Abstract

Kajajahi Leaves (Leucosyke Capitellata (poir) Wedd.) or also called Kandih Uso which has benefits such as slowing attachment, aggregation and platelet secretion. Therefore, this study was carried out aimed at finding out the secondary metabolites of the Kajajahi leaf knowing and the toxicity of the Kajajahi leaf ethanol extract using the Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BSLT) method. This extract is made by maceration using ethanol solvents for 7 days. Phytochemical tests are carried out to determine the secondary metabolites contained. Phytochemical content includes flavanoid, steroid, phenolic, saponin and quinone. The toxicity test was carried out using Artemia Salina L. shrimp larvae which was 48 hours old. The results of the extract toxicity are identified by the persentation of the death of the shrimp larvae using the LC50. This study shows the metabolites of secondary metabolites Ethanol extract Kajajahi leaf including flavanoid, steroid, phenolic, saponin and quinons and to be toxic with LC50 values of 0.0000166 ppm. Abstract

Kualitas produk pertanian sangat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, antara lain yakni perlindungan tanaman dari gangguan hama dengan penyemprotan pestisida. Penyemprotan dengan alat semprot konvensional memiliki kekurangan seperti membutuhkan lebih banyak tenaga kerja, kapasitas terbatas, membebani punggung, dan paparan sinar matahari yang harus dirasakan oleh petani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (a) menjelaskan spesifikasi alat semprot tanaman portabel berbasis panel surya dan (b) menjelaskan hasil uji fungsional alat semprot portabel berbasis panel surya. Metode penelitian adalah metode desain rekayasa, yang terdiri dari studi literatur dan perhitungan komponen panel surya, gambar teknik, proses pembuatan, uji fungsional, dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian adalah (a) telah berhasil dirancang dan dibangun alat semprot portabel berbasis panel surya, dengan ukuran panjang 160 cm, lebar 47 cm, dan tinggi 186 cm. Alat ini dilengkapi dengan enam nosel. Selain itu, alat ini juga dilengkapi dengan dua panel surya fleksibel 85 Wp, baterai 12V 20Ah, SCC 10A, dan pompa air 30 W. Alat ini memiliki dua roda dengan diameter 50 cm dan bergerak dengan cara didorong. (b) Hasil uji fungsional menunjukkan bahwa rata-ratan daya listrik yang dapat dihasilkan oleh perangkat ini adalah 62,39 W. Rata-rata aliran air yang dapat dikeluarkan oleh semua nosel pada perangkat ini adalah 3,17 ml/detik. Kata kunci: alat semprot tanaman, panel surya., pembuatan, perancangan, portabel

Abstract

The current humanitarian law is based on the experiences of Western countries during wars in Europe, so its formation is influenced by European politics. Meanwhile, Islam, because it was formed based on the customs of the ancient Arab people who fought on land. Therefore, it is very important to know the principles, systems, values, and foundations related to Islam's contribution to the development of international humanitarian law. This research is a type of normative legal research. Islam's contribution to International Humanitarian Law in two main aspects: Humanitarian Law related to general provisions concerning war and peace, and specifically related to prisoners of war, among other things.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk dan brand positioning terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan konsumen. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian ini bersifat survei. Lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada oulet Obat Haus yang berada di Kecamatan Wonomulyo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Obat Haus. Teknik sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling, penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Hair, et al. Dengan jumlah 80 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis PLS (Partial Least Squares) versi 4.1.1.2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, inovasi produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen, brand positioning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen, serta inovasi produk dan brand positioning berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The development of online gaming platforms based on user-generated content, such as Roblox, has created broad opportunities for user creativity while simultaneously raising legal issues related to the dissemination of violent content. This study aims to analyze the regulation of criminal liability for the dissemination of violent content on digital game platforms, particularly Roblox, and to examine the Indonesian positive law framework related to this issue. The research employs a normative legal method using statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches through library-based legal research. The results indicate that Indonesian positive law does not specifically regulate the dissemination of violent content on online game platforms, but such conduct may still fall under general provisions of the Criminal Code, the Electronic Information and Transactions Law, and regulations on electronic system providers. The study also finds normative gaps and potential multi-interpretation in law enforcement practices, highlighting the need for harmonization and more adaptive legal reforms to ensure effective legal protection.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the criminal law provisions concerning same-sex immoral acts within the context of adultery offenses in Indonesia, particularly in light of the reform of national criminal law under the 2023 Criminal Code (KUHP). The research employs a normative legal method with statutory, conceptual, comparative, and case approaches. The findings indicate that neither the old nor the new Criminal Code explicitly criminalizes sexual orientation or consensual same-sex relations between adults. The new Criminal Code instead broadens the scope of morality-related offenses through Articles 411 and 414, emphasizing the protection of morality, public order, and the institution of marriage, while restricting enforcement through the mechanism of an absolute complaint (delik aduan absolut). The legal implications demonstrate the state’s attempt to balance public morality with respect for human rights, although the potential for indirect discrimination remains in legal practice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify factors influencing customer loyalty in Islamic banks, focusing on educational organizations in Indonesia. Customer loyalty is a crucial aspect for the sustainability of Islamic banks, especially amidst increasingly fierce competition in the banking industry. This study employed a quantitative research design, utilizing primary data collected via structured questionnaires. Quantitative approaches are well-suited for testing hypotheses and analyzing relationships between variables statistically. The questionnaires were distributed both in-person and online to Islamic bank customers from educational organizations in Indonesia over a four-week period with a final sample of 101 respondents. The data were analyzed using SEM-PLS to test the measurement and structural models. The results indicate that service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, brand image, and loyalty. While customer satisfaction affects brand image, it does not directly influence loyalty, whereas brand image plays a key role in driving customer loyalty. Theoretically, this study contributes to the Islamic banking literature by confirming the mediating roles of brand image and customer satisfaction and offering a foundation for future research on loyalty in institutional and sharia-based financial contexts. This study provides practical insights for Islamic bank management to enhance customer loyalty through improved service quality, trust building, and consistent implementation of sharia principles.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has enabled the creation of increasingly realistic digital memes and videos that are easily disseminated through social media. This presents new challenges in criminal law enforcement, particularly when the AI content contains violations such as defamation, identity manipulation, privacy violations, and disinformation. This study aims to answer two research questions: (1) how criminal law in Indonesia regulates the creation and distribution of AI-based video memes on social media; and (2) what form of criminal liability is imposed on creators of AI-based video memes that contain elements of legal violations. This study uses a normative legal research method, positioning law as a system of norms examined through literature review. The approaches used include a statutory regulatory approach, a case approach, a contextual approach, and a comparative approach. The legal sources consist of primary legal materials in the form of the Criminal Code, the New Criminal Code, the Electronic Information and Transactions Law, the 1945 Constitution, and other related regulations; secondary legal materials in the form of books, legal journals, and expert opinions; and tertiary legal materials such as legal dictionaries and encyclopedias. The research findings indicate that current Indonesian legal regulations do not specifically regulate the creation of AI-based memes or videos. Therefore, law enforcement still relies on general provisions such as Articles 27–36 of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law) and articles of the Criminal Code concerning defamation, insults, or the dissemination of unlawful content. Consequently, there are limitations in norms and disclosures in determining the elements of culpability and accountability of AI content creators. Therefore, this research emphasizes the need for reform of national criminal law, both through specific regulations regarding AI-based content and by strengthening the concept of criminal liability in the context of generative technology.

Abstract

Village regulations are legal products that have their own position in the life of village communities as guidelines for the administration of village government. There is a lack of development facilities that are suitable for the village environment to support the community, thus encouraging the creation of village regulations. The aim of the research is to find out a picture of the implementation of village regulations towards increasing community civic engagement. The research method used is a qualitative approach through observation, in-depth interviews with the community, community institutions and village government and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of village regulations on community civic engagement takes the form of implementation of village regulations by building facilities and infrastructure in the form of roads and banjars, bridges, irrigation and water gates, as well as installing street lighting. Description of the implementation of the community being able to contribute, build organization, take action or take action, motivate and be responsible for implementing village regulations. There is a need to increase communication, education and the use of technology to help increase community involvement. Thus, it is hoped that this research will be able to contribute to further understanding of the implementation of village regulations to increase community civic engagement.

Abstract

The Cup-to-Disc Ratio (CDR) is widely used as a diagnostic indicator for glaucoma, although variations and irregularities can influence its accuracy in the Optic Disc (OD) and Optic Cup (OC). To overcome this challenge, automated image segmentation is used. However, image segmentation is challenged by image blurriness, noise, and uneven illumination, which can affect segmentation quality and increase the risk of misdiagnosis. To address these challenges, this study applies a combined Flip-Gamma Augmentation and SegFormer approach for OD and OC segmentation. Flip-Gamma augmentation increases image diversity and improves image quality by adjusting brightness and contrast. Meanwhile, the SegFormer uses a Transformer-based backbone and efficiently extracts multi-scale features to enhance segmentation performance. Experimental results on the Drishti-GS dataset show that applying Flip-Gamma (δ = 0.8, 0.9, 1.1, 1.2) is associated with improved segmentation performance across all classes, with sensitivity (90-99%), DSC (90-99%), IoU (82-99%), and ROC (94-99%), indicating consistent segmentation of OD, OC and background regions. Furthermore, a one-sided Mann-Whitney U test indicates differences in performance compared to other augmentation methods. These findings suggest that the proposed augmentation strategy is beneficial for segmentation on the Drishti-GS dataset. However, further validation on larger and more diverse datasets is required to assess generalizability.
