Abstract

To achieve MSME innovation and performance, leadership is crucial. Burns's divided leadership into transformational and transactional styles is one of the key theories of leadership. The purpose of this essay is to pinpoint the best leadership philosophies for enhancing SME organizational performance. This study included a methodical review of the literature. According to the study's findings, transformational leadership is thought to enhance organizational performance in SMEs. Contrarily, there is little evidence that the transactional leadership style improves organizational performance in SMEs. In conclusion, transformational leadership is more crucial than transactional leadership for enhancing MSME performance. These findings help MSME executives develop transformational leadership, which is focused on the charisma of the leader.

Abstract

Digital talent management (DTM) discussion in the digital transformation process is gaining attention. This study intends to identify the theoretical, context, characteristic, and methodological (TCCM) contributions of prior research on DTM. This research utilized a Systematic Literature Review approach with PRISMA Protocols and TCCM framework analysis and Watase Uake as data processing tools. The findings indicate that DTM is a strategic capability discourse; predominantly occurred within organizational, business, and industry-specific contexts, and operated as an Input-Process-Output System. Further evidence shows an AI paradox and the prevalence of quantitative approaches. Future research should shift from organizational-centric models towards collaborative ecosystem frameworks.

Abstract

Background: Organizations increasingly depend on ai-ready management accounting, yet visible activity does not by itself demonstrate reliable capability or sustainable value. Fragmented responsibilities, weak evidence, and locally optimized metrics can cause decisions about msmes to create unmanaged exposure elsewhere. Aim: This article develops a governance framework that connects ai-ready management accounting, msmes, and human judgment through five mutually reinforcing capabilities: data integrity, model and technology controls, human judgment, accountability, and continuous monitoring. Method: The paper uses an integrative conceptual review. Established management research, professional standards, and institutional guidance are synthesized through construct clarification, mechanism mapping, risk-control analysis, and proposition development. It does not report respondents, sample statistics, or causal estimates. Results: The synthesis indicates that performance becomes more resilient when decision rights, data definitions, controls, escalation paths, and learning routines are designed as one management system. The proposed model links each capability to observable evidence and balanced indicators. Contribution: The article offers an auditable implementation sequence and propositions that can be tested in later empirical research.

Abstract

Background: Organizations increasingly depend on knowledge management, yet visible activity does not by itself demonstrate reliable capability or sustainable value. Fragmented responsibilities, weak evidence, and locally optimized metrics can cause decisions about succession resilience to create unmanaged exposure elsewhere. Aim: This article develops a governance framework that connects knowledge management, succession resilience, and role clarity through five mutually reinforcing capabilities: inclusive participation, capability development, role clarity, fair accountability, and institutional learning. Method: The paper uses an integrative conceptual review. Established management research, professional standards, and institutional guidance are synthesized through construct clarification, mechanism mapping, risk-control analysis, and proposition development. It does not report respondents, sample statistics, or causal estimates. Abstract

This study analyzes the evolution of airport strategic development research by addressing two key objectives: examining changes in the focus and content of airport strategic management studies over time, and identifying influential studies that have shaped the field. A total of 375 publications related to airport strategic management were reviewed, utilizing a combination of quantitative bibliometric techniques and qualitative analysis to capture trends and significant contributions. Articles were sourced from Google Scholar and Crossref, and keyword classifications were developed based on citation patterns. This approach highlights the historical trajectory and emerging directions in airport strategic planning, revealing trends in areas such as airport economics, terminal design, sector deregulation, model development, adaptive strategic planning, integration with regional development, aviation industry dynamics, and COVID-19-related adjustments. Content analysis provided further insight into these focal areas. Notably, Wijnen (2008) was identified as a prolific author in the field, while Kwakkel et al. (2010) produced the most cited work, titled “Adaptive Airport Strategic Planning”. The findings offer valuable insights into the field’s development and potential future research directions.

Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, the choice of application architecture plays an important role in the success of a mobile application. This research investigates the technical factors that influence the choice of application architecture and their impact on adoption and consumer interest in mobile applications. Factors such as security, flexibility, and scalability are analyzed in the context of user preferences and industry trends. Through a literature review, a qualitative literature study was used to gain an in-depth understanding of how these technical factors influence the choice of application architecture and its impact on the user experience. The results show that users tend to prefer application architectures that provide a responsive, consistent, and secure user experience. Microservicing and service-based (SOA)-like architectures are often chosen for their ability to provide high levels of flexibility, interoperability, and security. Additionally, developers can also use knowledge about user preferences for certain application architectures to design applications that are more attractive and relevant to consumers. By following trends and adopting an approach that fits user needs, developers can increase user adoption and retention, and ensure the long-term success of their apps in an increasingly competitive market.
