer the research problem, field research was used. The method used was a qualitative method with a descriptive approach based on data collection techniques in this study including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification or conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the successful implementation according to Edward III --namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The implementation of child-friendly districts in the Kinali sub-district is protected by legal force in the form of regional regulations and regent regulations. However, it needs to be followed by other supporting actions and policies. Because in the disposition variable as measured by the commitment of the executors, there are still deficiencies. The importance of Child-Friendly District Policies (KLA) in Kinali District, West Pasaman Regency, namely to: Carry out the Mandate of Law No. 35 of 2014 Concerning Child Protection and Fulfillment of Children's Human Rights and Providing space for children to address environmental issues where children, like adults, can be invited to cooperate and solve problems related to the environment.

Abstract

Urban farming has the potential to increase family knowledge in disaster preparedness. Through urban farming practices, families can gain relevant knowledge and skills to better deal with disasters. In the context of coastal communities in Koto Tangah subdistrict in Padang City which are vulnerable to disasters such as earthquakes and floods, urban farming can be an effective strategy in preparing families to face emergency situations. Urban farming has become a vital strategy in dealing with climate change and increasing food security in various urban communities. In this context, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) play a central role in implementing and expanding urban farming practices. This research focuses on the role of NGOs in implementing urban farming in Koto Tangah District, Padang City. NGOs act as policy advocates, mobilizing support and driving change in urban agricultural management. Training organized by NGOs increases community knowledge and skills related to urban farming, creating positive behavioral changes. Effective outreach increases understanding of the sustainability and benefits of urban farming. In seeding and planting activities, NGOs provide significant support through the distribution of planting media, seeds and fertilizer. This results in increased capacity, confidence and savings in family expenses. Overall, the role of NGOs in urban farming in Koto Tangah District not only creates a practical transformation in food production, but also has a positive impact on awareness, disaster preparedness and environmental sustainability. This research provides a holistic picture of how NGO interventions can be a catalyst for change in urban communities through the implementation of urban farming.

Abstract

Umat Islam ingin mengelola wakaf dengan baik karena memiliki banyak manfaat. Harta wakaf dikelola, dipelihara, digunakan dan didistribusikan oleh lembaga yang mengawasi wakaf. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif normatif empiris digunakan. Kajian menemukan bahwa Yayasan Panji Nusantara menerapkan wakaf tunai secara transparan, menggunakan akad tabarru', melakukan transaksi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, dan selalu berterima kasih kepada donatur yang telah menyetor minimal Rp 1.000.000. Yayasan Panji Nusantara mendirikan panti asuhan, rumah tahfidz dan perusahaan peternakan untuk memanfaatkan aset wakaf tunai. UU No 41 Tahun 2004, PP No 42 Tahun 2006, UU Wakaf, BWI dan Buku III Kompendium Hukum Islam Fatwa MUI semuanya menyatakan bahwa harta benda wakaf bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, Yayasan Panji Nusantara menggunakan harta benda wakaf tunai yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam dan peraturan wakaf.

Abstract

Background: Regardless of social background, brownies are popular snack among people of all ages, including adults and children. The goal of developing brownies with modified banana flour is to lessen reliance on wheat flour and provide a gluten-free, healthier substitute. More inventive product creation is required because of disparity in sensory qualities of brownie items that are currently on the market. Since starch makes up majority of banana flour, modifying the starch can help to improve the flour's quality. Physical modification is one technique that can be applied to enhance the quality and functionality of banana flour in brownie recipes. Objectives: To determine the sensory properties and nutritional content of brownies with modified banana flour (Musa paradisiaca) substitution. Methods: The research design used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments (K=5), 1 experimental unit and 3 repetitions. The treatment carried out was by substituting modified banana flour for wheat flour in brownies products with various different formulations. The resulting brownies products were then analyzed for sensory tests and nutritional content including water content, protein content, fat content, fiber content, ash content, carbohydrates and energy. Results: The results showed that the addition of 80% modified banana flour provided the most preferred sensory properties by respondents in terms of color, aroma, texture, and taste. The nutritional content of 80% modified banana flour substitute brownies including water content, protein content, fat content, fiber content, ash content and carbohydrates were respectively 11.77%; 5.69%; 20.31%; 2.25%; 1.08% and 58.90%. Conclusions: Brownies substituted with modified banana flour have high nutritional content, making it a good choice to meet daily nutritional needs.

Abstract

Zea mays L. var. saccharata merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura bernilai penting karena mengandung berbagai vitamin dan mineral dalam jumlah tinggi. Penurunan produktivitas tanaman ini sering dikaitkan dengan praktik pemupukan yang belum dilakukan secara tepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi respons pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis terhadap pemberian pupuk fosfor (P) pada beberapa tingkat dosis, sekaligus menentukan dosis yang paling optimal bagi tanaman. Penelitian berlangsung dari Maret hingga Juni 2024 di Lahan Percobaan Jurusan Budidaya Tanaman Pangan, Politeknik Negeri Lampung, Bandar Lampung. Percobaan disusun menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan satu faktor, yaitu dosis fosfor, yang terdiri atas lima perlakuan: P0 (tanpa pupuk, 0 kg/ha), P1 (50 kg/ha), P2 (100 kg/ha), P3 (150 kg/ha), dan P4 (200 kg/ha). Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter tongkol, panjang tongkol, serta bobot hasil per petak. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pemberian pupuk SP-36 memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap seluruh komponen pertumbuhan dan hasil dibandingkan dengan tanaman yang tidak dipupuk. Dosis 100 kg/ha teridentifikasi sebagai tingkat aplikasi yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan performa pertumbuhan jagung manis.  Zea mays L. var. saccharata) is an important horticultural commodity due to its high content of various vitamins and minerals. Declines in its productivity are often associated with fertilization practices that are not applied appropriately. This study was conducted to assess the growth response and yield of sweet corn to the application of phosphorus (P) fertilizer at several dosage levels and to identify the most optimal dose for the crop. The research was carried out from March to June 2024 at the Experimental Field of the Department of Food Crop Cultivation, Politeknik Negeri Lampung, Bandar Lampung. The experiment was arranged using a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with a single factor, namely phosphorus dosage, consisting of five treatments: P0 (no fertilizer, 0 kg/ha), P1 (50 kg/ha), P2 (100 kg/ha), P3 (150 kg/ha), and P4 (200 kg/ha). Observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, cob diameter, cob length, and yield per plot. The results demonstrated that the application of SP-36 fertilizer had a significant effect on all growth components and yield variables compared with plants that did not receive phosphorus. The dosage of 100 kg/ha was identified as the most effective application rate for enhancing the growth performance of sweet corn.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis merupakan kompetensi penting dalam pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa melalui soal cerita pada materi lingkaran menggunakan kerangka Newman’s Error Analysis (NEA). Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek 29 siswa kelas IX-3 SMP Negeri 2 Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes tertulis berbentuk soal cerita, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi untuk menggali informasi lebih mendalam terkait proses kognitif siswa. Data dianalisis berdasarkan lima tahapan NEA: membaca, memahami, transformasi, keterampilan proses, dan penulisan jawaban. Dari 29 siswa, 9 siswa menjawab dengan benar pada semua tahapan, sedangkan 20 siswa lainnya melakukan kesalahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesalahan tertinggi pada tahap transformasi (50%), diikuti keterampilan proses (20%), memahami (15%), penulisan jawaban (15%), dan membaca (10%). Kesalahan transformasi terjadi karena siswa kesulitan mengubah informasi soal cerita ke dalam model matematika dan menentukan rumus yang tepat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya penguatan pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan transformasi melalui strategi pembelajaran yang berorientasi pada pengembangan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa.
