Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the impact of bullying on student achievement at SD Negeri 35 Palembang. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were several students who were victims of bullying , class teachers, and homeroom teachers at SD Negeri 35 Palembang. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that bullying that occurred, both verbally and non-verbally, had a negative impact on students' enthusiasm for learning, concentration, and academic results. Students who were victims of bullying tended to experience decreased interest in learning, low self-confidence, and decreased learning achievement. Thus, it can be concluded that bullying has a significant impact on decreasing student learning achievement at SD Negeri 35 Palembang

Abstract

The development of video media in PPKn learning on Bhineka Tunggal Ika material for grade III at SD 13 Merapi Timur, aims to produce valid and practical learning videos. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with the ADDIE development model which has 5 stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This study involved grade III students at SDN 13 Merapi Timur. The data collection techniques used in this study were tests, questionnaires and based on validators from three fields, namely, media, material, and language. The assessment results from the medical field validator obtained a score of 81.33%, the assessment results from the material field validator obtained a score of 83.07%, and the last result from the language validator obtained a score of 83.85%. The average score obtained from the three validators was 82.75%, so the product that has been developed can be categorized as "very valid". Then the practicality trial questionnaire for students obtained a score of 90.2% and the results of the student learning completeness test obtained a score of 84.6% which stated that the results of this study were very effective.

Abstract

This study examines (1) the impact of the Merdeka Curriculum implementation, (2) the role of student learning motivation, and (3) their combined effects on learning outcomes in SMA/SMK schools across South Pemulutan District. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected from 127 students at SMA Negeri 1 and SMK Negeri 1 Pemulutan Selatan through questionnaires and documentation. Validity and reliability were ensured via construct validity and Cronbach’s Alpha, while normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests verified data suitability for analysis. The analysis revealed that: Merdeka Curriculum implementation positively influenced learning outcomes by 31.9%. Student motivation contributed 19.2% to improved academic performance. Together, these factors accounted for 36.3% of learning outcome variance, demonstrating significant synergistic effects. This study provides empirical evidence of Merdeka Curriculum’s efficacy in a localized context (South Pemulutan), while highlighting motivation’s complementary role a less explored dimension in curriculum evaluation studies. This study reinforces the need to align curriculum delivery with motivational strategies (e.g., student-centered activities). Supports the expansion of Merdeka Curriculum, emphasizing structured teacher training to maximize its impact. The findings bridge a critical gap by quantifying the dual influence of curriculum reform and motivation in Indonesian vocational and secondary education, offering a replicable framework for similar regional assessments.

Abstract

Financial accountability reports are one of the important elements in the implementation of the budget in government agencies, including the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office. However, the process of preparing financial statements is often hampered by challenges in terms of data efficiency and accuracy. This study aims to design an effective management system in the preparation of financial accountability reports at the South Sumatra Provincial Education Office. This system is expected to minimize human error, speed up the process of preparing reports, and ensure openness in budget management. Using an information technology-based approach, this research develops an integrated management system application, which includes the process of data input, verification, and transparent financial reporting. The results of this study show that the proposed system is able to increase efficiency and accuracy in the preparation of financial accountability reports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the management of the Independent Learning Curriculum in strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile; (2) obstacles in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum management in strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile; and (3) solutions to overcome these obstacles at Public Elementary School 34 Palembang. The study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model which includes the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the management of the Independent Learning Curriculum plays a significant role in shaping students' character according to the six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile, namely faith, devotion to God Almighty and noble character; global diversity; mutual cooperation; independence; critical reasoning; and creativity. Strengthening is carried out through affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects which are integrated in learning activities and profile strengthening projects. Obstacles faced include teachers' limited understanding of the concepts and practices of the Independent Learning Curriculum, limited resources and supporting facilities, minimal parental involvement in project-based learning, and difficulties in developing character-based learning evaluations. Proposed solutions include providing ongoing training for educators, strengthening coordination between stakeholders, improving learning facilities, strengthening collaboration between schools and parents, and developing comprehensive and valid assessment instruments to monitor student character development. With these strategies, the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum is expected to be more effective and sustainable in realizing the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

The learning model is a learning structure that has been compiled, designed, and determined to achieve a desired learning goal. The background of this research is that students still lack knowledge about regional creative dances, and the low learning outcomes of students in regional creative dance material. To support ethnoscience-based learning, researchers use models Project Based Learning (PjBL) in the material of Cultural Arts and Crafts (SBdP) sub-material of regional dance creations. The population in this study were students of class IV, totaling 30 people. Sampling in this study was saturated sampling of 30 students. This study uses a quantitative experimental approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, written tests in the form of multiple choice and documentation. Data were analyzed usinguji paired t-test. Research design withpre-experimental design typeone group pretest-posttest (single group pre-test-post test). From the results of this study it can be concluded that the SBdP material (Cultural Arts and Crafts) sub-material for dance is based on ethnoscience using the model Project Based Learning (PjBL) is proven to have an influence on the learning outcomes of class IV students at Muhammadiyah Prabumulih Elementary School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi fungsi manajemen dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif Canva dan Google Form di SMP Negeri 2 Betung Banyuasin. Media interaktif ini digunakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran serta keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi manajemen yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi diterapkan secara efektif dalam memanfaatkan media interaktif. Guru berperan penting dalam merancang materi yang sesuai menggunakan Canva, sementara Google Form digunakan untuk mengevaluasi pemahaman siswa secara real-time. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi kedua media tersebut mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, motivasi siswa, dan efisiensi proses pengajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan metode pembelajaran modern di sekolah menengah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The relationship between Pedagogical Competence and teacher performance; (2) The relationship between Teacher Discipline and teacher performance; and (3) The relationship between Pedagogical Competence and Teacher Discipline together on teacher performance at SD Negeri 04 Jaya Pura. Pedagogical competence includes the teacher's ability to design, implement, and evaluate the learning process, while teacher discipline involves the teacher's commitment and consistency in carrying out tasks. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a case study design. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to all teachers at SD Negeri 04 Jaya Pura and analyzed using linear regression techniques to measure the influence of two independent variables on teacher performance. The results of the study indicate that both pedagogical competence and teacher discipline have a significant influence on teacher performance. Teachers with high pedagogical competence are more able to manage the learning process effectively, while teacher discipline directly affects the consistency and quality of their performance in the school environment. This study concludes that improving teacher pedagogical competence and discipline is very important to improve teacher performance, which in turn will have a positive impact on the quality of education.

Abstract

This study examines the role of teachers in implementing the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) at SD Negeri 126 Palembang and its impact on fostering a positive school culture. This research aims to identify and describe the role of teachers, the challenges faced, and the solutions to overcome these challenges in the Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) project to enhance a positive culture at SD Negeri 126 Palembang. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through documentation, interview and literature studies. The findings indicate that teachers play a crucial role in P5 implementation, including facilitating project-based learning, guiding students in understanding Pancasila values, and creating a conducive learning environment. However, challenges such as limited teacher understanding of the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) concepts, insufficient training, and a lack of parental and student involvement were identified. Proposed solutions include increasing teacher training and awareness programs, strengthening collaboration between schools and parents, and developing more innovative teaching methods. With effective the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5) implementation, it is expected that a generation of intelligent, character-driven students with a strong positive culture in society can be developed.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of describing the factors that cause learning difficulties in mathematics for fifth grade students of SD Negeri 17 Air Salek. This study uses questionnaires, interviews, and documentation instruments that discuss the factors of learning difficulties experienced by students. Based on the results of the research on the analysis of the difficulty of learning mathematics in building materials in class V of SD Negeri 17 Air Salek, it can be ascertained that, the factor of learning difficulties in mathematics in the material of building spaces in class V of SD Negeri 17 Air Salek consists of 2 factors, the first is internal and external factors. external. learning difficulty factors consisting of internal factors consisting of students' self and external factors consisting of outside students in class V SD Negeri 17 Air Salek were 81% included in the very valid category. There are 8 subjects who are not interested in learning mathematics, 7 subjects are not interested in learning mathematics and 5 subjects are not able to learn mathematics.
