This study aims to analyze and identify the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance at the Wirobrajan District Office, Yogyakarta City. The independent variables examined include organizational culture (X1) and leadership (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). A quantitative approach with an associative research type was employed. The entire population of 45 employees was used as the research sample through a saturated sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results show that both organizational culture and leadership have a positive and significant partial influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, both variables also have a significant effect on performance. The regression coefficient values indicate that organizational culture has a more dominant influence compared to leadership. Furthermore, the adjusted R² value of 55.7% indicates that the variation in employee performance can be explained by the two independent variables. A strong organizational culture and inspirational leadership have been proven to foster a productive work environment that positively impacts employee performance.

Studi ini menyelidiki tentang tinjauan Ekonomi Islam dalam praktik bagi hasil Mukhabarah pada cengkeh di desa Bumi Pajo, kecamatan Donggo, Kabupaten Bima. Fokusnya adalah bagaimana bagi hasil Mukhabarah digunakan pada perkebunan cengkeh dan bagaimana aplikasi ekonomi Islam melihatnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang dikategorikan sebagai jenis penelitian deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan datanya meliputi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan obeservasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perjanjian lisan dalam sistem bagi hasil di Desa Bumi Pajo, Kecamatan Donggo, Kabupaten Bima, dilakukan tanpa sanksi berdasarkan kepercayaan, keakraban, dan kerelaan, serta di sandarkan pada prinsip saling tolong-menolong antara pemilik dan pengelola lahan perkebunan cengkeh. Menurut analisis ekonomi Islam, secara umum perjanjian bagi hasil pertanian Cengkeh sesuai dengan prinsip bagi hasil Mukhabarah. Namun, direkomendasikan perjanjian tertulis dan adanya batas waktu dalam perjanjian.

As time goes by and the level of competition becomes tighter, organizational resources must increasingly develop, including employees as human resources in the organization. To meet the need for quality human resources, companies must try to attract the interest of many job applicants. Currently, several large companies in Indonesia have implemented employer brand attractiveness, one of which is PT. EIGERINDO MPI, however, since the implementation of employer brand attractiveness at PT EIGERINDO MPI, no research has been conducted regarding its impact on intention to apply, so the aim of this research is to determine the effect of employer brand attractiveness on intention to apply which is mediated by good organizational reputation at PT. EIGERINDO MPI partially or simultaneously. The method in this research uses quantitative methods with data analysis, namely multiple regression analysis and assisted using SPSS 26.0. The data collection technique in this research was through distributing questionnaires to a total of 50 Generation Z applicants at PT EIGERINDO MPI. The results of this research show that (1) employer brand attractiveness has a positive effect on employee intention to apply, (2) organizational reputation can mediate the influence of employer brand attractiveness on employee intention to apply, and (3) employer brand attractiveness has an effect on intention to apply in PT. EIGERINDO MPI mediated by organizational reputation in Generation Z.

The research aims to determine the influence of fraud hexagon elements on detecting fraudulent financial reporting. The fraud hexagon is a model for detecting fraud in financial reporting proposed by Vousinas in 2019. The model comprises six elements: pressure, opportunity, rationalization, capability, arrogance, and collusion. These elements are measured using financial stability and external pressure (pressure), nature of the industry and ineffective monitoring (opportunity), change in auditor (rationalization), change of director (capability), frequent number of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) pictures (arrogance), and political connection (collusion). The study used a sample of 85 observations from 17 insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023 and investigated by using ordinary least squares regression. The results show that all elements of the fraud hexagon significantly influence fraudulent financial reporting, with collusion appearing to be the strongest influence. Therefore, it is recommended that the fraud hexagon elements be considered as fraud monitoring and prevention strategies.

Chlorella sp. salah satu jenis fitoplankton yang sering dimanfaatkan dalam pembenihan organisme laut dihampir semua hatchery ikan atau udang. Hal ini dikarenakan, Chlorella sp. memiliki kandungan gizi yang cukup tinggi yakni mengandung protein sebesar 51-58%, karbohidrat 12-17%, lemak 14-22%, dan asam nukleat 4-5% Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi pupuk walne dan pupuk guillard terhadap pertumbuhan Chlorella sp. skala laboratorium. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perikanan SMKN Rea Timur, Kecamatan Binuang, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan meliputi walne 0,5 mL/L (kontrol) pada perlakuan A, walne 0,3 mL/L dikombinasi dengan guillard 0,2 mL/L pada perlakuan B, walne 0,2 mL/L dikombinasi dengan guillard 0,3 mL/L perlakuan C dan guillard 0,5 mL/L pada perlakuan D. Parameter uji meliputi kepadatan dan laju pertumbuhan harian serta analisis data menggunakan One Way ANOVA untuk mengetahui nilai signifikan dari pengaruh perlakuan yang diberikan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa kombinasi pupuk walne dan pupuk guillard memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan Chlorella sp. skala laboratorium. Perlakuan B dengan dosis Walne 0,3 mL/L + guillard 0,2 mL/L memperoleh pertumbuhan yang paling baik untuk Chlorella sp. skala laboratorium.

Mariculture activities play a significant role in contributing to the country's foreign exchange, as many of its products are exported abroad. Mamuju Regency, situated in West Sulawesi Province, is part of the eastern region of Indonesia and boasts vast potential for mariculture due to its abundant natural resources. However, farmers face several challenges, particularly oceanographic factors such as large waves, variations in freshwater input, and nutrient concentrations from land-based activities. These factors can negatively impact aquaculture media and alter oceanographic conditions, potentially threatening cultivation. The goal of this study was to examine the spatial and temporal dynamics of oceanographic conditions and assess the feasibility of waters for mariculture activities. The research was conducted in the waters around Karampuang Island in Mamuju Regency, using a descriptive quantitative approach. This involved determining sampling stations, measuring water quality both in situ and ex situ, analyzing data to assess the suitability of the waters for mariculture, and creating a GIS-based land suitability map. The results show that the water conditions in Karampuang Island are pretty dynamic, with varying water quality parameters observed, indicating diverse suitability for mariculture. For seaweed cultivation, station 3 was categorized as quite suitable, while stations 1 and 2 were considered appropriate. However, for KJA system cultivation, only station 1 consistently supports cultivation. Further studies are needed to monitor the water quality periodically and conduct cultivation trials to optimize farming activities.

This study aims to analyze the production and marketing aspects as key indicators of business feasibility for tofu and tempeh MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Teja Village, Pamekasan Regency, Indonesia. The business involves traditional soybean processing into high-value food products while maintaining a strong market orientation. Based on field observation and interviews, the enterprise operates four times a week, producing approximately 30 kg of tofu and 30 kg of tempeh per day. With an initial capital of less than IDR 50 million, it qualifies as a micro-enterprise. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing SWOT analysis and a basic feasibility analysis based on production efficiency, market potential, and direct marketing strategies. The findings reveal that the business is feasible and promising for further development, especially due to stable local demand and low per-unit production costs. These insights offer valuable contributions to MSME development strategies that leverage local potential and operational efficiency. The study recommends adopting digital marketing innovations and modernizing equipment to enhance competitiveness and expand market reach.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015, 70% of cardiac deaths were caused by coronary heart disease (CHD). Based on WHO data in 2017, 17.5 million deaths were recorded, equivalent to 30% of the total deaths in the world caused by coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease is a disorder of heart function caused by plaque that accumulates in arterial blood vessels so that it interferes with the supply of oxygen to the heart tissue. This causes reduced blood flow to the heart muscle and oxygen deficiency occurs. In more serious circumstances, it can result in a heart attack. Risk factors for coronary heart disease include age, gender, hypertension, cholesterol, heredity, diabetes mellitus, obesity, dyslipidemia, smoking and lack of physical activity. If a person's chances of suffering from coronary heart disease can be predicted early based on the existing risk factors, then the mortality rate of coronary heart disease can be suppressed. The objective of this study is to build a model that can predict the possibility of a patient suffering from coronary heart disease. The study used the Fuzzy Logistic Regression model. This model was used to maximize prediction results in which data size was limited. The least square method was used to estimate the value of the parameter. We obtained from National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita, Jakarta. Evaluation with the Mean Degree of Membership method showed that the model built was feasible and good enough to predict coronary heart disease. By using the confusion matrix, the accuracy of the prediction model is 80.00%, with a specificity of 42.85% and a sensitivity of 100%.

Anemia occurs at all stages of the life cycle, but is common in pregnant women and children. Data from the World Health Organization (WHO), the frequency of anemia in pregnant women in 1993 was 69.0%, non-pregnant women were 73.5%. ). The most common program used to control iron deficiency in developing countries today is the administration of iron supplements in pregnant women. (WHO, 2001). Based on the Basic Health Research, the incidence of anemia in Indonesia in 2007 was around 24.5%. Data from the Provincial Health Office in 2011, the national coverage of giving Fe tablets was 83.3%, this figure was below the national target of 86%). Obedience of pregnant women to take iron pills is an important factor in ensuring the increase in hemoglobin levels of pregnant women. Previous data studies have shown the effect of drug-taking supervisors on anemic pregnant women on the increase in Hb, p value = 0.001This community service activity uses a community participatory method. The results obtained are an increase before mentoring, the average knowledge is good 30%, very positive attitude is 40%, after mentoring good knowledge is 80%, and very positive attitude is 90 %.

An organization can achieve success if it is supported by good employee performance. The phenomenon behind this study is a decline in midwifery performance in the last three years. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of workload on the performance of midwives at the XYZ Health Center. The number of informants in this study is 6 people who are concurrently in medical and administrative services (double job). The research method used in this study uses qualitative methods with data collection methods used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The validity test of the data uses a triangulation process. The results of this study show that based on the informants' responses, the workload on midwives is in the high or inappropriate category, while performance is in the low category. This shows that workload has an impact on a person's performance.
