Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of promotions and transfers on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency. The method used in this thesis research is a quantitative method with an associative approach. The data collected in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale instrument with a sample of 68 civil servants, where the sampling method used was saturated sampling, which means the number of samples is the same as the total population. The data was processed using SPSS 16.00, with the results showing that the variables of promotion and mutation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency. By knowing the relationship between these variables, promotion and transfer policies can be used to improve the performance of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Dharmasraya Regency.

Abstract

Desa Banyu Urip, Kecamatan Kedamean, Kabupaten Gresik, merupakan daerah yang memiliki berbagai macam potensi usaha. Mayoritas masyarakat di Desa Banyu Urip bermatapencaharian sebagai petani bunga hias. Mitra kami merupakan salah satu pelaku usaha kecil di Desa Banyu Urip yang bergerak dibidang indutri pot tanaman hias. Usaha tersebut sudah ditekuni selama kurang lebih 5 tahun. Saat ini usaha tersebut berjalan secara konvensional. Mitra hanya menggunakan alat sederhana untuk mengukir desain Pot Tanaman Hias, sehingga proses produksi 1 Pot Tanaman Hias memerlukan waktu sampai 1 minggu. Pemasaran produk juga masih hanya mengandalkan Toko-toko tanaman hias yang ada disekitar Mitra. Saat ini mitra ingin memiliki grinda untuk membantu proses mengukir desain pot, sehingga proses produksi Pot menjadi lebih efetif dan efisien. Selain itu, dalam mengembangkan usahanya, mitra ingin mengembangkan wawasannya di dunia digital marketing, sehingga usaha yang dijalankan oleh mitra saat ini dapat dikenal oleh masyarakat lebih luas, Program Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan mendukung kegiatan Mitra yaitu pembinaan dan pendampingan usaha, pelatihan digital marketing dan penyerahanan teknologi tepat guna.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work discipline on employee performance at Bank Jatim Surabaya Branch. The research was motivated by the fact that in the increasingly competitive banking industry, human resources play a crucial role in ensuring service quality and organizational performance. Competence, which includes knowledge, skills, and attitudes, and work discipline, which reflects employees’ adherence to organizational rules and responsibilities, are believed to be key determinants of performance.The study employed a quantitative associative approach, involving 50 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed through multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The findings revealed that both competence and work discipline have positive and significant effects both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The regression results show that competence contributes more strongly to performance (β = 0.412) compared to work discipline (β = 0.367). The F-test value of 24.57 with a significance of 0.000 (< 0.05) indicates that both independent variables jointly influence performance, while the coefficient of determination (R² = 0.61) suggests that 61% of performance variation is explained by competence and work discipline.These results confirm that competent and disciplined employees tend to deliver better service, achieve performance targets, and maintain operational accuracy critical aspects in the banking sector. Therefore, it is recommended that Bank Jatim management strengthen training programs to enhance employee competence and consistently enforce discipline to sustain high levels of performance and service excellence.

Abstract

Shalat merupakan suatu ibadah mahdhah yang diwajibkan oleh Allah kepada setiap muslim baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Oleh kerena itu shalat tidak boleh ditinggalkan tanpa ada uzur syar`i. Skripsi ini berjudul “Hukum Meninggalkan Sahalat Tanpa Uzur Syar`i Studi Perbandingan Mazhab Hanafi dan Hambali. Mazhab Hambali menyebutkan orang yang meninggalkan shalat tanpa uzur syar`i maka dibunuh, sedangkan dalam mazhab hanafi yang meninggalkan shalat tanpa uzur syari ditangkap. Penelitian menggunakan metode kajian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan fiqh muqarran. Dari paparan permasalahan diatas dapat disimpulkan meninggalkan shalat tanpa uzur syari menurut mazhab Hanafi adalah fasik. Dan menurut mazhab Hambali adalah kafir karna mengingkari kewajiban shalat.

Abstract

Bank profitability, as a key indicator of financial performance, has exhibited varying trends during the period from 2019 to 2024. Digital transformation presents opportunities for banks to enhance efficiency and profitability; however, challenges related to capitalization and credit risk remain primary concerns for regulators and industry participants in maintaining long-term stability and profitability. This explanatory quantitative study aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation, capitalization, and credit risk on profitability. The objects of this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2024 period. Using a census or saturated sampling method, 16 banks out of a total of 47 were selected as the sample. The study employs descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, all conducted using SPSS version 27. The results of the analysis indicate that digital transformation does not have a significant effect on profitability, while capitalization and credit risk significantly influence profitability. Therefore, banks need to strengthen their digital capabilities and risk management while optimizing their capital structure to enhance performance and competitiveness in line with the resource-based view approach.

Abstract

Investment decisions are long-term processes that require careful consideration, involving the allocation of funds to specific assets with the goal of generating returns and maintaining financial stability in the future. This study is urgent due to the rising trend of digital gold among millennials in the post-pandemic era. This study aims to examine the influence of lifestyle, financial technology, and financial literacy on the decision of millennials in Malang City to invest in digital gold. As explanatory research, it explains causal relationships among variables through hypothesis testing. Using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, 120 respondents were selected. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 27. The results show that lifestyle, financial technology, and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The results show that lifestyle, financial technology, and financial literacy significantly and positively affect investment decisions. The novelty of this study lies in linking behavioral, technological, and financial literacy aspects to explain digital gold investment. The findings suggest that both platforms and investors can apply these insights to support wiser investment choices.

Abstract

The infrastructure sector is one of the national development priority sectors that has experienced significant growth, both in terms of investment and economic output, as reflected in the upward trend of the sector's real GDP since 2021. However, amid this growth, the financial performance of companies in the infrastructure sector has shown a fluctuating trend and has not fully recovered, particularly when viewed through profitability indicators such as Return on Assets (ROA), which remains lower compared to the average of all sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity, and firm size on profitability in infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2023 period. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data utilized are secondary data in the form of financial statements from infrastructure sector companies listed on the IDX during 2019-2023 and information from each company’s official website. The sampling method used is census sampling with predetermined criteria, resulting in a sample of 22 companies. The analysis method employed is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 27. After conducting classical assumption tests, 3 companies were excluded as outliers, leaving 18 companies for the multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that leverage and liquidity have a significant effect on profitability, while firm size does not have a significant effect on profitability. Theoretically, this research supports the capital structure theory and the trade-off theory. Abstrak: Sektor infrastruktur merupakan salah satu sektor prioritas pembangunan nasional yang mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan, baik dari sisi investasi maupun output ekonomi, sebagaimana tercermin dalam tren peningkatan PDB riil sektor ini sejak 2021. Namun, di tengah pertumbuhan tersebut, kinerja keuangan perusahaan di sektor infrastruktur justru menunjukkan tren fluktuatif dan belum sepenuhnya pulih, terutama dilihat dari indikator profitabilitas seperti ROA yang masih lebih rendah dibandingkan rata-rata seluruh sektor di BEI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Leverage, Likuiditas, dan Ukuran perusahaan terhadap Profitabilitas pada perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2019-2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2019-2023 dan masing-masing website perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode sampel sensus atau sampling jenuh dengan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 22 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 27. Terdapat pengurangan sampel sebanyak 3 perusahaan (sebagai oulier) atas hasil uji asumsi klasik sehingga jumlah sampel menjadi 18 perusahaan yang dilakukan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Leverage dan Likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan, Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian ini secara teoritis mendukung teori struktur modal, serta teori trade-off.

Abstract

This study examines how learning interest and the learning environment influence students’ academic achievement in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at UPT SPF SD Inpres Panaikang II/1, Makassar. Education serves a vital role in shaping knowledgeable and morally grounded learners, and in PAI, success is determined by both internal and external factors. Despite existing research on these variables, studies focusing specifically on PAI at the elementary level remain limited. Preliminary observations revealed low interest in PAI and an insufficiently supportive learning environment, underscoring the need for empirical investigation. Using a quantitative descriptive design, data were gathered through observation, questionnaires, and documentation from 38 purposively selected fifth-grade students. Analytical procedures included instrument testing, multiple linear regression, and significance testing. Results show that students’ learning interest falls within a good category, the learning environment is considered high, and academic achievement in PAI is very good. Simultaneous testing indicates that learning interest and the learning environment together significantly influence academic achievement. However, partial analysis reveals that learning interest does not have a significant standalone effect, whereas the learning environment exerts a significant positive influence. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.243) indicates that both variables account for 24.3% of the variance in academic outcomes. The findings highlight the dominant role of external conditions in shaping PAI achievement. Enhancing supportive and interactive learning environments, supported by teacher initiatives and parental involvement, is essential for improving student performance. This study contributes to empirical understanding of the determinants of PAI learning success in elementary education.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of differentiated learning through the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach in the 5th-grade science subject at SDN Lenteng Agung 07 Pagi. The study used a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation with the 5th-grade science teacher and all students. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to assess the implementation of differentiation across four main aspects: content, process, product, and learning environment. The results showed that all 14 indicators of differentiated learning were implemented 100%. Teachers adjust the material based on diagnostic assessments, carry out different learning activities according to students' abilities, provide a variety of learning product formats, and create a flexible and inclusive learning environment. The conclusion of the research states that the TaRL approach is implemented very well because all elements of differentiation are fully achieved, making science learning more adaptive, equitable, and capable of meeting the learning needs of each student.
