Abstract

Optimizing the analysis of learner needs is a crucial stage in the development of artificial intelligence (AI)-based history learning videos. With proper analysis, the development of learning videos can be adjusted to user needs, both in terms of material, delivery methods, and AI-based interactive features. This article discusses the role of needs analysis in the development of AI-based history learning videos, including identifying user needs, mapping appropriate technology, and its impact on the effectiveness of history learning. The methods used in this study include interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the study show that a comprehensive needs analysis can increase the relevance, engagement, and understanding of learners in AI-based learning. By understanding learners' needs in depth, developers can create learning videos that are more effective, interesting, and in line with technological developments.

Abstract

The massive development of digital technology has influenced various areas of human life, including education. AI is a technology that has the potential to provide a new color in the creation of learning media. However, the lack of teacher readiness to optimize the use of AI is still an obstacle, which is why training in creating learning media based on artificial intelligence (AI) was carried out for history teachers in Lahat Regency. This activity aims to help teachers understand and utilize technology in their teaching process. The participants who attended were history teachers in Lahat Regency. This training is carried out in various ways, including lectures, discussions and direct practice sessions. In the training, teachers were introduced to several AI applications, such as Bing Image Creator, Google Bard, and CapCut. During the activity, the teachers showed great enthusiasm. They show a strong desire to learn and practice using this technology. After attending the training, many teachers feel more confident and have new skills in creating interactive and interesting learning media. Evaluations carried out after the training also showed that they were now able to apply the knowledge gained in creating learning media, which was expected to improve the quality of teaching in the classroom.Keywords: Community Service, Training, Learning Media, AIABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi digital secara masif telah mempengaruhi berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia termasuk diantaranya pada bidang pendidikan. AI merupakan teknologi yang memiliki potensi untuk memberikan warna baru dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran. Namun kurangnya kesiapan guru untuk mengoptimalisasi penggunaan AI masih menjadi hambatan, oleh karena itulah dilaksanakan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) bagi guru sejarah di Kabupaten Lahat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru-guru dalam memahami dan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam proses pengajaran mereka. Para peserta yang hadir merupakan guru sejarah di Kabupaten Lahat. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan cara yang bervariasi, meliputi ceramah, diskusi, dan sesi praktik langsung. Dalam pelatihan, para guru diperkenalkan pada beberapa aplikasi AI, seperti Bing Image Creator, Google Bard, dan CapCut. Selama kegiatan, terlihat sekali antusiasme yang besar dari para guru. Mereka menunjukkan keinginan yang kuat untuk belajar dan berlatih menggunakan teknologi ini. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, banyak guru yang merasa lebih percaya diri dan memiliki keterampilan baru dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik. Evaluasi yang dilakukan setelah pelatihan juga menunjukkan bahwa mereka kini sudah bisa menerapkan pengetahuan yang didapat dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran di kelas.Kata Kunci: Pengabdian Kepada Masyarkat,Pelatihan, Media Pembelajaran, AI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kontribusi lingkungan sekolah dalam mendukung kesejahteraan mental dan pencapaian akademik peserta didik. Penelitiini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung yang berlangsung di lingkungan sekolah. Proses analisis dilakukan secara tematik untuk mengungkap keterkaitan antara faktor lingkungan sekolah dengan kesehatan mental dan prestasi akademik. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, aman secara emosional, serta menjunjung nilai inklusivitas dan dukungan sosial berperan penting dalam menurunkan tingkat stres siswa. Keberadaan layanan konseling, kegiatan pengembangan literasi emosi, dan pendekatan pengajaran yang empatik terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Guru tidak hanya bertindak sebagai pendidik, tetapi juga memainkan peran penting sebagai pendamping emosional yang membangun keterikatan positif dengan peserta didik. Partisipasi aktif orang tua dan dukungan tenaga profesional seperti konselor sekolah juga memperkuat efektivitas intervensi yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, teknologi memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan perkembangan peserta didik. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan dapat meningkatkan akses terhadap informasi, keterlibatan siswa, serta efektivitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis berbagai sumber terpercaya seperti jurnal, buku, dan artikel ilmiah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, seperti kemudahan akses ke sumber belajar, peningkatan interaksi antara guru dan siswa, serta dukungan terhadap metode pembelajaran inovatif. Namun, ada tantangan bagi peserta didik, yang mana dapat membuat peserta didik sulit berkembang seperti kecanduan teknologi dan konteks media digital menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan perlu diimbangi dengan literasi digital dan pengawasan yang tepat. Apabila diterapkan dengan bijak, teknologi dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan untuk perkembangan peserta didik.

Abstract

Learning in schools needs to be updated to make it more engaging and relevant for students. Lessons should be delivered in a fun and creative way. When lessons are taught in an enjoyable manner, students will not only understand the material more easily, but they will also be more motivated to learn. Therefore, the use of innovative teaching strategies is crucial to create a more lively and interactive learning environment. Creative learning is the key to creating an enjoyable learning atmosphere. The Ulu Script learning uses creative learning. The method in this research employs a case study approach, utilizing bottle relay games and videos to enhance students' understanding of the Ulu Script material. Students not only find the lesson easier to understand, but this method also increases their interest. Based on observations from 14 students, ten students, or 71.43%, said that this method made the Ulu Script material very easy to understand. The other four students, or 28.57%, also mentioned that the method was easy to understand. This shows that using a case study method with a creative approach can improve students' comprehension and interest in learning. Therefore, creative and enjoyable learning has the potential to improve the quality of education in schools.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), has opened new opportunities for developing more adaptive and personalized learning media. This study aims to analyze the needs of teachers and students regarding the development of an AI-based interactive e-module as a means to enhance academic literacy. A descriptive qualitative approach was used, employing questionnaires and semi-structured interviews with high school teachers and students. The results indicate that both teachers and students require learning tools capable of adapting to individual proficiency levels, providing real-time feedback, and facilitating key literacy skills such as reading comprehension, academic writing, and information evaluation. These findings suggest that AI-based interactive e-modules hold significant potential to address the limitations of conventional learning and support the achievement of academic competencies more effectively. This study serves as a foundational step in designing pedagogically relevant and technologically innovative e-modules

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has brought major changes to the world of education, especially in terms of the media used to support the teaching and learning process. The use of ICT-based media offers various advantages, such as fast access to information, more interesting learning materials, and a more flexible and personalized approach. This article aims to analyze the role of ICT-based media in improving student learning outcomes. In this discussion, it is explained how the use of ICT can enrich learning experiences, increase student motivation, and support more collaborative and independent learning. Even though there are various benefits, this article also identifies several challenges faced in implementing ICT-based media, such as gaps in technology access, limited infrastructure, and a lack of digital skills among teachers and students. Based on this analysis, this article concludes that although ICT-based media has great potential to improve learning outcomes, the success of its implementation is very dependent on infrastructure readiness, training for teachers, and awareness of the importance of technology integration in the education curriculum. For this reason, there needs to be a more planned strategy and support from all parties to maximize the use of ICT in education

Abstract

Independence is a fundamental element that develops alongside the changes occurring within an individual, influenced by personal needs, societal demands, advancements in knowledge, and differing life goals. Various factors affect the changes in adolescent independence, starting from external pressures or the individual’s desire to become more independent and less reliant on others. This article discusses the definition of adolescent independence, the factors influencing it, the relationship between adolescent independence and career success, as well as theories and strategies for developing adolescent independence. The aim of this article is to encourage positive changes in the independence of teenagers who wish to start living independently in the world.

Abstract

The problems faced by students have a considerable effect on the quality of education, particularly at the secondary education level. Internal factors such as academic stress, low learning motivation, and unstable psychological conditions can hinder students' academic development. Meanwhile, external factors such as family environment, complex curriculum, high education costs, and inadequate facilities further deteriorate the education system. These challenges contribute to low student achievement, increased dropout rates, and declining quality of social interactions in educational settings. This article uses a literature review approach to examine various. factors affecting education quality and explores possible solutions. The findings indicate that intervention from schools, parents, and the government is crucial to creating an inclusive, supportive, and responsive educational environment.

Abstract

Adolescent career independence is a crucial aspect in facing the increasingly competitive world of work. This article discusses the role of education and environment in shaping adolescent career independence. Education, both formal and non-formal, provides the foundation of skills and knowledge needed to enter the world of work. On the other hand, the environment, including family, peers, and social communities, plays a role in shaping adolescents' mindsets, values, and motivations in planning their future. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study to explore the factors that influence adolescent career independence. The results show that quality education, effective career guidance, and positive environmental support contribute greatly to increasing adolescent readiness to make career decisions independently. In conclusion, collaboration between education, family, and society is key to building a young generation that is independent and ready to face the challenges of the world of work.
