Abstract

This study explores the role of local spirituality in shaping regenerative coffee tourism in Flores, Indonesia. Using a qualitative descriptive approach based on semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of rituals, the research examines how spiritual values—such as sacred relationships with the land, ancestral offerings, and communal rituals—inform ecologically responsible and culturally rooted tourism practices. The findings reveal that community-based coffee tourism in Flores fosters not only environmental sustainability but also spiritual healing for both hosts and visitors. Framed as a “liturgy of encounter,” tourism becomes a transformative space for reflection, cultural dialogue, and ethical regeneration. This study contributes to the emerging literature on regenerative and spiritual tourism by offering an integrative framework that connects ecology, faith, and community. It also recommends policy support for culturally embedded tourism models that honor local wisdom and spiritual ethics.

Abstract

The principle of good faith is a fundamental doctrine in Indonesian contract law, applying not only during the performance of a contract but also at the pre-contractual stage, particularly in negotiation and contract drafting. This study analyzes the regulation, application, and legal obligations arising from the principle of good faith before a contract is concluded, including the duties of disclosure, confidentiality, and serious negotiation. This research employs a normative legal method using statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings indicate that violations of good faith during negotiations may result in legal liability through tort based on the doctrine of culpa in contrahendo. Thus, the principle of good faith functions as a corrective mechanism to contractual freedom and as a protective instrument for weaker parties within contractual relations.

Abstract

The digital era has driven significant changes across various sectors of life, including education, particularly in economics learning. This study aims to analyze the transformation of economics learning through the use of digital media by mapping current research trends, identifying the effectiveness of various digital learning tools, and examining the challenges and opportunities associated with their implementation. The study employs a systematic literature review method through the analysis of scientific journals and books published between 2021 and 2025. The data were synthesized from thirteen previous studies relevant to the theme of digital transformation in economics education. The findings indicate that digital media, such as Augmented Reality (AR), the instructional design platform Canva, and the local wisdom–based application Ekonara, contribute positively to improving learning outcomes, conceptual understanding, learning motivation, and students’ economic literacy. Beyond influencing instructional practices, digital transformation also requires a shift in educational paradigms, particularly in redefining teachers’ roles as learning facilitators, strengthening digital financial literacy, and addressing ethical considerations related to technology use. Therefore, the success of transforming economics learning depends not only on the utilization of technology but also on the balanced integration of technology, pedagogy, and learning content that is adaptive to the needs and characteristics of learners in the digital era.
