Abstract

Kafe XYZ adalah salah satu pelaku usaha di Bidang Warung kopi di kawasan Kota Gresik yang mengarah ke semua kalangan dengan harga yang sangat mudah dijangkau oleh setiap lapisan masyarakat. Di Kafe XYZ belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kepuasan pelanggan sebe-lumnya. Dan permasalahan eksternal yang dihadapi saat ini adalah maraknya bermunculan pe-saing dengan konsep sejenis.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks kepusan pelanggan dan menentukan startegi pemasaran yang sesuai untuk kafe XYZ. Berdasarkan permasalahan dan tujuan, metode yang digunakan adalah Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dan SWOT. Metode CSI digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan sedangkan SWOT digunakan untuk meru-muskan strategi pemasaran yang akan di terapkan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode CSI terhadap lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan menunjukkan angka 74,20% atau 0,7420. Angka tersebut menujukkan bahwa pelanggan sudah merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang telah dibelikan oleh Kafe XYZ. Dari hasil analisa SWOT didapatkan strategi ST (Strength dan Threats) yang berisikan strategi meningkatkan promosi, pembacaan tren atau fenomena, mengamati langkah pemasaran pesaing, dan meningkatkan cita rasa khas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelangggan menggunakan metode analisis faktor serta menggunakan software SPSS di PT. PLN UP3 Surabaya Selatan. Dengan terpuaskannya kebutuhan para pelanggan, maka hal tersebut memiliki dampak yang positif bagi perusahaan. Apabila konsumen merasa puas akan suatu produk tentunya konsumen tersebut akan selalu menggunakan produk tersebut secara terus menerus. Dari output penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut yaitu dari 11 variabel hasil reduksi didapat dua faktor. Dari gambar diatas menunjukkan bahwa pada komponen 1 nilai korelasi 0,735 > 0,5; komponen 2 nilai korelasi 0,735 > 0,5. Karena tidak terdapat komponen dibawah 0,5 maka faktor yang terbentuk sudah dikatakan tepat dalam merangkum 11 variabel. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi tambahan bagi perusahaan agar dapat terus membuat para pelanggan puas.

Abstract

MSEs from the typical city of Trenggalek are the targeted targets for community service implementation. Through the creation of Instagram content, product content, QRIS, and initiatives to improve the attractiveness of items with good packaging that can last longer, the goal of this activity is to promote product durability and market coverage so that it is more well-known in other areas. In addition to making the product more robust, high-quality, long-lasting, and less prone to damage, the goal is to boost its competitiveness by offering stickers to help with product packaging, which should encourage entrepreneurs and lead to more prosperous enterprises. Since they have typically been entrepreneurs for decades—even in the second generation or more—this practice will help them to become more tough, robust, and unflappable when dealing with the problems of a chaotic and quickly changing world. Since the next generation must remain youthful at heart, they will also be introduced to entrepreneurial traits, such as being loyal to God Almighty, honest, imaginative, and creative, having a strong sense of self-worth, having the guts to take quantifiable business risks, and enjoying change. surroundings.

Abstract

Islamic Financing in Indonesia has not fully received the public's attention because the application of Islamic financing does not follow Sharia principles and Islamic law. This literature review aims to assist in understanding Islamic financing concerning the intention to use Islamic financing from the perspective of MSME owner-managers. Literature review method based on journals related to the keywords "attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, religiosity, Islamic financing" on the website https://scholar.google.com in the period 2013-2022. The results of previous research are summarized into four points: (1) most of the research was conducted in countries with Muslim majority populations; (2) the Theory of Planned Behavior was used as the theory underlying the research; (3) religiosity is an additional predictor because it is related to acceptance Islamic Financing by Muslim; and (4) the majority of research subjects are owner-manager of SMEs. The conclusion is the influence of individual assessment (attitudes) and social groups (subjective norms) affects individual control in the decision-making process by individuals. Religiosity may play a role in strengthening the relationship between individual assessment and social groups of perceived behavioral control. In the end, individual control influences the intention to use Islamic Financing.

Abstract

Akhir-akhir ini perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat. Hal tersebut juga mempengaruhi perusahaan agar dapat bekerja dengan baik. Sehingga, perusahaan harus mampu bersaing dengan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas agar tercapai produktivitas melalui pengembangan sistem. Saat ini, PT Bina Pertiwi Surabaya Branch telah mengaplikasikan sistem informasi dalam alur prosesnya, yaitu System Application and Product (SAP). SAP merupakan suatu sistem informasi berupa perangkat lunak dengan berbagai menu taskbar yang berfungsi untuk mengolah data. Salah satu menu taskbar yang umum digunakan, yaitu SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) khususnya tentang laporan pengeluaran perusahaan, segala urusan dengan vendor dan customer, serta input cuti dan lembur karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis prosedur posting expense menggunakan SAP. Penelitian ini menggunakan objek pada penerapan SAP dan pihak-pihak yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaplikasian SAP memberikan kemudahan bagi karyawan dalam mengolah data. Namun, tetap ditemukan kendala dari prosedur posting expense. Kendala tersebut, berasal dari pihak eksternal, yaitu tidak muncul nomer WO (Work Order) yang dapat menghambat jalannya prosedur posting expense. Sehingga, diberikan solusi untuk menyelesaikan kendala tersebut dengan melakukan 10 langkah-langkah penyelesaian yang meliputi, analisis kesulitan, komunikasi terbuka, pembaruan atau peningkatan prosedur, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penggunaan teknologi, tim kolaboratif, pengelolaan perubahan, evaluasi periodik, memberikan dukungan, dan fleksibilitas.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of talent management and motivation on employee performance at the Rahyat Housing Office, Settlement and Defense Areas of West Sumatra Province. This study uses quantitative methods. The population is employees at the Office of the Rahyat Housing Office, Settlement and Defense Areas of West Sumatra Province, as many as 59 respondents and the sample is 59 respondents, the sampling technique is saturated sapling technique where all populations are sampled. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS application. The results showed that talent management had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Rahyat Housing Office, Settlement and Defense Areas of West Sumatra Province, and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Rahyat Housing Office, Settlement and Defense Areas of West Sumatra Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotions and transfers on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency. The method used in this thesis research is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data collected in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale instrument with a sample of 68 civil servants, where the sampling method used was saturated sampling, which means the number of samples is the same as the total population. The data was processed using SPSS 16.00, with the results showing that the variables of promotion and mutation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency. By knowing the relationship between these variables, promotion and transfer policies can be used to improve the performance of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work discipline on employee performance at Bank Jatim Surabaya Branch. The research was motivated by the fact that in the increasingly competitive banking industry, human resources play a crucial role in ensuring service quality and organizational performance. Competence, which includes knowledge, skills, and attitudes, and work discipline, which reflects employees’ adherence to organizational rules and responsibilities, are believed to be key determinants of performance.The study employed a quantitative associative approach, involving 50 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed through multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The findings revealed that both competence and work discipline have positive and significant effects both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The regression results show that competence contributes more strongly to performance (β = 0.412) compared to work discipline (β = 0.367). The F-test value of 24.57 with a significance of 0.000 (< 0.05) indicates that both independent variables jointly influence performance, while the coefficient of determination (R² = 0.61) suggests that 61% of performance variation is explained by competence and work discipline.These results confirm that competent and disciplined employees tend to deliver better service, achieve performance targets, and maintain operational accuracy critical aspects in the banking sector. Therefore, it is recommended that Bank Jatim management strengthen training programs to enhance employee competence and consistently enforce discipline to sustain high levels of performance and service excellence.

Abstract

Shalat merupakan suatu ibadah mahdhah yang diwajibkan oleh Allah kepada setiap muslim baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Oleh kerena itu shalat tidak boleh ditinggalkan tanpa ada uzur syar`i. Skripsi ini berjudul “Hukum Meninggalkan Sahalat Tanpa Uzur Syar`i Studi Perbandingan Mazhab Hanafi dan Hambali. Mazhab Hambali menyebutkan orang yang meninggalkan shalat tanpa uzur syar`i maka dibunuh, sedangkan dalam mazhab hanafi yang meninggalkan shalat tanpa uzur syari ditangkap. Penelitian menggunakan metode kajian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan fiqh muqarran. Dari paparan permasalahan diatas dapat disimpulkan meninggalkan shalat tanpa uzur syari menurut mazhab Hanafi adalah fasik. Dan menurut mazhab Hambali adalah kafir karna mengingkari kewajiban shalat.
