Abstract

The crime of trafficking in persons is a very serious global issue, because many actors are interrelated, both as countries of origin, as well as countries of destination as well as transit countries. Therefore, various efforts must be made in combating this crime of human trafficking and must also involve many parties including the government, law enforcement, civil society, media, migrant workers, as well as transit and destination countries. The obstacle faced by Indonesian law enforcement is due to the lack of reports from victims of this human trafficking crime because they are already in other countries. The purpose of this article is to analyze and describe the effectiveness of Law Number 21 of 2007 concerning Eradication of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons and the Effectiveness of Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health Regulating the Prohibition of Trafficking in Human Organs. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study (1) Implementation of Law no. 21 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons is deemed ineffective if it does not involve many countries, because there is still a lot of human trafficking, especially women and children for the purpose of sexual exploitation as commercial sex workers and exploitation of pornography (2) Law Number 36 Year 2009 concerning Health, especially in Article 92 which mentions the Functionalization of Criminal Law Against Acts, namely "Everyone who deliberately trades organs or body tissues under any pretext as referred to in Article 64 paragraph (3) shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 10 (ten) years. and a maximum fine of Rp. 1,000,000,000.00 (one billion rupiah)''.

Abstract

The rise of corruption in Indonesia has caused losses to state finances. There were 1,261 cases of corruption from 2004 to 3 January 2022, with state losses in 2021 reaching IDR 62.9 trillion and in 2020 with a total loss of IDR 56.7 trillion. Seeing this phenomenon, researchers conducted research on whether public accountants can calculate state financial losses using a theory of authority approach with a normative research methodology. The study results show that there are practically no laws and regulations which state that a Public Accountant has the authority to calculate State Financial Losses unless assigned by the BPK and the Attorney General's Office. The authority to audit state finances can be carried out by several state institutions such as the BPKP, KPK and BPKP, but the authority to calculate state finances based on laws and regulations is still the authority of the Indonesian Financial Audit Agency (BPK RI).

Abstract

Kelapa sawit merupakan tanaman pekerbunan yang dapat menghasilkan minyak nabati. Ada beberapa hal yang menjadi penentu kulaitas bibit kelapa sawt yang akan ditanam pada tahapan pre nursery, salah satu yang terpenting adalah media penggunaannya yang semakin banyak ataupun terkikis akibat erosi sehingga ketersediaannya semakin menipis. Oleh karena itu diperlukan alternatif lain yang dapat menggantikan peran top soil sebagai media tanam pembibitan, seperti penggunaan kompos. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan komposisi subtitusi media tanam pada interval penyiraman tertentu dalam pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2019 hingga April 2019 di lahan percobaan Jatimulyo Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Brawijaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok factorial dengan menginteraksikan dua faktor yaitu media tanam dan interval penyiraman. Faktor media tanam terdiri dari 5 taraf perlakuan yaitu : M0: 100% top soil + 0% kompos, M1: 75% top soil + 25% kompos, M2: 50% top soil + 50% kompos, M3: 25% top soil + 75% kompos, M4: 0% top soil + 100% kompos. Kemudian pada faktor interval penyiraman terdiri atas P1: 1 kali sehari (0,5 liter), P2: 2 kali sehari (0,5 liter), P3: 3 kali sehari (0,5 liter), Pengambilan sampel dilakukan metode destruktif dan non destruktif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis ragam dengan taraf 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah penelitian ini berhasil meng subtitusi dari penggunaan tanah keseluruh dengan penggunaan kompos ditandai dengan perlakuan komposisi top soil dan kompos maupun 100% kompos pun, bibit kelapa sawit tetap tumbuh semestinya.

Abstract

PPM Shadr El-Islam Vocational School is in the Lake Sijabut District. Air Batu District. Asahan North Sumatra Province in evaluating teacher performance in learning supervision does not yet have a computerized system. This is still done manually by filling in the instrument file. So the assessment results seem more subjective. So this community service activity aims to guide the use and exploitation of the features of the teacher performance evaluation application for teacher performance ratings in learning supervision. This aims to ensure that principals, teachers, and students at SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam can understand the objective teacher rating system, which in turn will facilitate effective decision-making. The methods applied in this activity are description and practice. The speaker will explain the features of the Teacher Performance Evaluation Application in Learning Supervision and then involve participants in direct practice. In this way, teachers and students can better understand how to use the teacher performance evaluation application, and understand the material and concepts presented, so that training objectives can be achieved better.            Keywords: Workshops, Applications, Teacher Performance, Decision Support Systems  Abstrak: SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam berada di Danau Sijabut Kec. Air Batu Kab. Asahan Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran belum memiliki sistem terkomputerisasi. Hal tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengisi berkas instrument. Sehingga hasil penilaian terkesan lebih subjektif. Maka Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan tentang penggunaan dan eksploitasi fitur-fitur dari aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru atas peringkat kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan agar kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam dapat memahami sistem peringkat guru yang objektif, yang pada gilirannya akan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi dan praktik. Pemateri akan memberikan penjelasan tentang fitur-fitur Aplikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Supervisi Pembelajaran, dan selanjutnya melibatkan peserta dalam praktik langsung. Dengan cara ini, para guru dan siswa dapat lebih paham menggunakan aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru, paham atas materi dan konsep yang disampaikan, sehingga tujuan pelatihan dapat tercapai dengan lebih baik. Kata kunci: Workshop, Aplikasi, Kinerja Guru, Sitem Pendukung Keputusan

Abstract

This community service activity is in the form of religious counseling for students of SMP Sultan Agung Seyegan Sleman Yogyakarta. Instilling religious values in students is one of the character education methods that the government continues to campaign for in the midst of the many cases of delinquency being committed by students at this time. The purpose of this community service activity is to educate students about the history of the Isra' Mi'raj of Prophet Muhammad SAW. The methods used in this activity are observation, outreach, evaluation, and lectures. This service program was carried out at the Ainul Huda Mosque, Nyamplung hamlet, Margokaton, Seyegan, and Sleman. From this activity, it was concluded that it provided motivation and enthusiasm for students about the importance of praying. In addition, this activity also provides understanding and knowledge about the Isra' Mi'raj event because not all students of Sultan Agung Seyegan Sleman Yogyakarta Middle School know about the history of the Prophet Muhammad SAW's Isra' Mi'raj event.

Abstract

This community service activity focuses on counseling Islamic parenting for parents of students at SDN Pakel Yogyakarta. The program aims to introduce Islamic values as a fundamental method for raising children to become pious individuals, aligning with government recommendations to address the rising cases of juvenile delinquency. Using the Service Learning method, the activity integrates observation, socialization, lectures, and evaluation, fostering active engagement between participants and facilitators. Conducted in the SDN Pakel hall, this initiative involved a structured approach to delivering materials and engaging parents in discussions and practical sessions on Islamic parenting practices inspired by the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The results revealed a significant increase in parents' motivation and enthusiasm to apply Islamic parenting principles. Furthermore, the program successfully provided parents with fresh perspectives and a deeper understanding of the importance of incorporating Islamic values in their parenting approach, many of which were previously unfamiliar to them.

Abstract

Learning to read and write the Qur'an is fundamental to Islamic religious education. However, existing teaching methods often need to be more effective in meeting diverse learners' needs. It encourages the development of adaptive modules that meet the needs of students, such as the An-Nawa module, which adapts the Iqra and Ummi methods. This study aims to create an adaptation of the An-Nawa Module of Iqra and Ummi and assess how well it works. The research methodology employs the ten-stage Borg and Gall research and development technique. The research and development study's findings indicate that the following principles developed the An-Nawa module: analysis of educational needs, gathering pertinent data, product design that takes students' needs into account, validation demonstrating the module's viability, design revision, testing, product revision, usage testing, product revision, as well as socialization and implementation. These phases are all essential to developing a module, which also involves implementation, assessment, and revision to guarantee the module's viability and efficacy in raising students' proficiency in reading and writing the Al-Qur'an. The suggestions are to do limited testing, involve experts in the development process, and revise the module continuously to raise its quality. To guarantee that the module positively influences students' abilities to read and write the Al-Qur'an, socialization, and module execution are equally crucial.

Abstract

This research is essential to measure the effectiveness of the factors that determine the competitive advantage of educational institutions. This study aims to determine the effect of visionary leadership and accountability toward competitive advantage at an educational institution. The research method used a survey; meanwhile, multiple regression tests were used to examine research hypotheses. The research samples were as many as 42 employees consisting of teachers and staff. The results of this research conclude that there is a significant influence between the visionary leadership of the headmaster and the ability to conduct accountability to competitive advantage. The coefficient score of determination shows that 88, 7 % of competitive advantage is determined by the pattern of visionary leadership and accountability. The competitive advantage of an educational institution is influenced by the principal's visioner, leadership, and accountability. The implication of this study is finding the concept that competitive advantage is influenced by visionary leadership and accountability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aliran utama filsafat pendidikan, yaitu perenialisme, esensialisme, progresivisme, dan rekonstruksionisme, dalam konteks pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan berupa studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur, mengkaji berbagai konsep dasar, sejarah, tokoh, serta implikasinya dalam pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perenialisme menekankan nilai-nilai abadi untuk membentuk individu yang bermoral; esensialisme fokus pada nilai-nilai fundamental yang terbukti tahan lama; progresivisme menekankan fleksibilitas, relevansi pembelajaran dengan kebutuhan zaman, dan aktivitas belajar berbasis pemecahan masalah; sementara rekonstruksionisme berupaya membangun masyarakat baru yang lebih baik melalui pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai universal. Keempat aliran ini memberikan landasan filosofis yang signifikan bagi pengembangan pendidikan yang lebih relevan dan dinamis.

Abstract

Human resource planning is very important for the future of an organization. Therefore it is very effective if an institution or organization implements human resource planning in selecting prospective members who will contribute to the organization. Educational institutions are one of the organizations that require human resource planning to process the organization based on forecasts and the need for human resources, then after that provide education and training to develop and improve the capabilities of the resources they have. This paper describes with a qualitative perspective on human resource planning (Human Resources Planning) in determining the direction of life of a public organization from the point of view of human resource planning in a public institution or organization, in this case an educational institution which is a public organization that is expected to have management. good, adaptive and flexible resources so as to produce quality and proactive resources in achieving organizational goals
