Abstract

Global conception education is an educational process designed to prepare students with intellectual and responsible basic skills to enter a competitive and highly interdependent nation-state life. As a child of the nation both as educators or learners must have a high awareness that life is always related to global issues so that to be able to live a good life we must be able to open up to add insight and knowledge and technology literate so can compete with other countries. Concern for the preservation of the Environment, culture and local wisdom must also be maintained as the foundation of the Indonesian nation and it is not easy to generalize an event and be wiser in "interpreting an event". Keywords— Global Issues, Global Equity Education, Global Insighted Education

Abstract

Universities carry out the function of tridharma: education and teaching, research, and community service. The three dharma are interrelated, among others, the first dharma (education: theoretical) and second (research: innovation) must concretely support the third dharma (devotion: transformation). The research was conducted not only for the sake of the research itself, credit numbers, promotion, money. In carrying out the research contained an important mission, namely for the benefit of society. That is, the community remains a focus, especially in social research. So, the results and findings of the research must have a "back-flow" to the community. Research must be followed up with community service that is in the interests of the community. Research must have a positive impact on society; the community is not just a respondent. Types of research vary: basic, development, survey, exploration, applicative, and others. Not all results and research findings can be followed up with community service. However, there are also a number of results of research that can be continued to the community service action. Research to produce findings that have empirical truth values can be accounted for. If this is community service, the quality of the community service will also increase, meaning that the impact on the target audience is more efficient. Universities donations to the community through community service are also more significant. Universities is no longer exclusive: untouched and unwilling to touch and the community feels closer and has a universities.

Abstract

Challenges in the industrial era 4.0 were identified as 1) improvement of information technology security; 2) increasing the reliability and stability of the production machine; 3) improvement of skills; 4) the reluctance of stakeholders to change; and 5) loss of many jobs due to automation. Disruptive changes overthrow the prevailing system until a fundamental change does not have to be ignored. This means that universities are not free from the threat of being disrupted if they do not immediately make changes and adjust their role in the world of education. These challenges and changes, asked college continue to carry out various roles, such education and teaching, development, and dissemination, as a storehouse of knowledge for the community. The Challenge of Higher Education in Indonesia in the era of the Industry refers to the hope of having world-class universities and can survive and develop according to demands in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan karakter guru kepada kompetensi profesional guru. Penelitian ini berada dalam SD Negeri Kecamatan Belida Darat Kabupaten Muara Enim. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun cara yang diperlukan ialah simple regression dan multiple regression. Sampelnya ialah kepala sekolah dan pengajar SD Negeri di Kecamatan Belida Darat Kabupaten Muara Enim sebanyak 87 orang. Tehnik yang dipakai dalam mengumpulkan data memakai kuisioner . Hasil penelitian ini bisa dibuat kesimpulan (1) memiliki pengaruh yang bermakna kepemimpinan kepala sekolah kepada kompetensi profesional pengajar. Bersumber pada hasil penelitian didapat t hitung 7,715 > t tabel yaitu 1,9886 maka Ha diterima, (2) ada dampak yang bermakna karakter guru kepada kompetensi profesional pengajar. Sehingga didapat t hitung 4,035 > t tabel 1,9886, maka Ha diterima, (3) ada dampak yang bermakna kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan karakter pengajar kepada kompetensi profesional pengajar. Berdasarkan uji anova didapat nilai F hitung 268,715 >  dari F tabel 3,1, maka  Ha diterima Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, karakter, kompetensi profesional Abstract This research aims to discover whether there may be a power of the leadership of the principal and the character of the teacher towards the professional competence of the teacher. This research changed into conducted in The State Elementary School belida Darat Muara Enim Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. While the methods used are simple regression and multiple regression. The sample in the study was the principal and teachers of State Elementary School in Belida Darat District muara Enim regency numbering 87 people. Information series strategies the usage of questionnaires. The results of this study concluded that (1) there is a significant influence of the principal's leadership on the professional competence of teachers. Based on the results of the study obtained a calculated value of 7,715 > the table t of 1.9886, Ha is accepted; (2) there is a significant influence on the character of the teacher on the professional competence of the teacher. Based on the results of the research obtained t value calculated 4.035 > t table 1.9886, Then Ha was accepted; (3) there is a significant influence on the leadership of the principal and the character of the teacher on the professional competence of the teacher. Based on the results of the anova test obtained F value calculated 268.715 > F table 3.1, Then Ha was accepted. Keywords: Leadership, character, professional competence

Abstract

AbstrakPandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap berbagai segi kehidupan manusia khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan. Para guru pada jenjang pendidikan usia dini, dasar dan menengah dituntut untuk tetap  profesional dan mampu  menyesuaikan diri dengan berbagai perubahan dalam dunia pendidikan yang terjadi begitu cepat. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji bagaimana menjadi guru profesional di era pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini yakni metode penelitian pustaka. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru berperan penting dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Guru harus mampu mengembangkan kemampuannya khususnya dalam penguasaan literasi dan Iptek.   Kata kunci: Belajar dari Rumah, Profesionalisme Guru, Tantangan Guru di Masa PandemiAbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on various aspects of human life, especially in the field of education. Writing this article aims to examine how to become a professional teacher in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used by the writer in this research is library research method. The results found in this study are teachers who play an important role in the implementation of distance learning. Abstract

Era disrupsi memang memberikan peluang bagi terciptanya penemuan baru, lapangan kerja baru, dan jenis pekerjaan baru yang belum ada sebelumnya, namun pada saat yang sama hal ini merupakan sebuah tantangan yang harus dihadapi agar dapat terus eksis di tengah masyarakat. guru tidak mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan pola pembelajaran jarak jauh yang menggunakan teknologi internet, maka pembelajaran akan sangat sulit dilaksanakan dengan baik Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana pengelolaan pembelajaran inovatif yang seharusnya diterapkan oleh seorang guru di era disruptif. Guru harus mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran dengan melakukan pembaharuan  pada teori pedagogi, pendekatan, metodologis, teknik mengajar, alat pembelajaran, proses pembelajaran maupun struktur institusional sehingga dapat mewujudkan pembelajaran yang inovatif. Guru juga hendaknya mampu merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, melaksanakan, dan melakukan pengawasan dalam pembelajaran sehingga dapat dilakukan penyempurnaan pada penggunaan selanjutnya.   Kata kunci: era disruptif, manajemen, pembelajaran inovatif The era of disruption does provide opportunities for the creation of new discoveries, new jobs, and new types of work that did not exist before, but at the same time this is a challenge that must be faced in order to continue to exist in society. teachers are not able to adapt to the pattern of distance learning that uses internet technology, then learning will be very difficult to carry out properly. This research is a qualitative research with a literature study method. This stu dy aims to examine how innovative learning management should be applied by a teacher in the disruptive era. Teachers must be able to increase productivity and learning efficiency by updating pedagogical theories, approaches, methodologies, teaching techniques, learning tools, learning processes and institutional structures so as to realize innovative learning. Teachers should also be able to plan, organize, implement, and supervise learning so that improvements can be made in subsequent use. Keywords: disruptive era, management, innovative learning

Abstract

Adanya perubahan kemajuan teknologi yang terjadi begitu massive dan cepat serta terjadinya pandemi covid-19 telah mengubah pola-pola kehidupan masyarakat di berbagai bidang. Dalam bidang pendidikan  disrupsi serta pendemi covid-19 telah menciptakan pola-pola baru dan mengubah cara-cara lama dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran dunia pendidikan dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas di era disrupsi dan pandemi covid-19. Pendidikan adalah salah satu faktor penting dalam  memenusi kebutuhan sumber daya manusia sesuai kebutuhan pasar di era disrupsi saat ini. Seluruh pelaksana pendidikan harus menumbuhkan growth mindset supaya dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi, sehingga akan terwujud kultur inovatif. Selain itu juga diperlukan support digitalisasi layanan, fasilitas pembelajaran yang baik, dan implementasi kurikulum yang sesuai dengan masanya.Kata kunci: growth mindset, digitalisasi, merdeka belajar
