Abstract

Background: Modules have several advantages, such as being self-instructional, self-contained, standalone, adaptive, and user-friendly, making them valuable as learning media for parents. The Mindfulness Parenting Prevent Stunting (MPCS) i module developed in this study is an innovative effort to improve parenting quality by focusing on mindfulness in parenting, emotional awareness, and wise responses. It aims to strengthen the relationship between parents and children to support healthy growth and development, thereby helping to prevent stunting. Method: This study used a Research and Development (R&D) approach based on the ADDIE model, developed by Robert Maribe Branch in 1975, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Results: The module was assessed through expert validation and small-scale testing. It received an 84.46% rating from media experts (considered fairly valid with minor revisions), 100% from subject matter experts (very valid), and 94.67% from small-scale tests (very valid). Conclusion: The development of the MPCS module to improve parenting is worthwhile and recommended for use.

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between students’ dependence on the use of AI Chatbots for academic purposes and students’ ability to read academic text. The study was a correlational design on 39 students of the Indonesian Language Education Program a university in Indonesia. Dependence on the use of AI was assessed through a questionnaire; academic reading ability was measured through an essay test. The data were analyzed using SPSS with Pearson’s, with effect size (r) and significance (p) reported. The results showed that the participants had a moderate dependence on AI Chatbots (M=2,78; SD=0.64) and reading scores in the basic category (M=47,74; SD=16,67). A weak but significant negative correlation was found (r = -0,370; p = 0,020). These results prove that a higher dependence on AI use can be associated with reduced cognitive ability in reading academic texts. Although limited by a small sample and the scope of one university, this study offers preliminary evidence about the risks of using AI in language education, especially reading academic texts, which runs counter to the assumption that AI is universally beneficial. This study recommends large-scale research in various contexts.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is essential in the growth and development of babies and improves maternal health. Exclusive breastfeeding can reduce infant mortality rates; of the 3 thousand infant deaths in Indonesia, 10 million deaths of children aged less than 5 years in the world each year can be prevented by exclusive breastfeeding. The hormones that play a role in breastfeeding mothers are prolactin and oxytocin. The research aimed to look at the effectiveness of oxytocin massage and Phoenix dactylifera in increasing the levels of the hormone prolactin in breastfeeding mothers. The research was a Quasi Experiment with a Post Test only design, a sample of 30 people divided into three groups. Phoenix Dactylifera intervention, oxytocin massage intervention, and control without treatment. The research was conducted at TPMB Palembang city. Analysis using the Shapiro-Wilks test for data homogeneity using Levene's test (pmore than 0.05) and the One Way ANOVA test compared the means of the three groups. The results showed no significant differences between the three groups where the ρ value was more than 0.05. The conclusion is that there is nothing more effective in increasing prolactin hormone levels than giving Phoenix dactylifera and oxytocin massage because it is thought to be caused by many influencing factors, including age, education, nutritional intake, and maternal parity.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the level of implementation of digital-based dynamic archive management at the South Sumatra Provincial Archives Service, as well as identifying various obstacles that arise during the process of implementing the system. Dynamic archives have a strategic role in supporting the government administration system, because they function as a source of information, legal evidence, and a basis for decision making. Through the implementation of a digital system such as SRIKANDI, it is hoped that the process of creating, storing, managing, and rediscovering archives can run more efficiently, quickly, and safely. However, implementation in the field still faces a number of obstacles, such as the lack of technical competence of the apparatus in operating the system, limited technological devices and infrastructure, and the less than optimal implementation of standard operating procedures in every field. This study also aims to analyze the suitability between the established archive digitization policy and the factual conditions in the field, so that it can be a basis for formulating recommendations for developing a more modern, professional, and sustainable archive management system in supporting effective governance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine recurring themes in publications on the relationship between urban poverty and climate change. CiteSpace and RStudio software are utilised in this study’s bibliometric analysis to retrieve articles from the Scopus database on the relationship between urban poverty and climate change. CiteSpace and RStudio tools were utilised to analyse the data and create visualisations, examining research patterns and topic developments in the areas of urban poverty and climate change governance. The research results identified 13 clusters, with the largest cluster being "informal urban settlements" which had 73 members and a silhouette value of 0.824. This settlement is labeled as an informal urban settlement by LLR, a case study by LSI, and discipline (3.73) by MI. Although they contribute the least to greenhouse gas emissions, people experiencing poverty are the group that is most affected, according to Campbell-Lendrum, the author of the mentioned article. Due to the rapid economic growth and concurrent urbanisation of developing nations, cities in these regions will be more susceptible to the health risks associated with climate change while also contributing to a growing number of issues. Scholars have not focused on the relationship between the impact of climate change and urban poverty because the keywords linking the two issues are not addressed in this study, which makes it intriguing.
