Abstract

Background. Audio-visual media is media that contains elements of sound and images. It is useful for conveying information, knowledge, ideas, ideas in a more interesting way. The proper use of audiovisual media in accordance with the needs in education will be able to improve learning achievement. Audio visual media will help students in developing logical, critical, and creative thinking skills in solving problems. The use of audiovisual media in learning mathematics can improve student achievement in elementary school. This can be achieved as long as the use is effective and efficient. Purpose. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of using audio-visual media in improving student achievement in mathematics learning in elementary schools. This research will also be useful to find out the factors that influence the success of using audio-visual media. In addition, it is also to find out how far audiovisual media can help students in understanding mathematical concepts, increase learning motivation, and develop logical, critical, and creative thinking skills. Method. The method used in this research is quantitative. Quantitative method is a way of presenting data in the form of numbers. The data obtained is the result of the acquisition of responses. The data is taken from the distribution of questionnaires containing questions related to the effectiveness of the use of audio-visual media in improving student achievement in mathematics learning at the elementary school level. Results. The results of this study state that the use of audio visual in math learning in elementary schools can improve student achievement. The use of audiovisual media has a positive effectiveness in learning mathematics in elementary schools. The use of audiovisual media can improve student learning outcomes, concept understanding, ability to analyze, and interest in learning. However, the use of this media must also pay attention to certain factors in order to be effective. Conclusion This research can be concluded that audio visual media as a learning medium that contains elements of sound and images will be able to be used to convey information, knowledge, ideas, or ideas more interestingly. The use of audio-visual media in learning mathematics will help in improving students' concept understanding, interest, and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Background. The characteristics and achievements of each student are different. This is influenced by the methods, interests, talents, media, sources, environment, and even strategies of the students themselves. A blanded learning method that combines traditional classroom learning with online-based learning can make a big impact in the world of education. It will provide opportunities for students to learn with more flexibility. It also creates a more engaging learning experience. Purpose This study aims to find out how much the use of blended learning method affects students' achievement. This achievement is more specific to mathematics learning. This is because there are often difficulties in understanding mathematics learning by students. Therefore, the blended learning method is considered to be able to influence learning, especially mathematics. Method. The method used in this research is quantitative. This method is considered suitable as a measuring tool. This is because the effect of using the blanded learning method on student achievement can be measured by a number scale. So that it can be read or understood through graphs, percentages, or data processing. Research using quantitative methods that have the characteristics of using numbers will be more in line with this research. Results. The result of this study explains that the use of blanded learning method will affect students' achievement in learning mathematics. The blanded learning method that combines traditional and online-based learning will enrich the learning experience. Not only that, this method will also provide a combination of different methods, media, sources, environments, and even learning strategies. Conclusion This research can be concluded that the use of blanded learning method will provide innovation in learning. It will support different ways of learning from students. In addition, it will also help teachers in the flexibility of organising learning time. On the other hand, it will also help students who have difficulty in following face-to-face learning.

Abstract

Background:Utilizing cognitive technology has significantly improved educational outcomes, with a real impact on the effectiveness of the learning process.Cognitive technology allows teachers to present lesson content that is aligned with students' level of understanding and learning styles, resulting in more effective and efficient teaching. The use of cognitive technology not only increases the efficiency of the learning process but also creates a more thoughtful and focused learning environment for students. Research purposes:ObjectiveThis research aims to determine the impact of using cognitive technology in increasing the efficiency of the learning process. As well as knowing the effect of using cognitive technology which can increase efficiency in the learning process. So that the desired learning objectives are achieved. Method:This research uses quantitative methods so that it can provide data in the form of accurate numbers. Data was obtained by distributing an online questionnaire via the Google Form application to respondents. The respondents' results will be managed using the SPSS application. After data management, researchers present the data in the form of graphs or diagrams. Results:From the results of this research, it can be seen that cognitive technology has a significant impact in increasing the efficiency of the learning process. By using cognitive technology that can be accessed anytime and anywhere, it can make it easier for students to understand the material. So as to create an efficient learning process. Conclusion:From this research, researchers can conclude that the impact of using cognitive technology can increase efficiency in the learning process. So as to create a safe and comfortable learning atmosphere. And achieving the desired learning goals.

Abstract

Background:One impact that can disrupt students' concentration in studying is gadget dependence. This dependency can have an impact on students' academic achievement, such as decreasing test scores and poor learning quality and achievement. Therefore, schools must better monitor students' use of gadgets during lessons at school and notify students' parents or guardians to supervise or limit students' use of gadgets at home. Research purposes:This research was conducted with the aim of understanding the relationship between the impact of dependence on gadgets on students' learning concentration and academic performance, as well as the extent of the impact of dependence on gadgets on students. Method:The method used in this research is a quantitative method. This method is a way of collecting numerical data that can be tested. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires addressed to students. Furthermore, the data that has been collected from the results of distributing the questionnaire will be accessible in Excel format which can then be processed using SPSS. Results:From this research, researchers were able to obtain research results on the impact of dependence on gadgets on students' learning concentration and academic performance, which can indeed have a very big influence on students' focus in learning. However, if the use of gadgets can be utilized properly, the resulting negative impact on students' concentration and academic performance will be less. Conclusion:Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the impact of dependence on gadgets, if used frequently, will have an impact on students' learning concentration. By decreasing student concentration in learning, it can result in fatalities such as decreasing the level of student achievement itself. Therefore, supervision is needed, especially by parents, so that students at home do not always play or use gadgets all the time.
