Research aim : This study aims to analyze the most dominant factors in the number of efficient Shuttlecock raw material orders in order to fulfill the raw material inventory at PT. Walet Putih and determine the Safety Stock and Re-Order Point. Design/Methode/Approach : In this study the method used is quantitative descriptive and the calculation model used isEconomic Order Quantity (EOQ).The subject of this study is the supply of Shuttlecock raw materials. Data collection techniques are carried out using interviews and documentation. Research Finding : The results of this study indicate that the purchase of Shuttlecock raw materials obtained an economic order quantity or can be called the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) of 1,329 dozens per order. The maximum inventory level based on the average maximum value of 664 dozens. This value is the safety stock value based on the average inventory of 1,692 dozens or the amount of safety stock is 1,028 dozens greater than the company's calculation. The Re-Order Point value is 1,791 dozens. While the Total Cost (TC) value generated is 2,517,849,000 every 12 months. This value is the total sum of the total Inventory (Holding + Set Up) Cost. This value is usually greater than the amount that can be spent Rp. 183,348,800. Or a difference of more than Rp. 2,334,500,200. Theoretical contribution/Originality : The results of this study are expected to be useful and to increase understanding of operational management, especially in raw material inventory using the calculation method with Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Practitionel/Policy implication : For business people, the results of this study are expected to be applied in their companies to overcome current problems, namely shortages and excesses of raw material supplies Research limitation : The limitation of this study is that the data comes from historical data, so it cannot describe the actual conditions because the condition of raw material inventory can change over time.

Background: Anxiety about the future is a phenomenon often experienced by high school students, especially when preparing to continue their education in college. Feelings of fear of failing to enter their dream college, difficulty adapting, and uncertainty about future prospects often cause disturbing psychological and physical symptoms. Social support from family, friends, and the environment is believed to be able to reduce these anxiety levels. Purpose: To determine the influence of social support on students' future anxiety levels in preparation for entering college. Method: The study used quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques. The research sample consisted of 146 high school students aged 15–18 years who wished to continue their studies at university. The instruments used were a social support scale with a Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.929 and a future anxiety scale with a reliability of 0.915. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression. Results: The study indicate a significant negative correlation between social support and future anxiety (sig. 0.000; p < 0.05). The correlation coefficient is 0.523 with a coefficient of determination of 0.273, which means that social support contributes 27.3% to the reduction in anxiety, while 72.7% is influenced by other factors. The regression coefficient (B) of -0.659 confirms that the higher the social support received by students, the lower their anxiety levels. Conclusion: Social support plays an important role in reducing high school students' anxiety about the future. This study provides a theoretical contribution regarding the relationship between social support and anxiety, as well as practical guidance for parents, teachers, and the surrounding community in providing optimal support to students who are preparing to enter college. Suggestion: For future researchers, they can add broader topics or add variables that may be related to the two variables in this study. Keywords: Anxiety; Social Support; Students. Pendahuluan: Kecemasan masa depan merupakan fenomena yang sering dialami siswa SMA, terutama saat mempersiapkan diri untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Perasaan takut gagal masuk kampus impian, kesulitan beradaptasi, maupun ketidakpastian prospek masa depan sering menimbulkan gejala psikologis dan fisik yang mengganggu. Dukungan sosial dari keluarga, teman, maupun lingkungan diyakini mampu menurunkan tingkat kecemasan tersebut. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap tingkat kecemasan masa depan siswa dalam persiapan masuk perguruan tinggi. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 146 siswa SMA berusia 15–18 tahun yang berkeinginan melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa skala dukungan sosial dengan reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha 0.929 dan skala kecemasan masa depan dengan reliabilitas 0.915. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil: Menunjukkan adanya pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dan kecemasan masa depan (sig. 0.000; p < 0.05). Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.523 dengan koefisien determinasi 0.273, berarti dukungan sosial berkontribusi 27.3% terhadap penurunan kecemasan, sedangkan 72.7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Simpulan: Dukungan sosial memainkan peran penting dalam menurunkan kecemasan masa depan siswa SMA. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis mengenai keterkaitan dukungan sosial dan kecemasan, serta menjadi rujukan praktis bagi orang tua, guru, dan lingkungan sekitar dalam memberikan dukungan optimal kepada siswa yang sedang mempersiapkan diri masuk perguruan tinggi. Saran: Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, dapat menambahkan topik yang lebih luas lagi ataupun menambahkan variabel yang mungkin berkaitan dengan dua variabel pada penelian ini. This study explores the challenges of evangelism at the Sudanese International Church in Amman, Jordan, located within a predominantly Islamic socio-cultural context. The research aims to identify and analyze effective evangelistic methods applied by church workers among Middle Eastern refugee communities. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and field observations. The findings reveal that effective evangelism in Jordan requires relational, holistic, and contextual approaches. The integration of the Three Circles method, the Markaz discipleship model, and social acts of love forms a strategic framework for reaching Muslim and refugee communities. The novelty of this research lies in its synthesis of theological and socio-humanitarian approaches, providing a practical model for Christian mission in Islamic contexts

This study critically examines the syncretism of the Christian faith among the Ono Niha Tribe in GBT KAO Afulu, particularly regarding the belief in ancestral spirits (Malaika Zinomate). Using a qualitative method involving interviews with church and community leaders, along with literature and biblical studies, the research reveals a blend of Christian teachings with local traditions that conflict with biblical doctrine. Practices such as death rituals and prayers to ancestors hinder the congregation’s spiritual growth and obscure core Christian teachings. The study affirms the biblical truth that there is no communication between the living and the dead and highlights the need for teaching grounded in Scripture. It recommends a contextual approach that filters, rather than rejects, local culture through the lens of the Gospel, alongside holistic evangelism and biblical instruction to overcome syncretism and foster true spiritual transformation. Learning biodiversity content in IPAS subjects at the elementary school level still encounters several challenges, particularly low student interest and learning achievement caused by the limited utilization of digital learning media. This research was conducted to design and assess the practicality and impact of Google Sites–based learning media for teaching biodiversity to fourth-grade students. The research utilizes a Research and Development approach based on the ADDIE framework, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The participants consisted of 23 fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Binorong. Data were obtained through observations, questionnaires, and pretest–posttest instruments. The findings revealed that the developed Google Sites–based learning media was classified as highly feasible, with validation results of 98.33% from material experts and 93.33% from media experts. The paired t-test showed significant pretest–posttest differences, and N-Gain analysis indicated moderate to high learning gains, confirming the feasibility and effectiveness of Google Sites–based media for elementary IPAS instruction.

General Background: The global educational shift requires movement from surface learning toward complex problem-solving supported by intelligent systems. Specific Background: Adaptive learning grounded in Cognitive Load Theory is increasingly deployed to address diverse working memory capacities through data-driven adjustment. Knowledge Gap: Current implementations remain dominated by behavioral personalization while overlooking internal cognitive dynamics during learning processes. Aims: This study synthesizes empirical evidence to examine mechanisms of cognitive personalization, evaluate its contribution to deep learning indicators, and identify pedagogical constraints through a Systematic Literature Review. Results: Analysis of 13 studies reveals that adaptive systems operate as cognitive architects by dynamically reducing extraneous cognitive load, fostering higher-order thinking skills, improving retention, and stabilizing learning emotions. However, challenges arise from dual-task interface complexity, limited teacher data literacy, infrastructure constraints, and ethical concerns regarding data privacy and algorithmic bias. Novelty: The study advances a Human-in-the-Loop framework integrating AI with fading strategies to prevent analytical dependency while maintaining learner autonomy. Implications: The findings extend Cognitive Load Theory through dynamic load management and highlight the necessity of reconstructing teacher competencies toward AI-Pedagogical Content Knowledge while encouraging future validation across diverse learner contexts. Contemporary multicultural Islamic education faces a significant challenge in aligning its educational evaluation practices with the broader objectives of inclusivity, ethical humanism, and intercultural coexistence. Existing evaluation systems remain predominantly oriented toward cognitive achievement, standardized assessment, and behavioral compliance, thereby inadequately capturing ethical awareness, empathy, social responsibility, and intercultural competence within diverse educational settings. This study aims to develop a transformative evaluation framework for multicultural Islamic education through the lens of inclusive pedagogy and ethical humanism. Employing a qualitative-dominant mixed-methods design with an exploratory sequential approach, the research was conducted across four Islamic educational institutions in Malang, Indonesia. The participants consisted of 36 educational stakeholders, including Islamic education lecturers, teachers, educational evaluators, administrators, and postgraduate students. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and expert validation questionnaires, and subsequently analyzed using thematic analysis and descriptive statistical techniques. The findings reveal that current evaluation practices within multicultural Islamic education remain heavily dominated by cognitive-oriented paradigms, resulting in the marginalization of ethical, intercultural, and humanistic dimensions of learning. The study identifies six core evaluative dimensions essential for transformative multicultural Islamic education, namely inclusive participation, intercultural competence, ethical awareness, empathy and social sensitivity, collaborative engagement, and equitable assessment practices. These dimensions were integrated into a proposed evaluation framework grounded in inclusive pedagogy and ethical humanism. The study contributes theoretically by reconstructing educational evaluation beyond academic performance and offers practical implications for curriculum reform, teacher development, inclusive educational policy, and sustainable human-centered education within pluralistic societies.

This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect of the discovery learning model supported by interactive maps on students’ interest in learning Natural and Social Sciences (NSS); (2) analyze the effect of the discovery learning model supported by interactive maps on learning outcomes in NSS; and (3) analyze the simultaneous effect of the discovery learning model supported by interactive maps on students’ interest and learning outcomes in IPAS. This study employed a quasi-experimental design of the nonequivalent control group type involving 56 fourth-grade students at SDN Ngadirgo 03, comprising an experimental class and a control class. Data were collected through observation, interviews, a learning interest questionnaire, and a learning achievement test. The learning interest questionnaire consisted of 16 valid and reliable Likert-scale statements (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.883). The learning achievement test consisted of 20 valid and reliable multiple-choice questions (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0.895). The results indicate that: (1) the discovery learning model supported by interactive maps has a significant effect on increasing students’ interest in learning IPAS (sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with an N-Gain of 0.64 (moderate category) in the experimental class, higher than the control class's 0.12 (low category); (2) the discovery learning model supported by interactive maps has a significant effect on improving NSS learning outcomes (sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with an N-Gain of 0.71 (high category) compared to 0.39 (moderate category) in the control class; and (3) based on the MANCOVA test, the model exhibited a significant simultaneous effect on interest and learning outcomes after controlling for pretest scores (sig. 0.000 < 0.05).

Fruit leather is one of the processed fruit products, shaped similar to thin sheets with specific consistency and flavor. One of the suitable fruits that can be processed to fruit leather was horn plantain (Musa corniculata Lour.). The aim of this research was to determine the effect of the addition of gum arabic on sensoryand physical, and chemical characteristics of horn plantain fruit leather and most acceptable gum arabic concentration addition for consumer. The analysis method used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with single factor of the addition of gum arabic. Concentration addition of gum arabic in horn plantain fruit leatherwas 0,3%; 0,6%; and 0,9%. Based on the analysis result according to the sensory analysis using hedonic test, the addition of gum arabic to the horn plantain fruit leather resulted a significant effect on the parameters of color, texture, and overall, whereas the addition of gum arabic to the horn plantain fruit leather did not have a significant effect on the parameters of scent and flavor. The physical and chemical analysis result of the horn plantain fruit leather with gum arabic addition had significant effect on water content (12,696% -13,775% (wb)) and dietary fiber (2,7563% - 5,0825% (db)), and had no significant effect on ash content (2,875% - 2,896% (db)), water activity (Aw) (0,54 - 0,56), and tensile strength (4,8449 N - 5,8125 N). The recommended gum arabic addition to the horn plaintain fruit leather was 0,6%.Keywords: arabic gum, fruit leather, horn plantain

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of inclusive education in classes 2B and 3B at SD Pangudi Luhur Xaverius, Semarang City, with a focus on learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, challenges in creating a conducive learning environment, and the efforts of teachers to overcome these challenges. Using qualitative research methods with a case study type, data were collected thru interviews with the principal, class teachers, and students of classes 2B and 3B, observations, and documentation. The data validity technique used is source triangulation by comparing information from different sources with the aim of obtaining a more comprehensive data conclusion. The data analysis technique used is data collection thru interviews, observations, and documentation, data reduction, data presentation, as well as conclusion and verification. The research results show that teachers implement constructivist-based learning thru adaptive learning media, peer tutoring, and differentiation of content, process, and product. Teachers face obstacles in implementing inclusive education, such as creating a conducive learning environment and simultaneously meeting the diverse learning needs of students. To overcome these obstacles, teachers make efforts by collaborating with regular students to become peer tutors for special needs students and integrating techniques or teaching methods that support task differentiation for special needs students. Based on the research findings, the implementation of inclusive education demonstrates good constructivist practices, but systemic support is still needed for sustainability.
