Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, dimana salah satunya adalah Pengabdian Masyarakat dan berdasarkan hasil dari survei tentang UMKM di Tangerang Selatan diketahui bahwa banyak masalah yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku UMKM. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya kemampuan manajemen keuangan dalam pengelolaan UMKM. Mitra dalam program ini adalah mitra sasaran yang produktif secara ekonomi yaitu UMKM Toko Asih Hijab Cantik usaha yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan pakaian muslim berlokasi di Benda Baru Pamulang. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal yang dilakukan tim Pengabdi Kepada Masyarakat D3 Akuntansi Universitas Pamulang, manajemen UMKM Asih HIjab Cantik belum memiliki pemahaman terkait laporan keuangan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tidak adanya laporan keuangan setiap bulan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari tiga langkah. Tahap pertama persiapan meliputi pra survei, survei, penyusunan dan pengajuan proposal, koordinasi tim dan mitra serta penyiapan alat dan materi pelatihan. Langkah kedua adalah tahap implementasi program dalam bentuk pelatihan. Pelatihan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi (penyajian materi) dan diskusi. Langkah ketiga adalah evaluasi dan pelaporan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi mitra sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan program dengan observasi dan observasi. Setelah itu, laporan disiapkan untuk publikasi lebih lanjut. Berdasarkan data di lapangan nampak bahwa para peserta kegiatan pelatihan sangat memahami penjelasan materi yang disampaikan. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the implementation of the Problem Solving method that has proven to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at MI Al Falah Pagu Wates Kediri in the academic year 2022/2023, specifically in Social Sciences subject. The research design consists of four stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The research subjects were 25 fourth-grade students at MI Al Falah Pagu Wates Kediri, comprising 15 male students and 10 female students. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, tests, and field notes. The data analysis technique used the average of student activities and the final test scores. The results showed that the implementation of the Problem Solving method in the Social Sciences subject could improve the fourth-grade students' learning outcomes at MI Al Falah Pagu Wates Kediri. This was shown in the increase in the percentage of student learning activities from 55.2% to 82% and had an impact on the average learning outcomes of students, which increased from 73.65 to 83.4.

Abstract

Herbal therapy of boiled lemongrass and honey water is one alternative treatment in lowering blood pressure. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of lemongrass honey (Ina. serdu) herbal therapy on hypertension in women. The research design used a pre-experiment one group pre-test post-test. The study was conducted in Serang City, Banten Province, namely at the Singandaru Health Center working area with a sample of 25 respondents. The sampling technique was quota sampling. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed rank test with a significance level of 95% (α 0.05). The results showed that on the 7th day of giving lemongrass honey (serdu) herbal drinks there was a decrease in systolic blood pressure (p value <0.001) and diastolic blood pressure (p value <0.001). An alternative choice for the treatment of women's hypertension is lemongrass honey drinks. However, further research was needed to ensure the effectiveness and safety of lemongrass honey drink in long term, especially for mothers who suffer from certain medical conditions.

Abstract

Tourism is the temporary movement of groups or individuals between locations for the purpose of pleasure and personal interest. In the development of tourism between countries, there are rules that apply to government permits in maintaining security against foreign visits to the country. This research uses intelligence theory and surveillance theory. The methodology used is a qualitative approach. This research is the result of observation and research, it is found that there are significant benefits to the economy and avoid the adverse effects of law violations through cases of illegal labor committed by tourists to human trafficking and narcotics which are bad impacts to social issues related to local people's own concerns over the emergence of illegal or legal foreign tour guides that can damage the local wisdom of the local community if the tour guide does not understand the values ​​of local wisdom that exist in each tourist destination

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine and describe YayasanPondok Pesantren Raudlatul Ulum Kencong Pare (YPPRUK) which isintended to take care of elderly. There are three aspects to consider amongelderly population. They are biological, economic and social aspects. Byusing qualitative approach in the form of case study, the research revealsthe following findings. Firstly, YPPRUK is a forum for elderly people todeepen their religious knowledge, or so-called facilitators. Secondly, itaims at motivating senior citizens in the village Kencong to raise charitywith emphasis on worship in order to draw closer to Allah SWT. Abstract

Rice is the primary food source for the Indonesian population, making it a priority commodity in Indonesia. Rice production plays a significant role in Indonesia's economic development, with high-yield rice varieties being crucial for enhancing national rice output. Ensuring food security requires the selection of superior rice varieties with optimal quality. This study evaluates various high-yield rice varieties, including INPARA, INPARI, INPAGO, and HIPA, based on characteristic data collected in 2023. Machine learning algorithms, increasingly central to data analysis, were applied, leveraging labeled data suitable for supervised learning methods. During the pre-processing stage, it was determined that the data did not meet the linearity assumption. Thus the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm was modified with the Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernel to better handle non-linear data. Additionally, the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm, a traditional method, was used for comparison. The results indicate that SVM with the RBF kernel achieved faster processing times and the accuracy value reaches 96%, nearly 10% higher than the KNN algorithm.

Abstract

Kegiatan bertujuan membuka ruang diskusi yang aman bagi santri untuk menyampaikan gagasan dan perasaan terkait kesehatan dan proses tumbuh kembang. Metode pelaksanaan edukasi dengan teknik curah pendapat dan diskusi selama 60 menit, dengan peserta 48 santri putra dan putri ditambah 2 pembina. Pengabdian ini diinisiasi oleh Asosiasi Dosen Peneliti Ilmu ke-Islaman dan Sosial (ADPIKS) bermitra dengan Pesantren Tahfidzul Quran Pondok Bambu, Desa Cogreg, Parung, Bogor. Proses edukasi berjalan sangat dinamis dengan interaksi dan partisipasi aktif hampir seluruh peserta. Diskusi membahas tema proses pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan santri, perubahan emosi, dan cara mengendalikan perasaan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan mental santri. Pasca kegiatan masih banyak santri yang melanjutkan diskusi, jadi sangat direkomendasikan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan serupa secara periodik agar menjawab keingintahuan santri dan membangun perilaku sehat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of revenue recognition based on the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 23 in the trading company PT. Solusindo Ganda Kharisma. In an increasingly competitive business environment, companies are required to implement an effective accounting information system to produce accurate and timely financial information. Revenue is one of the key elements in financial statements, where its recognition and measurement affect the quality of the information presented. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data were obtained through interviews with relevant parties in the company, while secondary data were sourced from the company’s financial statements, internal accounting policies, and other documents. The results of the study indicate that PT. Solusindo Ganda Kharisma has effectively implemented PSAK Number 23 in the recognition of revenue from the sale of goods and services. Revenue from the sale of goods is recognized when the goods have been received by the customer, while service revenue is recognized based on the percentage of work completion. However, several challenges remain, such as delayed revenue recognition due to late delivery of goods and discrepancies in estimating the percentage of work completion for service sales.

Abstract

The Minimum Competency Assessment is a breakthrough in the new assessment system as a substitute for the National Examination. However, in reality, not a few teachers are stated to have not mastered the concept of this assessment model, so learning and assessment are not in line. So the purpose of this study is to identify teachers' understanding of Minimum Competency Assessment at the Elementary School level at the KKG PAI, Sukorejo District, and to find out the implications for PAI learning. The research used descriptive qualitative method. At the same time, the analysis technique applies Creswell's theory. The results of this study were teachers' understanding of the minimum competency assessment had understood the concept but had never applied the creation and processing of AKM-based questions. So it is necessary to have special training to provide teacher direction towards the progressiveness of educators in order to achieve educational goals. Meanwhile, the implications of a minimum competency assessment are the management of learning models, namely the application of contextual learning models integrated with technology and the readiness of learning materials and resources to improve literacy and numeracy abilities.

Abstract

This article describes and analyses a complex relationship between Islamisation, peacebuilding, and interfaith dialogue in Papua. Before the presence of transnational Islam, the relationship between Muslims and Christians was in harmony, and they lived peacefully. However, such radical transnational Islamic groups have created tensions and conflict between these two religions as well as intra-religious frictions among Islamic groups. Furthermore, tensions among different religions have provided another nuance to the long-running separatism-flavoured conflict in Papua. This paper will describe the presence of transnational groups that promote Islamism and how the religious leaders in Papua, through Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama or FKUB [the Religious Forum for Tolerance], reduce religious conflicts by making Deklarasi Papua Tanah Damai [Papua Land of Peace Declaration]. Furthermore, it explicates the framework of interfaith dialogue and how it is practised to maintain communal harmony in Papua. However, the interfaith dialogue is still used traditionally in Papua and has yet to resolve the root cause of the existing religious conflicts.  Keywords: Islamisation, Communal Conflict, Transnational Islam, Peacebuilding, Interfaith Dialogue
