Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir seta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikan iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Waktu pelaksanaan penelitian dimulai dari Maret 2022 sampai dengan Agustus 2022. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang berfokus pada pengaruh iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini merupakan  penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Rimba Melintang yang berjumlah 265 orang.  Sampel  diambil  menggunakan rumus Slovin berjumlah  159 orang. Sedangkan untuk uji coba diambil secara acak berjumlah 30 orang. Analisis data menggunakan  analisis regresi.  Hasil penilitian diperoleh sebagai berikut untuk besar pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir adalah 22,6%.   Kemudian ditemukan besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir adalah 24,2%. Sedangkan  besar pengaruh iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir adalah 32,3%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Ada pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Ada pengaruh signifikan iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Rimba Melintang Kabupaten Rokan Hilir.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and class climate on students' entrepreneurial character. This research was conducted in Vocational School (SMK) Ekatama Pekanbaru. The population in this study were students of class X and class XI as many as 115 respondents by first passing an instrument test of 30 respondents. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The method of analysis used is path analysis. The results in this study can be briefly explained as follows: 1) There is a significant influence between learning motivation on students' entrepreneurial character 2). There is a significant and positive influence between classroom climate on the entrepreneurial character of students, 3). Student climate and motivation to influence the character of entrepreneurship 4). There is an influence of student learning motivation through the classroom climate on entrepreneurial character. It can be concluded that the better the motivation to learn and the class climate, the better the entrepreneurial character of students at SMK Ekatama Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) type of cooperative learning model assisted with teaching materials in improving student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at State Junior High School (SMPN) 4 Pekanbaru. The sampling technique using cluster random sampling techniques, namely class VII.3 as the experimental class, and VII.4 as the control class. Data were analyzed using randomized control group pretest-posttest design through the results of the T Test (Different Test). Based on the results of the study showed the results of pre-test 73.95 and post-test of 85.19 with a difference of 11.24. In the pre-test control class was 73.84 and the post-test results were 79.78 with a difference of 5.94. From the results of this difference can be seen that there is an increase in learning outcomes, especially in the experimental class where there are differences in completeness of learning outcomes between the control class and the experimental class. This is also supported by students' learning attitudes in the experimental class (VII.3) which are categorized as "good" (68%) in the learning process. Whereas in the control class, students have the category "quite good" (45.94%) in being following the learning process. The level of learning effectiveness is 5.30. Overall it can be concluded that the NHT learning model is assisted with effective teaching materials significantly in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

As the result of a documentary film that highlights the meaning of Noken for the Papuan tribe, "Noken Rahim Kedua" experienced many challenges, both in the production, distribution and exhibition processes. This research aims to determine the challenges faced in the production, distribution and exhibition process of "Noken Rahim" Kedua documentary film. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study research method that focuses on in-depth data collection interviews. In addition, the data analysis process in this research is using the Miles and Huberman model, which divided by three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research results show three important points. First, the production process of this film experienced various limitations, both in terms of time, costs, and personnel in the shooting process. Second, the distribution process of this film experienced many challenges because it could not be screened en masse because it was considered sensitive so there needed to be discussion during the screening. Third, the exhibition process is carried out through film festivals and screenings in alternative screening rooms. Keywords: documentary; film; film production; noken rahim kedua

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perspective of State Administration students on the utilization of Classroom and Zoom Meeting during the Haze Emergency Response Status. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method that aims to describe the analysis of the results of questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The subjects and objects in this study were students of Palangkara Raya University as many as 98 respondents in the first and third semester who were taking the State Administration Study Program. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing online questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The results showed that the use of Classroom and Zoom Meeting applications provided convenience in online learning activities (38.9% Agree), the use of Classroom and Zoom Meeting applications in learning became more flexible (68.4% Agree), online learning through Classroom and Zoom Meeting applications became more complicated (15% Agree), online learning on campus by utilizing Classroom and Zoom Meeting applications made it easy to collaborate between students (50% agree), The use of Google Classroom and Zoom Meeting applications gives students confidence in expressing opinions and asking questions (35% Agree), Classroom and Zoom Meeting applications are very relevant to use for distance learning between students and lecturers (40.9%), Lecturers respond to questions and opinions when learning using classrooms and Zoom Meeting (54.5% agree). It can be concluded that the utilization of Google Classroom and Zoom Meeting during the Haze Emergency Response Status received a good perception from students and lecturers are advised to always motivate students to take part in online learning as long as the Haze is still there.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of giving Bacillus subtilis probiotics in laying hens on improving the quality of internal and external eggs with differences in shelf life. A total of 60 laying hens were divided into 4 treatment groups, namely P0 as a control that was not given probiotic B. Subtilis, P1 feed was added 0.005 grams B. Subtilis, P2 feed with added 0.01 grams B. Subtilis, P3 feed added 0.02 grams B. Subtilis then the eggs produced are stored for 1 day, 5 days and 10 days. The results of this study indicate that the administration of B. Subtilis probiotics with a concentration of 0.02 grams affects the increase in egg weight, egg yolk index value and HU values. The addition of B. Subtilis probiotics to racial feed can improve egg quality.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the efficacy of lactic acid bacteria probiotics containing Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactococcus lactis on nutrient consumption and egg weight of Japanese quail. A total of 120 females Japanese quails comprised four treatments and six replications. T0, T1, T2, and T3 treatment groups were administered L. acidophilus and L. lactis with concentrations of 0, 1, 2, and 3 mL/liter of drinking water. Consumption data were collected weekly, and egg weight data were collected daily during treatment. The data obtained were then analyzed statistically using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and continued with the Duncan multiple range test (p < 0.05). The results of this study showed that probiotics in drinking water reported significant differences (p < 0.05) compared between treatments (T1, T2, and T3) to reduce nutrient intake of organic matter, crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber and increase egg weight of quail. It can be concluded that the combination of L. acidophilus and L. lactis can reduce nutrient consumption but can increase the egg weight of Japanese quail.

Abstract

Abstrak Indonesia menduduki peringkat pertama dalam paparan terhadap penduduk atau jumlah manusia yang menjadi korban meninggal akibat bencana alam. Inilah yang menyebabkan Indonesia menjadi Negara dengan risiko dan dampak bencana alam tertinggi di dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pendapatan masyarakat pasca banjir di desa Radda Kecamatan Baebunta Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengamatan (Observasi), dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Adapun analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa data secara kualitatif dengan teknik analisis domain, taksonomi, komponensial dan tema kultural. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Pendapatan Masyarakat di Desa Radda sebelum banjir sangat stabil/normal bahkan sering mengalami peningkatan, tetapi sejak terjadinya bencana banjir pendapatan menurun drastis hingga mencapai 50% bahkan lebih, Sehingga penurunan pendapatan masyarakat menyebabkan masyarakat tidak sejahtera setelah bencana banjir, kebutuhan sehari-hari masyarakat tidak tercukupi, asset sebagian masyarakat berkurang dan banyak yang terjual. Kata kunci: Pendapatan Masyarakat, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat   Abstract Indonesia ranks first in population exposure or the number of people killed by natural disasters. This makes Indonesia the country with the highest risk and impact of natural disasters in the world. This study aims to analyze the level of community income after flooding in Radda village, Baebunta sub-district, North Luwu district. The type of research used in this research is Qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis in this research uses qualitative data analysis with domain analysis techniques, taxonomy, componential and cultural themes. Based on the results of the research, community income in Radda Village before the flood was very stable / normal and even often increased, but since the flood disaster, income has decreased dramatically by up to 50% or more, so that the decline in community income has caused the community to not prosper after the flood disaster, the daily needs of the community are not fulfilled, the assets of some people are reduced and many are sold. Abstract

This study discusses the description of Umrah management guidance on the independence of PT. Meida Wisata Tour & Travel, which is motivated by the phenomenon of independence of Umrah pilgrims is the purpose of holding the Hajj. This study aims to describe the implementation of manasik guidance in realizing independent Umrah pilgrims at PT. Meida Tours Tour & Travel. Then the method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study used interview, documentation, and observation methods. The source of data taken from the supervisor of Umrah manasik, and Umrah pilgrims PT. Meida Wisata Tour & Travel Makassar City. The results of this study show that first, the form and process of implementing the guidance of Umrah management of PT. Meida Wisata Tour & Travel Makassar City is good. Second, the implementation of manasik guidance in realizing the independence of PT. Meida Wisata is in accordance with the indicators of independence, where these indicators include: 1) understand the teachings and prohibitions prohibiting performing Hajj properly, 2) be able to maintain his health and safety, 3) meet his own needs during the process of performing Umrah until he returns to his homeland.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Think Pair Share di SMK LABOR BINAAN FKIP UNRI PEKANBARU. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK LABOR BINAAN FKIP UNRI PEKANBARU. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X AKL pada mata pelajaran Etika Profesi Akuntansi. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan soal tes berupa pretest dan posttest dengan jumlah masing–masing 10 butir soal berbentuk pilihan ganda. Dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa Penggunaan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Think Pair Share dalam pembelajaran mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X AKL di SMK Labor Pekanbaru dan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Think Pair Share dalam pembelajaran.
