In essence, humans have a sense of self-confidence, but there is a difference between one and the other, namely some have low self-confidence and some heve high self-confidence. Confidence is needed wherever a person is, therefore self-confidence needs to be bulit and developed positively and objectively. Students as students who function as subjects of education are required to be able to adapt to changes. This study aims to determine the factors that affect self-confidence in grede IV SDN 14 Kelakik. The problem at hand is what are the factors that affact the low self-confidance of grade IV students at SDN 14 Kelakik? Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. this study uses a deskriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that there are manyfactirs that affect students self-confidence, such as peer factorsd, parents, school and physical condition. and it is parents who are very prominent in the peer factor, because students who feel insecure coming to the front of the class are often ridiculed by their classmates, this factor is evident from the results of interviews conduducted the are 3 students out of 13 students. Parental factors, as evidenced by the results of interviews theree were 5 students who lacked confidence because parents where busy and did not understand so they could not accompany children in learning and doing assignment. Based on the results of this reseacerch, it is time for to no longer view schools as the only educational institutions in an effort to instill and grow life values, instead, parents must also play an aktive role fostering a positive attitude.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi deteksi penyakit tanaman cabai berbasis machine learning menggunakan metode End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner daring kepada 100 responden yang telah menggunakan aplikasi. Pengukuran kepuasan pengguna dilakukan berdasarkan lima dimensi EUCS, yaitu content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya dua dimensi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, yaitu accuracy dan ease of use, dengan nilai rata-rata masing-masing sebesar 4,19 dan 4,41, yang keduanya berada pada kategori “setuju.” Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengguna merasa puas terhadap tingkat akurasi hasil deteksi dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa aplikasi deteksi penyakit tanaman cabai telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dalam hal ketepatan hasil dan kemudahan interaksi, serta berpotensi dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebagai solusi digital bagi petani dalam identifikasi penyakit tanaman secara cepat dan efisien.

In Indonesia, there are still many postpartum mothers who abstain from eating during the postpartum period, out of 4,406,437 postpartum mothers who abstain from eating, which is as much as 86%. Abstaining from eating is a term used to describe a person's practice of not consuming certain foods due to cultural prohibitions passed down from generation to generation. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge about nutrition and the behavior of abstinence from postpartum eating in the Work Area of the UPTD Puskesmas Simpang Kiri, Subulussalam City in 2025. This study is correlational analytics with a cross sectional approach using primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is all postpartum mothers in the Work Area of the UPTD Simpang Kiri Health Center. The sampling technique in this study used Total sampling, with a sample of 32 respondents and the measuring tool used was a questionnaire. The results of the study using the chi-square test obtained a result of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge about nutrition and the behavior of abstinence from postpartum eating in the UPTD Puskesmas Simpang Kiri Work Area of Subulussalam City in 2025. It is hoped that health workers, especially midwives, can further improve the quality of midwifery services, one of which is by increasing counseling on nutrition during the postpartum period.

Background: The transformation of health services through the rebranding of Integrated Health Posts (Posyandu) as a community-friendly service positioned Posyandu as the primary hub for community-based health services, with a lifecycle approach, from pregnant women to the elderly. However, in Aceh Province, Posyandu's functioning still faces challenges such as limited funding, unequal capacity of cadres, and the suboptimal institutional role of the Posyandu Operational Working Group (Pokjanal) and Working Group (Pokja). Purpose: To compile policy recommendations in the form of a policy brief regarding the formation and strengthening of regulations for Pokjanal and Pokja Posyandu at the district/city level in Aceh. Methods: The research employed a strategic review approach based on a policy brief. Data were collected through focus group discussions (FGDs) and in-depth interviews with stakeholders, including the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Health Office, the Community Empowerment Office, the Family Welfare Movement (PKK), the Integrated Health Service Post (Posyandu) working group (Pokjanal), and the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN). Data were analyzed qualitatively through thematic synthesis to formulate policy recommendations. Results: The findings show that 54% of Posyandu in Aceh are not yet active. Posyandu working groups at the district/city and sub-district levels are not yet functioning optimally, while Posyandu working groups at the village level are still limited. Synthesis of the results of FGDs and interviews resulted in nine policy recommendations, including: socialization of Posyandu's position as a Village Community Institution; affirmation of Posyandu's function as a forum for health and social activities; strengthening the role of working groups in services; increasing the capacity of cadres based on 25 basic competencies; structuring the management structure through Village Regulations/Village Decrees; strengthening lifecycle-based and cross-sectoral services; harmonizing regulations following Law No. 17/2023 concerning Health; and regulating cadre terms of office and incentives. Conclusion: Optimizing Posyandu in Aceh requires derivative regulations at the district/city level for the formation and strengthening of Pokjanal-Pokja, accompanied by clear institutional support and increasing the capacity of Posyandu cadres so that integrated health services can be sustainable.

Background: AIDS, or Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome, is the final stage of HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) infection. HIV is a virus that attacks the immune system, particularly CD4 cells (a type of T cell), which are crucial in fighting infections. Over time, HIV can damage the immune system so that the body becomes very susceptible to disease. One of the transmissions of HIV/AIDS is from pregnant women to their children, which can be prevented by screening pregnant women, known as Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) for HIV/AIDS. VCT HIV/AIDS is a service that offers voluntary HIV counseling and testing. This service is designed to find out HIV status safely, confidentially, and with support from appropriate counseling. The main purpose of VCT is prevention, early detection, and management of HIV/AIDS. Objective: This literature review aims to determine the influence of the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women on VCT HIV/AIDS. Method: using a literature review method based on data from Google Scholar, PubMed, and Proquest. The criteria for selecting articles for review are those that meet the inclusion criteria. The search yielded 513 articles, which were then filtered, and ten articles were selected for review. Results: The 10 articles reviewed had the same goal, namely to determine the relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women towards VCT HIV/AIDS Conclusion: Knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women influence the implementation of VCT for HIV/AIDS during pregnancy. Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) merupakan produk olahan dari buah kelapa Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk membantu industri rumah tangga Zayt Mufid di Kelurahan Foo Kuni, Kabupaten Muna, Sulawesi Tenggara meningkatkan kualitas VCO yang di produksi sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomis dan daya saingnya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan memberikan pelatihan keterampilan pada kelompok rumah industri Zayt Mufid dalam penerapan teknologi sentrifugal dan enzim papain untuk memproduksi VCO. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu tahap sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Mitra sasaran adalah anggota kelompok industri rumah tangga Zayt Mufid yang mengikuti pelatihan pembuatan VCO. Pada tahap sosialisasi, tim PKM menyampaikan materi terkait penerapan teknologi sentrifugal dan enzim papain dalam pembuatan VCO dan manfaatnya. Pada tahap pelatihan dilakukan demonstrasi pembuatan VCO menggunakan teknologi sentrifugal dan enzim papain. Dalam tahap pendampingan dan evaluasi tim Program Kemitraan Masyarakat melakukan monitoring proses produksi, pengecekan kualitas VCO serta mendata peningkatan pengetahuan peserta setelah pelatihan. Penggunaan teknologi sentrifugal dan enzim papain dalam memproduksi VCO berhasil meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas VCO. Hasil pengecekan kualitas VCO menunjukkan bahwa VCO yang diproduksi dengan penerapan teknologi sentrifugal dan enzim papain memenuhi baku mutu SNI 7381:2022, serta kapasitas produksi VCO menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 30% dibandingkan menggunakan metode konvensional. Evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan yaitu sebesar 40%.

Forest honey is a natural product produced by wild bees that gather nectar from various types of flowers, creating a unique chemical composition influenced by the biodiversity of the surrounding environment. This honey contains bioactive compounds such as phenolics, flavonoids, terpenoids, and volatile substances that contribute to its pharmacological properties, particularly as an anti-inflammatory agent. This study aimed to identify bioactive compounds in forest honey from East Kolaka using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) and to evaluate its anti-inflammatory activity through in vitro assays, including red blood cell (RBC) membrane stabilization, protein denaturation inhibition, and nitric oxide (NO) production inhibition. GC-MS analysis revealed several volatile compounds with antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties. The RBC membrane stabilization assay showed increased membrane stability as honey concentration increased, reaching 92.55% at 100 mg/L compared to 97.00% for sodium diclofenac. In the protein denaturation assay, East Kolaka forest honey had an IC?? value of 12.70?±?0.02?mg/L, categorized as moderate, while the NO inhibition assay recorded an IC?? of 2.97?±?1.34?mg/L, indicating strong activity, approaching that of vitamin C (1.07?±?0.39?mg/L). Statistical tests showed significant differences (p < 0.05) in all tested parameters compared to positive controls. These results support the potential of East Kolaka forest honey as a natural anti-inflammatory agent through mechanisms involving membrane stabilization, protein protection, and nitric oxide suppression.

Melanoma merupakan kanker kulit yang sangat agresif, ditandai dengan proliferasi, invasi, dan metastasis tinggi serta resistensi terhadap terapi konvensional. Angka kejadian dan mortalitas melanoma terus meningkat, khususnya pada kasus metastasis. Ekstrak daun jambu mete menunjukkan aktivitas antioksidan dan sitotoksik terhadap sel kanker secara in vitro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi aktivitas antioksidan dan antikanker dari ekstrak metanol daun jambu mete (Anacardium occidentale L.) terhadap sel melanoma A-375. Uji antioksidan dilakukan menggunakan metode FRAP (Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power), sedangkan aktivitas antikanker dianalisis melalui uji sitotoksik MTT, viabilitas sel HaCaT, serta uji migrasi sel dengan metode scratch. Hasil FRAP menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak memiliki aktivitas antioksidan kuat dengan nilai IC?? sebesar 63.35±0.03 µg/mL. Uji sitotoksik menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak efektif menghambat proliferasi sel A-375 dengan nilai IC?? sebesar 64.55±3.11 µg/mL dan bersifat selektif terhadap sel normal HaCaT (IC???=?877.52±30.64 µg/mL), dengan indeks selektivitas sebesar 13.54±0.65. Selain itu, uji migrasi sel menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak menghambat migrasi sel kanker melanoma dalam 24 jam perlakuan, yang mengindikasikan potensi anti-metastasis. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak metanol daun jambu mete memiliki potensi sebagai agen antioksidan dan antikanker alami yang efektif dan selektif, serta dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebagai kandidat terapi tambahan untuk kanker kulit melanoma.

Introduction: Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in pregnant women remains a significant health problem that can increase the risk of anemia, complications during pregnancy, and poor birth outcomes. Moringa leaves are a locally available nutrient-dense food source that can be processed into various products, including pudding, to help improve nutritional intake among pregnant women. However, limited knowledge and low utilization of moringa leaves in daily nutrition practices highlight the need for community-based education and practical training. Objective: The purpose of this service was to improve the knowledge and skills of pregnant women in preventing CED through nutrition education and practical training on processing moringa leaves into pudding. Method: This public service was conducted by providing health education and a hands-on demonstration of moringa leaf pudding preparation. The activity was carried out at the Bara-Baraya Health Center involving 15 pregnant women with CED as participants. The program consisted of education on balanced nutrition during pregnancy, discussion on the nutritional benefits of moringa leaves, and practical cooking sessions. Skills were evaluated using an observation checklist covering preparation, processing, and hygienic serving steps. Result: The activity resulted in a 95% increase in participants' knowledge after the education session. Pregnant women demonstrated strong enthusiasm and active participation during the demonstration process. They showed improved understanding of the nutritional benefits of moringa leaves, including their content of iron, vitamins, protein, and minerals that support fetal growth and maternal health. Participants also expressed interest in preparing moringa pudding at home as an affordable and nutritious food option. Conclusion: Education and practical training on moringa pudding preparation effectively increased the knowledge and skills of pregnant women in preventing CED. The program is expected to encourage sustainable use of moringa leaves as a local nutritional resource. Follow-up actions include distributing moringa seeds to participants to support independent cultivation and continuous utilization for daily nutrition.

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and assessment of character education in Indonesian learning in grade XI students of SMAN 4 Sinjai. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research instruments include a checklist of observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and document analysis in the form of learning modules. The results of the study show that Indonesian learning in grade XI of SMAN 4 Sinjai has integrated character education, especially discipline, responsibility, and cooperation in planning, implementation, and learning assessment. The implementation of character values is carried out through discussions, group work, and teacher examples, while assessment is carried out through observation of students' attitudes during learning. The obstacles faced include the influence of the family environment, time constraints, and inconsistency in the application of character values. This study concludes that the implementation of character education has been quite effective, but it needs to be strengthened through value-based literacy activities and contextual learning. The contribution of this research lies in the presentation of good practices in the implementation of contextual character education at SMAN 4 Sinjai as a reference for Indonesian language learning.
