Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of principal supervision and work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Bangko District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The phenomenon that occurs is that few teachers feel that supervision is a service need for the development of their potential and professionalism. Another phenomenon is the lack of maximum educational services because teachers are less aware of their main duties as teachers. This can be seen from the unsteady preparation of teaching, monotonous learning methods, the lack of use of IT-based media and the MGMP has not been running effectively to improve the competence of the sustainability professional development program and teacher performance in the MGMP/KKG and MKKS forums. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data collection technique is a questionnaire given to 93 teachers who were chosen randomly as a sample using the census sampling method. The research was carried out, namely the respondents gave responses to the questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression and data processing using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. Based on the results of the research, the principal's supervision affects the teacher's performance by 19.3%. Based on the results of the statistical test results of t work motivation on teacher performance, the t-count value is 2.733. Thus, t count is greater than t table (2.308 > 1.662) as shown in the table above, and the value is 0.023 < 0.05. Thus, t count is in the area where Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that partially the higher the level of work motivation, the performance of the teacher will increase. The results of research on work motivation show that work motivation affects teacher performance, meaning that the better the work motivation, the better the teacher's performance. This means that the principal's supervision and work motivation are important variables to improve teacher performance. The better the principal's supervision, work motivation, the better the teacher's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and motivation on the entrepreneurial interest of Economic Education students of Universitas Riau. The population in this study is active students of the class of 2019, 2020, and 2021 Economic Education Universitas Riau totaling 75 students, with sampling techniques using simple random sampling techniques. The data collection method uses questionnaires, and the collected data is then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done with F test and t test. Based on the results of self-efficacy research, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of interest of students to continue their education to tertiary institutions. This study aims to determine the effect of economic conditions on students' interest in continuing their education to tertiary institutions in class XII students at SMAN 1 Perhentian Raja, Kampar Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study were 58 students. The research sample used a census sampling technique. This research data collection method uses a questionnaire / questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that there was a positive and significant effect of economic conditions on students' interest in continuing their education to tertiary institutions in class XII students of SMAN 1 Perhentian Raja, Kampar Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using crossword media to improve students' critical thinking skills and to find out the improvement before and after using crossword media. This type of research is experimental research using the One Group Pretest-Posttest research design. In this study, the population was students in class XI IPS 2 at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru for the 2022/2023 school year with a total of 184 students, and the samples were students in class XI IPS 2 at SMAN 5 Pekanbaru for the 2022/2023 academic year with a total of 37 students. educate. Research data collection was carried out by distributing test questions in the form of pretest and posttest with a total of 12 multiple choice questions each. Thus it can be concluded that the use of crossword media is quite effective in learning and there is an increase in the average of students before and after using crossword media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes through the Active Knowledge Sharing method, assisted by crossword puzzles in economics class XII-IPS2 SMAN 3 LANGGAM. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were 24 students of class XII-IPS2 SMAN 3 LANGGAM. The data collection is done through documentation and tests. The data analysis technique was performed using the parametric statistical method, namely the Paired Sample T-Test T-Test analysis technique. The results showed that: 1) The value of tcount in the calculation of the Pre-Test value to the Post-Test value of Cycle I was -6.086 with Sig. (2-tailed) 0.000. Because the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05, this indicates that there is a significant difference between the Pre-Test value and the Post-Test value of Cycle I. 2) The tcount in the calculation of the Pre-Test value against the Post-Test value of Cycle II is - 9,853 with sig (2tailed) 0,000. Because the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 0.05, this indicates that there is a significant difference between the Pre-Test value and the Post-Test value of Cycle II. This means that there is an increase in student learning outcomes through the Active Knowledge Sharing method, assisted by crossword puzzles in economics class XII IPS2 SMAN 3 LANGGAM.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the use of social media through learning motivation on increasing the learning achievement of Daarun Nahdhah Islamic Boarding School students. The research approach used is quantitative descriptive with data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Sampling used a saturated sample, where all members of the population were used as samples with a total of 90 students who did not live in the dormitory. The data analysis used in the research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that the use of social media has a direct and indirect effect on student learning achievement. This means that the better the use of social media which is used in a positive direction, the better and better learning achievement will be and the use of social media which is used in a positive direction will increase learning motivation so that student learning achievement will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja musyawarah guru mata pelajaran dan pelatihan guru terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMP Kecamatan Bulu kumpa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ex post facto dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun jumlah populasi sekaligus sampel yaitu sebanyak 17 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari angket yang diberikan kepada guru PAI di SMP Bulukumpa, dengan menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 16 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1)Kinerja musyawarah guru mata pelajaran tidak berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI di SMP Bulukumpa, Hal ini terlihat dari hasil pengolahan data SPSS dimana nilai signifikannya 0,373>0,05. 2) ada pengaruh pelatihan guru terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI di SMP Bulukumpa. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil pengolahan data SPSS dimana nilai signifikannya 0,023>0,05. 3) Secara simultan kinerja musyawarah guru mata pelajaran dan pelatihan guru memiliki pengsruh terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI di SMP Bulukumpa.

Abstract

Pantai Alam Serdang Bahari adalah ekowisata yang dikelola oleh Kelompok Tani Hutan Magrove (KTHM) “Alam Serdang Bahari. Dasar pembentukan KTHM ini salah satunya adalah telah terjadi abrasi di pantai yang mengakibatkan gundulnya hutan di kawasan pesisir pantai Desa Regemuk Kecamatan Pantai Labu. Penanaman kembali Pohon Manggrove yang tumbang dan mati akibat abrasi tetap tidak bertahan lama, pohon hilang terseret ombak dan abrasi semakin mendekat jalan Dusun 3 Desa Regemuk. Dari asesmen lapangan yang dilakukan oleh Tim STIE dan STIH Graha Kirana Medan, dihasilkan roadmap desa binaan yang berkelanjutan dengan kesimpulan bahwa semua rencana yang ada tidak akan berhasil dilakukan tanpa ada usaha untuk menghalang abrasi yang berkepanjangan dengan jalan membangun tanggul penampang di pinggir pantai sebagai pemecah ombak. Dengan pembangunan tanggul penampang di bibir pantai Ekowisata Alam Serdang Bahari ini diharapkan bisa meningkatkan taraf hidup KTHM Alam Serdang Bahari,menjadikan mereka entrepreneurial tangguh, memajukan wisata kreatif rakyat kecil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penggunaan diksi-diksi alam yang merepresentasikan kearifan lokal masyarakat Buton dalam puisi Di Keraton Butuni karya Syaifuddin Gani (kajian ekologi sastra). Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan wujud Kearifan Lokal masyarakat Buton dalam Puisi Di Keraton Butuni karya Syaifuddin Gani serta sebagai salah satu bentuk pelestarian  budaya lokal. Dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kepustakaan, dengan memanfaatkan sumber-sumber pustaka seperti  buku-buku dan jurnal,  sebagai referensi pendukung dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan  adalah analisis isi (content analysis). Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu  larik dan bait yang terdapat dalam puisi Di Keraton Butuni. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis serta menginterpretasi puisi Di Keraton Butuni yaitu teori ekologi sastra. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menujukkan bahwa diksi-diksi alam yang dipilih oleh Syaifuddin Gani dalam puisi Di Keraton Butuni mampu merepresentasikan wujud kearifan lokal masyarakat Buton dalam wujud budaya dan kepercayaan.
